Epson India — printing and xerox taken epson printer is not clear

I brought the printer on may 2017 and it was in good working condition but suddenly printing and exrox is not clear and ink is leaking through corners and writings are blured printer is epson l445 since 1 month the problem is existing please repair the device as soon as possible as its very usefull for my office wrk are pending due to it.. I have also taken to the repairing shop bt no use of it and alsoi have done head cleaning but still the problem exist please look into the issues thank you. Contact no is [protected]/[protected].

I have deposited my L200 printer at THE COMPUTER BAZAR, Durgapur, West Bengal for about two months ago to change the print head but the job was not done till date. The owner of the service centre says that the print head is not available in the market. I want to know if he is telling the truth.
