WE HAVE BEEN IN THE SAME RESIDENTIAL FROM PAST 18 YEARS AND ALSO BEEN VOTING FROM 1994 TO 2004 ELECTIONS AFTER SENSES DONE IN THE YEAR 2005 OUR FULL FAMILY NAMES IS BEEN TAKEN OUT AND WE HAVE APPLIED TWO TIMES THEIR WAS NO RESPONSE THIS TIME WE HAVE TAKEN EVEN PHOTOS WHICH WAS NEWLY MADE FROM KORMANGALA OFFICE DATED 12/09/2009
AND WE SEE EVEN NOW OUR NAME BEEN MISSED OUT FROM THE LIST
SO WHOM WE HAVE TO POINT EITHER UR DEPARTMENT
OR THOSE WHO DID SENSES ANY WAYS HOPING BEST FROM UR SIDE I AM MAILING THIS COMPLAINT

IRREGULARITIES IN VOTER IDENTITY CARD - SIQ2528131

Dear Sir,

With due regards I am writing you this complaint in connection with issue of ELECTION COMMISSION OF INDIA - IDENTITY CARD NO. SIQ2528131 which was issued to me from Electrol Registration officer, 158 - Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai (Maharashtra).
It was a real shock and surprise for me to see the CASUAL ATTITUDE by the all officials for issuing the Election Commission of India - Identity card No. SIQ2528131, as we all know that it is a very-very important document and utmost care has to be taken before issuing it to any person.
The following major mistakes are made by the Electrol Registration office of the158 - Jogeshwari (East) Mumbai.
1. Somebody else photo was pasted on my I. Card instead of mine. If the person gets it he can easily misuse it which can really create problem for me.
2. Date of Birth mentioned 1964 where as my Date of Birth is 17.06.1963.
3. Spelling of my name is wrong instead of KHURSHEED ALAM ANSARI mentioned KHURSHID AALAM ANSARI.
4. Father name is ABRAR HUSAIN ANSARI but mentioned on I. card Aalam Ansari.
It is requested that necessary action and correction to be made and new Identity card be issue to me at the earliest.

My name is SONALI MAJUMDAR, i a m from Kolkata,My complain is that my Addess as well as my date of birth has been misprinted in the voter ID Card.My ID no Is GXJ1312198. My actual Date of Birth Is 26/10/1979 and my address is CB/11A,Railpukur road,P.O:Deshbandhunagar,P.S: Baguiati,Baguati,Kolkata-700059.But To my Utter astonishment what i find is that my date of birth has been mentioned as XX / XX / 1980 ,and my address has been mentioned as : Raghunathpur Dakshin Parar(PurbaAnsha) 21 Rajarhat North 24 paarganas 700059. The Voter ID Card issued to my brother has typographical error / wrong entries. The spelling mistake occurred in Elector's Name, Father's Name.The correct entries shall be as below:

i have submitted mine application for voter id card on august 2009 in tirlokpuri , near kalyanvas new delhi election commission office but yet i havnt got mine voter id card due to which i am unable to make mine driving licence and passport .so please suuggest me what can i do for it and how can i get mine voter id card .

I am Manoj kumar singh and live in "Kamla Niwas" Road No.1, House No.1,Khashmahal, Chiryatar, Patna. P.S. Jakkanpur. My Deatils are as follows.
Bankipur Vidhan Sabha, Booth No.154, Sr. No.BR/35/206/174362 as printed on the Voter list from where I noted this Number.
On the list I saw another persons PHOTO. I was shocked to see this.
Still I did not received my VOTER ID CARD and there is another person who is voting.
So Please sir kindly arrange something for my favoure. I need a VOTER ID CARD.

This is to bring you in notice. That We(I alog with my faimily members) have registered ourselves to Voter List from D-4/212, Sangam Vihar. But the office of the Issue athority is asking for out ID proof. If we would had it why we would have run after that...

The person at the Sangam Vihar Election Commisson office was very rude...

Need your suggestion regarding the same.

Dear Sir/Madam,
This is Deepak Mohapatra a native of Orissa, in village name Manikpur,patkura falls under kendrapara district, beg to state that, i have my name, photo,serial no in Voter list of Orissa Government, but i don't have ID card for which i am facing problem in making of passport, for which i could not able travell abroad for my training and carrer of my life. however, i tried to contact in district election office on this regards but i was told by election official that, it could be possible only time of next election, which does not favour me for my carrer augmentation. now it is a big problem for my life. this point of time i am totally in dark what to do and how to do and/or whom should i contact,because it is very urgent.. pls help me..
