Europa Locks — They don't have for installation, don't buy this lock

I bought europa locks for my main door.
Registered a ticket with them for installation. I was told that it will be done in 1-3 days.
So far 8 days over. I call them everyday 2-3 times. So total of 20+ calls so far.
Every time they tell me that it will be done today or next hour or in next 30 minutes.
So far no one came.

Is there any way, i can get my money back and return this company lock.

Very poor service. I have purchased a door lock but after 2 days lock not working properly. My construction manager contact many time but after laps of 9 month no any person of this company ask me what is the matter. Pse do needful in this matter.
