    My name is tejaswini and I have applied multiple times on epfo portal for name change and submitted all the documents but they are the rejecting it.
    I need to take medical claim benefit which my company is provided but after my marriage my name has been changed completely. I have submitted all the documents with marriage certificate, paper out, and Affidavit with updated new adhar and Pan card.but still they are not approving. They are rejecting after a month. And not doing process asap.

      I have applied for pf withdrawal first time on 3 august and which has been rejected without giving any reason. Moreover, there had been claim raised which hasn’t been done by me.Please give explanation for this and reflect the total amount without any claim deduction.

              This is regarding the PF transfer request i had raised 2 years back via FIS(current company).

              As per the response from EPFO team, the PF amount is with RPFC for transfer and neither PF nor pensionable services are transferred to my current PF account.

              I have raised multiple grievance corresponding to the PF transfer request raised on EPFO portal for PF and pensionable service transfer from previous organization to current organization i.e. from TCS to FIS. The latest Grievance request raised on 18/07/2023, but no action has been taken yet.

              The tracking ID for PF and pension transfer request is and is pending with RPFC since year 2021

                  This is to inform you that my old EPS service has been transferred to my latest account.

                  My service with Account number APHYD[protected] of 9 Years 3 Months 29 Days is transferred to Account GNGGN[protected]X0031864. But it is not transferred to my latest Account APHYD[protected].

                  I have raised so many grievances but all with the same answer saying that it is in the pipeline. I have been waiting for 1 year now. Please do the needful.

                    Last April 2023, my employer paid our ecr contribution, but after a few months, it is still not entered in my passbook, I am talking to the employer, then he contacted his epfo ro office about this issue., but even after that nothing was fixed, so that this contribution is credited, please solve the problem as soon as possible, thank you.

                      Hi team,

                      The balance that's been showing in the EPF passbook is wrong. Its only showing the balance from my latest comany. The PF balance from my previous company is not reflecting.

                      My epfo balance from my latest company is 10, 519. But the pf form my previous company is not showing up.

                      I had created my one employee - one pf account also

                      I also tried calling the hepline number, but that didn't work

                      Please resolve this issue as soon as possibe

                        I'm pregnant and have been struggling to withdraw and claim my pf and also facing issues in transferring my pf. When I visit one office they say to go to other same is happening from almost 6 months...m being mentally harassed

                                Your Claim [ Claim Id - PYBOM[protected] ] has been rejected due to : 1) UPLOAD PAN ALONGWITH CLAIM FORM 2) FORM 15 G / 15H, PAN CARD NOT SUBMITTED BY MEMBER.

                                There is no provision or option to upload PAN as that’s already linked with my PF account/UAN.
                                I had already uploaded 15g along with a cancelled cheque.
