Digital signature issue

Call to Emudhra for help for pin, un skilled customer support staf[censored]sed all the remaining attempts and said your token has been locked
so you have to purchase new one

good policy of company learning of staff on customer money and earning so learning by urning

and when i checked in deatil i found they are using china chinees software
very poor situation...

Technical issue in online and offline links of emudhra

I have applied for DSC and completed the formalities on 26th Nov'20. Due to technical issue in online & offline links of emudhra, i can't able to edit the org. address. Need urgent support.

The web portal is easy till the payment, later it is difficult to complete the formalities.

The technical issue reported on 26th Nov'20. But the issue is not resolved till today.

Very poor support...

DSC payment fully paid yet application is put in pending for no reason for two weeks

We have raised DSC request for both of our directors and have completed full payment 10 days ago. But not getting any support from emudhra side in closing these issues despite repeated emails and calls. Please don't drag this any further and let us know what best we can do to complete the process ASAP. Is there any place where I can escalate this issue?

Hi, my dsc emudhra application no.9933804 and my application date is 21st of may 2020. My dsc is important for me to complete my further legal activities related to mca and tax issues. Dsc certificate issue

Dear sir,

We have received certificate from e mudhra for 2 year validity & our old certificate was expired on dec, 2019.
I told me i have old certicate pandrive so kindly download in same pandrive
When i download the certificate in my old pan drive he dint told me that please check your name to is same as old certificate so my new certificate is not valid as per the government website so that i ask for refund...
