Your Sarat Bose road, kolkata Exide dealer next to maharani tea stall, provided twrrible customer service . I was about to order a replacement of my Exide car battery and wanted them to deliver it to my home, install it and take the payment. My house is 100 m away from the dealership. But they were not willing to provide that service. I have bought an Amaton battery instead after being an Exide customer all my life. The new Amaron dealer, also 100 m away happily sent his person with the new battery and card machine and took credit card payment.

We have purchased Exide battery and inverter on 11/07/2021 from United batteries(Sreenivas my brother) Davanagere.577002. After ten days system stopped working(By 25/07/2021). Immedietely we complained.Complained has been registered and the ticket number is 2357044(On 30/07/2021). In spite of so many calls and requests to both dealer and service centre, the problem is not attended.
we have very good opinion about your products.But unfortunately dealer and service personel not caring and attending our problem.
Please listen and attend to our problem.

Please don't buy amco batteries, worst in performance.
The dealer are wake and u won't the warranty claims. Within 1 years of time the battery stop working.

I purchased a battery from My) s. Parnami Batteries GT Road Karnal. And bill number is 4504 dated 01 June 2020. Battery is not working properly & it is in warranty period. Already dealer tried to resolve the problem but same issue is still there

I have purchased "Exide Invertor" on 15/09/2019(Model number= IT-500 S.L no: A3D9z018820). It has warranty of 54 month. But within 2 years the battery backup become very low(about 2-3hr) and the battery heated while charging. In previous i complain to the dealer but he did not give me any response.
Now i need full repair from the company.

My Bike's battery was not working and i have requested to change it but the dealer and service centre people does not response properly. I am also waiting for my letter of guarantee card. I am having very worst experience with Exide services.

Dear Executive, My Car Battery Sl.A4A9B006547 was purchased on 19.10.19. After 1yr. faced many times battery problems of dischar- arge. On 16.5.21 I had. raised complaint with Exide Care Ms Sweety, explained in detail & Complaint no.600 239 was given. Mr.Arnab the comunic- ator from Padma pukur was assigned the job who spoke to me that due to Covid 19 pandemic there is shortage of staff technician so there will be so- me delay in getting service but assured necessary help.Regularly I contacted him over phone & as Sr.Citizen I reque- sted him to help me on urgent basis. Since no technician contacted me I approached over phone to Amar of Exide care & told him that am unable to use my Car until my problem is reso- lved.He also assured me of help.On 22.6.21 I contact- ed Mr.Arnab over phone he said that Kolkata Airport falls in outside zone to this I reacted & told him why he is telling me now when alr- eady more than 1 month have passed from complaint date.If you have any problem to that then you better appro- ach Exide Care & sort your internal pro- blem.Then Mr.Arnab contacted Dealer S.K.D.Enterprises & told me that techn-ician will contact me directly. At 4 pm Tecnician Niranjan Nayak contacted me & visited my place.He checked the batte- ry, found it defective & took the battery wi -th Service request 355360. On 28/6.21 Niranjan came, installed the battery & fou -nd it operative. On 30.6.21 again I faced same discharge problem & my Car could not start so called Niranjan over phone. SMS recd.Service request 359747 closed Niranjan came checked found problem took the battery.That on 5.7.21(ticket no. 2025878) SMS recd.for update status. I could'nt contact Exide care over phone to know about status of my car battery. Firstly my car remained unattended for more than 1 month & now company is trying to refix the same defective battery. So unnecessa- ry delay is being made from your end for which if any serious problems occurs as it is rainy season then Exide care would be held responseable.So why my defective battery is not being replaced till date & no one is contacti- ng, why? I complain in 5/7/21 ticket number 2026354 but technician call but not come I complain twice in customer care as well as mail but response I never buy any exide product

TICKET NUMBER: 2019823 & 2020735 booked but is still lying unattended. Till now the problem has not been solved two times and closed the complaint Without reaching on location. Please take actions earliest
My battery needs to be replaced. It is under warranty. I have already submitted & shared all the details...
I am facing a backup problem. I need immediate assistance that means within 11.07.2021 without any delay.
Otherwise, I don't have any option other than going to the consumer court/ help by legal advisor..

I have purchased Exide Milage battery in dec 2020, i have tried starting my car yesterday but its dead. I raised complaint to exide with the complaint number 363198 at 12PM on 7 july 2021, took number of exide contact person. he picked call after 15 unsuccessful attempts and assured me that technician will come to my society. I waited till 5pm but no body came, I had to again call him and he kept disconnecting my calls. Finally was able to speak around 6 pm and he assured that someone will surely come today and resolve the problem. Because of the technician waiting i had to postponed my work but as i expected nobody came yesterday. Today again i msged him and calling him but he is not picking up the phone. I had somme urgent work and i am stuck at home because of my car not starting. exide do not care for their customer at all. I will not recommend this to anyone. Also if they do not resolve the problem I have to go to consumer court

I am S.Balamurugan, residing at Chennai, Keelkattalai, purchased your product on. 23/03/2021, Model No:GQP 12v 1050VA, S.N.:HX00=GQP1050, Battery Type: FE00-6EL150L, 1OM[protected] SHOM there was a shutdown in our area around 10.30 A.M I used only 2 numbers of 40w tube light 2 laptops and 2 fans and around 2.00 PM (aprox 3 and half hours) battery gave continuous beep sound and stop functioned automatically..

During the purchase of your product The vendor informed me that this unit will give power supply for 8 hours with 4 tube lights and 3 fans etc., I was shocked with the way it works despite your agent's promise and raised a complaint with your customer care on 22/06/2021.

The same day they sent me Registration no: STAIU[protected] by "SMS" and informed, service people will come to my place and rectify the problem. but till date 29/06/2021 none of your service people even contact me through my phone no

But on 28/06/2021 i received the SMS from your end stating that

" Dear customer, your battery against complaint no: STAIN[protected] is beyond the scope of warranty terms and conditions, Your battery will be returned back shortly - EXIDE".

Already I was frustrated about your product, at this juncture I received the above said "SMS" which gives me serious mental agony apart from the inconvenience caused by your product..

Please replace it with a good and quality unit instead of this substandard product at the earliest.

Bought a battery on 20/12/2020 on a warranty of 2-3 years ( have to check card), within 3 months it started giving trouble, than lockdown, after lockdown submitted battery for checking, in preliminary he said may be due to lockdown or idle it happened, for their knowledge in similar condition my other scooty with Ameron battery performing well...now they said you don't buy other we will return this after repair or replacement in 3-4 days...now almost a month is going to pass still saying we will call you once received...
My concern is if it was my car battery than how would have managed...I suggest to all user of this site never buy car battery from this company.
A mechanic was saying never buy Exide battery...as he must be saying after his experience and performance of this company.

Your customer care assured me of quick service, but none of your technician visited nor I got any call regarding my issue. I called customer care three times enquiring about my issue, first time I got the ticket number and assurance of technician visit, after waiting for...

Why I got message that ur service request is closed.
However electrician or mechanic from Crompton did Nothing saying that will be done after report.
