My name is Bijender, I want to complain against ESI staff Saleen working in ESI dispensary Murthal. He is very rude towards Patients and misbehave with everyone. The same incident happened with me on 4th july. He said that Bhaag ja nahi to mooh pe thappad marunga" in front of everyone.
I called on [protected],[protected] to complain about it, but no response received. Then i sent a mail also for it on 4th july, but didn't get any response yet. Email copy is as below.

Subject: Regarding misbehaving of ESI staff in Murthal
Respected Sir,
My name is Bijender Kumar from Sonipat Haryana. I have been working in Micolube India ltd, Barhi from last 6 years on the post of Logistics Manager and giving my regular contribution to ESI. My IP no is [protected], my local dispensary is ESI Murthal.
Today I visited the Dispensary at 8.00 am as per ESI time in the morning for my mother medicines, but ESI staff was there completely, only few people were there. Staff started coming around 9.00 am. This is not the first they came late, it happens on regular basis. After that they came at 5.30 pm in the evening but time is 5.00-7.00pm
Then one of the staff named "Saleen" misbehaved with me and said " bhaag jaa nahi to Mooh pe Thappad Marunga" when I asked him to for Reffer form, in front of all people and my mother and came to me to slap me, other staff Hold him.
Now, please tell me sir, is this the way to talk to the peoples. This is not the first time they used this language, it also happens regularly.
Sir, I request you to please take strict action against the person.

I have submitted the medical bills for reimbursement at Hyderabad on 13th April 2015 to ESIC but still i haven't received the amount.
Please check from your end
