Hi, I visited Zone Kormongala, Bangalore today to buy a 4 GD RAM for my laptop .I went to the store after confirming through phone whether 4GB RAM is available or not and the store manager said that the product is available.So I (staying in Attibelle which is very far away from the store) I went there .As soon as I enter e zone and enquired about the RAM a person (employee of e Zone) said that concern person is not there to upgrade the RAM.After telling him that I am coming from a long distance the store manager came and he put a new RAM in my laptop after which Laptop didn't start up at all.He left the laptop like that and went to attain another customer.I have to ask for screw driver to open the laptop again and remove the RAM.After that I waited for half an hour but the store manager did, t came back. I am a customer of e Zone from a very long back.This kind of behavior froma store manager is not at all apretiated.Also I will to conclude that this is my last visit to e Zone.I will never buy a single product from e Zone anymore.           Hi I m Kavya .. I have complaint against ezone rajajinagar. I had purchased the HP 7 voice tablet on 9 Jan 2015. They told there is a offer from HP to redeem 200rs from Myntra shopping. But i try to do it its not happening. When i call the e zone people they are saying the offer was valid untill Jan 5th itself. But the sales team doesn't know they said it is valid till 31st Jan. This is totally not acceptable. I was been cheated giving fake offers. I want serious action to be taken against this.

            They Told every ting Installation and Delivery will be on Same Day Monday (19th Jan 2015). But just got Delivery and No Installation. Taken Half day for same so that there should be no problem for Delivery or Installation people. But in Evening they told Installation will happen Next Day. Very Much False Commitments.                 i have asked many times to the ezpne store wallahs in kolkata at dharamtalla for my old bill so that i can get my warranty periods right and also right. it was under a dheeraj bishwakarma and bill paid with a credit card under the name David Smail. But i havent heard anything from them yet, my address 1/8 rowland road, kolkata 700020. I bought a HP PAVILION CORE I3 WINDOW 8.1. unfortunately the computer has some fault and its cheap with cover keeps getting scracthes. I cannot take it to the hp store to ask for warranty neither i can re sale it at a price that people would beilve its from a genuine buyers. The laptop was bought somewhere around month of april. If possible i would love to get a duplicate bill and hence i would be spared off trouble to do with the assets that rightfully has been passed to me by the store. I hope they look in to it and hopefully they wil sort out and give replies to [protected]@yahoo.com

                  Hi my name is dheeraj chaudhary and I had ordered the mixer and grinder (Koryo KJX-JMG11-White) from ezoneonline.in on the date 12 Dec 2014(order no 2406813), as I need its urgent. First of all I got it delivered late.and e zone delivered me the damage product on the date of 18th Dec .On 19th I had complaint for this product on there mention telephone no[protected]. So I got bad response that. instead of replacing that product they where suggest me to go the following service center (Service centre details - Harsh Electronics. Shop no. 3, Near Rachana High School, Saharanpur Road, Nashik - 422003. # [protected].). To check that product but its there responsibility to verify the product before sell and then sell the customer . As I mention them this thing on mail then they too ked action of replacement after that also they are response is too bad I have to remind them every time to complete their job and still yet I didn't got any solution even not any response from ezone site so I request Kishore Biyani and there team. Please maintain they are brand or if they cant maintain they are brand or please get some solution to maintain it

                  I've met all the request you asked in order to resolve the issue, however I'm astounded that I've not received any email or call. I thought I would give a gift to my Mother but trusting your company was a big mistake that I did and which I or my closed ones won't repeat again. I'll make sure that I post this on all the social network websites and ruin your companies name or at least make sure that no one from my Friends and relatives ever trust your product. Since I've not received the replacement product, I humbly request Kishore Biyani to close this department or at least provide me my compensation + my product (hopefully not faulty). Also, please request you to stop giving me canned responses or copy paste the same template and reply to my mail.

                      DOA related I have submitted the Slash Tab 25 days back with DOA approved by Slash company. This store is playing with me saying that we dont have old bill refrence with us, we have to contact Main branch to get manual bill for replacing the device.. They have been telling same thing from last 25 days, nothing is happening. if i call staff number who gave me number for checking the status, he is not picking the call and some time he picks the call and disconnect after few minutes..                           I purchase items worth lacs of rupees online every quarter. I have been using FlipKart, Amazon and EBay extensively. For the first time, I tried using EZone and they proved how poor they are in Online Retail space. This is regarding my Order Id: 2293015. For this IPad Mini, they have given a Limited Time Discount of 4, 000. Repeat, they did not give a 90% discount or even 50% discount. It was a very reasonable discount of 4, 000. Later, they have cancelled the order mentioning that it was pricing error. In Online Shopping, the price changes are inevitable. The price changes very very frequently. People get 90% discount or 10% discount based on which split second they order. For my Diwali Purchases, EBay had already given me a 15% discount Coupon which was expiring on 31st October. I could have got the IPad Mini for 21, 675. But, it was my mistake that I chose EZone. After ordering, I called customer care and verified that the order is Confirmed. I was told that it will be delivered within 7 days. I requested to do priority shipping as I bought this as a gift. I mentioned that I can bear the extra shipping charges if required. I was told the request is forwarded and they will try to delivery ASAP. Even in the website, the order status was showing "Confirmed". Now, they cancelled it just like that and the amount will be refunded. Because of their stupidity, in fact my stupidity for choosing EZone, I have lost more than 3, 500 rupees. My EBay coupon had expired and it was rendered useless. It was very well known every single site was running Diwali Promotions until 31st October. If I want to order IPad Mini today, I have to order without any promotions and it will cost me 4, 000 more than what I could have got on 31st October. Another big stupidity I did was I ordered the Refrigerator in their site, thinking I can accumulate 50k worth items to get the Shopping Festival benefit of 9, 000 Gift Voucher. I could have just got it for better price in SnapDeal. My Kotak Card had 3, 000 discount and additional CashKaro discount of 700 rupees. I am an IT guy who works for an online retail company. I can very well understand what the pricing error means. If you had given this IPad for 75% or 90% discount, it makes at least some sense to cancel the order. But, for such a minimal discount of 4, 000, they have cancelled the order without thinking about the customer's position. After mailing several times, I had requested for 2 options. 1) Reinstate the order and deliver it as scheduled. or 2) Provide me a gift voucher so that I can order again. But, they did not agree for anything. This will be my last shopping in EZone, and I will ensure to publish and write my EZone experience through Social Media. At least my fellow friends will be aware of their customer care!.

                            Hi, I purchased LED from EZone, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad (csdezone.[protected]@futureretail.in) on 13-July 2014, Amount Rs 31953/- (POS[protected] EZONE Ghaziabad POS; [protected]) Invoice[protected]. I visited multiple time Ezone from where i purchased but Ezone employee told me that due to TID issue we are unable to process your cash back and we have no details when it will be processed but i informed top management in commercial who is handling cash back related offers. Q.1- If this is future group who made mistake then why customer suffer? Q-2 Why should customer fallow up with ezone multiple times when this is ezone commit mistakes. Q. 3- Is this over commitment to increase business while cheating with customer? Q 4- If Ezone management identified issue then why can not provide credit note to purchase from BIGBAZAR ?                               Hi, We had recently shopped for Rs 39, 031 (Double door fridge, washing machine and ) except for the future group offer we had no other offer from Ezone. The future group offer I could if I had purchased from somewhere I had much believe in EZONE even if the price offer would get at least get some valuable gift items not some 50 or 75 RS tiffin boxes which was send. However, the customer service had promised me he would be sending a surprise gift while delivering the items. But nothing came was made a fool. I have purchased One mobiles of iPhone 6 16GB Grey Color from Big Bazar Ezone, Maheshwari Parmeshwari Tower, Kachiguda X Road, Hyderabad 500027. This is to inform you that there was a delay in delivery for the mobile Iphone 6 16GB Grey Color that I Ordered on[protected]. According to your Sales Reprenstative statement the product should have been delivered to us on[protected] but yet we didn’t received our item. I had been in contact with your department executive regarding the issue, but as on today date I have not received the product and no proper response from your side about the delay in delivery.                                   shopping of refrigerator (buyer order:[protected]} dated 27/10/2014 worth 26990 INR made us eligible for free shopping of RS4200 .As the SYSTEM was down, we were assured of crediting the equivaent ponts as soon as the SYSTEM gets activated.two personal visit to the shop has failed to yield satisfactoy reply and action.such adelay is unjustified and malicious on the part of the company.the company stands to redeem not only the aforesaid amount but also the costs of prsonal visits and mental agony.

                                      Ezone Jayanagar is refusing to acknowledge that the Braun Shaver purchased does nto work. I have been charding for 16 hrs after purchase but just does not work. Ezone refuses to exchange and the store manager was very rude to me. What do i do? The service center is unable to repair the product.
