Dear iccf,
I m shivaraj yadav from hyderabad i purchasing printer l3150 serial no x5ep070682 your product recently. Face-sing too much problems on printer.. Last 15 days. When i am complaint executive came and one test print printing now and say he printer problem resolved.. After when i am going my docment printing didn't print block ink.. I have warranty also but executive taken 300 extra.. I need problem help iccf team.

    I have lodged a complaint on 24 sept. 2019 with ticket numbe ojz[protected]. On 26th sept. 2019, technical officer named arun mishra and his associate technician krishna yadav visited my office for the same.

    First of all, they started checking my printer software for any disfunctioning as i made a complaint for blinking of paper light & ink light in my espon l1800 printer and some abnormal printing sound at time of print. My printer was not working at that time only those two lights were continuosly blinking and print function can not be performed.

    In their primary investigation, they claimed my product to be physically damaged without even opening the printer. I said my printer is completely
    New and we have not even handled it carelessly, it is kept at a specific place since its purchase, how can it be physically damaged? After my such insistent, technician opened my printer's front cover and told that head carriage sensor cable is twisted thus print function is not working. And due to its twisting, may be printer was making some abnormal sound during print from start of printer use. I said in confirmation for that sound. Further, he told that it may be a manufacturing defect and all this is happening.

    But, the technical officer arun mishra denied all this and said it is happening like this becuase that cable has been forcefully damaged by me and it should be repaired only on service charge (Rs. 850/-). Then he put his jobsheet for my signing. I denied for signing jobsheet as there was nothing like that he was telling. He told me to sign else he can not officailly repair my printer. He said this is the process. Then, i signed the jobsheet and he promised for repair of printer within 7 days as that cable was not available to him that time.

    On the same day, after 3-4 hours, they said that they will take my printer to their office in banda in evening time and will repair because that have a "stock cable" in their office. I gave my permisson for it as i needed my printer to be repaired asap. But, a thing stuck in my mind that epson have no office in banda currently where will they repair? And fortunately, they did not came to take my printer that day.

    2 days passed and when i contacted them, thay said it will take more time as cable is not available to them. I requested them to quick repair as i am a cad associate and my business completely depends on this printer. They said they will try if we have such urgency, we can repair it from outsider.

    Then, calling for 2 more weeks, they were ready to revisit us and repair. But they further took 4 days more than given date.

    Finally, the technician krishna yadav visited our office on 23 oct. 2019 06:15 pm. He said that he will take printer with himself and after repair, he will handle us next day. We said epson provide on-site service and we need it. Then he was ready to repair in our office.

    But for opening printer for 2 hours, he was not able to change the cable as technical officer arun mishra had given him different cable of other printer (L-1300). Then, he took another 2 hours for assembling of my printer but could not successfully assemble it. He left my office at 10:00 pm in night without repairing my printer.

    He told us that he can not repair this printer as he is opening it for first time, he broke brackets of outer body of printer and left some screws untightened. He said i am not trained to repair these printers and now technical officer arun mishra will repair your printer.

    During his printer assembly and dis-assembly, technician krishna yadav was watching youtube and he has mismatched parts while assemly as my printer body is loose and not in its original shape.

    After that, we tried to contact mr. Arun mishra, but we can't. Whenever we call, he is shown busy/not reachable and switched-off. He is not responding anyhow till now.

    Now since the technician was untrained, technical officer is not cooperative and service is delayed, we seek complete resolution of our complaint as soon as possible. If printer is not repairabe, we seek its replacement as technician claimed for its manufacturng defect at first sight.

    We seek complete resolution of our complaint because my earning is getting afftected from long time and epson associate is neither responsing nor serving. Please do help us.

      I bought a Epson printer (model L3150 PSC WIFI, Serial Number X5EP134673) on 27 Aug 2019 as recommended as good product and with best service. But to my great shock and disappointment there was a paper Jam on the 2 nd day of purchase. I informed the Local service that I want the product to replaced but they serviced the Jam and told that they will forward my request to Epson and get back about the replacement. There was no reply for 2 weeks and when I called they told the report came and Epson told it doesn't need to be replaced. when I asked about the copy of the report from Epson, they told there is no written report and they cannot share it with me. They told printer is fine and there will no such issues after. But on 27th Oct 2019 (9 weeks from purchase) there was another paper Jam and I was devastated. Im using 80 GSM paper and feeding the paper as per the instruction of the manual. I informed Epson service ( Service Request Number: INS[protected] ) about the Jam and asked for the replacement. They cleared the Jam and when asked for replacement as it was a 2 nd Jam with less than 2 month they gave excuses that now it is more than a month and paper Jam can happen in printers and that's why they are providing service. And also the service person told that I bought the printer by my own choice.Kindly advise me what I should do. Is it my bad luck and live with it servicing often? Did I make a wrong choice?

        We use to come far away places(75km) to get the printers cross checked and corrected from Mysore Service centre, But they are highly irresponsible and irregular and not punctual. Tough it has a minor problem associated with it they delay in tackling those problems.please do warn them to do the work as soon as possible.tough they give a date to collect our items they won't provide it in time, we use to loose lot of money in traveling and waste of our valuable time.

          I requested service on october 7th about my l3110 printer is not working properly. The executive arrived on 10th, checked the printer and said "the printer needs some new spare part, we will order and replace it in three days." now it is october 26, they are delaying without specific reason. The incharge over the office saying we sent an engineer over to you on a daily basis, but he did not came to solve my issues. He is not even accepting my phone calls either, very irresponsible person. My nearby epson service center is khammam, telangana. The engineer name is ramakrishna.

              This is to inform you that, my printer is out of warranty and was handed over to dats enterprises on dated 20/09/2019 against the online complaint rma no. Inn[protected] dated 18/09/2019. My printer serial no. X2sl001638.
              It was informed to me that the maintenance has to replaced and will be replaced once the parts would be handed over to me.

              It is very much surprising that till today i. E. 08/10/2019, the part has yet to be delivered at meerut. I have spoken to the rajeev sharma, in delhi. Who is supposed to courier the part from delhi to meerut. He said the parts is still on the way from bangalore to delhi. Once it will received at delhi, will be forwarded to meerut. I have also raised the complaint in customer care center and explain each and every thing to mr. Bal kishan. But till now noting has been resolved. He has also confirmed from service center, meerut and mr. Rajeev shrama +91 [protected]. He has also assured me that my complaint will also be discussed on higher authorities. Now call center person is also not responding on my call.

              My concern is customer has no value in epson. Epson is only concern about to sale the product not to provide the services to the customer. I am having two more printers.

              But sorry to say, i will never recommend to any body for purchasing the epson printers.

              I had paid more than rs. 10, 000 against the printing in a3 size (Colour). Who will bear the cost?

              Further, i request you to please the deliver the printer by tomorrow i. E. 09/10/2019, other wise i have no option but to knock the consumer court.

                  I buy a printer of epson model no l655epil 1 yr ago. I faced a error while printing, printer show a error code on display than we contact to epson service centre bikaner. They repaired but waste time more than a month.. After 15 days i again faced same error and i walked on 24/09/2019 at your same service centre they promised me to provide printer in three days.. But now i call them and they reply... They repaired more than a week and say the accessories of printer is not available... If you not have sufficient accessories and skilled service centres why do you make a printer

                  After printing 3 pages it get slow in printing the next page.
                  Page Stuck in printer is very common with this printe.
                  We but printers to get the pages printed automatically but what i am doing is printing it by myself.

                    I had bought the printer since 4 months but i cant print a3 and a3+ paper print as the printer printing very bad print the the ink are getting spread i had complained the company but they are not providing any support from their side so i request you to please do the needful and if possible which paper i should use provide me but the company is not giving me any priority so please sir as per your humble customer i request you to please help me to solve the problem because i had 3 to 4 epson printer in my shop if this type of service the company will give why should i prefer epson.

                          I am writing this mail in an utter dismay that despite of several complains the epson service centre in kanpur is not able to fix the single problem facing since 5 months.

                          I have purchased epson printer l4150 on 2nd of february-19 (Invoice attached) and faced the problem within a month of horizontal line is coming. Since then this problem is unsolved. The service centre do not understand how to fix it as they only do cleaning and cleaning. After cleaning the printer will print pages ok but not more than 30-40 pages which is now reduced to 20-30 pages and again the nozzle brakes. Every 30-40 pages nozzle brakes and horizontal lines comes on the print pages. They changed two parts (Head and ink system) as well but still the problem is same unsolved. Now neither they are fixing the problem nor they are changing the printer as it is still under warranty. The service guys never back with an update that what they are doing to fix the problem. Every time they visit and do cleaning and go. The wasted the whole black ink tank in cleaning as i can get only 1200 prints (Black and white) in one full black ink tank.

                          i have stopped complaining because the kanpur service centre guys only waste the ink by cleaninng the head all the time .Once head is cleaned printer print is ok for another 30-50 pages and again nozzel breaks. They are not able to have a permanent solution . I can able to get only 1200 prints in one full tank rest of the ink wasted because of head cleaning. Below is the details how gradually i complained for the printer

                              My name is arnab dam, product: l3110 epil (Inkjet printer, in warranty),
                              Serial no.: x5dz178476. I lodged an online service request with epson india on 13/08/2019 for product malfunctioning. Service request number is ins[protected]. Rma number is inw[protected]. Authorized service center is unipower services, kolkata-700029 (Phone number [protected]), they contacted me over my phone number, but for some reason my phone was switched off at that time. After that i have been trying to contact unipower services over their phone number ([protected]) for five days. But they are not responding at all.
                              Please please please ensure that my service request gets disposed.

                                I had ordered an epson eco tank l130 printer from epson online store on 02.08.19 at 09:23:44 pm ist order #[protected]. When i was checking my order i realised that the model has only print function. I immediately sent a request at [protected]@epsonshop.co.in and epson. [protected]@ndslindia.com to cancel my order. I receive an automated responses from epson support that my ticket id tud[protected] and dja[protected] the next day (03.08.19) i get a response from epson support arnab d saying "with reference to your enclosed e-mail, we would like to inform you that your order is in process, as we have received the payment against your placed order.

                                It will take 5-8 working days for metro cities and 8-12 working days for non-metro cities to complete the delivery." there is no mention about my cancel request and my they closed my request also.
                                I again sent an email to epson. [protected]@ndslindia.com reiterating my request.
                                On 05.08.19 i get an email from epson sales saying your order #[protected] has been
                                Ready to ship bhiwandi.
                                I again sent an email with my ticket id rvl[protected] asking them why they are not cancelling my order. I get a reply from one arnab d saying "with reference to your email, we would like to inform you that we have forwarded the details to our concerned department as we have received your query that you wanted to cancel the order.

                                Here we would like to inform you that by that time if your product not yet dispatched we will immediately process your cancellation request.

                                Here we need to check this internally hence please consider us to take time so that we can get back to you with a suitable resolution."
                                I again send them an email on 08.08.19 and 09.08.19 asking them what is the present status of my order to which they reply saying they haven't received any feedback from concerned department.
                                Today i. E. 10.08.19 i again sent them an email saying i am tired of waiting and asked them the contact details of their superiors as i would like to lodge a formal complaint.in the evening i get an email saying my tracking no. Of my order will be generated soon and i will receive the tracking no.
                                I am really astonished that a company like epson can just ignore a customer's request. I would like to like to add that i cannot check the status of my order online because for some vague reason everytime i try to log in it shows an error. I have tried forgotten password and reset the password but the same error message appears.
                                It has already been a week since i had ordered but there is no response. Neither is my order cancelled and neither has my order been dispatched.

                                  I had bought epson 3150 wifi printer with lot of expectations. But, i had to struggle to get the printer installation. After chasing them continuously for 1 week it was installed, immediately after the installation person left, i tried to give a print, printer got jammed. I've not taken a single print out of it. Lodged a complain. No response from epson service. Really fell sorry that i bought.

                                    I have purchased a wi fi epson printer, from guntur dealer. They. Installed the printer. But the wi fi is not working on the printer. And i have intimated the same to the person at the time of installation itself. He asked me to sign, which i refused to sign. Another person came and the world fi with my i phone is not working. I have complained number of times with no result. I have wasted much money and time in getting it right, with no result.
                                    I request you to replace with a working wi fi printer and pay damages to the suffering and loss occurred to be because of epson defective installation and defective working and negligence in attending to my genuine complaint.                                       A week ago on 29/07/19 my epson l1800 printer was having printing issue, so i contacted this service center which repairs the printer in vapi named (New pc link system). Their technician said that the head is damaged and need a replacement. I agreed with them and the head was changed which costed me 8200rs. However after repairing the head i had given the printouts in the printer, but the given printouts were blur. We tried it so many times but still it was blur. So, i contacted service center where it was repaired explaining them about the problems we had. That time we didn't got good response from them and
                                      The person on phone didn't know how to talk with their customers as they were very rude, then i asked them if could speak with the technician so i could explain him the problem and that person was worst. However on phone i could hear people laughing behind the scene this shows how this service center workers are having no seriousness about the things. They had no sense of how to talk to the customers. Finally i spoke with the owner his name is (Jignesh) but still he was same as his workers/ blaming us for using duplicate inks, which is not in this case.

                                      This is the second time that the paper is jammed and the print is not going out
                                      Printer show scanner error
                                      My printer is epson l380. but sometimes printing image is printing in blue color. printing image is not clear, printing image is only one color print.
                                      The color print is not print accurately.
                                      The green color is not print properly.
                                      Some times print is done after 3 to 4 times give printing option.
                                      Some times print option is cancel itself automatic.
                                      Please rectify it .

                                        I purchased l805-std-epil printer (Serial number: w84k248398) in jan 2019. A week before it stopped printing black color with more than half ink left in the tank. I requested for service on epson website (Service request number: ins[protected]). The technician went to a wrong address and no further action is taken from epson office to resolve my issue. I'm calling the technician and the office for 4 days now but no positive response from their side. I cant register another service request as this on else still unresolved. I'm writing this here because i cant find any email to communicate with epson customer care (Very poor service it is).
