Epson India — l130 installation delay

Bought l130 through ebay on 10th july. Serial no vj5k085619... Not able to instal the printer. On repeated calling thro the service centre there was no proper response and hence a complaint was registered no inc[protected].in spite of the registration there is no proper response from service centre.. After much struggle got the service personnel number mr sujith, whenever we make a call there is a promise that next is your call to be attended but the situation remains the same.
I am not able to instal til now...
I would like to return the product as i am unable to use it after buying.
And pls don give so many numbers for service in chennai as none of the calls are properly attended..
Would like to hear back as soon as possible.

Raja@70's response Black printing is not deep. Engineer visited but problem is not solve. and other problem. Both red light is flushing and no print any pages. My Old Complain No. is - 3786863. But Costumer Care Executive speak to me Other Engineer visited to your place on same complain No. But Any other Engineer is not visited on my place.
