Dear team,
I am mihir jha uan[protected], had applied for pf and eps withdrawal 3 month back to bandra pf office it is still under process. Have raised 3 grievances nothing is working. No one pics up phone no one replies on mail.
I have raised an rti for that also 1 month has passed.

Reply to earlier 2 grievance says there are lot of claim pending so getting delayed, second reply says it is transfered for verification once it is approved amount will be deposited. It has already taken 2 month now.
Earlier due to my employers mistake my date of exit was wrongly updated which caused 4 months delay.
Please help

I the undersigned had applied for PF advance (UAN #[protected] withdrawal on 30-July-2019, but still it is showing as 'Under Process'.

Today (19.08.2019), I had called EPFO customer care and briefed them my case. They informed me that there are cases pending since 6 July 2019 in EPFO Bandra office and they cannot ensure till what time my claim will be settled. They instructed me to make a complaint on grievance cell on EPFO site, which I did on immediate basis. The registration number is BANII/E/2019/13408.

I need the money on urgent basis. Humble request you to clear my settlement at the earliest.

I have applied online epf/eps withdrawal on 30th jul'2019 but still my claim is showing under process.

According to cpfc, claim will be settled within a week. What's the benefits of online claim filling if epfo are still taking one month timing for settleing the claim.

In my experience gurgaon office is very worst office in all over india.

Dear sir,
Wrt my pf transfer application dated 15.10.2018, my pf is not still not transferred to my present pf account (Exempted gmdc pf trust). I have not been able to use my own money required purchase of house after job change and i had to double my home loan. Still after so many months my pf is not transferred to my present employer without any justifiable reason that too when pf office claims that every transaction is quick with online pf system.
You are requested to kindly look in to the matter & do needful urgently. More than six months have passed.

I, enforcement officer serving in employees provident fund organization, govt of india, kandivali west, want to complain about non cooperation from goregaon police station west for registration of my complaint to be lodged u/s 406 & 409 of ipc against the establishment m/s patel auto service mall pvt ltd, situated at goregaon west for not depositing the employees' share of pf contribution so deducted from employees' monthly salary to the pf office, kandivali west on time. The establishment which is covered under the epf act, 1952 committed the offence of criminal breach of trust and misappropriation of employees' share of pf dues. Thereby, attracting the provisions of 406 & 409 of ipc. My application submitted to goregaon police station w on 25.07.19 has not been registered till date by the psi mr pratap bangar and station in charge mr. Goswami saying that there is procedure to be followed in registering the complaint. It's been almost 23 days the case is pending for registration. Mr pratap and mr goswami are saying that legal advice will be taken for registration of complaint as establishments has now paid the dues. It is true that estt has paid the dues on13.08.19 which is still late as i directed estt vide inspection visit note dtd 12.07.19 to remit the dues on 16.07.19. Even the payment is done by estt post submission of my complaint application dated 25.07.19 to the police station. It is still an offence. I request you to ask the goregaon police station to register my complaint at the earliest. I, being a servant of govt of india, ministry of labour & employment, am answerable to my department for delay in submission of my report in the above case. Your prompt action in the matter is expected.

Note : this complaint has been registered to consumer forum after several follow up with epfo.. As per epfo online process they said 5 to 10 days to settled claim.. I also visited to office and after visit they treated like employee are goat.

As per employer confirmation they stated all process of details updated has been done on there end and there is no such pendency on my employer end nor i have joined to any other organization because i want to first get treated my medical issue and after that going to marry and settled to other city..

I am in a critically need of pf among whosoever it is to save my life and consumer team i really need ur help to resolve it.

My self ashwini jayesh panchal and i was employed with home credit india pvt ltd as a compliant specialist - management operation.

After 2month of my last working day. I had submitted online form for final pf withdrawal. However, its been more then a 10 days but till date i did not received any update on the same.

I would request you to check pf application status on your end and help to get processed at the earliest because i left job due my wedding and medical issue. Moreover, major requirement is i want to get treated my medical issue stone operation.

I am unable to link my aadhar to my uan for because my basic details are wrongly updated. I request you please correct my name and my father name as per my aadhar in my uan portal.

I corrected my name on pan card and now it matches the name on my aadhar card and uan account. But when i try to input my pan number with corrected name, it still shows the error as
"pan verification failed. (Name against uan does not match with the name in income tax department)"
I also tried to file a grievance on epfo portal but it just didn't register the complaint, kindly advise what needs to be done.

There is a terrible negligent part on employer. He didnt maintained the exact information of the employee. He has sown my daughter as a male, mentioned her dob 15 years more. No aadhar, no pan card linkage. I started struggle one and half year back to rectify all above mentioned. That to emploer continued depositing six months more up to june though her contract suspended in jan itself. Icould manage with employer and things done name, dob and gender changed as per my request. Submitted form 19, 10 c on 29 th july 2019, field office recieved it on 30 th july. On 7th august claim rejected, informed me on 8th august. When i searched for reason nothing has mentioned there in.

I apply pf withdraw claim form-19 on 1 aug 2019. But on 6 aug 2019 i received a message from epfo that my claim form-19 has been rejected. I want to know why it is rejected i need a pf so i request provide me detail of rejection form of my claim form 19 so that i fulfilled that queries. I provide my claim form no. Is ngnag[protected]. I have applied my final settlement for epf fund, since 10/7/19 and whenever i check my account status it shows up under process for almost a month, and when i check on 5/8/19 it shows up my funds has drawn against para 69 (2). I have done all the legal paper works with my previous organization and they have approved it. I wanted to know the reason why i cannot receive my hard work money, its against my will, please do settle this problem at the earliest thank you.

My pf claim has been rejected for 2nd time. I have provided all the necessary document and information. Why it has been rejected and i cant open the link which was sent on my mobile number for rejection reason. I want to withdraw my pf balance as i let my job wher my company synergy power kolkata, has deposited money in pf account. My uan no. Is[protected]. I joined on 01.03.2019 and left job on 04.06.2019. I am abhilasha sharma i have serious issue with my pf withdrawal epfo office just harassing me and rejecting my request of withdrawal with out any concrete reason also their provided number is contentious not responding i have written complaint to cm office as well today,

My old pf account has been successfully transferred to new one new pf no - dsnhp[protected] but when i am applying to withdrawn amount from new account its twice rejected and message is"already withdraw",
I m currently out of india and newly blessed with baby i request to department to understand my condition and process my amount on priority there is no reason to stop the payment its my hard earned money & pf department has no authority to hold my amount rather in case you want to process the amount with legal ways i am ready to do that as my father is in delhi court and he will take congnizant of this issue,
