    We purchage printer as on[protected] with one year warranty. Recently we submit our printer at our authorised service center there told time is required to solve your problem because of approval is requried from head offive/ company. But till now i am not get any message regarding to my service. This wrost /waste of my time and money. I dont now why we are selling printer and collecting my money in wrong way. I think your loot indian public moner in legal way. Like politics. For approvay your take 11 days wrost /waste service. Pl tell you have intention to provide the ssrvice or only colleting money from publicand escape from india. I dont know why india allow this type of products to india to create inconvencie to public. (I submit at tirupathi service center, andhra pradesh, india. Contact number[protected] pl guide me and pl give approval to him to solve my problem.)

      There are found lining marks when i take printout. How to solve this solution please help me

      Printing is not being done also photocopy.
      i purchase epson printer l 1455 last year 2018 .printer not working properly from the date when i bought it . i complain so many time but no one visit my shop from epson . now epson customer care says ur printer is out of date . now it is out of date but i regularly complain my problem from las year warranty date. is here any solution for me . i feel very bad.

          Worst ever company i have ever seen. Not even a good customer service. I wish this company should be closed immediately for very bad customer service. Higher official is speaking very badly to the customer. I have the voice recording and everything. I will defenetly take this to comsumer court.           Dear Sir Epson L 655 (Serial No: W8NY007801) printer given our nearest service center more than 20 days back when I asked them they said one item not here I placed order whenever I received I repair your printer.             I never seen before any company behave like the way behave epson .i purchase epson l380 on 3rd nov 2018 and booked for installation same day they tell us on the 5th our service man come to you and install every thing but unfortunate still no man coming from epson i hope epson will take action from her bad service other wise i will return the product.

              The printer is not working properly and it is difficult even to print a page and if i do that, the paper comes out with haphazard printing and torn out paper. Kindly help me with the repair of the printer. Otherwise the printer was working fine and we so far had no problem with the printer. Nowadays even after wasting ten pages for a single page print, none of these ten pages comes out with good printing and mostly the paper is torn off while coming out of the printer. Kindly help.

                        I am running mu company in the name of KARUNA XEROX at chennai. I am your customer for more than 10 years. I buy only Epson Printers for my company. I am having 6 nos. of printers ( L800, L360, L355, XP235, L220, L550) on 13.10.2018 Mona Systems and Peripherals took my 2 nos. of printers for service to replace ink pads. My printer was in working condition. But the concern person told me that he had replaced Head and asked me Rs.1000/- as service charge. I regretted to pay. But he behave badly and at last I paid the service charge anyway. But now my printer is not working. very bad condition than before. Please take an immediate action before spoiling your company name. I came to know this is the way they handle the customers. please save your company name.

                          With respect that i sri amiya puthal from chhend, rourkela, odisha, india, i have purchase a new epson - l 1455, last 20 days but it is not print the colour photo on glossy paper, when print a photo on glossy its colour fedded and also the colour are in hand. So i complain in the authorised service centre from last 10 days but they are not any respeonse. The service centre is micro service, udit nagar, rourkela, odisha (Ind) phone no[protected].
                          So please do the needfull. Other wise i go to higher.

                              I have two incidents where I am forced to buy EPson specified consumables.
                              1. Epson L800 Printer - Here I can not use any other compatible ink. I am forced to use Epson Ink only because they are using software to reset page counter.
                              2. Epson L380 Printer - in this printer I am forced to buy Epson's Ink Pad.

                              Epson is using counter for ink pad to replace the ink pad and not allowing to reset ink pad counter in india. However for EPSON USA product they are allowing it to reset

                              Why not in India ???
                              Why they are making money using technology and fooling Indian customers.

                                We purchased the printer wf - r5691printer last year from anugraha agencies bangalore. Now it is not functioning properly and now your service center has advised to replace the head. For this repair they are asking 100% advance with the 15 to 20 days time line to repair. We have informed them that we will issue a purchase order with 30 % advance and make balance 70 % payment on successful repair which is not agreed by them. This unreasonable demand of 100% advance payment and 15 days time line to repair is not understood after purchasing such an expensive printer. Kindly look into this and have the repair of the printer carried out at the earliest. We will release the apyment immediately once the repair is done.                                   मैं चंद्र प्रकाश गुप्ता पता स्पेस कम्प्यूटर कोपागंज जिला मऊ पिंनकोड 275305 राज्य उ0 प्र0 हमने epson printer l-130 glorius computer se purchase kiya tha जिसमे दुकानदार ने ह्मे मात्र सभी इंक का एक -एक पीस दिया जबकी black ink तीन पीस मिलता है उस समय ह्मे इसकी जानकारी नही थी ह्म payment देकर printer lete aaye लेकीन अभी हाल ही मे ह्मारे मित्र यही printer puchase किये उनको three black ink mila. Glorious compter ने ह्मारे साथ चीट किया है

                                  अत आप श्रीमान से विनम्र निवेदन है कि glorious compter mau के खिलाफ कार्यवाही करे और ह्मे 2 पीस black ink दिलाये. धन्यवाद

GLORIOUS COMPTER ने ह्मारे साथ चीट किया है

                                    I purchased the epson l380 printer (All in one) on 13/07/2018,
                                    But after a few days of installation i faced scanning problem.
                                    I lidged complaint over telephone to ph no.[protected] on 20/09/2018 (Compln no.5297450) & on 22/09/2018 (Compln no.
                                    5302821). But till date no technician visited my instrument
                                    To solve the problem (Scanning).in this situation i would
                                    Be bound to refer this case to consumer forum of govt. Of
                                    W bengal., since the warranty period is stll valid.

                                      Dear sir i purchase online epson l 380 printer. Atually myself deepak nandwanshi from athwadi bazar, near central bank of india, paratwada (Amravati) m. H. Having a scanning problem in my printer. I register complaint but its has already 4 days passed till then the complaint has not been done so far, they are just giving me excuses. I am very unhappy and regrets to say that epson printer is fine bt its service provider are not punctual and fast. I hope company will be consider and strengthen the rules of service providing in less time as they dont get incinvenience in future...

                                      Service center are not prividing service as early as we expect from the company i mean to say within 24 hours we should get service by service center which is not doing that why i am thinking for other company printer option very soon. Thanks...

                                        Dear sir,

                                        I would like to inform you that on 04.06.18 people came from above mentioned firm for providing service to my printer mdl l-210 and told us there is no defect in my printer and after getting 20-25 outputs it again stopped. After that they again came for servicing and told us that their is defect in the roller. They didn't checked the same properly at the very first time and also charged for providing service. This is completely inappropriate.
