Dear sir,

I went to esic hospital, basaidarapur 2 days before because m suffering from fever from 1 month. I went to emergency because i was in high fever but when i reached hospital fever was over. Then still i meet doctor and told him all the scenarios that are happening like blood vomit, dizziness and all. He said that we can't treat you in emergency please go in dispensary and then ref. So being a working woman it take too much time to go here and there i went to private clinic for blood test.in blood test, thyphoid positive.
Them today on 31st august, 2017. I again came to emergency and that # mannerless doctor behaved very bad like he is owning that hospital and said that if it's thyphoid then it's normal thing, if doing blood vomit it's also normal and if dizziness then it's also normal. Go to dispensary they will treat you.
Now i wanna ask like if our company is paying for esic from our salary. So isn't it our fundamental right to get treated properly instead of going tilak nagar and here and there.
After that the worst thing attitude of that so called doctor.
I think patient will die and your so called doctors will gave us so kind of talla. Don't know what system is doing. Don't even a doctor can understand problem of patient. And definitely i will claim you guys if anything will happen to me and will also provide this information to media that what's overall happening. You guys are of not use. I will also request my company in which lakhs of ppl are working to just get rid of esic. It seems like a govt. Hospital. I will better opt for private instead of paying you guys.
Pls teach your # staff how to behave. Time is valuable no body is damn free to go here and there for a such thing.

I already contacted lots of time to near satara branch and pune bibwewadi branch but they did not responded. Please resolve earlier. How much time get.

Trichy esi office person said not eligible to get claim because our companyto hdb financial services ltd nees to maintain subcode or you toneed get a claim from chennai moolakadai branch. Moolakadai branch person said to go adayar branch. Adayar branch person didnt give respond to phone call. He is just singing a song while i am waiting in the call. Kindly help me to get a claim.

I am a normal citizen of india who avails esic facility. The condition of some dispensaries are so bad rather worse that an unwell person will get worst after standing there.
Of course this is a very useful facility which helps us a lot but at the same time hygiene should be taken care of. The rooms are fine but the place where we need to stand for are number is full of dumb, untidy wall, bad and smelly toilets.

After 9 am doctors have come but lift are off. How can a senior above 60 will go to above floors and see doctor.. No one feels responsible in this hospital

When you ask some one says lift service is not working and some one says we wont switch on lift service.

No complaint box available in this hospital for complaining

Careless administration care less officers

23rd aug 2017 time 2.50am midnight, esic hospital marol midc andheri mumbai maharashtra. Myself a family member of labour ward patient who have been kept standing out of the 1st floor located blood bank, ringing the bell of the blood bank, knocking the door shouting. But as per our expectations no one came from inside then i took help from a hospital staff for this, even the result was same. Finally after waiting for more than an hour (From 1.30 am to 2.30am) the nurse came from inside and with all her excuses instead of accepting her crime (Crime as it was about the blood which was an urgent requirement) she started blaming us that you have came just now and she opened the door as soon as the first bell ring. The other assistant doctor and staff member tried to explain her about the emergency requirement, but she as usual knows that no can do anything and her job is secured.

Requesting the concern person to take strict actions against such irresponsible staffs and expecting justice from
The healthcare centre.

I am leave at gondia maharashtra i am private employees i have a policy of esic but your esic office staff and doctor very poor response doctor name is prafull shah having big issue if any employee going to esic office after that esic officers no give any saggusestions to us and creat many more essue they told ye laao vo laao
Also doctor creat a issue itte din hue utte din hue mai nahi kar sakta having very short opd time 4.00 pm to 6 pm only bihevior very poor please help to us

Respected sir, i hv met with an accident on 30 november 2016 in which my right hand index finger was injured which is a permanent loss. From that date to till now i am awaiting for the arrangement of medical board by employees state insurance corporation punjab for the sake of pension. Can u help me to get pensionery benefits.

Dear esi doctor's,

Plaese say to nurse's... She will not be attend all patients at the time... They are always busy in phone call and they sleep after 12:00 pm. You can come to esi female ward after 12:00pm you can see. All nurse's will be get sleep... On the date 16 aug 2017 11:00pm... My mother are cried from pain but she said to me i will come in morning don't disturb me. They have not talking sense... Plaese rectify my problem.

1. My payment process for employers contribution for Jun was aborted by bank mid way. I dont have the challan number. Will request for help please.

My gross salary pm was 18, 5oo/- and net was 18, 3oo/-
However after esic ₹ 1, 6oo/- is getting dedicated every month which is not showing in my salary slips deductions.
₹1, 6oo/- is a huge amount for a financially low family like us.
I need a clearification for this deduction because this deduction not in all companies! Revert awaiting

My complaint is for esi hospital - belur.
Addres is p. O.- sapuipara, p. S.- nischinda, howrah, west bengal 711227.

I had visited to the mentioned esi hospital 3 times to registration. But all the times i got refused by the registration office due to there haven't any computer system and they are required all the formalities by manually. Which is impossible for all time for a person.

I had carried my esi documents to the registration office with fill all the column by our company with sign & seal. But they always want to validity extension date on the form in each 3 months. Where in the form it's clearly mentioned that if aadhar is verified then there have no requirement to extend the validity date of temporary card.

Their office stuff (Mr. Goutam) is continuously harassing me and doing in-logical argue with me. He deny to hear anything. According to him he will maintain their own office rule.

In this situation my all office colleagues where everyone have already completed esi registration at their own nearest esi hospitals for opd with same filled up documents in one time. For example esi hospital-baltikuri, esi hospital-joka etc.

I think this problem is arising only in this esi hospital - belur. There have need a strong vigilance for their services, for their unavailable computer systems, unattended authorized person (Mr. Arup nag).

Please accept the complain to take a necessary action for this esi hospital - belur.

On 3rd august 2017, i visited in kalkaji esic dispensary for treatment at sharp 7.30 a. M.

The open timing is 7 a. M of dispensary but no body there at time. After that the dispensary open at 8 o'clock but doctors are not coming. Doctors will come to start from 8:45 a. M and esic staff / security guards not good behave to patient.

There are 3 big lines: 1 for appoint, 2nd for treatment from doctors & 3rd line for medicine.

Not any management of these lines. The staff is relax and cup of tea.

Not took patient at time.

I am suffering from 2014 and my treatment is starting from pgi chandigarh with the reference of esic hospital. Now they are not providing me the eligibility certificate because they told me according to the new orders no treatment is provided after 2 years. My treatment is very costly and i am regularly take the treatment through esic from 2014 to 2018 till dated and according to the doctors it takes more long time. Regularly i reimbursement my bills but that bills are also pending from 2016 to till dated i have no more money to treat my self so kindly give me the positive results as soon as possible.

I mamta kumari ip[protected] state that still am pregnant of 8 month and my local dispencery refers to siwandih bokaro, jh (Esis) dispencery for further treatment. Incharge of bokaro dispencerymd. Jakir ansari (Lipik) misbehave with me, use of wrong words for talking and also mentally harass to me.
In the name of treatment they are harasses to patients and not giving right information.
In 8 month of my pregnancy incharge of bokaro dispencery said that cannot refers to me in any hospital for delivery because refers is not come under esi rule. After long discussion they refers for only one day in kmm memorial hospital chas and also he says whenever you get delivery pain or any situtation first come to esi dispencery but in bokaro dispencery no any arrangement for delivery or nurses for take of patients.
I am requested to him for minimum refers to me 1 month before delivey in kmm memorial hospital for further treatment.
Therfore i kindly request you to take some such legal step and refers to me minimum 1 month before delivery in kmm memorial hospital chas which comes under esi hospital.

Hello sir /madam,

I am an employee at ckd imt, ttn. The management is deducting esi from my salary every month but i have not been provided card till date. They are asking for the details of adhaar card of my parent with their date of birth on it. But they do not have any such document as a proof for their date of birth. Requirement of adhaar card of parents make sense but requirement of their date of birth on it does not make sense as my parents are illeterate and they do not even remember their date of birth. So all these circumstamces imply that i should keep on let go my esi every month but should not think of getting benefits. I request you to clear the situtation and help if something is possible in this regard.
