When iam trying to open ebazar website. Its not opening.

    I bought 20800 mah powerbank. The website shows it is a mi product but the product delivered was eb mi. I have called hundred times to customer care and when i select complaint option, the call will go to voice mail. Many times the call will not even connect and which says the business hours are from 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, but the funny thing is ; i always call during business hours only.

    Very bad experience I what to return the product but there is no response from customer care. At the time of delivery only I've tried to return the product seeing that it is fake but the delivery boy denied to take it, if the packet is opened and returned, he need to pay for it..
    But at the time of product confirmation - customer care person told me that I can cancel or return the product at the time of delivery.
    Fake website and fake product... kindly don't purchase from this website

      I placed an order on ebazar. Ninja 25th march 2016 for lime combo of polo tshirt (Cash on delivery) order id: oid58300 amount 1799/- pod no:[protected], but the quality of product was bad, i return the product next day & they pickup product, after that i called on [protected] many times for return money but only one time my call was received & committed me to return money in next 7 days & i send them my bank details more than 10 times but now more than 3 months i have not received my payment from ebazar & no one is receiving my call on [protected], i send mail more than 30 times but no response from ebazar & no one callback me, please suggest me what to do to get my money back.           I had purchased a power bank from ninja. But the power bank was damage. So i had send a refund request. But from last two months i am not getting the refund. When i was trying to call customer care no one has pick up my phone. Last time when i talked to customer executive she told me that i will get refund within two days but still it is pending. Today when i talked to customer executive he told me that i will not get refund i will get voucher only. My order i'd is oid56677. I don't know what is happening with me.               Ebazar ninja sold a mi porer bank (10400 mah) for rs. 599/-. Order placed on 14th may, 2016. They did not deliver it on time (Within 5-7 days). They delivered it on 9th june, 2016. Almost one month latter.
              The received product is completely fake. This is not a mi power bank at all and its not working also. Fake look, fake branding on the product body and fake cord. It is just shocking to receive some thing like this.
              There is no option present in their website also. But, it is written over there.

                  I purchased an mi 10400 mah power bank for rs 599 which was delivered to me on 4th june 2016, however the same is a fake product of the mi power bank whereas the company claims that it sells 100% original products, i had purchased the product through a guest account and thereby i have not been able to return the product. Since the product was received on saturday evening and the company remains closed on sunday i have been trying to contact them on there customer care no ever since and the call gets disconnected every time with an acknowledgment that i had called them and they will get back with me at the earliest but i am yet to receive any call from there end and thereby i have not been able to return the product and get my refund.

                  Kindly help me out so that i can get my refund.

                    Worst product & services i have ever seen,

                    I have purchased one power bank (Ambrane p-1100 power bank 10000 mah) from ebazar ninza website but they only gave fake commitments and a low quality product which stooped working in 10 days itself and the seller dose not give warranty of six months he rejected to repair and send back to me again

                    Guys please don"t ever buy from this website because the contact center guys dose not help to resolve the issue instead they will disconnect your call really dissatisfying website don"t ever go for it.

                      Recently i have ordered Polo t shirts and recived last 25 days back and next day i have called to CC and product is not good and confirmed we will arrange new product but not happened and they are saying we will resend t shirts still not happened and i have asked to return my money but there is no response.

                        eBazar Ninja's customer support called me only that day when I post a complaint i.e. 7th Jun. And told me that your compalint will be resolved by us and to mark this complaint as resolved. I told them that I will mark this complaint as resolved after you replace or refund my amount.

                        After 3-4 days a courier guy came to my house to take back that powerbank, He gave me one receipt. But after that their is no call or email from eBazar ninja.

                        I dont want replacement, I want my money back without any kind of deduction.

                          I bought two mi 20800mah poer bank from this company using their website.
                          Order id: oid94385
                          Logistic partner: delhivery

                          On their website they have quoted price of the product with good discount, which helped me to decide to shop from them. Also they have uploaded original product's photos and details, so i went further and made an online purchase.
                          After receiving the product and observing it, i came to know that it's a fake product as it's not working as expected as well as differ from the product image provided online on their website. So, immediately i reported to their customer care and made a replacement request.
                          Now, its been more than 10 days, i haven't received a single update from their end and even if i try to call the same customer care number, it always seems busy.
                          Now my money is gone and i have nothing in my hand.

                          You can easily find the product has fake company logo on it.

                          Please help me or i'll have to take legal actions against ebazar, soon.

                          After receiving the order I came to know it's fake hence immediately called the customer support and informed them and asked them to guide me through the refund procedure since the product is not genuine and assembled properly. They told me that they have initiated the reverse pick up request and a courier guy will come at our door step to pick up the item wothin the next 4 5 business days and once their warehouse would be receiving the item they will send me an email over which I would have to provide them with my bank account details and thereafter the refund will be initiated within the next 7-10 business days. I waited for two days but no courier guy came to pick up the item. I called them but they never received again. Their automated recording keep on telling that "all the customer executives are busy at the moment. Your call is important to us we have saved your number with us and will contact you back shortly" soon after that every call gets disconnected and a text message on my number arrives saying - Dear Customer, Thank you for your interest . We acknowledge your call to +919555120102 at 10:31(time) Though I contact there customer support number 08010445566 but in the text message that I receive states some other number as if I called them upon that number. Completely illogical. The eBazar Ninja is simply doing fraud keeping their hands clean and themselves on a safe side by doing all these things of not interacting with the consumers directly and making us here the automated message of being busy everytime. It is not only me but many others facing the same issue. I would like to request the authority to please take care of the issue and help us out in getting our money back from such thieves.                                 Made compliant immediately by mail, by voice mail, no one is responding from your end. I got this bad experience using ebazar service this second time. It seems fradulent services as no one responds and they supply damaged units through online booking.
                                Hope after reading this somebody will respond.

                                  I ordered 2 mi power bank of 20000 mah of white color but got 2 fake power bank, one with a sticker named as mi and another not even mi product. Each power bank was 1050 rs. I want my refund amount. The order id's are : order id oid97230 and order id - oid97137.

                                  Kindly refund my 2100 rs asap.
                                  And also the delivery boy who came to deliver my product was not behaving properly, he started shouting on me.

                                    I ordered a 20800mah powerbank of Rs.980. It is not working at all. Nobody is responding to emails or phone calls and I received an email saying the complaint has been resolved. Order ID 76180.

                                    It never worked and I called them many times.. They neither respond to email nor to the calls. When I responded to the email received saying your complaint has been resolved, same message kept on coming that it has been resolved.

                                      There is no branded package. It is a fake power bank with side panel bulging out. This is hazardous to life as these products are not qa complaint according to indian laws for hazards.

                                      Further i don't see a batch or product number with which i can identify the authencity of the manufacturers.

                                      Shame. I need my money back.

                                      I still haven't received any refund. I didn't even resolve the complaint. This is blasphemy!
                                      I have provided an image below which says the consignment has been received. Yesterday I get a mail from EBazar team saying that they haven't received any product. It's been 16 days since the consignment was received. A consumer's hard earned money should not be taken so lightly. Shame!
                                      The tracking details which the EBazar team asked me even when it was them who initiated the product return.

                                      Hello EBazar team

                                      Please refund my money to my account asap.
                                      I would not like the coupon as I would not buy anything from the inventory. Please understand that I would NOT like the coupon and instead the money refunded to my account.

                                      As it is, the returned product was delivered by Delhivery to Delhi according to the picture above. I fail to understand how does it take 16 days for product to travel within Delhi to EBazar's office.
                                      Its been a month now since the product was returned. I keep getting mails from ebazar telling they haven't received the product.
                                      This is unfair!
                                      It definitely does NOT take 30 days for the product to reach Delhi from Bangalore. Please look into this matter with importance as it has been a month now. I haven't received my money back.
