I have lodged a complain in service centre named neovision, chatribari, guwahati, assam. They have told me to bring the printer, when i have taken the printer to them, they kept it for two days and told me that to change the head is damaged. I have told to return the printer without changing the head. Even then they charged me rs. 980. When asked they told it is service charge. What type off service charge is this....

I am not able to take print out properly from my epson l 360 aio printer. Print contains lots of vertical and horizental line and other issue. Also change the color of print out. Request you to kindly urge the delear to visit the site and repair the same at the earliest.

I have one epson l350 printer which is not under guaranty period. It power is not coming to the printer always. I put the call to your unipower services, 86, raja basanta roy rd, kolkata - 700029. They sent the mechanic on 17/06/17. The mechanic reported that the power cord is defective. He changed the power cord. But the fault was not removed. He told me that he will place an order for the part. After two/three days that the part has arrived....

My printer is not printing clearly. This is the the 4th time i am complaining about the same issue. My printer has its warranty till jan 2018. I would request either a replacement of this product or any part which is not functioning properly.

Dear sir iam from gulbarga, i have epson 220 printer, i went your epson service centre lot of times they aregiving very third class service, and they are telling lies, i have lot of faith on epson printer. But your gulbarga service team is very thirdclass, they are simply taking money but solution is just a temporay only,, therefore i decided we stop to purchase epson printers

Epson service centers are worst ever i seen... They are con mans, wen we give our printer to servicing for particular problem they check the printer and register the complain. After few hours later they vl tel u it is having big problem so it takes time something blah blah... And they charge huge money & also they stole our original parts from our printers......

No. At customer care and they replied that our service engineer install the ink at your doorstep with in three days but todays is the fourth day, and i am very much in need of printer. I can't colour print from two weeks. Only black print outs.before one month lines on colour print outs now totaly colour print off. Ink level is sufficient. In test paper colour printing not print only black print. Colour setup is also correct.
