Worst staff and illiterate people at this ezone store

Washing was received in bad packaging and when asked the ezone store people they stupidly telling us the stuid answer, buy a samsung j7 phone but more than 20days this stupid ezone staff just saying we will inform you in 2-3 days. i dont dont how ezone company appoint this types of staff.i dont think that i will visit this ezone sobo central again....
