I had bought the printer since 4 months but i cant print a3 and a3+ paper print as the printer printing very bad print the the ink are getting spread i had complained the company but they are not providing any support from their side so i request you to please do the needful and if possible which paper i should use provide me but the company is not giving me any priority so please sir as per your humble customer i request you to please help...

Having no proper service assistance from 1 st day
Its been 15 months of purchase and i still dont know how to enable wifi system bcs the service centre didnt helped me in 2 services
I had called them for service 7-8 months back they were very loud on phone (Is this the way to talk to customers)
Expecting that this thing will get resolved soon...

Please spend an amount of Rs. 16000+ only for Epson L4160 only if you are ready to face the below problems:
(1) Worst quality of color and B/W print
(2) Customer service is worst in the world
