Dear Sir,
1.this air force canteen has purchased a new Epson printer lx-310 on 11 jul 18.
2. this same had been installed on 11 Jul 18. but the very next day on 12 jul 18 the printer stopped functioning.
3.subsequently, complaint lodged. With regard to subject complaint no. the service engineer at Thane Zone was contacted repeatedly and requested on extreme earnest grounds for rectification of the printer.
4. reight hours have elapsed with no response.
5. The printer is used at this Air Force Canteen, point of sale . unserviceability leads to immense inconvenience to customers and Sale of goods.
6. request, kindly look forward into the issue as Sale on Saturdays and Sundays are huge in volume of goods as well as customer traffic.

    I had bought a Epson L310 Printer 14/09/2017 and the having a good experience but now in March head was not working and after making printer in good condition now in July same problem i am facing. Please I appreciate if the you can see to the problem.

      I am senior citizen customer.
      I purchase the printer L380 (X2Q5248353) dated 14/2/2018, few month printer problem of black print and complain in epson customer care service on 2/7/2018, 5/7/2018 and service engineer on 07/07/2018 Repair of printer, service engineer ask the use the compatible ink my printer ink is original and second time service engineer on dated 10/7/2018 service engineer printer is not repair ask the printer head of damaged. Printer head changed the company. No response of company and service engineer.
      My complain again and again. Please espon company requested the change my printer head. Please solve my problem.

          Hi,

          Even after raising a complain against a fault for the purchased L655 printer against complain of "paper Jam", even though when there is no paper Jam . No action has been taken yet even after approx 2 months of registering the complaint request in customer care . I had to shell out 25k money and the printer is lying un-utilized . Kindly help .Please reach out to me @[protected]. I was promised that a technician would visit, but no one called .

              Dear Team,
              This is in reference with RMA number : INW[protected]

              i Have purchased a product " EB-675Wi BUSINESS PROJECTOR", from authorised dealer few months back, but suddenly it starts giving a lamp error due to which it was not getting ON.
              I called the local service center people, they came to check the device. They take more than 1 week to detect the problem, but was unable to diagonise the problem.
              After which they said that they have to take my projector to the service center.

              I handed over the same to them, and they created the case log. and after which they said that the lamp was faulty and it needs replacement.

              Almost 20 days has passed but, they have not returned the product to me.
              Whenever i used to call them and asked about the return, They says that the spare parts are not available and says me to talk to the Epson company personally to expediate the process.

              This is too disgusting to hear on part of EPson service center, saying a customer to talk to Epson company itself and to arrange for the spare part.

              WHy i will talk personally To Epson, when i have purchased the product which comes under manufacturing warranty.

              I have not purchased the product to keep the same in service center for months and waiting the part to get replaced.

              I am sending you the attachment of the job sheet (PFA).

              If you can do the needful at your part, then do the same at the earliest.
              otherwise, i have to knock the doors of Consumer Forum for the same.

                THIS IS TO BRING YOUR KIND ATTENTION TOWARDS FOLLOWING COMPLAINT :-

                I have started up a restaurant for which I have purchased POS Software. The software company advised me to Purchase EPSON TM- T82 Model Printer for restaurant business for regular billing. So On MAY 29, I went to Nehru Place Market to Purchase TM- T 82 Model for my restaurant business. I went to GROOVY COMMUNICATIONS INDIA PVT. LTD., Registered address- Siddharth Palace, 2nd Floor, No. 207, Bulding No. 96, New Delhi 110019, Nehru Pl Market Rd, CSP Flats, Nehru Place, New Delhi, Delhi 110019.

                So I asked Mr. Sanjeev Kumar ji, salesperson their that I require EPSON TM- T82 model thermal printer for my business. For which he said that it is available and most running product in restaurant business. So now he asked me if I want USB feature which is a new feature in this product. To which I said OK and purchased the product and paid cash. Due to his miscommunication or he purposelessly has handed over me the EPSON U220D model. I was not aware if that was thermal printer or not.

                On July 5, My POS Software company executive came for setting up software on our laptop and asked me for newly purchased EPSON TM- T 82 Model. The moment we opened the box, we saw that the printer was not thermal model one that I requested . He said that sir this model will be not feasible for your restaurant business. Epson executive also came at the same time to which both replied that The dealer GROOVY COMMUNICATIONS INDIA PVT. LTD., have had purposely handed you over this model since they replied " That this model is less running in the market and dealer must be having this in stock so he purposely handed over you the product. Now on box manufacturing year is also December 2017, which means that dealer was not able to sell this product in long time."

                I called GROOVY COMMUNICATIONS INDIA PVT. LTD on July 5th to replace the product to which they replied that first mail us the bill and explain the issue. The next day their was no response, so I went to their office on July 7, Saturday with unused printer and box. They accepted their fault and told us that they are ready to replace the model with EPSON TM-T82 Model. Now after 15 minutes they create NEW STORY, they say " Sorry sir, We will not able to replace product now as per EPSON GUIDLINES".

                Dear EPSON TEAM, I am sorry but I feel CHEATED And misguided by epson dealer Groovy Communication seriously this would be my last purchase from EPSON company and I would notmake any purchase in future. I was a regular loyal EPSON consumer since very long time. I wasted my hard working INR 10500 money on this model which is brand new and unused.

                Please look in to this issue and please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible since EPSON U220D model is not what I demanded for. I only asked sales person at Groovy Commnication India Pvt. Ltd. that I want EPSON TM- T82 thermal printer to which he replied there is USB feature also in it. So he purposely handed over me the wrong product which I feel is truly not acceptable. I am attaching bill for your reference and forwarded mail to which they have not replied yet.

                  Dear sir i have bought a epson l 130 printer 2 month before. From my printer yellow n blue colour is not not coming . I have complaint about it vendor said that i have to complain about it online. Even personally i have informed. Please do the needful on urgent basis. Its almost 10 days gone for this.

                      I am S K JAIN (GODREJ JAIN AGENCIES JHANSI) and i purchased EPSON L565 printer which is under warranty .I purchased this printer on 22 septembe 2017 serial no. is - VJNY046850 and the problem is that printer is not connecting to wifi so we unable to take print from our PCs and i complaint at your service center (EPSON SERVICE CENTER NEAR JAIL CHAURAHA JHANSI) many times and your service center giving us only appointment time but not coming at our place for solving the issue.

                      So please give us a particular time that when your technician will come to our office and solve the prob.

                        My lame is lalit kumar and my mobile no [protected]
                        I have a L380 printer (Date of purchase 31.7.2017)warranty till 30.7.2018 which is giving lines from the beginning. I am complaining about it again and again. The engineers come and go.We play Head Cleaner and Power Ink Flushing of the Maintenance Program.Then Printer runs for some time.But ink are spent more.
                        The engineer came first time at our address then he said that your printout quantity is very less so, printer giving lines in printout, second times he said you play Head Cleaner and Power Ink Flushing of the Maintenance Program.but our problem is not solved.third time engineer comes and said you play more Head Cleaner and Power Ink Flushing .But our problem still continuously. The company's engineers keep coming, but they do not do anything, they also run the program, If we say how the solve this problem then they claim’s us. Please help me.

                            Purchased printer on 26/6/2018.
                            Registered it on phone on toll free number on 27/06/2018.

                            I was told that person will come and install by 4 pm

                            When i called them at 4 pm, they said they dont have engineer.

                            Worst customer service.

                            Take the printer from me and give back my money, they took 2 days to install a printer for which they kept me and my kids waiting.

                            I am not happy with all this and customer care careless.
                            Seller careless.
                            Service center careless.
                            I have purchased it from local vendor.

                              The printer has trouble printing the colored inks. The blue ink has many missing segments and the printer is completely missing the yellow inks. All the troubleshooting techniques have already been tried but in vain. The ink tanks are refilled duly with genuine inks but still the problem persists.

                                now its approximately 45 days they have not rectified .when ever we call the local assistant (manjeri service centre) they just say continuous excuses that the spares has not reached.we are totally fed up with such a irresponsible reply.

                                  We have lodged a lot of complaints. The complaint numbers are as follows :

                                  4882062 Dt. 26/05/2018

                                  4727501 Dt. 17/04/2018

                                  In the complaint No. 4785910 Dt. 03/05/2018, Mr. Rohit Gupta (Engineer from Epson) came to solve the problem, but he accepted that there is some problem in Printer Head. Printer head will be changed. We have also wrote this in RMA Receiving/Collection Slip (This is also attached herewith in this mail for you so that it will be clear to you that in report we have mentioned it clearly and accepted by your engineer Attached File Name : report.jpg).

                                  On Dt. 06/05/2018, Mr. Amit Singh from Epson visited to check the printer. He even didn't touch the printer and start talking very rudely. He told that he is head and no one will hear your complaint in Epson. He told that he/Epson company will not solve your problem. He told "Hum apki complaint to aage forward hi nahi karenge, jo karte bane, kar lo).

                                  Now pls. tell me whether Epson company is running on behalf of only one this type of Engineer (Mr. Amit) ???? Is he the owner of the company ????

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I am really very surprised that your Company's Representative is not giving their statement upto the mark (as they are giving false statement). I have proof of everything.
                                  1) As per below statement of Mr. Jaswinder, Engineer visited yesterday i.e. on 11 June 2018 at 6PM but as per Report given by Engineer (Report Attached), he visited 5:25PM.
                                  2) As per below statement of Mr. Jaswinder, Engineer wait till 7:45 PM, but as per Engineer Report given by Engineer (Report Attached), he has gone 8:16PM.
                                  3) On Saturday i.e. on 09th June 2018, engineer already visited to solve the problem for couple of hours. A lot of engineers have visited my office, a lot of experiments have done on the printer, a lot of trouble has been created by your engineer but didn't solve the problem. They have changed the parts even then they were not able to solve the problem.
                                  4) In testing, they have wasted a lot of pages and Ink of mine.
                                  5) I have purchased Epson printer for work, not for your engineer to practice and for R & D. My printer has opened so many number of times by your Engineer still not able to solve the problem. It means it has manufacturing defect.
                                  6) I have already complaint about Mr. Amit of your company that is really very rude and he doesn't know how to deal with customers. Again Mr. Jaswinder send Mr. Amit to my office to check the printer. What your company wants ???? I am really not getting why this type of harrassment you all are doing with the customer ????
                                  7) Every engineer is wasting my time. No one is able to solve the problem every time.
                                  A lot of engineers have done R & D on my printer. They have done experiments everytime. (Poora Printer bekar kar diya) Now pls. send one new printer first and then say your engineer to pick the old one that is in Manufacturing Defect and then you can experiment and start R & D on your product in your office in that defective printer. Now I am not agree to waste my time anymore with any of your engineer. (Ab bas bahot ho gaya apka R & D). Now I will not accept your defective printer anymore.
                                  As per report attached, your Site Engineers accepted (Pls. see attached) that Problem is not solved after changing the parts then why you all are not changing my printer ?????
                                  So request you to please change my printer asap.
                                  Now pls. send one new printer first and then say your engineer to pick the old one that is in Manufacturing Defect and then you can experiment and start R & D on your product in your office in that defective printer.

                                      At many times power on by pressing long times and paper input tray not receive paper when printing.
                                      Scanner hangs by scanning 20 to 30 pages and printer blowing red signal when printing and most of the time swith off automatically. Ink head most of the time not live all colour, but after consulting technician, told that head clean required but after cleaning same problem arises again and again.
