I ordered 2 mobiles from flipkart with exchange, exchange : one mobile is redmi y2 another is redmi 6 pro, and ordered Infinix Smart 7 * 2 from flipkart in exchange of them, Now issue is, on 6h october, 2023 courier partner came to deliver mobile whose mobile number is [protected]. They checked my old mobies for exchange, accepted redmi y2 whose exchange value is 1050 and rejected redmi 6 pro, whose exchange value is 2050. I total believed that and ready to take both mobiles, and giving cash for rejected mobile. They opened package, and scanned new mobile, and then told me that he got server error. So can't deliver mobile, gave me personal mobile number of him and told me to call him after an hour. I called him after an hour, he told me that he will check and call back, still I wont receive any call from him, so that I call him on next day on 7th october, he told that come to my office after some time. so he will give mobile on his office, as he is able to solve error on his office only. But we don;t have time to go there on saturday so we won;t. Now we call him on monday after 2 days. till then I daily got message of out for delivery, but not receive any call from delivery agent. On monday he told me that due to rush he has not time to deliver on door step, come to office and collect, on tuesaday I go there. They from 2 old mobiles, he scanned vice verca and rejected redmi y2 which we already accepted on first delivery, and told me to give money of that, I asked him questions but he told give otp fast as already other customers are waiting for delivery. I gave otp and checked, they delivered rejected mobile's exchange to me, and give me one mobile, he scan for another and told that still it is some issue, come tomorrow. I went today, waited for 2 hours there. and still same answer. already went there for 3 times for delievery, and at their office I have seen that many customers like me are harassed like me like this. He is rejecting everyone's mobile, and told every customer on call to come there, and so everyone are coming to take parcel from their office, I think courier boy is very lazy to deliver it. They are not cancelling mobile as well not giving us, please solve my complaint ASAP. If they are providing door step delivery then they must do that. Hence, we went there 3 times but still it is not delivered to us.

    Order on 29 Sep and still not delivered to me (Sri city, AP).
    Satyavedu agent said will be delivered on 7th Oct & then on 10th Oct but never received. No one called or tried to attempt.

    The status is shown as OFD lock revoled and location to Banglore.

    Please help ASAP !!!

      I am getting no response for my orders from Ecom Express even though it has reached the nearest hub and it is providing fake information that it attempted delivery and was unsuccessful but the truth is that they didn't even try to contact me. Now they don't have any customer care as well. I wanted my order on time and it was urgent. I am now facing so many issues due to this.
      The sites that are using Ecom Express as their delivery partner are Tata Cliq and Decathlon from where I ordered my products. However Decathlon didn't provide me with any AWB number for tracking. On the other hand Tata Cliq AWB numbers are as follows: AWB No: [protected]
      AWB No: [protected]. On 9th October 2023, I had raised my complaint to the respected websites customer cares(i.e. Tata Cliq and Decathlon) but the wrong information and an unnecessary delay in delivery is provided by Ecom Express that too without any reason provided by them and no customer care services are available due to which I am struggling right now.

            The Ecom courier express delivery man is very bad about delivery order very rude and not responsible for anything that is questioned he is such a mental disorder person think . So please change the Ecom courier man

              Today I received a text from Ecom express about a product which I haven't ordered at all. But the delivery boy told me it was from flipkart so I received and pay 800 rs in hand. After receiving the product when I opened, it was a burkha. The actual product got delivered after 20 mins. I lost my 800 rs today for a scam. Please do something. Want my money back.

                I have not ordered anything from Ecom Express. Still I'm continuously getting so many calls, messages and WhatsApp messages from 29 oct 2023. I have told that not ordered and don't want the product, they were asking for OTP to cancellation. I refused. So they are daily calling from different numbers. And asking for OTP. Also, I was asked to share the bill details in WhatsApp. For that they are not responding. Daily continuously calling me and asking for OTP. I have attached some WhatsApp screenshots here.

                  I have ordered a product from boodmo it's car spare part unfortunately the number provided in courier service is wrong. The delivery partner is asking for OTP which is sent to the wrong number i have asked to change the number but no response and even no proper guidance
                  The sad part is no verbal customer care fed-up with the service...

                  No delivery executives called me and reason for non delivery given is that delivery was attempted but address was not found. I called the delivery person multiple times but no one picked my call. Order was made on 7sept not delivered till now. It’s status is now showing OFD lock applied

                    My Nykaa package has been delivered to the wrong address… by one of your delivery person ( contact no- +[protected] first of all he didn’t paid attention to what the delivery address says…..when i requested him to pick package and deliver it to me the next day he agreed but never came back…. Then the day after tomorrow again I contacted him and he refused to come back because of his stupidity and carelessness by making excuses like I’m far away from the location it will be late etc etc….its been 2 days since the misdelivery . Thankfully i got hold of my package because of my friend…and i got my package!! My purpose of complaint is to bring your attention towards these kind of delivery person.. because of there carelessness and stupidity can cost someone’s money and time. Pls take some action.

                      I have ordered some products from nykaa and it's was supposed to deliver on 22nd sep and it's 28thbsep and package is still not delivered. The status of the package shows out for delivery but its not delivered. I tried to contact delivery person but he is not responding to my call.

                        Non delivery and rude behaviour of ur delivery agent

                        There are two other packages which the delivery centre is in no mood to deliver.
                        They have a pathetic approach
                        They make no effort to deliver and then say delivery attempted.
                        I even have audio recording of the same

                            499 RS fake cod parcel by Ecom express

                            I recieved a COD order on my Bengaluru address today, which I had not ordered at all. By mistake, I collected it and paid 499 for it, thinking it might be one of my other orders, but hadn't done COD. still I thought, because I had ordered some clothes from other websites, I thought I might have missed the payment, and might have done COD. It was a simple wasteful black plane piece of cloth inside the package.
