Sir It is highly regretted that the local service center at Karimnagar of Telangana state pin 505001 is looting the customers by saying unwanted repairs and charging abnormal rates. In the month of November, 19 I have given my printer bearing service no. S2AKZ49203. They said printer head has gone to be replaced. Rs.4200/- charged and I have paid, no receipt has given. During the Lock down period it was used very less. Now the printer black color is not properly printing.Today I went to the service center. They are telling that the printer head has gone and it has to be replaced. I am a senior citizen with little pension. I took back saying I will made complaint against them. Their attitude is very rude and return back. Not only myself, so many customers are suffering with this service centre. They are not doing service but doing business. If the company will not solve my problem, I will touch the doors of justice and I will not leave. This is total injustice and company reputation will go if I touch the Media. I have full confidence on company and you will solve my problem.
