Hi Ezone Team, I am very very very very Disappointed with the service i got from Ezone, I would not have expected such irresponsibility can happen from vendor like eZone. My name is Subhasis and i have purchased a LG 360 LTR refrigerator on Saturday night and i have been told that the delivery and installation can happen on the same day. I got a call from the warehouse PPL that the delivery will be done by 2 or 3 PM, I requested him that pls deliver by 1.30 PM as i have some doctor appointment latter. He agreed for that and then i wait till 2 PM still the product has not delivered no calls from ezone or any one, i called ezone at 2.30 they told that they have informed the driver and he will call me and the product is going to be delivered by 3. PM or max 3.30 then i again called at 3.30 PM they are saying the product will be delivered by 5 PM. I don't understand this. I have an doctor appointment at 5. Please take necessary action against the ppl who is letting eZone name down, from this experience i will never either buy any product from ezone or suggest any of my frds and relatives to buy anything from ezone. If its possible to cancel the order and return the money i wanted to have that done for my product. As i hate lies and ezone ppl are liers. My Order number is :[protected] Thanks, Subhasis

I am call company customers care but any person didn't give trust able answer. I want to cash back pay rupees. Please help for me cash return for my account.

      Hi, My name is Sarvesh Palan i am a regular customer of ezone I visited your outlet in Mumbai malad Infinity malad branch but today your team has disappointed me no words to even escalate.. but I am gonna make sure that we do not purchase anything from your store . I had my sisters wedding yesterday and had to gift refrigerator, since I am a regular buyer from your company i thought of buying from ezone after confirmation from your staff of ezone stating that he will deliver the product by 30/6/15 by I moved forward and purchased from ezone i purchased this product on 29/615 the next day I waited the hole evening but no delivery your your agent has even called us up on 30th June and said the delivery will be done by 4pm but no reverts from your end today your brand as got me ashamed front of my sister and family.. I therefore delay my given orders and I want my money back to be paid.. else I won't take time to take this social..         Yesterday at 7:00pm we visited Ezone in Manjeera Mall to Purchase a Laptop. Mr. Vinod(manager) had show the different types of Laptops and given a good Demo. At last we finales the model and ready to purchase. We had completed all formalities and filled the application form (Form No: 476) and Mr.Vinod had given some free items of Printer, Antivirus and Kit. I had given my credit card for swiping, he asked me to wait for some time. At 10:00pm Mr.Vinod is saying that Laptop is not available. We waited for 3Hours, my sister felt very sad. If the Laptop is not available why these people are cheating us and making a big drama. They wasted our time and and make us our family very sad. Plz take necessary action on Mr.Vinod Manager at EZone in Manjeera Mall

          I BOUGHT A LENOVO THINK PAD TODAY FROM EZONE, EMALL- CHANDNI CHOWK. SO NO: [protected] I NEEDED THE LAPTOP TODAY AND I WAS ASSURED BY YOUR SALES PEOPLE THAT I WOULD RECEIVE THE LAPTOP BY 9 PM. THE INVOICE WAS MADE AT 6 56 PM. I TOLD THEM I WOULD WAIT FOR THESE 2 HOURS IN THE OFFICE. THE COMMITMENT WAS TOTALLY MISLEADING. AND AT 8 PM I WAS TOLD THAT IT WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE. THIS IS TOTAL HARASSMENT AS I CLEARLY MENTIONED THAT I WOULD ONLY BUY THE LAPTOP IF I GET THE DELIVERY TODAY. THIS IS NOT EXPECTED FROM EZONE. YOU GUYS LOST MY RESPECT TODAY.

            I purchased an iphone 5c 16 GB white on 6th may 2014 last year and i lost the original bill and now i am looking for an copy of the bill but when i checked with ezone central mall Bellandur store they are saying they do not have the data and when i checked with customer care even they are saying they are unable to find the details, i don't understand ezone being an largest retail store how the hell they say like this saying don't have the data or unable find the details, i need the bill no matter what as i need to submit the same to apple for replacement of my iphone. kindly help me. they guy with whom i was interacting when i had purchased the iphone was Mr. Syed and the current store manager is Mr. Farooq

              I bought three LG products (Fridge, washing machine and Owen) from BIG BAZAR EZONE TRIVANDRUM -Pazhavangadi branch . This complaint is regarding Fridge, they said with in 2 days they will deliver a brand new Fridge however they delivered a fully spoiled display piece with full of scratches .The moment they opened the packet i asked them to take it out and spoke to their delivery manager Uday Kumar .He said they can deliver a new one but next day he said that model is not in stock and could not . Now it is almost one week and i asked for the refund of the cash and that itself is not happening . Fridge was one of the urgent item for me and that is not served . This is one of the pathetic BIG BAZAR EZONE experience . Now i lost all the trust with Big bazar and now going to go with consumer court .

                Dear Sir/madam, Customer ID: [protected] SO Number: [protected] On 26/03/15 My Father placed the above order from EZONE PHOENIX MALL LUCKNOW for Samsung 32H4100 LED TV, for which he paid in advance. The said LED TV has still not been delivered. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1930 you are required to deliver the Sams­ung 32H4100 LED TV within a reasonable time. As more than 30 days has elapsed since the order was placed, your retail store has failed to fulfill this statutory requirement and is therefore breach of contract. “The Store manager Mr. Ranjeet Rajan has shown complete lack of cooperation. My father has suffered a lot (being a senior citizen) he went multiple times to the store for the confirmation of the delivery. No updates in spite of the regular follow-up from our side, no hope has been given for the delivery. Negligence Support from Mr. Ranjeet Rajan, who has taken it for granted. Lack of professionalism is being showed by store manager. “ Such a casual behavior, we never expected this response from such a big brand, we wasted our precious time, our energy and patience. Every time we were misguided, this seems to me utter nonsense. I am now making time of the essence. If you do not send me the Samsung 32H4100 by 30/04/15 I will consider our contract at an end, as I am entitled to do in law, and will expect you to refund me the full purchase with appropriate compensation.                   This is Nikhila Mayekar. I purchased HP Pavilion V021TU laptop from Ezone store in Bangalore central JP nagar mall on 28th march 2015. They had informed me that the backpack is free with the laptop. After I paid money for the laptop they informed me that HP backpack is not available and were giving me a Dell backpack. I told them I want an HP backpack only. SO they told me I need to wait for 2 days and they would call me to collect the bag. Till date I haven't received any call from Ezone stores. In fact I am calling them every 2 days and they are giving fake promises that I will be receiving backpack in 2 days. I am not understanding if I am ordering a laptop along with backpack they should get both the items together. I would like to know the reason on delay and when should I collect the backpack?

                    On last Sunday 29th March I and one of my friend purchased an LG LED of 32 inch separately, we got the product delivered after two days and still installation not done. They assured that installation and delivery will be free but I payed 300 for delivering the product and no information on installing. Even after contacting to Manager also no respose.. Wah what a service. Super fantastic keep it up.

                      I had ordered 1 washing m/c, 2 electric geysers & 2 ceiling fans through the EZone store located at Viviana Mall, Thane (W) Maharashtra. The order and cheque payment was placed on 21-Mar-15 (Saturday). The cheque got cleared on 23rd (Monday). Today is the next Saturday (28 Mar) & i still haven't received the delivery. Everytime i call the store, there are no responsible people answering the phone. They keep putting the phone on hold & pass it on to different equally non-responsible guys. They say they will return calls but i haven't received any call yet. I have been calling them past 5 days with no return calls. I am also trying to post this on their official complaint forum. But it says that their server is down. Thats very fishy!!! WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?????

                        I bought Samsung Note Edge from Ezone, Outer Ring road, Bangalore 560037 on 14th February '15 . I was assured that I will be receiving PayTM coupon worth Rs.8000/- as part of the offer. It has been more than a month since I have bought my phone there is no clue as to where my PayTM coupon is. I have been constantly trying to follow up with Samsung sales person at Ezone and customer care, I have not received any justification for the delay. Now when I recently visited the store asking for the same, they say that they delayed giving me my Coupon and hence what ever I was entitled to receive has expired !                           Just for marketing sake Ezone is providing offer 50% discount, 60% discount., just for a day once we buy that product with offer, after 2-3 days they would say that your order is cancelled as the stock was not available, Ideally in that case they should show Out of Stock, or only 1, 2 product left, however site did not showed that, further it allows to buy the product. Now after 3 days when informed your order got cancelled, by this time the offers has been withdrawn so could not buy other product that were on offers on that day, which I could have bought if the site displayed the correct stock or the support team had informed about cancellation on the same day. Had got information from some source that this is all marketing gimmick. At time the inhouse public buys for themselves and say to other about out of stock. They tried to relived me that soon same some offer would be available, so when told keep my order with you do not cancel it, they say we cant do that. There is no apologies fealt, nor they are ready to provide some alternative to overcome their mistake.

                            I had purchased a Samsung Refrigerator on 22nd-Feb-2015 from eZone (Marathalli). I had noted down the serial number of the display piece which they had kept at the store. I told them to deliver the new product from the warehouse and don't try to send the display piece as i know how you guys cheat. They told they will deliver new piece from warehouse. But on delivery I found that they had delivered the display piece even after warning 10 times to not try to cheat by sending display piece. I complaint against Mr. Srikanth (Store Manager), Mr. Sikander Feroz (floor manager) and Mr. Rajani T (sales guy) Can strict action be taken against eZone and impose fine and cancel their license for cheating customers. Don't know how many people they have cheated like this.

I have made payment through Debit Card vide of ICICI bank on 29 December 2014. I have not received cash back till 21.02.2015 which I was told 10% of the payment made i.e.1749.                                       Sub:Undeliver of my purchased LG microwave (MC2844SPB Model) from eZone as per the commitment date.


                                      This is regarding my purchased of LG microwave (MC2844SPB Model) SO NO:[protected] from ezone at Big Bazaar, Aditya Mall, Plot No 3, Vaibahv Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad - 201012, Uttar Pradesh,
                                      dated on 26th Jan 2015.

                                      it's really unfortunate to write my dissapointment as a old customer against the ezone based on my current experience and the service quality towards the customer by ezone
                                      sales person's/stores/customer care.

                                      During the purchased time, it has been confirmed and concurrance by the sales guy, to be deliver the purchased microwave at my address in between 27th Jan'15 to 31st jan'15. I have been
                                      called ezone customer care ([protected]) many times for this product enquery, why it has not been delivered as per the commitment, but they don't have any positive answered.After that i have also
                                      visited the stored and meet the sales guys and manager for the delivery, they have again commited to be deliver in next two days. But still not have any recived the product from the ezone !!!
                                      It is really cheap and misleaded by the ezone sales guys towards the customer trust on ezone brand.After this type of exprience, as a customer i definitely think 100 times before my future purchased
                                      from ezone.

                                      Still i have no idea, when would it be delivered to my address ??? It's really helpless experience after paying complete money which we purchased.

                                        Dear sir/ madam I have purchased a Camera Dslr Canon 1200d on 26/01/2015 from Ezone store which is there in Jp Nagar Central Mall Bangalore, that time Executive said that 16 Gb Memory card also you get but he has taken full money and after that he said sir i don't have stock so i will give u in next week, so today i went there and said give the Camera memory card but he hi saying i will give only memory card type not in specially for camera card. On that day i have purchaded almost 64000 Rs camera and laptop. So i need this has to be solved as soon as possible. I need camera memory card 16 gb. Thanks and regards Anand [protected]
