Europa Locks — main door lock complaint | |||
The main door lock is not working when trying to lock from inside. When trying to lock from outside, we are able to lock, but when we try the same from inside, the key is not rotating at all. Hence request you please look into this urgently as our safety is in question. There were even an incident were we were unable to open from inside and we had to throw the key outside so that the person from outside could open the door Was this information helpful? | |||

Sorry to say but the customer service is very very bad... Your Customer executive nor your technician are polite. They give a impression that we have taken their service for free... Very bad.. will never opt for Europa ever again.
