I have ordered a product from boodmo it's car spare part unfortunately the number provided in courier service is wrong. The delivery partner is asking for OTP which is sent to the wrong number i have asked to change the number but no response and even no proper guidance
The sad part is no verbal customer care fed-up with the service...

No delivery executives called me and reason for non delivery given is that delivery was attempted but address was not found. I called the delivery person multiple times but no one picked my call. Order was made on 7sept not delivered till now. It’s status is now showing OFD lock applied...

My Nykaa package has been delivered to the wrong address… by one of your delivery person ( contact no- +[protected] first of all he didn’t paid attention to what the delivery address says…..when i requested him to pick package and deliver it to me the next day he agreed but never came back…. Then the day after tomorrow again I contacted him and he refused to come back because of his stupidity and carelessness by making excuses...

I have ordered some products from nykaa and it's was supposed to deliver on 22nd sep and it's 28thbsep and package is still not delivered. The status of the package shows out for delivery but its not delivered. I tried to contact delivery person but he is not responding to my call....

There are two other packages which the delivery centre is in no mood to deliver.
They have a pathetic approach
They make no effort to deliver and then say delivery attempted.

I ordered from meesho and parcel delivere service by ecom express. But the day of delivery i got message from ecom that your parcel is Undelivered so i calling the delivery agent and he convince me to deliver parcel tomorrow amd the next day he return my parcel......

A fake delivery happen at my home and a person charge money without any order

I recieved a COD order on my Bengaluru address today, which I had not ordered at all. By mistake, I collected it and paid 499 for it, thinking it might be one of my other orders, but hadn't done COD. still I thought, because I had ordered some clothes from other websites, I thought I might have missed the payment, and might have done COD. It was a simple wasteful black plane piece of cloth inside the package.

I would like to inform that my shipment of books picked up by e-com express from noida vide awb no.[protected] on 03.06.23
has reached at their thane delivery centre on 06.09.23 as per their tracking.

But it is still not delivered at my thane address & i fail to understand the delay.

Not able to talk with any customer service executive on their helpline no & very pathetic service for a courier firm dealing...

I have shipped a order through shiprocket via ecom express. AWB :[protected]
My order has been shipped on 27th August from Delhi to gurgaon and estimated delivery date is 29 th August. But on 30 th it's showing undelivered after out for delivery. On 31st it's showed again undelivered and reason is customer refuse which was fake bcoz no one called. On 1st ofd locked applied and on 2nd it took again out for delivery and again undelivered...

My products were supposed to be delivered on 26 august 2023. But it's still not delivered till date. I am really frustrated as they're not even making any attempts to deliver. I have not received any calls from the delivery partner. I want my parcel as soon as possible.
