My name vinay kumar kushwaha. My epson printer's serial number is x2q5400287 and my printer is under in warrenty.
My printer is not start and i am disterved please help me otherwise i distroyed my printer and i never buy the product of epson. And my phone number is [protected] and my place is belwania mission dargauli chhitauni kushinagar up

At many times power on by pressing long times and paper input tray not receive paper when printing.
Scanner hangs by scanning 20 to 30 pages and printer blowing red signal when printing and most of the time swith off automatically. Ink head most of the time not live all colour, but after consulting technician, told that head clean required but after cleaning same problem arises again and again.

31/05/2018 ko maine complaint lock krayi thi uske baad mujhe service center par bulaya gya. Jiske baad mujhse bola gya part change hoga par unhone part change nhi kiya purana part hi saf krke de diya. Aur papers mai dikha diya ki part change ho gya hai. Company ki sath fraud kr rhe hai service center wale.

Bina parts ki details bhare hi paper pr sign kra lete hai.

Brought a printer epson l6190, not even a month the issues started in the printer, had to struggle to get to the service desk, after registering the complaint still even after there is not followup or turn up from the epson.

I have bought the printer for my show now, after spending rs. 25000, i am going in loss every single day and i am paying the printer cost in emi. Service engineers are like kings and bosses. "i am busy today" "you want to service or not" "we will come when we can."
These are the words we have to hear after so much on the item.

Please help, help is appreciated.

Today 05.06.2018 i want to give request for installation of epsom l 6160
I dailed 3to 4 times at 5.55 to 5.59 pm.
Every time twice by male member & once by female member, saying aap sun rahe hai, aap sun rah hai & disconnected phone.

I am 100% sure they are clearly listening my voice but pretending to be innocent.

This is too bad

Epson l130 printer is excellent. I bought this printer on end of january
Unfortunately, the black head got clogged after three months continuous use. Printer given for head cleaning and still in the service center even after three weeks. The service after sales is disappointing.
Seems service centers not properly trained and not having enough spare parts.

Sir we had purchased a new epson printer serial no q7ey202959 and requested for installation vide complaint no 4905060 the person who as visited our place he had not installed the printer properly we are not able to print the required documents kindly raise the complaint has most important and send the person as soon as possible to resolve the issue

There is a problem in the printer. There is no clear print out coming out. There is a line in the words printed by it.

Its not more than a week, and started causing some problem in the printer, please send someone to rectify the issue. The issue is marked in the picture uploaded with the mail

I bought a new printer two months back and now the printer is not printing in proper alignment of page. On 22 may i registered a complaint about that on toll free and on next day technician comes to me and check the printer but could not able to resolve the problem. He tell me to wait for one day and he will reply me soon abut this after discusing with the team and now from 23 may no body is picking my phone and i called on toll free 10 times but no body in this mother #er company reply me positively. After making 10 calls one person from the customer care told me that my complaint has been resolved. How could it be possible. And after i abuse them badly then one of the senior executive talk to me and told me that he will resolve my problem asap. But again he is also a mother #er from epson. He also provided me his personal no [protected] name rishabh and now he is not answering. Now i m frustated and case a file against your company and i m gonna # u badly u mother #er # epson company

This is to inform you that i bought a epson l405 printer from shree balaji impex
Address-13/35 kailash bhawan, wazirpur delhi-110052. But i would like to inform you that they are cheating people and providing wrong information to the customer and influencing them to buy the product. Same happen with me. I want to buy a hp laserjet printer as i have my online business but i told them to provide me the best one. They told me that they have got the epson printer and it is far better than lasejet printer. He told me that it will print 35ppm more than a laseret printer and have all the latest function in it. So i agree to him and bought the printer and paid him 11400/- same day installation guy came and he installed the printer. He told me all the features and when we start printing only 3-4ppm i was able to print. I called the dealer and he said that it will print 35ppm but it was not. I told him to talk to installation guy from epson company named mr moen. He told the dealer that it cannot print 35 pages and he has provided wrong information to us. I told the dealer to change my printer but he refused to do so. I told him to give me a better printer and i will pay him more as this printer of was no use of me. Instead listening to my complaint he talked rudely and told me to do photostate. I was really shocked that how epson can provide dealership to such people who doesent have knowledege of the product and talking rudely to the people. I request you to take strong action against the dealer and get my printer change with laserjet printer and i am ready yo pay more money. Please look into it before i take a strong action against epson and the dealer.

Page jam problem with in 1 month and after giving to service center they done some wrong work the page jam didnt working and now ink leakage.
The working employ of guwahati epson service center (New market) are not trained. And fraud people. They couldn't fix the problem but they gave me product by more damage.
I want my money back or new printer.

Recently purchased an Epson L805 printer.
Some rats get int to my printer and destroyed some cables. I submitted the printer to the service center named: Gloria Business And Services. In the coming 27 may it is going to be a month since I submitted printer to the service center . I am very shame that companies like Epson providing such cheap service to their customers. Their rating on google map is 2.4. That also so shameful. Products like printers are very much required in daily life for most of the users, so this much delay in the service is so bad.

Hum check kar ne se paisa lagega usaka bad service center me kisise bat kiya printer ko jur jabar jasti kholke bolta hai ye tuta hai or bhi kuch bola raha tha so kindly action for service men i'm not seticefie for epson service center mera name ajay agarwal hai or ahne me pura din laga diya morning me phone kiya tha evening 6:00pm me pahucha 6:15 nikal giya. I bought epson l380 inkjet printer. I am regularly facing this problem of paper feeding. After four to five print outs, the printer stops taking paper. I registered a complaint, a person named neeraj was sent for service, he came twice and suggested to clean the printer when it stops taking paper. After he left, one printout and then i have to clean it every time. I kept doing this and the printer stopped working. The service person asked for a video and said that he will discuss it with his senior. I request you to send a person who has the complete knowledge about why is such a problem coming because i don't think cleaning the printer after each and every print out is suitable for long run. Please look into my problem as i am very dissatisfied with your product. The serial number of the product is x[protected].

I will not recomond to buy epson printer to anybody because after guarantee period if you face any problem nobody will help from epson company but yes after so many request and call to all branch office in india of epson printer, a technician will come to visit but they will refuse to touch your printer instead the technician will perform some programe from your pc for five minutes and he will charge rs. 550/- without servicing your printer.

My printer serial no. is X2Q5025337 and printer model is epson L 380
and this printer is not repaired by the company executive and they are also denied for the replacing my printer which is in warranty period. and the epson printer is worked with me only 7 months and after that the printer is unable to print and the printer is not revealing black and blue ink
their are more than 45 days has been passed and till i am not getting result or not a printer had been repaired and because of it i have suffered from this problem from 24 march 2018 to till now and the company is not giving answer it properly. and i have lodge a complaint in the company many times the complaint is as under.

Now it is in repair condition within the warranty period. The printer took 13000 copies only. I kindly request you to give new printer or repair the existing machine without any cost and service charges.
