Dear Sir, I'm forced to assist the grievance due to poor service of sisters and doctors at nacharam hospital. I admitted my father due to inguinal hernia. As he is suffering with blood vomits since 5days. And every shift doctors saying that kept in obeservation and providing temporary solutions. He suffering severe stomach pain. And very poor service by sisters. Even they don't come to change saline bottle. That job is done by house keeping boys. We are coming here to save our lifes. Requesting you kindly help us in this issue. I beg to provide better treatment to my father.

I am vinay from hubli my wife admitted in private listed hospital today i visited hubli ESIC hospital for taking facility they informed branch office seal and signature on EC form then i visited branch office met manager he informed as per new rules from registration date to after 2 years we can take facility so please clarify me is it mandatory.

I am from kerala. today 09/02/2017 i was called an enquiry number to kerala [protected] thrissur but the attended person behavior is very bad and they drop call even hear my voice two time. In the past also even this type of misbehave happened from their side. Today i was told about insurance doubt but they were violent and said this is not that place to told about and suddenly drop the call.

Sir,

Me ek private employee hu aur 7 saal se kaam kar rha hu. Agar me baat kru ESI deduction ki to per month mera ESI 840rs. Deduct ho rha hai aur isko agar me 7 saal se calculate kru to total amount bnta hai 70560rs. Aur itna paisa dene ke baad jb 7 saal baad mere sath mis happiness huwa to service di jaati hai 3rd class ki. Mene jha par pehli baar 15000 rs. Ka claim kiya.. 3 months tak idhar udhar bhagane ke baad bolte apko claim nhi mil payega. Request hai is baare me meri koi help ki jaaye..

Dear sir maine apni wife ka treatment esic hospital se karwa raha tha jaha se wife ko raffer kar diya gaya raffer kiye gaye hospital main mujhe cash madicne laur treatment ka bill pay karne ke liye kaha ja raha hai

Dear All, I am Hiren Kapadia from surat, Gujarat.

This is regarding ESIC rules for employees.

Sir, I already have medical health insurance policy, then why government force to deduct ESIC charges on salaried employee.

I hardly save 1000 rupee a month then now government forcefully deduct ESIC charges then now it affects my savings.

Its my humble request, please remove this ESIC charges if employees already have medical health insurnace policy.

my wife is pregnant & she has 8 month pregnancy, my wife going to ESIC okhla 28/12/2016 & doctor said to ultrasound of 17/01/2017 therefore i was go today ESIC OKHLA but ultrasound department say (our contract was expire with ultrasound doctor as 5/1/2017 so ultrasound facility not available here & your ultrasound arrange in any other hospital link with our hospital then my wife go to doctor cabin No-13 but doctor not available & staff nurse say doctor in operation theatre so you'll come again tomorrow or any other day, but sir how many times we will come for ultrasound because loss of job & loss of money during the travelling.
Very Important - 8th month of pregnancy so many problems going to hospital many times so i request you please arrange the ultrasound doctor in ESIC okhla or do you think for helpfull me.
(if ESIC OKHLA send other hospital to ultrasound, Hospital vehicle coming 3 PM & return around 9-10 PM so how we are manage in this winter temperature in 8th month of pregnancy.

Its seems to very serious as a medicine is out of stock in Esi Hospital Joka from last 6 month. My parents required medicine for there living on regular basis without that they get many health issues.The ESI Hospital medicine department always asks to talk to central when ever i am going for medicine. Not even that the behavior of medicine department is pathetic.
I request You to Please kindly take action against medicine department( ESI HOSPITAL )
and please supply the said medicine & arrange for the availability of medicine in joka ESI Hospital

I am an employee of vadodara indurtial services and my esi is deducting regularly from my salary. While coming from my workplace to my home (Kashipur, uttarakhand), i faced one road accident in middle. Now i am hospitalised in jrh, kashipur.

I went for esi cash less treatment to get entitlement, but the local office (Kashipur) manager is not responding to get the entitlement. I am not sure whether he is asking me bribe. Could you please suggest the steps to claim or point me the poc to complain?

My family frustrated to get the esi facility from last 12 days. Please help asap.

From last month I am faced the problem in my back.i came to sector 23 esi hospital but not any doctor of esi was available my pain was unbearable I was worried Date I am not proper date remember it may be 29th nov. Next day I come again and the doctor referred me sec 29 and again they referred me ram darwar esi. Then he suggest me for bedrest. Next day I come to again visit sector 23 to submit my leave form again doctor not present this was very pathetic everytime doctor not present. Today date 30th December I am also come to collect my fitness form but doctor not present the staff of esi behavior with me very rude then I asked him for any email address or contact no to register my compain they denied me and told come tomorrow and tell about this to doctor. I want to change my esi hospital not want to come again in sec 23 and please transfer my a/c sec 29 its suitable me from my house also. Please take a action again esi receptionist his behavior was very rude and transfer my esi a/C

Respected sir,
I beg to state that, in Esi model hospital rourkela-4, there is some of the doctor not present in the hospital in Maximum of the days, due to which we (patients) are facing so much trouble in treatment.we couldn't be referred to any other clinic or hospitals for the treatment.some of the patient suffering many deasess or illness and when they have come to the hospital they found the doctor is on leave, and there is no other doctor to maintain that position at that moment as a releaver.sir if we have that like of much money to cure the illness or deasess at any other private hospital then for why we make insurance on esic .The late treatment and hospitality couses many people dies.
So.please sir take some necessary steps to make the Esi hospitals reliable for the insured people and also the labour category insured people because they have no other option for there treatment due to which they Lossing their life.
so, plz sir kindly inspect on this purpose for which we'll heartly gratefull to you.

I say to doctor pl refer my mother in ESIC hospital jhilmil or Noida .he says I cant transfer pl help me my mother blood level is - day by day pl help .

Hi Sir,
I have a complaint about ESI dispensery in Shiva Khand ( near Vivek Vihar PH-II). They have two of their guard rooms shifted on road in front of dispensery. Due to this encroachment, movement from there is very difficult for us. They have lot of space but for no reason guard rooms are shifted out there on road. Request you to look into the matter and remove the encroachment. On daily basis their patients parking creates lot of problems for us.
We residents of that area are not able to park our own vehicles. They have covered there own area and now they have shifted their guard rooms on road and blocking the way.
Request you to resolve this issue and help us to shift their guard rooms inside there boundaries.

I'm admit in ESIC Mulund MUMBAI last 5th Nov due to dengue fever now I'm fine but not discharge the facility in this hospital is very bad the working stop is more then 60 year he is not able to stand with himself but there is Woking as a paintry work and clining works also working on canteen & bathroom condition is vry bad always getting smell in word when open the bathroom.

I am working in private service station rajeswari automotives p. ltd, erode - dt. the management not paying any employee and employer share to the esi for last one and half years. and employee go and ask for pay esi amount the management not responding. and the insulting us. but every month the management deducting esi and pf employee share but not paying. the esi central govt system is worst. not monitoring this type of management. i am going to file complaint in consumer court against esi for not taking action for this type of management and management also.

Due to not available physician doctor at Rajkot hence we are facing many inconvenience caused

request for please recruit new staff at Rajkot esic dispensary

My father was many time go to ESIC for showing weakness and solution for that but due to proper doctor not available always ignore my father and suggest to go for another government hospital

I have service with ADFC PVT LTD my salary is

Doctor are not available in dispensary on working days (Gwaltoli Kanpur Dispensary).I went 100 times but they are not able to provide my fitness certificate due to this i am not able to join my office.So i humble request you please provide my fitness certificate otherwise i will go to court and file a case regarding negligence behavior.

कहना यह है की मै रैंडस्टैड कंपनी के पेरोल पे था जो की वोडाफोन मोबाइल सर्विसेज लिमिटेड के लिए Offroll काम करवाया जाता है.

कहना यह है की मै रांची (झारखण्ड) में कार्यरत था और अभी पिछले तीन साल से वोडाफोन के ऑनरोल पे झंझारपुर-मधुबनी (बिहार) में कार्यरत हूँ।

कहना यह है की मैंने अपने दांत चिकित्सा के लिए ESIC हॉस्पिटल नामकुम्ब रांची में इलाज़ करवाया और साथ ही क्लेम फॉर्म जमा किया ।

कहना यह है की[protected] को मैंने अपना क्लेम फॉर्म स्क्रूटिनी के बाद जमा किया
आज लग-भग चार साल से अधिक हो गया परन्तु आज तक मुझे क्लेम नहीं मिल पाया।

कहना यह है की लगभग चार सालों में दर्ज़नो बार रांची ESIC’s office का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया परन्तु नतीजा कुछ नहीं निकला अथार्त 2055 रुपये के क्लेम से ज्यादा मुझे ट्रांसपोर्टेशन में खर्च करना पड़ा साथ ही मानसिक पीड़ा झेलना पड़ा, इसके बावजूद मुझे क्लेम नहीं मिला ।

मैंने इसके लिए PG पोर्टल (Complaint No.MOLBR/E/2015/03221 and MOLBR/E/2015/03287) के माध्यम से शिकायत दर्ज़ करवाया परन्तु कुछ हासिल नहीं हुवा. हर बार यही कह के मेरे Case को Close कर दिया गया की आप रांची ESIC ऑफिस कांटेक्ट करे। अब आप सोच सकते हैं की मैंने 2012 से अभी तक दर्ज़नो बार ESIC ऑफिस का दरवाज़ा खटखटाया और आने-जाने में आर्थिक रूप से नुकसान भी झेलना पड़ा परन्तु मानसिक और आर्थिक पीड़ा के अलावा कुछ हासिल नहीं हुवा।

अतः श्रीमान से अनुरोध है उपरोक्त विषय पे ध्यान देते हूँ मुझे इन्साफ दिलाया जाए। जिसके लिए मैं श्रीमान का सदा आभारी रहूँगा।

Grievance Description Subject: - Wrong photograph and details entered by ESIC. I had met an accident four month back after that i submitted my all medical bill and my payed leave for reimbursement .Local ESIC officer replayed me that your photograph is not matching when i checked the photograph it was not mine then i requested him to make correction and upload proper data but no action has been taken yet. I sent my brother at SRO - Alkapuri office to check the status of my reimbursement. He spoke with Mr.Bhgirath (IT DEP) he replayed that Wipro contacted got expire so we have order from Head office to stop all the application which has wrong database uploaded and he also said the many applications has been pending from two years and you are asking to resolve your issue in a five month .Now i am frustrated with all this because my previous company Vishal Malleable LTD locked by bank and currently I am working in Shivam Security i cannot contact my previous HR also and ESIC Officers not responding properly Now i am bound to take legal action against the ESIC to upload Wrong database and not providing my reimbursement.
