I have purchased electrolux ac on month of feb 2017, & company promised for warranty and 3 free service in a1 year,
But when i call to company customer care for free service and explain some difficulties they booked my compains but nobady didn't attended and two times call to customer care but didn't get any satisfy answers, they are not interesting to provide the service after purchasing the product...

it is highly objectionable that your firm does not supply spare parts, when company has sold product then why you don't supply spares parts of fridge,
because bring a bad name for the company. Evidently, I will sale your product at minimum cost and would like to suggest to my near and dear not purchase this low quality product because they have very poor service

I am having an Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator (double door). The main door handle is hanging. I would like you to let me know whether the handle can be got repaired/replaced. Ac is having issues of overheating fan motor from the 2nd month. Service people have come about 6 times so far and the 6 times is due to the delay in the service schedule dates. Every time it starts whistling and it is unusable. Whistling comes almost every 2nd day and sometimes every day. Service company says they cannot fix this and only keep replacing the fan motor which is the only thing that they have control. We are tired of having...
