I have reported to your authorised service centre to repair my Epson M200 printer before 1 to 1.5 month. When I bring this printer from there after paying amount of Rs. 650/- I was facing same problem, than I called back to ASC. They send his engineer at our office and have changed it's head cable and charged me amount of Rs. 150/-. But after two days it was starting trouble again with same problem. After making many reminder to engineer on phone, he always told me that I will come today but not came at my office and passed more than 40 days.
Now we have reported the printer again at your ASC on 05/08/2017 and they are charging Rs. 360/- plus Rs. 120/- for head cable change.
Now I want to say that how many times head cable will change. I am enclosing herewith the bill for your kind consideration. Kindly do the need full other wise we will go to take legal action in consumer forum.

    Dear all,

    My epson l805 showing all light on in stable condition except power light. It indicates nothing. It is not connecting with computer. I have already called you and was redirected to call the engineer in jaipur but your engineer is not attending call since morning. I have urgent projects which must not be missed.
    Please provide me technical solution anyhow asap.

      I wish to express my utmost dissatisfaction in your product and customer service.

      I bought an epson l310 printer online from amazon.in on 21 july 2017.
      The item didn't work (No power) and i contacted epson on their service line on 28 july 2017 - complaint no 3776929.
      Their service engineer visited my place on 29 july 2017, registered a doa on the printer and recommended a replacement of product based on his inspection (Customer no in[protected]) service centre msp04 brisk automation a/2, amardeep dattaram lad marg, kala chowki, mumbai. He mentioned that the replacement would reach me in 3-4 days.
      I called epson helpline again yesterday (4/8/2017) to enquire on the status. They stated that it was on the way and should reach me today.
      I called the service centre on 5/8/2017 (Whose no was procured from the epson helpline[protected],[protected] and spoke to their supervisor - mr basu on [protected] who stated that if the product was bought online from amazon, it would not be serviced and that i am expected to buy epson products in a regular store and not online.
      You will appreciate that this is unacceptable and i expect you to provide a full refund for a doa product which apparently has no warranty/ won’t be serviced.

      I reproduce the following from the amazon.in webpage for the item:

      Enjoy warranty coverage of one year or 30, 000 prints whichever comes first for maximum value from your printer and freedom from worries over its maintenance.

        Respected sir/ma'am
        We have an epson l220 printer. Till now it was working really good but from last one week we are facing a problem. We are not getting good coloured print outs. Every print is quite reddish in colour. And we have also checked the ink level, the ink tanks are also full. We are not able to take print outs. Black prints are fine but the coloured one are really poor. As per my knowledge all the connections our properly done. So please help us with this problem. As soon as possible.

        Purchase Epson Printer Model No. L380 in the month end of March 2017. Printer S.No. is *X2Q5045752* complaint filled at local dealer 10 days ago. but complaint not attended til the date. Problem is paper not loading while printing a job.

          Bought l130 through ebay on 10th july. Serial no vj5k085619... Not able to instal the printer. On repeated calling thro the service centre there was no proper response and hence a complaint was registered no inc[protected].in spite of the registration there is no proper response from service centre.. After much struggle got the service personnel number mr sujith, whenever we make a call there is a promise that next is your call to be attended but the situation remains the same.
          I am not able to instal til now...
          I would like to return the product as i am unable to use it after buying.
          And pls don give so many numbers for service in chennai as none of the calls are properly attended..
          Would like to hear back as soon as possible.

              I have lodged a complain in service centre named neovision, chatribari, guwahati, assam. They have told me to bring the printer, when i have taken the printer to them, they kept it for two days and told me that to change the head is damaged. I have told to return the printer without changing the head. Even then they charged me rs. 980. When asked they told it is service charge. What type off service charge is this.

                    I have one epson l350 printer which is not under guaranty period. It power is not coming to the printer always. I put the call to your unipower services, 86, raja basanta roy rd, kolkata - 700029. They sent the mechanic on 17/06/17. The mechanic reported that the power cord is defective. He changed the power cord. But the fault was not removed. He told me that he will place an order for the part. After two/three days that the part has arrived. The service will send the mechanic to fix the part. But from that day onward i am going ringing the centre. Normally the are not picking up the phone. After several phone, if they at all pick up the phone, they are saying that the mechanic will go today or tomorrow. But the mechanic is not coming. The previous mechanic mr. Samiran paul who came first, told me that the centre is not sending him and so it is not possible for him to come. Will you please tell me whether the fault of my printer will be rectified or not.                                 Epson service centers are worst ever i seen... They are con mans, wen we give our printer to servicing for particular problem they check the printer and register the complain. After few hours later they vl tel u it is having big problem so it takes time something blah blah... And they charge huge money & also they stole our original parts from our printers...

                                  I'm k. Mohammed ali, i ordered epson l380 ink tank printer online - www.epsonshop.co.in on 20th june 2017. Order no.[protected]. The product is not dispatched till now. I contacted the support via email - [protected]@epsonshop.co.in and phone[protected]. No response in phone. I'm getting same email replies saying that "we regret that the product is not dispatched due to logistic issue and it will dispatch tomorrow and the product will be delivered on friday - 30th june 2017" for the past two days. No clear information on the logistic issue. I have asked them to deliver it by friday 30th june 2017, if not then cancel the order and return the money. For this they haven't replied. I want the epson concern to take necessary either to deliver the product by friday or cancel the order and return the money.

                                    मेरा प्रिंटर L 565 अभी वारंटी में है serial no VJNY017205 . इसमें प्रिंट या ज़ेरॉक्स निकलते समय लाइनिंग आता है. सर्विस सेंटर ने 2 बार हेड बदल दिया लेकिन लाइनिंग सही नही हो पाया .
                                    वो लोग इसे सही से रिपेअर नहीं कर रहे है . टाइम पास करते है .अभी वारंटी में है लेकिन वो आते है ले क जाते है और पता नही क्या करते है लाकर वापस रख देते है और बोलते है हेड चेंज कर दिया है अब नहीं आयेगी . लेकिन 2-3 दिन बाद फिर वही प्रॉब्लम .
                                    ३ महीने उन्होंने ऐसे ही काट दिए . अभी तो केवल 12 हजार ही प्रिंट हुआ है वारंटी तो 30 हजार प्रिंट की होती है

                                      Myself is ravinder singh and i have purchased the above said printer from impel infosys jalandhar on dated 19/06/2017 and i have also register the s. No. At customer care and they replied that our service engineer install the ink at your doorstep with in three days but todays is the fourth day, and i am very much in need of printer. I am frustrated your services.

                                        Dear Epson India

                                        We would like to inform you that when ever we give our printer for servicing for particular problem they check the printer and register the complain.

                                        Then they call us next day that in your printer this problem and that problem and they give you 3 4 problems list And a big amount. This happened every time whenever we give printer to your service center in Nagpur. ( Address:The Service, Behind Hitavada, Dhantoli Nagpur.

                                        We have log the complain that paper stuck when we give print. And we have checked them that all the other function are working properly. Now our scanner is not working they are telling us that wire is damage it will charge Rs800/- So please tell me how suddenly wire is damage when it is working properly at the time when we have given for servicing.

                                        So i request you to take strong action and we want our printer in same condition as we have given.

                                        Product : Epson Printer L210 A very good product but due to very bad service this product become our headeak.
