I purchased a Two wheeler battery Exide XLTZ4A on 18 September 2021. Suddenly last 20 days my battery drained out automatically. I go to dealer where I purchased this product and they changed my battery and plugged. After 1 hour again my battery drained out and I go to authorise service centre "Automobile World", Garia, Kolkata. They tell me same recharged the battery and test and they take 2-3 days time and don't give me support battery. I talked to customer care and tell all the details and customer care said again go to dealer and do the same thing whatever I already done before. It's not possible to off my duties and everyday go to either dealer or authorised service centre. Please help me with this.

For my car MH 03 AZ 6312 Dzire Diesel, I had an old battery Exide Mileage Red bought on 14.2.2019 from above Dealer Chembur Battery Service. The old battery said if I buy a new battery, I will get a discount of 20%.The dealer told be recently I will also get a discount of Rs. 1200 on return/recyle of old battery.

The new Exide MIleage battery with 55 months warrany MRP is 8895 and as such I should be charged (Rs.. 7195 - 20%) minus Rs. 1200 i.e.[protected] i.e Rs. 5996/- Instead the dealer Chembur Battery Service ([protected],[protected] has charged me Rs. 6700 vide Bill No. 7454 dated 25.8.2022. Sir I have a complain against my inverter battery that purchase 1 year & my waranty 4 year EBIIU[protected] on dated 16.08.22 but your service engineer came & say battery dip discharge a charger machine has been set my home & till date no any service person saw the battery I have call daily but they no take put my phone so please take matter seriously & solve my problem

I purchased -- EXIDE INVERTERZ 1050 VA last year in the 5th month.

Two times complaints were raised and attended the same with the help of Exide service team.

Again Yesterday one complaint raised regarding the inverter box inside a big sound observed (like autombom cracker sound)after that i disconnected the supply and now EB supply only we used.

Regarding the above complaint I am very disappointed with Exide product and also future how it works properly I Don't Know so please change my inverter with an extended warranty period OR please return my money.

After purchase 1 year my bathery got complaint.. i went to the dealer for claim the warranty but he said go to complaint thorgh my self . I mailed them and called but no one answered...

I have bought new exide battery FXL5-12XLB5L-B in your dealer at sirkali (kalis tyres) for my scooter and the same was replaced by experienced mechanic . And ts found that battery malfunction and damaged after few days without any cause, such a branded product buying for its quality and life only, so that i hv requested to replace the battery but not yet get any response for the past two month pls do the needful

Our UPS is not functioning properly.every now and then it releases the power and the computer and system continuously off and on condition...

I purchased Ecide car battery 3 months back.
Car battery is fully dead now.
When I called customer care they are delaying replacement of faulty battery.

Hi Sir,

I have purchased Amco 5A battery for my two wheeler (TVS Zest) on April 2022.

Now it is not charging. I couldn't able to file warranty online. Website is down. The mail id they shared for warranty claim and customer support is out of service.
No response from customer care watsapp number.

The battery manufactured on Jan 2022 only. Warranty claim covers for 24 months.

To day i visited EXIDE CARE center @2pm M/S HAPPY SERVICE @ Mugappair West, Chennai (EXIDE CARE contact number [protected]) to purchase new battery for my yamaha scooter ..i was traveling from 5 kms distance to this location for this purchase, this EXIDE CARE made me to wait more than one hour saying to wait for 5 minute ..but there was one old person keep on cheating me asking to wait for 5 minute ...i spent almost one and half hour as there is no nearest EXIDE CARE...

Is this the way the EXIDE team cares about customers having breakdown vehicles???

While I asked for customer field staff contact to register a complaint this EXIDE CARE OWNER replied you may proceed to complain to any channel in EXIDE and they do not care about such complaints.

If any customer reaches for a battery purchase at EXIDE CARE and the above-mentioned attitude of non response is better, I suggest rename your dealer as "EXIDE NOT TO CARE " instead of "EXIDE CARE"...

My intention to highlight here is that you do not have any right to ask me to wait for one and half hours to purchase a simple battery for a two wheeler breakdown scooter. on this your team forced me to purchase other brand battery to recover my breakdown scooter.

We purchased 8 numbers 12 volts EXIDE MAKE Sola Tubular Batteries . during september, 2018.as part of our Solar Power Supply to our house.
Now few / 4 batteries are not functioning properly . in Spite of our repeated requests or submissions, totally no response from EXIDE

BATTERIES ARE IN USAGE FOR THE PAST 45 MONTHS AND IN THE RECENT PAST, THE BATTERY STORAGE SYSTEM HAS BEEN GIVING US TROUBLE. WE HAVE BEEN ADIVISED BY THE SOLAR SYSTEM SUPPLIER THAT 3 OR 4 BATTERIES HAVE BEEN FOUND NOT FUNCTIONING WELL AT ALL AND THE BATTERY VOLTAGE SEEMS TO BE LESS THAN THE REQUIRED VOLTAGE.

we would be appreciate if you could register this complaint and take necessary corrective actions immediately as the batteries are still in the 5 years warranty period.

I purchased car battery having warrenty period your service executive, said to change battery with 14 percentage discount on mrp so tell what do you meant by warrenty period.

I bought exide battery ZSC9-12XL2.5L-C on 29.05.2018 through their authorised dealer, warranty period 48 months. Battery started malfunctioning within 20 months (guarantee period) and I submitted the battery / Bill / guarantee card and the company replaced similar battery on 26.02.2020 FOC. The replaced battery also explicitly states 48 months warranty. During May 2022 (within 27 months) the battery started malfunctioning and I took it to the dealer. He declined to even check the faulty battery and insisted that the company provided a battery for 48 months (from the date of original purchase) and hence did not even accept that every battery in this model works only for about 2 years and not for the full warranty period. This implies that one needs to throw the battery every two years or so and replace with a new battery though the warranty is for 48 months as explicitly stated. He even declined to offer the mandatory pro rata discount on surrender of the defective battery. Hence after payment of full cost of new battery (riding a two wheeler without horn is an affence punishable by law and also it is riskier) the same was fixed on 20.06.2022. Exisde Industries is explicitly gives warranty period of 48 months, making the consumers believe that their product will last that much period, while on every occasion the battery needs replacement within 27 months, thereby deceiving the public.

Anyone not response from EXIDE COMPANY.

We bought exide battery under 3 year warranty scheme on24/12/2019 .
now the Dealer and company refused to give warranty . At the time of selling the the said it will be exchange till warranty period but now the have completely refused it.
on product of it the have clearly mention "3 year warranty"
we have paid extra money to avail this scheme.
