Electrolux India — unsatisfactory customer support from resq reliance digital


I had purchased two 1.5 ton Electrolux air conditioners from Reliance Digital, Kharkhana, Hyderabad under ResQ warranty in 2016. On 27 May 19 one Airconditioner became unserviceable and a complaint was lodged under valid ResQ warranty. I received the following message:
‘Dear Customer, Thanks for registering your service request (request no [protected] ) which will be assigned in 48 hours.For an update sms STATUS space request no. to [protected] from your registered mobile no.Regards, Reliance ResQ.’
From then onwards till date I have been following with customer service ResQ Reliance Digital but every time they informed that required spare PCB is not being supplied by Electrolux company. Finally today I received the following message from customer care ResQ:
‘We sincerely apologizes the inconvenience caused to you.
With reference to your mail, the Part which is required for the reapir is PCB, we extend our support to brand but brand didnt support us stating part is not avilable.
As you have puchase RCP plan, hence we are providing alternate solution to you.’
I request you to kindly intervene as this is likely to result in financial loss to me despite having paid for this ResQ warranty. Further it is a poor support services by the manufacturer, if the claim of ResQ is true, tentamounting to cheating the customer for which I need to be compensated.

I once again contacted ResQ customer care on 12 Jun 19 and the following message was received:
‘Dear Customer, Your service request No. [protected] for your ELECTROLUX SAC 1.5T 5S ES18M5C is assigned to our technician who will attend to it on 13/06/19 .For any queries pls call us on [protected] or send an email to [protected]@resq.in’
I regret to inform that nobody either contacted or came to my residence to check the Unserviceable air conditioner.

Compressor is not working and wiring problem you are requested to attend the complaint and resolve it asap.i have already made complaints on your customer complaint no but not received any response
Ekectroloux Ac is not working ...its not cooling properly..temperature is not getting down ...pls take it as urgent basis... [protected] pls contact [protected] if not available..

Please can u share a working no. If customer care Navi Mumbai pin code 400706. As the no. Mentioned on website is not working. [protected].
