I have ordered my product on thu 04 September and the delivery date was 08 September but courier boy never ever called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product their always showing tomorrow will be deliver daily i am updating my address and my number but nothing happening please improve your performance and someone is waiting for there product but your are always delaying my order number is SHID-1866242 and awb is[protected] from September 12 is showing ofd lock applied please resolve my problem i need my product as soon as possible

    I would like to inform that my shipment of books picked up by e-com express from noida vide awb no.[protected] on 03.06.23
    has reached at their thane delivery centre on 06.09.23 as per their tracking.

    But it is still not delivered at my thane address & i fail to understand the delay.

    Not able to talk with any customer service executive on their helpline no & very pathetic service for a courier firm dealing with urgent shipments.

        I have ordered a product from the adidas website on 3rd of September and my product was to be recieved on 7th of September but the delivery person falsy claimed the address not located, even after providing a more detailed address and a new phone number, I did not recieve my parcel. Today is 10th of September and I still don't have my parcel and I am in urgent need of it. I tried calling customer representatives of both adidas and Ecom express but I still don't have any update.

        Today as on 10th of September my parcel says it's OFD locked and I'm just waiting for it to get delivered to me. I only need Ecom Express and Adidas to remove the OFD lock from my parcel so that the delivery person could deliver my product.

          I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my recent experience with ECOM Express. The tracking number for my package is [protected], and it was scheduled for delivery on 29.08.2023. However, the package has not been delivered, and the tracking status was falsely updated as "Incorrect Address."

          Despite my repeated attempts to contact your customer care team via phone and email, I have not received any response. It has now been approximately one week since the expected delivery date, and the lack of communication and resolution from ECOM Express is deeply concerning.

              I have shipped a order through shiprocket via ecom express. AWB :[protected]
              My order has been shipped on 27th August from Delhi to gurgaon and estimated delivery date is 29 th August. But on 30 th it's showing undelivered after out for delivery. On 31st it's showed again undelivered and reason is customer refuse which was fake bcoz no one called. On 1st ofd locked applied and on 2nd it took again out for delivery and again undelivered by mentioning customer refuse. With ofd lock applied.
              Note- the order was prepaid and it's for a relative. The delivery person is not picking up call and shiprocket customer service is being 24hrs to 72 hrs you have to wait.
              And the parcel is for her daughter's birthday which is no use if it doesn't reach by 4th September. Pls try to make it deliver.
              Very bad experience never recommend to anyone

                My products were supposed to be delivered on 26 august 2023. But it's still not delivered till date. I am really frustrated as they're not even making any attempts to deliver. I have not received any calls from the delivery partner. I want my parcel as soon as possible.

                  I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent order that I received from company. I placed an order with order number #[protected] and was expecting to receive Kiara Sky Blue Embroidered Suit as per the order details.

                  However, to my surprise, the package I received on August 29, 2023 contained a completely different product, namely only Saree Blouse. This is clearly not the item I ordered, and I am greatly disappointed by this.

                  I asked the delivery person to allow the product to open in front of him and then I would do payment after seeing the product but he completely denied for same and asked for money of 876 RS, I paid 876rs to him and then he delivered product.

                  Please resolve my issue and get my money back.

                                      Yesterday I files a complaint for OFD since 13th Aug, and now they have marked my complaint as resolved and put it in RTO locked. Like what a lie is this? My 10 kgs order you simply playing with it ? Not once received a call. Deliver my product today or else I will go to police for your fraud. Shame on you! Your customer care number never respond. You don't let customer get to you and you put false remarks. Deliver my product!

                                        It was dispatched on 10th and has been in OFD status since 13th of August.
                                        It daily says our for delivery but you guys never deliver. You guys don't pickup any call or no dot update. Please update me about my product, I have been waiting and trying to contact you in all possible manner but this is highly unprofessional of you.
