I have purchase d mobile from ezone Indore.. But new packed mobile having a lots of issues. I tried to submit complain in Indore ezone store but always they are giving me same phone with issues.. I am not very disappointed by ezone support .. Please provide me useful support or return it.. I can't go again and again for same issue :( .. I hope u will give me positive support and reply...

    I had purchased a iPhone 7 32 GB black colour on 14.12.2016 which got delivered on 15.12.2016 but I was not handed an original bill and I was handed a tax invoice stating the shipment delivery . How could Ezone Powai issue a tax invoice to a customer where the original bill is missing ? How can I believe the product is not a grey market or a clone phone when the original phone not available? I had purchased the phone from Powai Ezone and want the money back if no bill is issued to me . I rather take some original product with bill instead a product without bill.

      I bought a sony home theater with extended warranty total bill amount was above 21000/- on sunday 11th dec 2016, was promised delivery on monday or tuesday but today is wednesday and 10:30 in the night still waiting for the product.
      This was a surprise gift for my wife, and they totally screwed it up by firstly calling her instead of calling me, even after strict instructions. And on top of that the product is not even delivered.

        I had purchased Acer ES1-571-P4ZR laptop on 25/09/2016 and it was promised to me the kit will be dispatched within 12 days but this was not. Then I went to the shopping mall and was informed the kit has not reached yet and expected to be delivered in next 7 days. It's been 1 month from the last conversation and I have not got any revert from them. Also I would like to inform this product was miss sold to me as when I was purchasing the laptop, I asked the sales person there, that is it Diwali offer or not as I was looking for best offer and I was informed the Diwali offer has been started, but this was wrong. As when I visit there to enquire about my Accessories Kit in Diwali time, I saw the price of the same Laptop has been reduced by 2500. It's a huge loss for me.

              Hi,

              I happened to receive mail from ezone about their online flash sale, sales started on 18th sept at 9Am but site opened only at 2Pm. I downloaded the app and started shopping.. For my surprise i saw sales starts with 90 to 99% Off with limited numbers left. Sales starts with across the products at 1000 per each.. and clearly mention 98% Off.. i didn beleived it... just to try my luck and trust on ezone i added 4 products in cart and trried making payment, gateway was Pay U Money' So i teusted and made the payment.. at final bill and invoive i recieved is total bill amount is 4000 and you saved 155000 so and so andno where mentioned that i should pay any amount. Like i bought 10 Products at Rs.10000.

              I recieved a confirmation all products will be delivered within 28Th sept. After a week i receved a call from ezone to visit nearest branch and pay the remainingamount to complete purchase otherwise i will loose my 10000Rs. I was shocked to heard it..

              They are number one fraud company, made wrong sale to pool money from customer. Real day roberry.

              I would like to file case against Ezone, kindly help me. I have all the screenshot of their online sales.

              I never asked for any cancellation of my orders, they simply cancelled my orders. I did not received any response, neither call nor message.
              This is really online cheating to raise their online sale. Please if the problem cannot solve here i will take this issue to legal complaint at court.

                I have purchased morphy richards otg 18 rcc in december 2015. Till today they haven't sent an executive for demo and i have raised n number of requests to morphy richards customer care too. But no use. At the time of purchase, ezone executive told the oven is useful for all purposes. Its been 10 months and twice i tried using for re-heating and whatever microsafe bowl i use, its getting melt or break. Today i searched in google and i came to know its not useful for cooking & re-heating. When i called them to talk about it they behaved very rude and disconnected the call.
                The same happened with acer laptop too.

                Since it not their money they are misleading the customers and when we need their support for demo they are behaving very rude.

                      I purchased Samsung refriegerator model no RR19K1732ZUZ/ML/2016 from ezone, vikhroli on 3rd Sept vide order no [protected], deliv. on 4th Sept. Within 2 days after installation, we found the vegetables were getting decayed. We found water formation at the bottom of the chiller tray. I registered complaint with Ezone on 9th Sept. vide our request no [protected] Technician visited and commented to change the tray. I experienced this problem with my old fridge (Samsung) after 6 six years of purchase. Hence we decided to buy a new fridge. How can a new fridge have the same problem that was noticed by me in my old fridge after 6 six years of purchase. M/c is actually defective and the dealer and company is not agreeing to replace the machine neither are they assuring us that the problem will not continue after the replacement of the tray.

                        I had purchased Samsung J5 from your store at viviana mall and the sales guys haunted me to buy the Accidental cover of Tecprotec which i purchased. Now when i am facing issues with my phone i visited the store to get it resolved i am aksed to approach samsung and when asked what about that accidental cover i am being asked to call on some toll free number.
                        Above all no one entertains a customer to resolve his query i was been moved from one guy to other. This was even supported by the shop incharge jitendra yadav. Over all very pathetic service no point or expecting any support from ezone store. Once product is sold customers are on their own

Today I talk with one staff of e zone he said wait again for two days . I told why . All of you saying tommorow even and again today you saying wait for 2 days then he will find what will to do ... and when I say give me proof, he badly behaved with me and wrote on my bill he will do.nothing even he will not mail to sansui also, Ben I purchased the tv from ezone and say go to hell

                              I ordered a nikon coolpix camera and they delivered an used product with fully drained battery and with[protected] images in it. It was not visible that the product was used but when i turned it on after charging the battery which was already inside the camera, i found that there are thousands of pictures in the memory card of camera. It seems that the showpiece was sent but at least they must inform that before.

                                  Please note that the product that has been delivered to me has been remarked as unfit for use by the technical team from samsung that came to further install it. They have asked us not to switch on the refrigerator since there has been a material damage that took place before the refrigerator got delivered (The packaging was opened by trained technical personnel from samsung).

                                  So far, for the rs 28, 511 that were taken for me under the pretext of a sale/purchase in return for a working refrigerator (New one with the above details) has resulted in me getting just a bulky unusable paper weight. Since the product fails to deliver any promises that the purchase order claims to, this will be considered as a case of forgery and unfair trade practices.

                                  Needless to say that this entire episode has left a distaste and i regret the moment when i decided on going for ezoneonline.in as my prefforred vendor for the purchase.

                                    I bought a laptop from Ezone. I did not get a proper bill. Following up since long but no respond. it was highly unethical behavior from JAVED, a staff of Ezone Emall.
                                    please revert asap. I just want to complain against this staff who just dont know how to sustain your potential customers. He is not answering my calls as well. Please take an action against him.

                                      I am writing this to inform you that your mani sqaure branch kolkata executives are very providing very pathetic customer service just to inform your kind attention as you can check i am a regular customer of your store everytime while purchasing goods they are not providing original bills i am getting manual bill only & your staffs committing to deliver gifts which was yet to receive from last one month one power bank of 5000mah is still pending everytime during calls to mr sourav who is a sales executive there is confirming that he is coming to deliver next day but refused to keep his promise based on gift benefits i had agreed to purchase the phone with your store mani square kolkata & also referred my friends as well where one of my friend also purchased the same but really ashamed service by the store & their staffs no management at all even several calls where made to sourav & store no's went unattended many times i will also escalate this to social media as well by giving fake promises to clients for additional gifts & not providing bills to customers. If required i can also provide the copy of the bills where it was mentioned that the store will provide the power bank 5000mah which is pending/due to deliver at my home.

                                      Need urgent intervention on the same.

                                        I had ordered russell hobbs rgs160m garment steamer through their online store ezoneonline.In at a discounted price during some sales promotion.

                                        They have refused to deliver the product saying its out of stock. They are saying they have a different product which is much more expensive than the one i ordered and want me to pay up for that product.

                                        This is a way of deceiving customers and bringing them to their website for purchasing products.

                                        I want ezone to deliver the product as per contract.
