I placed an order from a ceratin site and it was showing that i will get my order tomorrow. None of the delivery partner called me and delivered my order and infact the ofd lock is applied to the order and i am not getting my order delivered. None of your customer care is responding, kindly deliver my order.

    I have placed my order from puma app on 21 dec, and it has to be delivered by 23 but ecom express delivery agent haven't delivered my order on that day, it's still pending, I'm writing this on 28 dec, still I haven't received my order, on the puma app it's showing ofd lock applied, but why, delivery agent of ecom express neither call me not made any attempt to be on the location, please resolve my issue, my order is[protected] and my tracking id is [protected], my contact information is [protected] my e-mail, [protected]@gmail.com

      My package was supposed to be delivered on 20th dec but it is still undelivered. A Fake attempt was made on 22nd dec but the customer received no call from the delivery partner . But the package is was undelivered saying the customer refused delivery. As of 23rd i have raised several complaints but no action has been taken yet. Ofd Lock has been applied this morning I don’t even know what does it mean. I just want my package to be delivered asap. This is by far the worst logistics experience i have ever had.

        The package was marked undelivered when there was no attempt for delivery.

        Upon contacting the delivery person he said he will be delivering it the next day but instead it is showing on the tracking page 'OFD lock applied ' and there has been no update since.
        This is a prepaid order. ID: #[protected]
        I demand a resolution ASAP.

          Dear all, greetings!!
          I am really disappointed with the service of Ecom Express. I have recently ordered the Automotive part from Boodmo app on 30 Nov 2023. Company has shipped the part via Ecom Express. Part has reached to the warehouse.( pune Maharashtra) now from here the problem has started. Every day saying “ customer was not reachable” “ address is not locatable” addressee is not contactable” OFD lock is applied” OFD lock is Revoked.. I mean I felt these guys are literally playing games while sitting at home. I request this is a fraud company.. till today’s date the order is not delivered.
          I feel the Boodmo is also equally guilty knowing the problems with Ecom Express’s services and quality…… please do something

            I received a parcel I didn't order on cod for RS.299 and my mother received the order and did the payment. later when she discussed we realised we got scammed. how scammer has our address

              Ecom Express is one of the worst courier company in India, it is full of fraud peoples committing fraudulent activities. If you are planning to use their service then think before sending as they will steal your product and deliver an empty or fake product. I have been a victim of this fraud company, Don't use their service at any cost, even for free. Recently I was supposed to receive 2 shirts in a package but I have received an empty package with nothing inside, Packet id: BS[protected]

                  The delivee company ecom express didnot deliver my parcel and put the OFD lock. They didn't even call me for once and put my number to the blocked list if i called them. Every deliver company deliver every parcel in my area.. The only issue is with this ecom express company.. Every time i ordered something they had issue to with them to deliver, ( not our area to deliver thepl parcel) said by them.. Iam tired of this nonsense.. Every time i ordered something and if my parcel comes to them, i have to complaint about them evey time.. I need my parcel as soon as possible.. And take strict action against them. Thanks

                        A delivery boy come to my address to deliver my order and i picked his call he said i am here to deliver your order and i told him that i am not in home please deliver the parcel in the ground floor he said ok. When i return the home after 3-4 days i get to know that the delivery boy didn't deliver any parcel he just fooled me. Please help me regarding this.

                          Parcel undelivered

                          It's been more than 15 days since my shipment arrived at my nearest ecom express but it's still not delivered . I connected with multiple delivery agents none of them picked up my call and they are simply marking the shipment as undelivered due to "customer refused to accept" or " customer is not reachable". This is not acceptable at all Ecom....

                          I had ordered a sunglass from Ajio and it reached the depot on November 11. It has not been delivered yet and when on asking the office they are telling lame excuses that sufficient delivery boys are not there. AWB-[protected]. Had send WhatsApp message with AWB number and it has not been seen yet. Kindly resolve the issue ASAP

                              Due to not being able to say OTP, the delivery boy hasn't delivered my order. Due to some mistake, the seller gave some others mobile number regarding this my order...so OTP is not coming to my number but to someone else...but the delivery boy came to my door step...and I shared all the order ID and tracking details which exactly matched with the delivery boy details He has.
                              But still he is not delivering the order to me as am not able to say OTP to him...
                              Please solve my this issue and deliver my order as soon as possible.

                                I am an e-commerce seller on Amazon. I received an order and booked the shipment through Ecom Express using Shiprocket. The shipment was picked up on 01.11.2023 from Nagpur (PIN 440022) and was to deliver to Chennai (PIN 600041). Today it is 14.11.2023 and the shipment is still not delivered to the customer.                                   Delivery guy misbehaved on the call and denied to deliver the courier package is laying on the courier office from last to days as today is 12 November 2023 and package is arrived at karnal ecom office dated on 10 November 2023.

                                  Already mailed to ecom customer care and ecom directors no one worried about customer complaints. Customer care numbers are just for numbers not for cares about customers.
