Currently we are in esic hospital, s. R. Nagar, hyderabad since 2 days. The food provided by the canteen is very bad. Most of them are not at all touching the food provided by the canteen.. Most of the patients are bringing food from outside. The patients should stay healthy and strong for the surgeries. If you provide these kind of food then by seeing that food itself patients will become sick. Please kindly improve the food quality. Except the food all facilities are good. Please take my complaint seriously. So that no one will suffer like us. Thank you

Mene esic hospital, Agra ke refence par apni mammi ko dikhane k liye Ravi Hospital, Agra le gya Doctor's ne waha operation k liye bola to me ready ho gya but wo keh rhe the ki apko Rs.20, 000 dene honge operation ke kyuki esic hme bas Rs.15, 000 deti h meri mammi ka stone ka operation hona tha to uske liye unhone ye bola fir iske baad mene unko admit karaya or Rs.10, 000 hospital me deposit kar diye. kyuki mujhe ustime nhi pta tha ki esic itna deti h ya pura jab mene esic hospital, agra k branch manager Mr. Anand ji se baat kari tab unhone btaya ki ye bilkul cashless hota h iske baad jab mene Ravi hospital ke doctor se kahi to unhone kaha yaha par apki mammi ka treatment nhi ho payega or aap yaha se inko le jayiye or mene discharge kara liya. unhone waha par mujhse 100rs apni file bnane ke + 118rs medicine k dilwaye or mujhe rs.10000 wapas de diye or discharge de diya.
Sir agar hospital ese paise lete h to employee ko puri information provide karayi jaye Esic ki taraf se kyuki waha par kuch or kehte h or Hospital me kuch or. Sir, request h meri is system ko jald se jald thik karaye or meri help kare me aage kya karu.

Dear Sir,
Just i want to aware regarding misbehaved by Jwalapuri dispensary staff Mr. Narender Chopra.
Today i went to dispensary for treatment of my dagugher which is 2 yr old.
The doctor prescribe some medicine in which one of medicine "trmethoprn and sulchamthofazole oral suscension"
batch N[protected], Mfd date-06/2015 & Exp. Date-05/2017,
I asked to Mr. Narender Chopra it is expire or not but he react me just like a beggar. his wording are " Tum Bewkoof ho ye expire nahi hai ye le or ja yaha se, with bad manner & when i asked his name then he saying Narendra Chopra and told me You do take my nothing will.

I am swarupa esic holder. I called up around 7 clinics near by my area (No. Got from esic site) all are saying they are not coming under esic. Why the data is not updated in the esic. As govt takes lots of money under esic and not giving facility to go for check up. Governments sucks financially to middle class people. Please stop giving service of esic.

Pls focus this matter. My matter is a this esi despensary so rush today but employee asking that system is not working but doctor room system already working. I am waiting 1 hours. My mother health is critical she is not standing for despensary. Our matter is pls take the action one system is working but another is not working. I already ask the doctor pls write of medicine of slip. But doctor ask only online work is done. Pls take action that this matter

Dear team i am working with a private company since last three year my esic claim reimbursement is pending with esic which was the emergency delievery case of my wife and i already sent my original medical bill and other slip to concerned dispensary and esic hospital by speed post but since they received my bills there is no response from their side for further process so i request to please help me for the issue to resolve it soon

As I've seen in ESI NH3 Faridabad, few doctors'behaviour with the patient is very poor. They talk with patient in very poor language with shouting like loading favors on patients.
Like Dr. Ruchi Arora Sachedeva who is chest disease specialist sits in OPD-20.
She was abusing to the patients and she denies to consult as well.

I am talking about what happened with me, actually I went to hospital to show myself and Dr. Ruchi Arora Sachdeva's assistan was consultin me but bcoz some doubts she reffered to her senior Dr. Ruchi Arora Sachdeva but she spared my whole day without have a look of my reports and finally said I don't have time, do come tomorrow and I told that I wont be able come tomorrow she shoute me with abusing language but still I came out to the OPD and waiting for last time but before completing her duty shift time, she went I was waiting there because company doesn't provide more leave to the patients and that patient doesn't able to go hospital again and again.

So this type of doctors getting benifit of Govt. jobs which is like a moral:
A Fish Make Messy a Clean Pond.

So I request to you to take the strong action make good govt. services.

I am employed as the Chief Administrator of a well known corporate house. I have many ex-servicemen (ESM) employed with me in various capacity. Our company has just registered with ESIC and shall start the deductions from this salary onward for all the employees in the pay bracket. The ESMs are not very willing to subscribe since they are already covered by ECHS, and in times of need they shall always go thru ECHS.

Is there any ruling or policy based on which I could officially exempt the ESM from contributing to ESIC?

Hello my name is sankurathri satya venkata sai krishna regarding my issue i planed my operation at esi hospital it successfully completed my joining date at hospital is 13/03/2017 ti discharge date us 15/03/2017 after discharge they give 10 days rest so 16/03/2017 to 25/03/2017 after that my leaves are completed i went office at 26/03/2017 they accept my leave after 2 days i am asking my HR what about my salary he said ESI leaves salary gives you at ESI local office then i call to ESI local office ask what is the process to take my salary they said take physical fitness certificate at your esi dispensary so i went esi dispensary kukatpally on this date 01/04/2017 they don't give my certificate i don't no what is the problem to give physical fitness certificate in that dispensary doctor said your rest period completed on 25th u should come on before 25th i asked so many people everybody we don't no this type of rule what is my problem is after rest why they don't give physical fitness certificate so many poor people loss they salary this issue please solve issue as soon as possible and i want my physical fitness certificate

We are in the process of registering a new firm. We have got the user ID and password for the same. Started work on inputs on[protected] and logged out to collect the employee details.
But we could not log thereafterwards and the site, after logging in says session expired. This is happening for the last 6 days.
Complaint lodged with the IT care.
But no solution yet.
31 is the last day for registration.

We are from shishya society and we are facing problems for last 10 days for entering employee data for esic online payment.

Its been 3 days past the last date. We have contacted the officials of esic and they say everything is fine.

But there is a serious issue with the esic website

I am jitender kumar; my esic insurance no is[protected] and my company name is m s enterprises. I have capture photo july, 2015 in nand nagri delhi dispensary but photo not show photo in jhilmil hospital system.

I have been registered complaint ajmeri gate branch office but photo not show till date.

So i hardly request u that kindly take necessary action

This is kind notice to bring the esi management im working as a staff nurse in pvt hospital in hyderabad. I went to apply for maternity leaves for pre & post delivery for 6 months. But company denied to accept my application and informed they wont apply from their side. We inquired at local area but it should be process from employer only. Pls advice

This has come to my notice that yesterday 21/02/2017 tuesday we had visited to the esi despensary at bejai landmark karnataka bank. my issue is the behaviour and attitude of the lady medical officers. we wanted to clear a doubt stating that is it possible to claim for hospital bills for my wife's labor,
But this hospital doesn't comes under esi,
So this medical officer instead of clearing the doubt in polite manner
She is telling that that is we who decide regarding the hospital not you
I will not do it.
He was so rude,
We are asking a doubt here, if she is not having little bit of patience then why these people are here.
Kindly please note this complaint
Because this happened to us tomorrow some other people will have some doubts wer they will go to ask if this lady react like this...
Kindly do the need full.
If not taken any action we will lose hope on this esi
If you people cant help then stop deducting our esi

This is Malathi from Karur. I am working in TNPL as a Contract Labour since 2010. My ESI No.[protected]. Married on 27/11/2014. When i was pregnant undergone treatment in ESI hospital at Velayuthampalayam ESI Hospital and delivery was done at M/s G.V. Hospital, Karur on 11/09/2015. Also i availed Maternity leave for a period of 3 Months. I had applied for delivery expense claim as reimbursement on 01/10/2015. But till date I had not received any amount as a claim from your side since it’s been almost 1 year after my delivery. Also made a Grievance request on 03/12/2016 (Grievance Ref No.PG[protected] through online complaint portal. After filing complaint the status of my complaint is "Work in Progress". Not yet get any reimbursement from ESIC. Till now i am paying ESI Insurance premium through my employer every month. If reimbursement not given why should we pay insurance premium to ESIC. Pathetic experience wiith ESIC.

Dear Sir,

At New Basudevpur Angul, ESIC staffs are not opening office and not coming on duty. The workers are facing many issues and creating unbearable situation. The other office at Banarpal, Angul is denying to accept any claim and not ready to entertain the issues as the Basudevpur office is allotted for them. The behaviors is also not good with the workers.
Now, after paying the premium to ESIC the workers are support less.

Kindly see the matter and forward this mail to concern authority for closing the issue on priority.
