I bought two mi 20800mah poer bank from this company using their website.

On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website. So, immediately i reported to their customer care and made a replacement request.
Now, its been more than 10 days, i haven't received a single update from their end and even if i try to call the same customer care number, it always seems busy.
Now my money is gone and i have nothing in my hand.

You can easily find the product has fake company logo on it.
Please help me or i'll have to take legal actions against ebazar, soon.

Complaint marked as Resolved After receiving the order I came to know it's fake hence immediately called the customer support and informed them and asked them to guide me through the refund procedure since the product is not genuine and assembled properly. They told me that they have initiated the reverse pick up request and a courier guy will come at our door step to pick up the item wothin the next 4 5 business days and once their warehouse would be receiving the item they will send me an email over which I would have to provide them with my bank account details and thereafter the refund will be initiated within the next 7-10 business days. I waited for two days but no courier guy came to pick up the item. I called them but they never received again. Their automated recording keep on telling that "all the customer executives are busy at the moment. Your call is important to us we have saved your number with us and will contact you back shortly" soon after that every call gets disconnected and a text message on my number arrives saying -
Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest . We acknowledge your call to +919555120102 at 10:31(time)
Though I contact there customer support number 08010445566 but in the text message that I receive states some other number as if I called them upon that number. Completely illogical.
The eBazar Ninja is simply doing fraud keeping their hands clean and themselves on a safe side by doing all these things of not interacting with the consumers directly and making us here the automated message of being busy everytime.
It is not only me but many others facing the same issue.
I would like to request the authority to please take care of the issue and help us out in getting our money back from such thieves.

eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we really apologize for the inconvenience, we have initiated the reverse pick up once we will receive the product we will initiate the refund.

eBazar Ninja Customer Care's response we have received the product , once we will receieve the bank account details we will initiate refund.
But at the time of product confirmation - customer care person told me that I can cancel or return the product at the time of delivery.
Fake website and fake product... kindly don't purchase from this website
