I am writing to express my disappointment and concern regarding a recent order that I received from company. I placed an order with order number #[protected] and was expecting to receive Kiara Sky Blue Embroidered Suit as per the order details.
However, to my surprise, the package I received on August 29, 2023 contained a completely different product, namely only Saree Blouse. This is clearly not the item I ordered, and I am greatly disappointed by this.
I asked the delivery person to allow the product to open in front of him and then I would do payment after seeing the product but he completely denied for same and asked for money of 876 RS, I paid 876rs to him and then he delivered product.
Please resolve my issue and get my money back.
