We had the misfortune to buy an electrolux washing machine. The installation was done by their authorised service centre quick service centre. We were also conned into taking additional amc. Now after hardly 2 yrs. We find that the service company is now not attending their calls. When we called electrolux the technician they sent wants to change the tub at a cost of rs.3500/-. I asked him about the amc he says tub is not covered. I am not even sure that he is telling the truth. After 2 days a girl called and asked if i was satisfied with the service. I said no. Silence after that. Is there any other option than dragging this company to the court?

    Hi, would like to inform you that we are facing issues with Electrolux split AC. We called engineer thrice in last 4 months as water was leaking and ice forming in the ac. We spent 10726 rupees in the last 4 months. THE AC PROBLEM IS YET NOT RESOLVED. We have called the engineer again & we need to pay him for the visitining charges too. The Engineer who visited was from Srishti Enterprises and they said that they have changed the coyal and wall. But I am sure that they have not changed the parts but just repaired it, or even if they have done it, they have not replaced with the genuine parts as this issue should not have continued. Srishti enterprises took double charge for servicing and stole wall of the ac as well. When we complained Electrolux customer services for the extra charge taken by the engineer, they said that " We need to contact Srishti Enterprises as Electrolux are not responsible for it" Now my concern is - I have called Electrolux customer care and they have send the engineer who have over charged us. It is not my duty to call third party for refund. As per me I have paid to Electrolux engineer and it Electrolux duty to get my money refunded.     I wd like to inform u that engineer visited here on 5th august. He checked the problem and advised about next visit which should have been conducted on tuesday but still did not get any update regarding it. Please take necessary step. Thanks

      I have registered complain about my microwave on 8 july and after so many days technician came and said magnetron is not working need to replace for this you have to pay 2500 i told magnetron is in warranty for three years and its been only one year, but he totally denied and took visit charge for nothing doing as he just opened and close and from then i am just mailing to your customer care calling but mr hrishikesh mahanta from silchar area (Area manager) he jst says he dont have magnetron let me check and cut the phone even he dont receive the call dont even care i am facing problem... Horrible service from electrolux.. If you will not contact me and change my magnetron i will file case in consumer forum against electrolux and file a fir for cheating and mental harrassment. My complain no was guw[protected]. Now its your duty to take this matter i am fed up of calling him

          Dear Sir,

          Subsequent to your mail, your service engineer visited our place and clicked a few pictures after checking the unit. He did verbally admit that it is a manufacturing defect.

          Today I got a call from Mr.Sudhir Area Manager that one more person will come and inspect??
          Now I am completely exhausted and feel that you are not serious enough to resolve my issue.

          Can you conclusively confirm the following?

          a) On which day you will replace the unit?
          b) Compensate for the damages to the wall.
          c) Compensate for the harassment, inconvenience, and discomfiture due to Nonfunctioning o[censored]nit.

          Hope you will put yourself in my position-see it from my prospective and resolve it without getting into bureaucratic procedure rest I am constrained to seek redressed through other forums

          Service team of Electrolux cannot wash hands from the responsibilities for which they have been hired by company. This way I feel I am being harassed by Electrolux and it is against the norms set by the government.
          As you are not able to set indoor unit in a working condition, I request to please change indoor unit with new one immediately.

          Electrolux India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          The door glass and handle got broken in shipment. I wanted the same to be repaired or replaced. 4 months have passed since I reported the matter online as well as on phone to customer care and no action has been taken.
          Have exhausted the extended warranty few months back. The PCB is not giving proper beep machine stops after tub fills with water, manually start again it performs but fails to drain water and stops .Mechanic says PCB to be replaced but part not available in market.Model Elita plus 6.2 kg Electrolux. Please help at the earliest.
          Since installation of AC there has been water leaking from the indoor unit. I called Vijay sales who sent a technician SAJAR – who said that the leakage is due to low gas! The AC was installed on 19th June! So if the gas level is not up to the mark it is shocking. He said he will come again the next day to fill gas. But there was no information from him. When I called Vijay sales again. They said they will be sending a senior technician to check. Ram Vilas who was the senior technician checked and said that there is no issue with the gas and he waited for an hour or so and during that time there was no leakage. He left and within 15 mintues water starting leaking again. Whe he came the next morning he did see the leakage and cleaned the unit and said now there will be no issues. But again in the night after an hour there was leakage again. And this has been every day.
          Vijay sales does not want to take any ownership in this case and Electrolux is even worse. The ASI who spoke to me says he will send another technician to CHECK!!! Three technicians have checked so far and still he wants another investigation. I DO NOT AGREE to this. Either you replace this faulty unit or refund the whole amount+ compensation for the inconvenience!

            I am living as a paying guest, working in a nearby hospital, doctor by profession. My landlord had installed elctrolux ac in april of 2017. Ever since then, the ac has had some problem or the other. First there was some leakage, then some compression problems. The service executive outright told me that the ac's compressor does not work at temperatures above 45 deg c. Recently again i asked my landlord to lodge a formal complaint no - gur [protected] on 6th of july and has till not been resolved. I personally spoke to some mr shauwik, a costumer executive who promised me that some one will attend to this problem till 8pm tonight, but no one has come. I am literally fed up of this ac and want this useless box to be thrown away and demand a refund so that i can replace it with a better product, like lgs ac.

              We from sree enterprises bangalore registered as authorized service center for electrolux through quick customer electronic service pvt ltd, by depositing rs 40000 within a month the service for electrolux was taken over by tekcare which is under videocon

                We have recently purchased a microwave. After few months, now it is not working and no heat is being generated. The complaint was logged on 8th june, 2017. I had received a sms that ban[protected], will be serviced by karthik[protected] svc point [protected]. After one week the technician visited our home. He mentioned that some parts need to be replaced and he will fix the machine next day. But he never came back, though i had tried several times to reach him on his mobile, but he hasn't picked up my phone. Also, i called the customer care and reported the same. Two weeks have passed and no action has been taken. I am very much disappointed with the after sales service and would like to escalate to the highest authority, so that prompt action is taken on my concern.

                    I have requested (Ahm[protected]) for service of an electrolux ac for 15 days.
                    No one is attending my call properly. I have been calling daily for this and i was told to stay home (17/06/2017) so that my request can be attended which i did despite it was inconvenient for me (It happened the second time. I had to do the same thing 5 days back). And since morning i have been calling on the number which i have received on message.

                    It's the most pathetic service i have encountered so far. Your service engineers simply do not care whether anybody is busy. Let me know if i should apply for leave for an entire week just for ac service

                        With reference to my product "es 18m5c altw 1.5t split ac electrolux" purchased on 16 april, 2016 and serviced by your personnel around 15 days back for defect (Water leaking from internal unit) for a payment of rs. 500/-, the same problem has recurred almost 5 days back. I submitted a complaint with the dealer "much more digital, tinsukia (Assam)" as well as at your guwahati office (Mr. Guha) over phone.
                        Till date no one has bothered to solve the problem. This is a serious issue of customer negligence and hence i request you to attend the same immediately, latest by tomorrow.

                              it is highly objectionable that your firm does not supply spare parts, when company has sold product then why you don't supply spares parts of fridge,
                              because bring a bad name for the company. Evidently, I will sale your product at minimum cost and would like to suggest to my near and dear not purchase this low quality product because they have very poor service
                              Your dealer and care taker of service center tells to come four times to find a product he is Azad Electrical outside Makhu gate
                              plz make spare3 parts available and maintain eroding quality of items of company

                                I am having an Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator (double door). The main door handle is hanging. I would like you to let me know whether the handle can be got repaired/replaced. This refrigerator is 2004 model and is working fine except the handle problem as shown in the photo. Shall be grateful if you could let me know whether it can get replaced/repaired.

                                  I feel sure thar electrolux global company values by its constumers. It is not a practical applied by brazilian electrolux team.

                                  I am writing to complaint about a serious disorder experienced due to the lack of commitment of electrolux brazil.

                                  I have tried to solve the problem using the better way to all. Brazil electrolux team proposed a date to solve the complaint, and unfortunately they don’t care to commitments made. I have spread the history by mail, by twitter, by phone, and the unique answer available is to wait. Please let’s to think together, is it reasonable to stay almost 30 days without a blender at home? I think, no.

                                  By this reason, i had decided share my terrible experience with you, so i could make responsible people aware the size of disorder that they have caused.

                                  Acontece que a jarra/copo do liquidificador, por desgaste natural do produto, após 03 anos de uso, vem apresentando problemas e assim desejo comprar peça de reposição.
                                  Tais peças não são facilmente encontradas, quiçá existentes. Neste intuito aguardo orientações da electrolux para solucionar este problema relatado.
                                  Complementarmente lembro-os que consoante código de defesa do consumidor, art. 32. Os fabricantes e importadores deverão assegurar a oferta de componentes e peças de reposição enquanto não cessar a fabricação ou importação do produto e parágrafo único. Cessadas a produção ou importação, a oferta deverá ser mantida por período razoável de tempo, na forma da lei.
                                  Em pesquisa rápida, percebe-se que o produto ainda é comercializado nas grandes lojas de varejo (http://www.americanas.com.br/produto/[protected]/liquidificador-power-mix-pbe11... portanto não havendo que se falar em qualquer hipótese de exclusão de responsabilidade.”

                                  “i am having trouble finding spare parts for the electrolux powermix 5 speed + pulsar (Pbe11) 127v blender, purchased on the network's own website, under purchase order v919930elux-01, dated 12fev2014.
                                  It turns out that the blender jar / cup, due to natural wear of the product, after 03 years o[censored]se, has been presenting problems and thus i want to buy spare part.
                                  Such pieces are not easily found, perhaps existing.in this regard, i am waiting for electrolux guidelines to solve this reported problem.
                                  In addition, i remind them that according to consumer protection code, art. 32. Manufacturers and importers shall ensure the supply of components and spare parts for as long as the manufacture or importation of the product does not cease and sole paragraph. Once the production or import is stopped, the offer must be maintained for a reasonable period of time, in accordance with the law.
                                  In quick research, it is noticed that the product is still marketed in large retail stores (http://www.americanas.com.br/produto/[protected]/liquidificador-power-mix-pbe11... + volts), so there is no need to mention any possibility of exclusion of liability. "

                                  After this complaint, we started a negotiation and having finished in april, 28. To cut a long history in short, we came to the conclusion of an amount that i should pay, would have to return the broken apparatus, and other requirements. So, note that since april 20 i am without a blender.

                                  And also note, the whole problem is due to the failure of the original product, and for lack of spare parts here in brazil, extend the electrolux not complying with legal requirements.

                                  After long time of wainting, i wrotte to electrolux the following:

                                  “prezados, estou contactando sacmidiassociais. [protected]@electrolux.com. Br a vários dias, aguardando um posicionamento de vocês quanto ao meu caso (Protocolo[protected], e vocês estão se fazendo de mortos. Por favor, pronunciem-se quanto ao meu problema. Estou a muito tempo sem liquidificador, e passando por problemas terríveis devido a falta do aparelho eletrodoméstico.”acontece que o descaso é tamanho, que não consigo obter data na qual receberei os produtos em casa. Ligo no[protected] e me falam para esperar. Por email, me respondem para aguardar que estarão postando o produto. Ninguem da electrolux quer me dizer quando acabará meu desprazer de não ter liquidificador em casa e passar por todos os transtornos que a falta do produto vem a causar.”

                                  “dear, i am contacting sacmidiassociais. [protected]@electrolux.com. Br for several days, waiting for a position of you regarding my case (Protocol[protected], and you are becoming dead. Please speak about my problem. I am long without a blender, and going through terrible problems due to the lack of the appliance."it turns out that the negligence is size, that i can not get a date on which i will receive the products at home. I call[protected] and they tell me to wait. By email, i respond to wait to be posting the product. None of the electrolux wants to tell me when it will end my displeasure of not having liquidifier at home and go through all the inconveniences that the lack of the product comes to cause.”

                                  So, after that they contacted me and ask to wait. After the deadline of the agreement, still asked to wait another 10 days.

                                  I understand that this behavior is not the right one for a serious company. Has anyone cared about my problem during these long almost 30 days? Discovered the problem why did not they strive to solve it in a much shorter time?

                                  For this case, i am waiting for answers, because the impressions that remain show that electrolux is not a very correct company and that it does not care for its customers.

                                    I have registered a complaint on freezer box issue of my Refrigerator and Arind (Mobile Nr: [protected]) from Electrolux has come collected a money of 3000/- and run away. I tried to reach him, he is not attending my call. After some time, he responded that you can call deepak kumar (mobile nr: [protected]), now he is also not responding. Now who is responsible?                                       I logged a complaint on 14th May 2017 for my refrigerator it’s been 4 days and no one taking care to visit & fix the issue.

                                      Their staff just giving false commitment & I’m now really disturbed with such ignorance & such poor customer service.

                                      I called up the area incharge & told him about the situation & seriousness of the issue. But I don’t think they even bother about customer feedback or any issues, since they always commit saying "it will be done today only", but it never happened...
