Please suggesting dont buy any product from ezone they are cheaters. Also i suggesting to central please do not give any business to ezone. If you buy anything and you want to exchange replace or return the product will never accept. Dont buy anything from ezone. Store manager is not a good person and his way of talking is bad and do not know how to handle the customers. They do not care about anything once your article is billed at the store. You wont get any service even after begging them also. They treat customers as slaves once they done with it. The store managers and other peoples are simply making fraud in the name of fortune group. They are running a seconds business in the name of future group and ezone. They do not know anything about electronic goods. Unable to solve problems. Received defect piece

    Purchased a eureka forbes aquaguard geneus order no [protected] in jp nagar 2nd phase located in central 3rd floor and had a bad experience with ezone strore jp nagar 2nd phase actually has commitment they havent delivered the eureka forbes aquaguard geneus product on time and also havent received any call from installation people already 1 week gone. They havent fulfilled the promise but i respect and accept the 1 day late but installation also not done on time. After discusssion with ezone store people they are complaining on eureka forbes saying that service problem with eureka forbes and finally i requested for cancellation but they are refusing that we cant cancel any orders purchased from ezone store. Already 1 week over no response from ezone and also so many times i called customer care and given complaint but no one will taking the serious action. Customer care telling you can cancel the order from store but store people saying who are the customer care they dont know single knowledge on business. These the ezone service you people are giving to customers.

    Please suggesting dont buy any product from ezone they are cheaters. Also i suggesting to central please do not give any business to ezone.     As promised the store dealers not delivered on time and also not done installation on time so requesting cancellation. Kindly take this on high priority and do the needful.

    Actually I have purchased on 20th May 17 and they promised going to delivery the product on 21st May so that's the reason I ordered but they haven't fulfilled the promise but I respect and accept the 1 day late but installation also not done on time so finally requesting return and refund the product.

    Ezone people forced me to install so I did it...now I am facing lot of issue with this product...Now they cheated and told me I can't do anything after installation is done...Guys beware of purchasing any products from Ezone maybe my review helpful who ever planning products from Ezone

      Placed an a order for lg inverter ac 1.5 ton at rs 44040/- and paid 39040/- after adjusting exchange coupons for rs.5000/- on 07/04/17. After about 3 weeks mr. Lakshmidh from ur jp nagar, bangalore branch advised me to opt for another model with the same features and at the same price as there was some delivery problem with the model i booked and paid money. As i wanted faster installation i had to agree and the same was delivered on 29/04/17 and was installed subsequently. From the tax invoice i noticed the cost of the unit was only rs.43290/- clearly rs.850/- less than the earlier model i booked. Mr. Lakshmish's statement that the second unit offered to me at the same price was incorrect, to put it mildly. It is a clear case of over billing... Billed more than the mrp which needs to be returned immediately. This was brought to the notice of mr. Lakshmish who promised corrective action but nothing has been done so far. Efforts to contact him over phone proves futile. Message sent to him was not responded. This amount together with the reduction generally bigbazaar/ezone offers on the mrp needs to be paid back immediately.

          I bought a philips mixer grinder from ezone (Order no e[protected] which has not worked from the first second. I have asked them to change the defunct piece and they told me to go to service center of philips??. Is it normal behaviour from a online company. Iam really dejected and disappointed by the bad approach of the company as they supplied me a defunct piece and now making stories when i want to return it back and take a new piece or refund. I realy feel sad by the inaction on the part of etailer, this kind of experiences deter us from doing online shopping.

            I have purchased from ezone store at gip noida 1.a water purifier (eureka forbes xpert) which is not at all giving a taste satisfied water like other purifier i have & also has 130-148 tds that cant be changed as said by engg.came for installation & he cant do anything about it. I asked ezone to pls replace this but no positive response plus the manager Mr.HITESH shouted & hanged apruptly.
            2. An AC supposed to be delievered within 24hrs but no response about that contacted for the same ans. was we will see what we can do. Thats it.
            So pathetic aftersales plus teach your managers to behave first.
            I think the complaints cell exec.over phone is just formality they do nothing as i said.
            Big time fail at your end.
            Pls if anybody there who treats complaints take this seriously.

During that time, there was a diwali offer going in that store to get 10% cashback upto 2000/- if customer pays through ICICI Debit/Credit Card.                   1. The salesmen did not privide us the refrigerator carton they packed it in a whirlpool box. When we ask of the box they said that we threw it out the samsung box carten.
                  2. When product got delivered at our house we found a dent on the refrigerator then we call the ezone salesmen they assured us it is a design bt actually its a dent

                    I have purchased sony tv klv48w 562d on 16/10/2016 by paying 20000 in cash and rest in emi. i have been promised by the sales person that i will get a cash back of 10% if i pay by icici credit/debit card in three months of time.

                        I have purchased phillips led tv 39 inch from ezone, big bazaar, vijayawada on 10 dec 2016.

                        During purchase i asked for tv sealed peace. However they informed that they dont have sealed peace but they informed to take the new one which is on display. They also informed that they have no idea of when the new tv's stock will arrive.

                        Based on their assurance i have purchased the tv. Bill attached.

                        However within a week i noticed a small 'o' shaped white circle dot on the tv. I informed that technical person who informed to wait for few days and if doesnt go, customer service may be contacted.

                        As the circle dot remained, i called the customer service and technician arrived. He informed that the tv has to be sent to service center for further checkup as they cannot open the led tv at home. The same has been brought to the notice of big bazaar show room at vijayawada and they are not responding properly and no one is suggesting any solution.

                        But now the service center has informed me that they ordered for a new panel and it will take 15-20 days. This is not at all acceptable. That means the tv which i pruchased from the show room must be pretty old one.

                        Now i want you to solve my issue by exchanging the product with new product from your show room.

                        I purchased LG 49 inches TV from ezone Mani square. Before making the purchase, the salesman committed that he would deliver the TV the next day . But as soon as I made the payment, he changed his statement saying he would do it on Wednesday. Why such false commitments are being made to the customers.

                          I bought a phone from ezone where they offered mobile insurance from “techprotec” which is offered by amtrust financial company, while selling the insurance package they offered all kinds of services & guarantee that it is the best insurance one can get. I got convinced & made the worst decision of buying it.
                          Unfortunately, i needed my insurance so i have submitted my handset for repair. It has been 4 months i have been waiting just for it to be repaired. Every time i call & check they have the same response that it is under repair or we are not finding parts for it.
                          It’s a brand new handset which has been launched just recently, how can someone not find parts for it?
                          I have also reached out to ezone for help, but even they are not able to help me out on this. Now i have lost all hopes to get my phone back.
                          If someone can help me out on this, it will really be helpful.

                            On 09.10.2016 i purchased PS4 1TB from ezone store, k star mall, chembur, 400074 under 10% cash back offer ( max 2000 rs, transaction under icici card).
                            But till now i have not received 10% cash back. Transaction receipt is attached with mail.
                            Also following were the details of card used for payment:
                            type of card CREDIT CARD
                            BANK NAME. ICICI
                            NAME ON CARD. LOK NARAYAN GUPTA
                            REG MOBILE NO. [protected]
                            CASH BACK OFFER 10%.

                            till now i call e zone customer care more then 30 times regarding cash back. but they are not listening. then i send a mail to ezone. they generated a complaint no. EZ[protected] but same day auto close it with out resolving the issue. he told me my mobile no. was wrong. how it could be possible my no. is registered with ezone, also i mentioned my no. in complaint mail.
                            then again i contacted e zone & they again registered the complaint.
                            they are just mentally harrasing & not giving the money.

                            Kindly arrange for 10% cash back to return my account .also compensation for mental harrasement.

                              The product has been purchased new on November 3rd, 2016. After opening the product at home from its packaging, we noticed a big crack in the process bowl. We have ever since then been following up with Ezone and all they say is we dont have a new product in that model across all our stores and you can check back in 2 weeks. Its been really frustrating following up with them till date to absolutely no avail of the bowl replacement.

                              Hoping for a quick solution, as this has already been long.

                                Dear Team,

                                This is to inform that I had purchased a LG Mobile phone with insurance cover on it from EZone Emall in Kolkata on 24.12.2016.The insurance cover I purchased was for 1 year worth Rs 1149.The sales guy confirmed that I will receive the insurance copy within 7 days but after following up for more than 10 days I received the copy but it was FAKE!!! The IMEI no. mentioned in the copy was wrong and from then on I have been following up with the concerned persons in EZone through numerous mails but it has been over 30 days and I have not received my insurance.
                                This is completely unacceptable on behalf of EZone as they are duping unsuspecting customers to buy insurance and then not delivering.Even the service officials there promise to resolve the issue in 2 days but then don't respond.
                                Request to take up the matter seriously with the officials in Ezone.My bill no. is 0008625

                                Till date my complaint has not been resolved.Even after reaching out to me after the above mail they have not given the insurance certificate.Please see to it that this practice of duping customers by Ezone sales people to buy insurance ends.

                                  Myself asgar nisar shaikh apologize that previous complaint done for my printer is a false complaint, i have no issue with ezone vikhroli and with mr javed of csd, i have never written any complaint aginst anybody of ezone vikhroli, he would be somebody who is jealous about javed, if ihave to give any complaint then i would have submitted my complaint to shamsher or surendra who are very sincere and responsible towards a customer,

                                  I m really sorry for the same and i am again making you people understand that i have not lodged any complaint against any person from ezone vikhroli, i alway purchase the product from store of ezone because i have very good experience of customer care from ezone vikhroli

                                    I purchased Sony Bravia 43W800D which was delivered on16.01.2017 . I was assured that engineer will contact me next day. Its 4pm no engineer has contacted me i hve already made several call to yr office at tel no[protected] but i was only assured that an engineer will contact but no one has contacted me till now .
                                    This give bad impression to me in regard to your organisation. You must ensure wht u committed should be done.
                                    I once again request you to immediatly sen an engineer to install the TV at my home. Otherwise i ve no option left but to take the matter to your higher ups

                                      I have bought iphone 5s on 4th june'16 and have got invoice on 7th june'16 from ezone executive mr. Kishore, after 4 months phone was suddenly turned off whcih is not getting switched on at all then after whcih have contacted apple service centre for help where they sujjested me to handover the phone for repairing purpose in service centre they have asked for bill which i have provided which is received it from e-zone.. Apple service centre has rejected the invoice stating it is tax invoice need original bill whcih i am asking & following it from 14th nov'16 onwards & still i have not got it.. I am suffering very badly.. Kindly help me to provide original bill or else refund our amount which was paid...22 thousand

                                        Your Csd Person is not helping while i was there instore from 3pm to 6 pm. he kept on doing time pass and neglecting me, His language is also very Rubbish Spoked like Arey Chicha Kal aao Aaj mer pc hang hai, mujhe bahot sare customer k call log karna hai, I facing this difficulty since when i purchased this product he has not done the call log, irequested him mnay times to do the call log.

                                        now when the the printer is mal functioning which is with in the warranty i laogged a call with epson then i come to know that this printers warranty is expired, which is under a warranty because I purchased it by 21.04.2016 which has been handed over to me by 22.04.2016. I had the SO Bill With me But the serial no of Epsn Printer is not mentioned in that bill viz sales order no is [protected], which I had billed there in Vikhroli Ezone and they received the peice from bhandup warehouse and then delivered to me next after the date of billing, So I came to Ezone Vikhroli for serial no to be mentioned on the bill, when i came he has gone for lunch from 3pm I waited for him till 4pm. then I had given him my bill that he told me that ther is a problem in mail so ia waited for that till 5.05pm then his mail started working but still he make me wait for another 1 hour for the bill and kept on doing his work, so again I requested him for the bill then he told me that tum toh apne hi ho pehle ek abr bolo k mai chicha hu toh mail print nikal kar dunga.
