This is the complaint about ecom express from Udumalpet. The worst delivery service provider. The delivery boy named Antony did not even attempt a call to deliver the parcel and updated my product to be cancelled as per my request. When I received a call form AJIO I got to know that he had done this. I got a message in what’s and when I tried to contact him and asked why was this done incorrectly and said I will take it with AJIO. His irresponsible answer was no problem go ahead and raise. This is not the first instance. Most irritating delivery service ever seen is from ecom Udumalpet

      A delivery happen at my house without any order, the delivery boy was of Ecom Express, he was took 650Rs. from my house. resolve this as soon as possible, and I am also wanting to get my money back.

        These three pre-paid items have been out for delivery since past 10 days.
        It was out for delivery once and then automatically got rescheduled within few minutes without any calls.
        Delivery executive Is not picking up any calls called numerous times
        Tried reaching out to them via customer service which is useless and same vis email
        This is such a mental torcher

          It has been 1 week and Ecom isn’t delivering my package. Every day it’s out for delivery and I keep calling the delivery guy who gives a new excuse to not deliver it. He is very rude on the phone too. Every day the status is updated to ‘CUSTOMER not reachable’ when this person never calls me. He lies in the system. Phone number of the guy that I receive every day - [protected].

          Why has Ecom hired ###? Is that a criteria to get hired? When will I get my package?

            I have ordered an item from IFFCO eBazar online. The package was picked up by EcomExpress on 12 OCT 2023 and is still undelivered. I have received multiple messages on my mobile that the package was undeliverable without anyone contacting me. When I called the mobile number of the delivery manager that was provided to me in the message from EcomExpress, I was told rudely "I am not a delivery boy" and the phone was hung up. I have written to both IFFCO and EcomExpress and have received no response.
            EcomExpress support number provides only an IVR response and no personal interaction. Registering a complaint with them has not helped either. I have requested a refund from IFFCO Bazar but they have not bothered to respond.

              Today i received an order from Ecom and that item i didn't ordered also. But it was cash on delivery and am unable to see that order in any app to return it
              Please help me to return the item and get refund

                  My product has been out for delivery since the 18th of October but 3 times in a row it is showing undelivered. No attempt at all has been made to deliver the product and no delivery person has called me.

                    I have ordered a product on nykka fashion which was shipped with ecom express. Tracking no. [protected].
                    It arrived in a city nearest to me (not the final destination) on 17th but it's 20th oct and still I haven't received the product.
                    Now the product has gone in a previous hub and it's showing "SHIPMENT UNDER INVESTIGATION". I think it has gone missing. I want my product, Durga puja festival starts from tomorrow and I need to wear it. Please help urgently!

                        I ordered some products nykaa app. The delivery boy didn’t reach out to me on said delivery date. App says to confirm the address and phone number so that the product can be delivered the next day. I am updating my delivery address and phone number daily now still no delivery is planned till now.                                 And the other thing is that I received 3 other orders to me delivered within this week except this one.
                                I have a flight to Europe today night and I needed this shoes urgently, but due to your lack of working system I need to travel without winter shoes.
                                I will not trust decathlon in future and suggest every one also not to trust you.

                                  Jabra had arranged a pickup through Ecom express to send my earphones back to them. The pickup was scheduled on 12th October and there have been no response from the courier yet. Some of their numbers don't work at all and every day I call the robot says it will be delivered today.

                                    I order something from fireboltt webstore and my shipment was doing by Ecom express. As per the tracking id [protected] My shipment is not moving from panaji hub(nearest hub i guess) from 11 oct it was supposed to deliver on 12th oct but still now i didn’t receive that product . I have gon 2 times to all the hub near me but they are unable to track it. I have tried calling ecomm customer care no. But the didn’t receive. Mailed 2 to 3 times the dont bother to reply.

                                      Its already been a week and I have not delivered my parcel yet. The courier service are not picking my call too.
