HI IM ANIL NEGI IM TRYING TO LINKING MY PAN CARD WITH MY UAN ACCOUNT BUT IT SHOWING THIS MESSEGE "name against uan does not match with the name in income tax department". I already link my adhar with my pan card..my name is same on UAN ACCOUNT, AADHAR AND PAN CARD... i called income tax customer care executive..they said my name is same as per my adhar card.. so why im facing this problem every time...many time i mailed to [protected]@epfindia but i didn't get any response from there...please solve my problem..

We, the following staffs of ramachandi degree mahavidyalay, gadamanatir, khordha, did not receive our epf since date: 25.08.1993. Now the college is separated from composite form and we are in 662 category. So kindly consider our case and give justice.

In my epf a/c pass book have around 35000/ —
But in the end of my claim day i received only 3200/ —
From neft can i know the reason, for that
I need a quick respond on my quarry.. This is not first time to approach you for this quarry.. My epf settled amount credited with 32 thousands in april still now i did get my remaining amount of around 4000
It's not at all a small thing to me, if you solve this it's help to a lot...

My pf was transferred and i received annexure k. This amount is not reflected in my passbook till today. It has been 2 years now. I had raised about 5 grievances till today and no solution.
I raised a rti complaint with the rtiindia. The ticket was disposed off with the remark: it is confirmed that, the accumulated amount has been credited to this office (Rpfc kolkata salt lake city) account. But due to some technical reason the amount could not be credited to members account.

I had applied online for final epf withdrawal. I received money in my account after deduction of 10%tds.

But as per rule tds should not have been deducted as i completed more than 10years of service.
When enquired through grievance centre, they just told this:
Sir, your previous service not received and pf was settlement partly so tds was deducted.

But as i had already transferred my previous employer contribution to current one prior to applying. This reason given by epfo is not understandable.

Please assist in getting the tds amount back as i had completed more than 5 years of contributions (Which is the requirement for no tds deduction)

My Monthly Pension: Rs.1, 300/- remitted to my Andhra Bank A/c. upto Feb, 2019. Due to some problems i have submitted a letter to PF Office in Feb 2019 for Stop payment of my PF to Andhra Bank and changed my Bank A/c to State Bank of India, Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad Branch A/c No. [protected] / IFSC: SBINO0011746. I have submitted a request letter on 30th June, 2019 to PF Office, Barkatpura, Hyderabad to change my bank account from Andhra Bank to State Bank of India, Dilsukhnagar Branch as mentioned above and also submitted SBI Bank Pass Book Xerox copy also. The concerned dept staff said that the pending pension from March 2019 to June 2019 will be remitted to my SBI A/c in 1st week of July 2019. But till today i have not yet received my balance Pension amount from March 2019. Due to illhealth i was held up at Vijayawada and unable to come to Hyderabad and From 4th July 2019 i am daily calling to PF Office PRO No.[protected] but no proper response. Sir, i have submitted my new bank account to PF Office on 30th June 2019 but I have not received my Pension from March 2019. Pls solve my problem immediately. Treat this as Most Urgent.

I have applied for my online pf claim on[protected] and it was again rejected by epfo stating the reason"EPS contribution not deducted by employer, wages more than 15000, hence claim is rejected". I have applied for form 10c (For eps withdrawal) and form 19 (Pf withdrawal). The same thing happened to me before and i was asked to check with the employer which i did but they are saying that they have deducted the EPS Contribution so it is the fault from the EPFO side that they have not updated their database . Please resolve this issue at once as it is happening again and again. I am attaching the screen shot of the rejected claim. Please . My claim id and member id (Pf number) is already there in the screenshot. Please take a look.

Recently again i have applied for my pf and pension withdrawal online on 26th june 2019. Please make sure this time it get processed without any delay.

Dear sir or madam,
I am member of employees provident fund and my uid is[protected].
Recently i have withdrawn my account after filing complaint against the employer who was not willing to attest my withdrawal forms.
I have received interest only upto 31st march 2015. As per the epfo guidelines i am entitled to receive interest on the account upto the age of 58 years and whereas my age is only 51.
Kindly look into this matter and help me receive interest for the remaining years.

After submitting joint declaration from employee and employer with proper supporting documents on 04.02.2019. Still my online request for name change got rejected. It is almost rejected 9 times. Now which procedure we should follows please explain as i am fed up.
Every time we need to go pf office and spend 2 hrs in lain. And after submitting our documents epf office easily rejected request by saying document not submitted. If i am not following any procedure please explain me and correct me will follow that also.

I have raised pf transfer request in jan 2019 to be transferred from tcs pf account to amdcos pf account,
But it is not completed yet. I have raised like 9-10 grievances against pune and bandra pf office.
I am not getting a satisfying reponse, neither the amount transfer request is getting fulfilled.
Pune office tells me it is yet to be received from bandra office.
Bandra office does not give proper response and keeps closing the request everytime without even asking
If request can be closed or is fulfilled or not.
Please help in to expedite the process to transfer the amount to amdocs pf account.
I need to get it transferred further.
Also bandra pf office is asking me to visit bandra office for no apparent reason.
Please provide fixed timeline within which the request to transfer amount will be completed.
It has been about 6 months since i have raised the request.
Also do not close the request until the process is completed.

the claim was submitted on portal on 2 may, 2019 and sent to field office on 3 may, 2019. It's been about 48 days and yet online portal shows
''under process''.

As per statutory provisions, the withdrawal claims complete in all respect is required to be processed within 20 working days of its receipt.

what is the tentative estimated time for clearance.

I have been request to you, my old pf dose not transfer to my current pf account, and I have submitted all the necessary documents on 14/11/2017. In your PF office at maninagar, Ahmedabad. Dear Sir,

I regretfully bring it to your kind notice that ICAI PF trust, as per their own admission by latest trailing mail, is neither following the EPF and MP Act, 1952 nor their own Contributory Provident Fund(CPF) rules.
In reference to the above subject, with reference to the recent trailing mail appended herein below for ready reference from Accounts dept. of ICAI, I would like to submit the present status and bring it to your kind notice for action as follows (Based on inputs given in trailing mail and earlier mails in this regard itself):
1. ICAI appointment letter clause 2 clearly stipulates that I was eligible for the benefit of Contributory provident fund (CPF), copy whereof is attached for ready reference.
2. ICAI is not following The EPF & MP Act, 1952 because they have been granted exemption from act provided they must satisfy two conditions.
3. The second condition as per ICAI PF Trust is ICAI should provide for its employees the benefit of a Contributory Provident Fund (CPF) under its own PF trust.
4. It is clearly stipulated and admitted in mail that ICAI meets both the conditions and accordingly has provided benefits of a contributory provident fund (CPF) to its employees.
5.In compliance to above conditions ICAI accounts dept. correctly deducted from my salary, my contribution towards CPF every month, for all 33 months during my services in ICAI.
6.ICAI has already released my contribution towards CPF with interest of Rs.4, 72, 463 on 19/05/2014.
7.ICAI has not released their part of equal contribution towards CPF amounting to Rs.4, 72, 463 despite lot of follow up since long time on flimsy grounds though they claims to meet both the conditions.
8.The basic condition and premise of any CPF is equal contribution by both employee and employer every month regularly.
9.Where & how is the compliance of second condition of CPF without making payment of ICAI contribution towards CPF to an employee
10.Article 14 of the constitution guarantees that all people shall be equally protected by the laws of the country.There should be no discrimination between one person and another. I had served ICAI for 33 months as a regular employee on the roll of ICAI. ICAI can not discriminate among its employees accordingly.
11.In order to comply the law of the land, ICAI PF trust can very well amend the arbitrary and unjustified rules from retrospective effect as promised by then secretary as well as then Central Council Member & PF Trustee CA. Sanjay agarwalji also.
It is important to mention that then ICAI Secretary Mr.V.Sagar has informed me by mail on 21st November, 2018 that ICAI PF trust is revising its Trust deed and have planned to hold meeting of Trustees post 10th December to seek its approval for Payment of Employers PF Contribution (CPF) by ICAI.
In the light of above, I request you to look into my genuine long pending case, probe/act upon it, and advise the Accounts dept. of ICAI to release my legitimate dues of ICAI contribution of CPF with interest at the earliest please.

With respect to the grievance raised, it is submitted that the clarification was sought from the Consultant who informed that any amendment to the rules of the ICAI PF Trust will have effect from the date of its approval from the concerned Authorities and no amendment can be made from retrospective date. i.e. Amendments proposed in the modified vetted rules of ICAI PF Trust rules will be prospective in nature.

The extract of Rule 7 of existing ICAI PF Trust Rules is reproduced below :

“The employer’s contribution shall not be made till a Member has been confirmed as an employee of the Institute but on such confirmation the Employer’s contribution shall be made in one lump sum from the date of his appointment.”

As you were not confirmed at the time of resignation, in accordance to the prevalent rules only employee P F share was released to you in May 2014.

When checked with my employer Accenture replied that, i will get it after March or Apr 2019. But still i did not get it. Please do the needful.
