Dear sir,
I received power bank 20800 mah. Order id no oid95043 dated 26 may 2016 from ebazar. Ninja, after opening the courier envelop i found that there was a technical problem in its in & out usb ports. I lodged complaint in this regard at [protected]@ebazar. Ninja and same time i got reply from them, they generated a ticket #54178 received faulty power bank 20800 mah on 28th may 2016 6.03pm.
From that day i regularly tried to get in touch at courier company no [protected], person name mr. Bhanu from gurgaon but he told courier was dispatched from adarsh nagar delhi,, at other no from where i get call of order confirmation [protected] and with your customer care nos +91 [protected]. After calling customer care no i regularly get sms from dm-srecep containing "dear customer, thank you for your interest. We acknowledge your call to [protected]". From 30th may 2016 i regularly tried to call on these cc nos but only electronic voice is listened saying our executive are busy and contact u soon.

From 28th may 2016 i did not get any response from your side and i feel i was get cheated by your company.

Sir am planning summer vacation for few days, so once again i request you to change the power bank with new one within next 2 working days otherwise i lodge a police complaint and also file a case in consumer court.

      I have purchased Mi 20000 Portable PowerBank from eBazar.ninja but when i opened this and found it it duplicate product. There is no any serial number or any detail printed on product as the image available on eBazar.ninja's site. I want to return it and also trying to call eBazar.ninja's customer care number [protected] but it always say our customer care executive is busy.

        I dint received my order till now. I made a call on their support number but on every call there employee told me that you will receive it tomorrow but i dint receive it after that i called on 13th may 2016 one of there employee told me that the you will receive your order on 16th may 2016 but i dint receive my order yet. Now.. I made a call on their support number so many times but couldn't reach them. Now i want to cancel my order and want my money refund. Kindly provide detail for the same. Please teach a lesson for these companies who making people fool.

          I bought an electronic product (power bank) from this company using their website.On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them.Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so I went further and made an online purchase.
          After receiving the product and observing it, I came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website.So, immediately I reported to their customer care and made a replacement request.
          Now, its been more than 10 days, I haven't received a single update from their end and even if I try to call the same customer care number, it always seems busy.
          Now the product and my money, both are gone and I have nothing in my hand.

          Below is the number, I'm tired of calling.

          (You can easily find the product has fake company logo on it)

          Please help me Or I'll have to take legal actions against eBazar, soon.

            Because of their that kind of sevices and good I want to return the product and want my money back

              → payment mode - cash on delivery

              I have received fake product. Product was advertised as mi 10400mah powerbank but delivered an fake product that read as eb mi.
              It was packed in an ordinary carton box & not in mi's branded box & also there was no user manual.

              Request the ebazar team to refund my money back.

              Hope to get a positive response and resolve the issue at the earliest.

                This online brand called ebazar ninja has been cheating people with fake products and they do not refund the money when asked for it. I am also informing the original brands about ebazar s counterfeiting. I had ordered a power bank and I received a broken product and when I call their customer care, very rarely it's answered. And they say we will not refund the money.

                  I received a call from Mr. Vikram of eBazar Ninja logistics on 07.06.2016 informing me that there would be reverse pick up of the product & thereafter my money will be refunded, but till date there has been no action on the saem.

                  Also, when I called up the number from which Mr.Vikram called & spoke to me (+[protected], I was told that no call was made from there end & there is nobody named Vikram.

                  Thoroughly frustrated by the product & service of eBazar Ninja.

                    I had placed an order on 26 May for a XL Beige Modi jacket. The payment went through and I received an email from PayUMoney that the transaction is completed. The payment ID is[protected] and Merchant ID is 62Mad6689. Amouint Rs.499/-.

                    Now, when I go to your site, the selected product is still in the card and it says there is no pending order. Could you kindly have this resoved. I have been trying to call, several times, have not been able to get through the Customer Care.

                    In spite of the complaint and followup with atleast 6 emails and several phone calls, Ebazar has still not responded to my mails or executed the order. I feel cheated by this lousy company. BIG TIME FRAUDISTERS. THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND DO NOT HAVE THE SHAME TO EVEN RESPOND TO MY CALLS AND MAILS.

                      I ordered mi (Co)'s 20800 mah power bank and i get it within time period that is as on 27.05.2016 but i have facing power backup issue, before use power bank i charge it for 4 to 5 hours and then i charge my mobile phone on it but power bank unable to charge my j7, within 1 hour of charging power bank discharge and turn off.                           I have received boxers of wrong size. On top of that when i tried calling your customer care i.e. around 200 times no action is been taken nor any reply they keep the call on hold for 15 to 20 mins. Why ? Is there no after sales services. I will make it a point to spread a negative publicity on all social media networks so that in future you (ebazar) people will not get any more customers due to your bad policy of not replying and no after sales service what is the impression of your company who will trust you people.

                              I have ordered a power bank in ebazar ninja site on feb 19th. Money has debited but no item confirmation mail from them.
                              After so many followups i got item delivered after 40 days and its a duplicate of mi, i returned the item but still (It has been 4 months) i didnt get my money back. I dnt hav item also.
                              That customer care also not connecting, and no respond to mails.
                              How come they can fraud people, its a bad service i never seen

                                I ordered mi 10400 mah powerbank which i received on 25/5/2016, which on inspection with original (Ordered on mi website by friend) was found out to be fake. It was completely duplicate and it wasnt packed in duplicate packet of the fraud company. I requested a refund from the company but the company refused it, saying it wasnt there policy to return money. I hope this type of fake e-commerce websites are banned.

                                  I had ordered 10400 mah mi (Duplicate) power bank with the order id oid91547 through bazar. Ninja a week ago and received it on 2 5th may and when i checked the product caefully i found it fake and not working properly also it has the capacity of 3000 mah only. I tried to call the customer care services several times but every time the call wasn't attended i also wrote email to bazar ninja.com but, no response from the seller. It seems that the seller is nothing but fraudulent and cheater. If my my product will not be returned then i will be pursuing court proceedings no matter how cheap the product is! The matter is cheating and fraud. Details : order & invoice date &21/05/2016, payment mode cod vat/tin [protected], email id through which order was booked [protected]@gmail.com grand total 599 rupees.                                         On march 26th payment was deducted from kotak card ending 2663 so far no add on card is received, no follow up from them ...
                                        This was against add on card from Kotak, so they deducted my payment and delivered few useless items but no card has been deliverd at my end .
                                        now kotak bank is chasing me for payments with interest and late fee too on amount of rs 7929 primary one .
                                        please resolve it available on mobile number [protected] .
