I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent order that I received from company. I placed an order with order number #[protected] and was expecting to receive Kiara Sky Blue Embroidered Suit as per the order details.

However, to my surprise, the package I received on August 29, 2023 contained a completely different product, namely only Saree Blouse. This is clearly not the item I ordered, and I am greatly disappointed by this.

I asked the delivery person to allow the product to open in front of him and then I would do payment after seeing the product but he completely denied for same and asked for money of 876 RS, I paid 876rs to him and then he delivered product.

Please resolve my issue and get my money back.

            I have ordered my product on 13th August and the delivery date was 18th August but courier boy never called me and when i am trying to reach they never picked my call while i am tracking my product the status is showing unsuccessful attempt. I am updating my address and my number but nothing happening kindly improve your service my order number is AIN03893089 and awb is[protected] today is showing ofd lock applied and revoked again. Kindlyresolve my issue i need my product as soon as possible

              The order with order id[protected] was out for delivery and was ought to be delivered about 4days ago. But till now the delivery agent hasn't called me. And the Phone number in of the delivery agent is also not available. I want my parcel to be delivered ASAP. Or I want total refund of my money. Worst service ever.

                      Yesterday I files a complaint for OFD since 13th Aug, and now they have marked my complaint as resolved and put it in RTO locked. Like what a lie is this? My 10 kgs order you simply playing with it ? Not once received a call. Deliver my product today or else I will go to police for your fraud. Shame on you! Your customer care number never respond. You don't let customer get to you and you put false remarks. Deliver my product!

                        Hi My AWB #[protected]
                        It was dispatched on 10th and has been in OFD status since 13th of August.
                        It daily says our for delivery but you guys never deliver. You guys don't pickup any call or no dot update. Please update me about my product, I have been waiting and trying to contact you in all possible manner but this is highly unprofessional of you.
                        Please deliver my product soon or else I will be needing to take help of police in this case.

                              I've ordered some shoes parented by adidas through Ecom express, The've been stuck at delivery centre since 3 days when the expected delivery was on 3rd August 2023.I contacted both Ecom express and adidas through email and phone but There was no response from Ecom express and adidas said it would be delivered within 2 days but I still haven't got it.The adidas tracker says that it is in transit and the Ecom express tracker says it's in delivery centre.Hope Ecom express resolves the delivery issue soon.This is outrageous.Hope my order arrives soon.

                                I have returned below mentioned 3 products on 9th June:
                                1. M.A.C Longwear Tansfer Proof Lip Liner Pencil - Soar 1.45g Size 1-2 ML
                                2. Lemon & Pepper Gold Toned Solid Kitten Heels Size: 38
                                3. Voylla Cubic Zirconia-Studded & Beaded Jewellery Set Size: OneSize

                                But I didn't get refund of 2nd and 3rd items. I got messages from 2 companies Ecom Express and Ekart Logistics to return the product and I have returned products to Ecom Express. Below is the contact no. of pickup person: Mobile No: [protected] I have called multiple times Myntra customer care but everytime they raise a ticket for me and then close it. I have shared all information with myntra customer support but still they are not taking any action and they are saying we can't do anything now further because we didn't receive products so we can't give you refund. I have returned product from my end now I don't even have product as well as refund. I am attaching messages which I received from Ecom Express for the pickup and Ekart as well. I have called pickup person also, he said he has already sent all 3 items to myntra.

                                On 8th June:
                                I got message from both Pickup Companies(Ekart Logistics as well as Ecom Express)June Since I was out of town so i couldn't return product and I got pickup failed message
                                On 9th June:
                                I got message from Ecom Express around 8 AM. Since in message only Order Number was mentioned(not product name which is very confusing) and I couldn't find order number on product. When I went to return products ideally even if I am returning wrong products still agent will inform that this particular product needs to be returned(Usually when I return products they check tags and scan it infront of me then only take products) but this time agent took all 3 products and he just checked all products infront of me that tags are intact or not. He took extra items on top of that he said these 3 products only needs to be returned.
                                Later around 10 AM agent from Ekart Logistics came(for which I didn't get any message that day) and asked for products I mentioned to him that i have already returned products to Ecom Express agent then he updated the status to pickup failed and even he came on 10th June also since I didn't have products so again he updated pickup failed.
                                I called Ecom Express agent multiple times he said he has scanned items in system and he has already sent them further, before sending he called me saying if I want he can give me my products back but I thought if scanning is done that means myntra has given them option to pick all 3 products.
                                In between all these I never got confirmation message that my products are picked, not even a single confirmation message. On top of all these I got my money back for 1 of the product but not remaining 2 products.
                                Now in all of this i don't have product as well as money, why should I bear complete loss. A company shouldn't connect with this kind of logistics and they should take fine from logistic not me because I have returned my products, there is no proper customer support, no proper action taken, only simply saying that 'we can't do anything about it' won't resolve my issue. Going forward how can I trust a company like this.

                                I have raised complaint against myntra in consumer court 3 times but they are closing my complaint by saying that since they didn't receive products so they won't give refund.

                                    Hi Sir/Madam,

                                    I ordered on 21st July 2023, and it was out for delivery on 28 July 2023, I called the delivery person, and he said will deliver after 7 pm, but no one came after that message came as the product was not delivered and tracked the parcel it showed as OFD lock applied. Since it was 5 days yet it shows the same. I have called Ecom Express which is in Palladam, Tamilnadu, not responding properly, I have called so many times these 5days, but only twice have they picked up the call and said no delivery boy is there currently, and 1 parcel for that particular place who will come and deliver the parcel, if you give extra amount we'll arrange a person to come. I said ok for the extra charge. But after that also it's been 2 days no one has come yet to deliver my product.
                                    Is this the way you are doing for all the customers? I hate the service from Ecom Express. Really it's a waste of time and energy for me by checking the transit and calling Ecom Express. Very bad experience I got from Ecom Express.

                                      Pickup unofficially after pickup cancelled

                                      An pickup request was raised by the seller,
                                      as I was unavailable it got cancelled twice
                                      Later their delivery agent came unofficially and complained regarding me not being available and finally picked up the product with out any pickup confirmation
                                      After pickup the product has not reached the seller and now the seller is raising a re pickup with other company for the product which is handed over to Ecom express
