EPSON M205 model printerof phc, jalumuru, srikakulam district, is not working from 15 days, take action immideately. even though we have already complained to the EPSON dealer at Narasannapeta but no action from them, the office is facing much trouble.

Aapke epson company ke adhikrt sarvice center khandwa me vyavsayiyo ko sahi sarvice ka labh nahi mil pata. Kafi paresani hoti hai. Khandwa me adhikrit hosiyar mekenik adhikater privete dukandari me vyasth rahte hai or naye shikhiyo logo ko kam karne bhejte hai jisse printer ki samasya purn roop se thik nahi hoti or bar bar paresani aati hai me pichhale ek maah se paresan hu. Mere pass l 350 no. Ka printer hai. Yaha par mahendra patidar vyakti use kai bar dekh chuke hai or khandwa bhi le gaye the kintu abhi tak samsya yathavat hai.
Aapse nivedan hai bade centero pr sasulk kushal mekenik ka nishchit din sudhar hetu nishchit karne se rahat melegi.

Sir ma epsoin ma 2 times complain kara chuka hu mara pass koi bhi call ya service man ni ayaa ha mana palha complain ki thi mari printer ki black ink nhi chal rhi ha jab aakar service man na dakha tha uska jana ka bad mara printer ki red ink nikal gyi to jo dakhna aaya tha uski call aayi ki aapka printer garenty ma nhi ha sir jab sa 2 complance kara chuka hu koi responce nhi ha

Hi, i hv bought epson l1300 a3 printer in april 2016 but installed it in march 2017. Print quality was good in the start, but it was not in constant use, i used to take prints occasionally. Nw the print quality is very poor, i did whole cleaning process in which it doesn't show yellow colour in the test prints. I don't understand wat has happened to it. Plz help me asap.

This is a busy area for business purpose, that’s why we always need printer and scanner but due to your service centre’s inactiveness or any how my work is suffering. If you have any responsibility against your customers then please give your kind attention on my complaint and do something to avoid my loss of money and credibility.

Hi tech services is an authorised service provider of epson in kolkata. We have given our printer, l-1800, serial no - ubny005566 for repair. It has been two months and they havent yet received the spare part required to fix the printer. We have been told they need to change the head roller of the printer. We are being delayed the service since last two months. Please look into it.

Our printer epson l 210 model no. C462h not able take input of papers correctly because of it every time paper jam happens and not able to take the print out. Because of which we are in trouble and facing problem in our daily course of working. Pls help us to repair the same and send your executive asap. Looking forward for prompt reply from your side.

I bought epson l220 printer. The page epsonprinter.support/epson-l220 on epson website clearly mentioned that this is a WiFi printer and they gave the instructions to configure WiFi.
The printer that I got didn't have WiFi.
I complained to epson, they say that it doesn't support WiFi.
I told them to check on this page. They checked and hung up the phone after holding for 15 mins.
This repeated many times
Then one of their managers Mr. Santosh called up and said this page does not belong to epson website.
I said can you send me a mail saying that this isn't epson's website page. He refused saying he cannot give in written and I should trust him.
After that they removed the page.

What kind of cheaters are they!!!

I lost my trust from epson!!!

I bought the epson m200 from my earlier experience because i used epson l800 and l100 before. But the present printer m200 fall me in great problem. Few days before i complain that it is not working. You send technician and meet the problem. But now again it is not working. Its power light is not on. So the printer is not working for long days.
I think the printer manufacturing defect otherwise it not showing the continuous problem. My another are not showing the problems.
If you send experienced technician then he can mark that i am unable to use it in my working hours. Max time it remains defective. I use my other printers.
So my request to you kindly help me
I am also unable to carry printer in any service center because earlier i pickup it from service centre

I have a printer l220 product no vgxk221826 i call your cc and submit my complaint your cc told me epson person reach your destination in 72 hours but still no man reach and i got a call to your service center service person will come to my location in 2, 3 days if he got time. Since you did not full fill commitment i feel you are not true in keeping your words you are not reliable. What solution will you now provide me for the loss i have incurred.

I am regret to inform you that even after several complaints registered by telephone and registered through tollfree no., your kottayam service centre has not responded so far. Every talk they informed they are coming today but not reached so far. Therefore, give strict direction to the kottayam service centre to repair the above printer. Expected early action from your side.

2xepson printer purchased from guwahti from dm service pvt ltd vide their bill no cm/16-17/04609 dt 29 aug 2016. Out of them 1xprinter not working due to tech defect. I am your customer and using epson printer & epson projector earlier i used canon photo printer.in canon printer there is only one problem that is print cost is high but there is very good quality that is help & support and services at your door step, only you have ready to pay. And that is very very good because we save our time.
Today, i am very very disappointed from your service center. I want to share incident which is happen with me.
Epson printer is very good and also very good print quality and also i suggested 10 -12 family members & friends but now i clear said don't go for epson printer because epson service & support very poor or worst.
Today i call astron epson service center which is situated a-19, gandhi nagar, sigra, varanasi, up, india.
After calling, i respectfully said that mam, my printer have a problem and not print the page and show on monitor that paper jam. Can you send any executive to my place for repair, i will pay all your charges but from other side badly reply that no, and said if you want to repair your printer come to our center then i asked her how much take time, can you repair soon and return my printer hand to hand she says smoothly yes then i go to epson service center with one hour and tell problem again because there is another lady to deal in front office. She don't show to interest that what is problem in my printer and badly said that leave your printer and come tomorrow. I request kindly inspect my printer and then tell me the time for delivery but that lady badly reply and said come tomorrow then i said may i call tomorrow to know my printer status then she shouted on me and said that we can not tell any thing on call come tomorrow and ask. I said that i am coming so far with car. Then she shouted on me and call another male person and tell that person, this customer disturbing me, then i am very shocked and depressed because these all incident happened with me and surrounding 4-5 customers also available. I felt very disappointed and decided that change my printer epson to canon and throw this printer. Then after i returned with my printer and try to repair, if repaired else buy new canon printer. And also decided, i will post every where this incident so that every body aware epson service center behaviour and care about customers.

I had purchased an epson colour printer l365 online at tirupur 0n 21.11.16. I had met with lot of problems in its working system and lodged service complaints more than 5 times. The service provider at salem called elite service is very irresponsible in customer service call and providing very delayed service to my service call. Hence my office business has met more than rs.10000/- for outside printing expenses.
