I hv purchase before 10 days l 380 printer but printer no work . blue @ red light blinging pls solve my problem

Epson printer l380 red @ blue light blinging. This printer 10 days old
I put a glossy paper in the paper tray and give a command to print photos ..But it is not accept the paper and showing error paper not load ...And some time in print we found more then 1-20 white lines in b/w print...I bought it 11th July 2017..Please contact me as soon as possible...[protected]
