Dear sir,

My name is joseph elias. Working at michael job centre, sulur. Coimbatore -641103, tamilnadu. I am a known patient of glaucoma. I have been advised by the doctor of esi main hostel, sringanallur for "latanoprost" on 24.6.201. After submitting the advise to sulur esi dispensary, i have not yet received the medicine. Even for getting reimbursement i am not getting any clear picture from them.

As you know in absence of this drop, patient may loose their eye sight.

Kindly take the necessary step to provide me "latanoprost 0.05%" at your earliest. (Referral letters, advise of the doctor and patient's membership card is attached herewith.

For your kind information that this vikas kumar upadhyay, my mother is admit in esi hospital since 15/07/2017. Still till date no proper treatment is given to her. I request to sir please take an corrective action regarding this. Otherwise i have to take serious action regarding this and i send some pics of 18/07/2017 at 2:15a. M all your staff were sleeping and my mother was suffering from fever.

As our company provide the ip card and medical card for as i have isted the dispensary for treatment but they asking form 36, 37 and 77 and 76 were this forms shows about the vehicle loans like that.

And the tadapalligudem, ap (Esis disp.) is not working service minded they expects some benefits from the ips who visit the dispensary.

So i request you to take some action and rectify the problem.

Darshan singh smo ko check up karane k liye bola. Lekin unki appointment time 12:00 pm tha par vo 2:00 pm par aaye or jaldi jaldi me sabko dekhne lage. Or sabse bohat bure tarike se baat kar rahe the. Vanha par bohat se patient the jinko bohat problem thi. Mere sath b aisa hi kiya or mere documents b fenk diye or bola mujhe jana h meri appointment h. Tum agli baar aana. Or bohat hi uchhi awaj me baat karne lage. Mere documents dekh kar bole tumko koi problem nhi thi. Sir agar mujhko koi problem na hoti to esi dispancery dr. Meri chhuti sign nhi karte mere pass sab proof b hai.. Me har jagah check karane ko tiyar hu... Please meri smasya ka samadhan kare.

My name is Bijender Kumar from Sonipat Haryana. I have been working in Micolube India ltd, Barhi from last 6 years on the post of Logistics Manager and giving my regular contribution to ESI. My IP no is [protected], my local dispensary is ESI Murthal.
Today I visited the Dispensary at 8.00 am as per ESI time in the morning for my mother medicines, but ESI staff was there completely, only few people were there. Staff started coming around 9.00 am. This is not the first they came late, it happens on regular basis. After that they came at 5.30 pm in the evening but time is 5.00-7.00pm

Then one of the staff named "Saleen" misbehaved with me and said " bhaag jaa nahi to Mooh pe Thappad Marunga" when I asked him to for Reffer form, in front of all people and my mother and came to me to slap me, other staff Hold him.

Now, please tell me sir, is this the way to talk to the peoples. This is not the first time they used this language, it also happens regularly.

Sir, I request you to please take strict action against the person.

My name is Bijender, I want to complain against ESI staff Saleen working in ESI dispensary Murthal. He is very rude towards Patients and misbehave with everyone. The same incident happened with me on 4th july. He said that Bhaag ja nahi to mooh pe thappad marunga" in front of everyone.

Want to complain against dr. Naseem bano.

She was on duty dt 04.07.17 in morning shift sit at 15 no. Room no.

She has no any manners to attend patient. I am working woman and pregnant after taking leave from office i go to hospital and do manage time. But their docs is not responsible.

She didnt aske me anything about my health and didnt listen a single word from my side just give opinion to come again after 1 month.

I already went after one month to routine check up and which problem i am suffering but dr. Naseeb bano is irresponsible, taking taken for granted like i am not a patient and human being. Due to her misbehavior i have to go again tomorrow esic hospital to consult doc about my issues becoz i can not wait till 1 month.

If doc. Will not care the patients and will not listen about their issues. Where will go patients. I listen about esi hospital that there doc are very good and precure patient and listen everything.

This type of docs working there and still i am suffering with my problems.

Who is responsible for this.

I want your suggestion what should i do now or let this type of doc is good who is working there and due to them we have to face the problems.

ESIC is a complete waste of employees hard earned money. They sell the patients to private hospitals for a commision. The higher authorities in ESI hospitals are directing the patients to their favoured hospitals for a commision. And the high handed attitude of dealing with patients. At times i think why should employees like me give a part of our salaries for a useless service. The whole system is corrupt. I expect no response for this email too. I have sent lots of these before. My advice to all the employees is Do not rely on ESIC. Its a complete corrupt system from top to bottom.

My esic card no. Is [protected] i am entitled with esic from 2012. (Detail attached). My father is heart patient of sixty year above. His treatment is running from esic hospital jhilmil. My father is medical condition is very critical that's why esic dr. Refer to other tie-up hospitals with esic. Its is not easy to receive treatment from esic due to huge daily crowd for senior citizen.

If i am not wrong current rule of avail "super-speciality treatment" is the eligibility for super-specialty treatment is 3 months (With contribution paid for at least 39 days) of insurable employment for insured person (For self) and 6 months (With contribution paid for at least 78 days) of insurable employment by insured person for their family members. Such tertiary care (Super-speciality treatment) is provided through in-house super speciality facilities available in some of esi hospitals or esi-pgimsrs or through large no. Of advanced empanelled medical institutions on referral basis through tie-up arrangements. About 750 private hospitals in all india are nowempanelled as tie-up hospitals for esic.

Hospital respective staff refused to treatment from esic hospital jhilmil delhi. They are saying they need 2years continue contribution. I have been contributing from 2012. (Reference attached). Please look into this matter.

There is a bad service by Esi staff towards Esi patients.they are not providing any information's properly. When the serious admitted cases they are not giving any preference.there are lit of complaints against this dispensary.

The Esi north hospital is also not treating properly for Esi patients. When me makes any query they are shouting against us.

As per Esi rule.we need to submit the papers within 24 hrs for getting entitlement certificate but when we reaches at hospital we can't able to compele the procedure due to bulk patients.after completing the paper work at dispensary, when we reaches local office the office will be closed.the next day it is Saturday so the local office will be off. Then how we can complete the paper work.we admitted the patient on Thursday evening so due to this we didn't receive the certificate

This is an esic doctor whi only stay for 10 minutes daily during working hour.

Just requesting to remove this type of doctors and put some eligable and responsible one.

We are the manufacturers of rice mill machinery there is esi facility of our employees when ever we update the details of employees for e x : family details, bank a/c details, nominee name and the we enter the insurance number if the employee the scree n appear and we click on family details the page cannot open to update the details there is a problem arising for this do not complete the work this is a severe problem for our employees. Local office can not give permission to take treatment in esi hospital i think now you have understand our problem please do the needfil help.

I am not satisfied in this system, because i have not received my reimbursement amount 32, 844 rupees against of my wife's delivery case such a long time, we are facing so many problems due to shortness of money. I am from bangalore. Esi number: [protected]. Me and my 8 months pregnant wife gone for the test. The security is talking very very badly. He was using​ very bad words. You can see that in cc camera also. This happened in rajajinagar esi branch, bangalore. Today morning this happened. Please tell security to speak nicely. Really the security are very bad in esi rajajinagar bangalore branch.

Dear sir,

My sister in law is working in raigad sicurity board from last 7-8 year. On 15th may he was admitted in life line hospital (Panvel-navi mumbai) due to paining in chest and stomach pain at 7:30 am. So first they had given pain killer injection on 08:00am and 01 saline. After that our patient continuously told them regarding paining but no one take seriously. Whole day our patient suffering to pain but nobody take care. After that same day evening 07:30pm they took him to for sonography. And give result on 09:30 pm and told to us you have to move your patient from here to another esic hospital we doesn't have facility to treat esic patient super spacilty service.in that time our patient condition was so critical and the alternate esic hospital so far from our location (2hr traveling).

So we had to admitted to our patient in private hospital due to so much critical condition and we want save our patient. So in private hospital we had to operation our patient. Around rs - 90, 000 we have to spend. (Testicles veins twist operation).

So my complaint is that
1) testicles pain is not big like heart surgery or kidney transfer.
So its not undertaking in super specality service
2) from morning 08:00am to evening 08:00pm in between why do not take him to sonogrphy.

3) after asking regarding this issue of senior so he told that we does not any full time doctor. But now condition life line is the top hospital in our area they have available every type of doctor.

So request to kindly take action against of this hospital so in future no one poor people will lose her life and money also.

My name is Deepa and am working in small scale industries (Prathibha Industries) Rajajinagar industrial estate, Bangalore 560010.
I have ESIC card but they are giving proper treatment and facility in the hospital. My mother has had kidney stone and uterus infection they need immediate CT scan for the treatment, But in the hospital they are telling come after 2 months for CT scan after that we should scan and after will give you treatment. My mother went to treatment on 3.5.2017 but they gave date on 6.7.2017 for CT scan. As per govt rules every one should have ESIC card but am asking what is the use of it, there is no proper treatment and there is no proper response from hospital employees. Every one facing like this problem every in ESIC hospital.
I am requesting with you sir please take action for this problem give correct solution please sir.

Yesterday at 11 may i visit at eci hospital rohini
After consert with doctor he is suggest to me for ultrasound
When i visit at ultrasound department then they given me a post date for ultrasound and the date is 7 june
I request to diagonis soon but no response

This is fully imbressing because i am facing prblm now and given date after 1 month for diagnosis and my tretement start

This type of facility at esi hospital rohini totally untorable

Please take proper action again this process
