I purchased Branded new FORBEX RO Water purifier from E-ZONE (Rajaji Nagar Branch, Bangalore) with packed one, when i unpacked i came to know the product is already defective one. I called to Forbex Customer care [protected] and informed about this defective as well as i called to E Zone people to inform about defective. They told me that they will replace within one week. its already 12 days over, Still they didn't replace my product. I called to those people but they are not replying properly now. i spend around 10, 000/rs. need your help.

dear public,

this is warning from a dis-staisfied customer of Ezone- rajajinagar branch, i had purchased a SAMSUNG WASHING MACHINE from this so-called electronic world store, but when the machine was delivered to my house it was a faulty piece which had a huge dent in the back and when i complained to the store manager VIVEK ph number: [protected], he had promised me of replacing the same which is not till date. for purchasing the same i had shell out around 16500/-plus i had incurred around 2000/- extra towards delivery, and i had purchased teh product after availing a loan from the bank, now am paying intrest to my loan with out getting the product to mu home even after settling the entire amount.

this is a disgusting behaviour from the Ezone people and its been one month am put to trouble due to this people... i request you the people hereafter not to trust these kind of cheats who loots people litrally and not to encourage them in the market any more.

    Dear Sir,

    I had booked a Whirlpool fridge (Model : 340 ELT Prof Titanium 4S ) from E-Zone located in Oberoi mall goregaon (East) on 31st May, 09 with confirmation on payment receipt saying that the fridge will be delivered to me on 1st June, 09.I was asked by the sales person that fridge can be delivered on next day if payment is made in cash in case of cheque on realization because of the same I had given full cash payment on 31st May, 09.

    To my surprise I was delivered with a fridge but of a different model which I didn’t accept as it was not my ordered fridge. I went to the store with my complain to the store manager wherein I was surprised again to hear from the store manager to either wait for 10 days as fridge is not available in any of stores as well as with whirlpool. Instead they have been insisting me to buy some other fridge of Samsung etc.

    I have sold my earlier fridge on pretext that I will be delivered with my fridge today which was assured to me on 31st May, 09, Now I have no fridge at my house and food stuff is getting rotten and I do not have even cold water to drink in this summer because of misleading by employees at ezone.

    For your reference my receipt no is [protected], I will like you to interfere and help me out from this issue. I believe whirlpool and Ezone will look forward to satisfy its customer and not to mislead them.

    My reference bill no is [protected] Dt 31.05.09

    I am a loyal customer of whirlpool I had my previous fridge from whirlpool and I have an AC and washing machine from whirlpool as well, I have been a satisfied customer of whirlpool hence this letter.

    eZone Electronics - Future Group — Non Delivery of Fridge as per order and comitment

    Ezone is one of the most mismanaaged stores in Mumbai. Its a common problem with them that they would tell you that stock is not available in either their stocks or even with the manufacturere.For example: I enquired a Whirl Pool washing machine from them I was quoted a price of 14, 500/- and delivery in 10 days. However, I finally bought it from Croma at 14, 000/- with delivery next day. So I guess whoever is planning to make a purchase from eZone keep in mind the prices are probably not the best and delivery would be delayed compared to other stores.

      I bought an LG 1 ton air conditioner from Ezone Mulund, Nirmal lifestyle branch in the first week of April. First the engineer came to install the Ac even before the AC was delivered and then refused to come back. Then the AC guy came and kept the AC it at 6.30 pm, with the maid present. After the maid had left the house the engineer came back at 9 pm to isntall it with no prior phone call or intimation. My 8 year old son was alone in the house and I was on my way abck from office - the engineer shouted at ym son to open the door and WENT INSIDE MY HOUSE WHEN NOBODY WAS THERE TO PHONE ME AND DEMAND THAT I COME HOME AND HAVE THE AC INSTALLED> IT WAS ONLY WHEN I THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE THAT HE LEFT SAYING HE WILL NOT COMEE BACK TO INSTALL IT> after this, I phoned the E zone Mulund manager and shouted at him, instead of apologising, he insists that obviously the engineer will go inside the house - it is not their faulyt if i am not at home. Again I threatened to call the police and he apologised. It has been more than one month, and they send the tempo to pick up the washing machine (exchange offer) at odd times - 11 o clock at night, or send without intimation when we are at office. No matter what time I give them to come and pick it up, they agree and then do not send anyone. im really regretting purchasing at Ezone only because of the exchange offer and will NEVR buy an ezone product again. It is simply the WORST consumer store as compared to EXCELLENT service from companies like Vijay Sales and Kohinoor. I would appreciate if someone could make them stop harassing me. Also i want to knwo am I obliged to keep the washing machine still waiting for them to pick it up even though it is more than 1 month? Can I give it away as it is occupying space and they never show up.

        Dear Sir,

        Just want to bring into your notice taht i bought a transcend pen drive on 02/12/2008 from E zone outlet situated at A B road, Indore. Pen drive i got stopped working within few days of purchase. I returned it back to the outlet with assurance that it will be repaired and given me back within 15 days but till date i haven't received Pen drive.

        Please look into the matter sir.

          I booked a plasma TV with Ezone, Unitech ammusement park, Sector-11, Rohini, on 11.04.2009 with a promise to deliver the good with in one week. They have not fulfilled the promise and after a long arguments they handover TV in a sealed carton and not delivered at my residence with its mounting stand wrapped in packing sheet after taking the full payment on 21.04.2009.

          when the person from Panasonic company came to install TV he found that the mounting stand was scrap and was not even complete with bolts and fastening clamps more over it was rusted. He contacted the manager Ezone and he told him that make some JUGAD, however he did not agree and went back without opening the TV carton.

          I again talked to store Manager Mr. Rajeev Kaschyap on phone and he told me that you have the matter in my knowledge and I will look into the matter but did not respond.

          We have not opened the carton of TV yet and we do not know what in inside in the box. This is the second time when we faced the problem with the same Ezone store. The promise for every thing before making the payment, but cheat the customer thereafter.

            I have bought 1.5T LG split AC from Ezone vashi showroom on Saturday 4th April. Ezone had promised to deliver the AC in 2 working days which they do not. After making repeated follow-ups, Ezone have despatched the AC on Wednesday 8th April. The installation team was supposed to come along with delivery team but they didn't. Again after chasing Ezone personnels, they promised to send the team on next working day which they again didn't.

            This is the worst service I have ever got in my life from a reputed showrooms. Next time in future, I will think for 100 times before making any purchases from Ezone. I will recommend everybody never ever purchase anything from Ezone. Their personnel's don't even bother to call you back & give the updates.

            This is very true. The attitude of ezone persons is very rude and non co-operating. I to had a similar problem against ezone while installation of my AC which i purchased from ezone.

              I am from Bangalore. Recently i purchased a TV from Ezone Koramangala. The sales person confirmed that i will be getting the same within a week's time delivered at my residence. He said this will take a week as its year ending and they are yet to recieve the stocks. The purchase was done on 22 March 2009. After a week when i had still not recieved my TV i called them and they asked me to wait for 2-3 days more. After 2-3 days i again called them and was informed that still the stocks have not come so i need to wait for another 10 days. I went to the showroom on 2nd April and demanded an explanation. They suggested that LG model is out of stock so i should go for a Samsung instead, The department manager promised me that i will be getting my TV on 3rd by 5:30pm in the evening. I have made calls and then was informed that the TV has been despatched from their warehouse in Yeshavantpur and will reach me by evening. Its now 9:30pm in the night and i still have not received my TV. I have paid an extra 4000 RS for this model which they suggested and still have not received. Its now been 12 days and i am sure that whatever was told or promised to me was all a lie and each and everyone was lying. On further enquiring i came to know that this has been the case with other customers too.

              I want a complete refund for this unnecessary harassment!

              Please Help! A company owned by Kishore Biyani should be better than this at customer service...Very frustrating!

              Even i have experienced similar experience with the e-zone at Esteem Mall Branch.
              I had booked a Panasonic TV. They told me to pay 10% of the amount on the same day since that model is not available in stock. After two days they called and told that the model has arrived in stock and told us to make the remaining amount. Next day i went and paid the remaining amount and they promised that the TV will be delivered to the home within 2-3 days & before delivery they will call. Today since i have not recieved any call from them i called them and enquired. Now they are telling that the Panasonic has stopped manufacturing the TV model i had booked and i should select some other model.

              This is very frustrating...

              I want my entire money back. I will buy tv from some other shop.
              I had a similar experience with Ezone, Koramangala where I booked LG LED Tv for which there was offer of Tata Sky and Dinner set. I made the payment and completed all formalities on 16/10/2010 by 4 pm and I was told that I will be getting the same on the same day by late evening. I received the tv the next day night around 11.30 pm and when I asked about the TataSky offer. The guy simply said that its from LG and it will be delivered by them but when the guy from LG visited for installation and demo, he said offers are given from dealers and not from LG please contact them. When I tried to call on all the numbers of Ezone including the direct number of Rep (Nazeer - [protected]), never receive my call at all.
              We too purchased nokia mobile and after 2 days realised that radio is not working. When we asked for piece replacement ezone-koramangala people refused to replace handset instead sent piece to service center saying that could be a software problem.

              Later called and intimated that it is a hardware problem and sent the piece to chennai.
              As there is hardware pbnlm, that is a defect piece. So he need to replace it. But not at all replacing .

              Something needs to be done. I want to give complaint on ezone-Koramangala.
              I will not leave them

              Worst customer support. Worst place to buy the products because even the people dont know whom to contact . Worst experience so far . Just wanna throw the product on there face nd say keep d product with yourself nd even the money.

                I had purchased a Whirlpool Washing Machine ( model no: 650 S) from Ezone Mall, Chinchwad, on 26th Mar. 2009 and asked to deliver on 27th Mar, on the occasion of Gudi Padawa..

                It is not been delivered to me, also not done any communication regarding this. Is this the way FUTURE GROUP works!!!

                Actually I had booked it on Sunday 22nd Mar. 09 & Payment paid on 26th Mar. 09. & strictly asked to deliver on 27th Mar.

                I tried reaching[protected]Mr. Umesh – Sales Representative) approx 20 times from Morning 11.30 to Night 10.15 p.m. but he has not picked the phone. Rather 2 times another person has picked it told me that it will be delivered till 8.30 p.m.

                I don't know how EZONE do there Business. It will be very difficult for ezone(future group) to grow, if you continue doing like this with customers.

                Finally you may need to shut EZONE and Go home.

                I have decided not to shop with EZONE in future and also share this with my friends and relatives circle.

                Application — notin time

                respected sir/madam,
                i had sent my application to pilani..on 07-08-08. but it seems it had not reached till 10-08-08. my last date is over today. can u intimate me of what could i do now. my ems no. ET[protected]IN

                eZone — Non delivery of purhased goods

                I had purchased several items from e-zone outlet at Bhavanipur,Kolkata on the 26th Jan 2010.
                I was promised a delivery on the 7th Feb 2010. However time and again e-zone management continues to show their un-professionalism in meeting their delivery commitments.

                I have made numerous calls to the store as well the Toll free help line, but people are only trained to utter "may i help you sir? " and they are not empowered to back their
                pleasantries with actions.

                I find this experience with e-zone most unfortunate and certainly will think twice before i make any future purchases at e-zone or recommend anyone.

                After almost one month since the payment date i still await delivery !

                  Iam Major satyabrata swain. Iam a Major in the INDIAN ARMY and presently posted in college of military engineering located at dapodi.E ZONE located at chinchwad near ICICI bank close to BIG CINEMAS is a Franchisee appointed by the SONY INDIA PVT LTD to sell its products. SONY PVT LTD is a Company dealing in the sale and manufacturing of Electronics and other products.



                  2. I was interested in purchasing a home theatre model no DAVZ-777 sony hometheatre (hereinafter for brevity sake referred to as " the said commodity").I taking into consideration both of the companies reputation and goodwill, decided on approaching E ZONE and purchasing the said commodity manufactured by SONY PVT LTD from my hard earned income.



                  3. On 29.10.08 i approached E ZONE and thereby enquired the price of the said commodity. E ZONE quoted the price of the same as Rs. 24, 300/- inclusive of all the other expenses/ taxes. Considering the offer being genuine, i agreed to purchase the same from them.



                  4. In lieu of the same, i paid an amount of Rs.2, 500(Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred Only) towards the Advance of the purchase of the said commodity. The receipt of which they accepted and acknowledged by issuing an Advance Receipt bearing number [protected].



                  5. I had put forth to the representatives of E ZONE that i would be taking delivery of the same at a later date i.e. on or before 31st of December'2008.the rep of E ZONE did not raise any objection nor laid down any terms before me for the same. They even did not put forth any specific terms that any additional amount would be required to be paid by me if the delivery is taken at a later stage.



                  6. On 21st December 2008 i approached E ZONE and requested them to deliver the said commodity. However the representative of E ZONE under the pretext that the same was not packed, asked me to come at a later stage. Hence i again approached No.1 of you on the 28th of December'2008 requesting the representatives of E ZONE to hand over the said commodity.



                  7. To my utter shock and disbelief the representative of E ZONE blatantly stated that the price of the said commodity had risen in view of which i was liable to pay a further amount of Rs.5, 600/- towards the same..I requested the representatives and reiterated the fact that Iam not bound to pay any such higher amount to them and am only liable to pay the agreed amount. I also stated the fact that time and again I approached the representative of E ZONE. However the same was to no avail. Inspite of various discussions between them and me they still failed to hand over the said commodity to me.



                  8. I even wish to further state that i even approached SONY PVT LTD though they agreed that E ZONE is bound to provide the said commodity at the same decided rate and not at the risen rate.E ZONE is not taking the grievance into account and is trying to show its supremacy as a future group enterprise to me which is uncalled for and shows sheer negligence and deficiency of services not at all taking into account the harassment caused to the consumer which is quite unheard of in today's consumer friendly market. On one hand the future group enterprise is trying to attract the consumers with various offers and things like happiness mela whereas on the other hand it is trying to ridicule the whole system and rights of basic consumerism in this country.



                  9. The said attitude of E ZONE is uncalled for. E ZONE ought to have provided me the said commodity at the agreed rate as they had taken the advance amount from me. Once the advance is taken from someone for a product it is supposed to be sold to them and it is against the ethics of modern day consumerism to harass a consumer in the manner they have harassed me. Iam disappointed by the unflustered attitude that E ZONE and SONY INDIA PVT LTD have shown to this serious grievance of mine. E ZONE is holding me in ransom and forcing me to pay the higher rate for the said commodity which is uncalled for and against the ethics of modern day consumerism being breach of contract and faith and trust which a consumer poses on the dealer as well as the company whose products are sold by these dealers.



                  10. The attitude of carelessness and unconcern can be seen from the fact that they have still not returned the above said advance amount till date and causing great mental harassment and financial losses to me. This is the sort of treatment meted to an army man who expects some amount of respect, help and concern from his fellow countrymen for whom he gives his life on the border being responsible for external security of his country but also is present when there is an internal security issue as in the case of Mumbai blasts and his fellow countrymen beckon for him. Both E ZONE and SONY INDIA PVT LTD are not concerned with the harassment caused to me due to the above said acts and further do not care of customer satisfaction which is uncalled for.



                  11. The said act of E ZONE amounts to deficiency in service as also negligence as well as breach of faith and trust bestowed upon them by me.it might as well happen with any other customer who would have the bad luck of interacting with E ZONE chinchwad. They are bound to provide me the said commodity at the agreed rates and are also bound to compensate me towards the unnecessary harassment caused to me. If nothing else they are at least supposed to return me back the money I paid them in advance.

                    I had booked for the Washing machine whirlpool 8kg on 2nd paying full amount of Rs17500/-. The promise was that it will be delivered on 6th maximum. Till today 12th this has not been delivered. Inspite of several calls to them the response is very poor and nobody cares for the customers. There is no manager available and no contact # provided to escalate the situation to them. How is it that Kishore Biyani is managing with such people and such attitude and claiming to be the best customer service company????????

                    The staff is arogant and talking of taking the refund back and go away, not to trouble them.

                    I want an answer to this from a responsible person and the promise kept to deliver the washing machine.

                    I have incurred lost of pain and time spending for this and nobody seems to hear the issue.

                    It's better you go to eZone only to have a look at display and do the comparison and not for buying. I had the bad experience of "display" product being delivered as "new" product. They seem to show customer care, but doesn't (know how) exactly do that.
                    I am not at all satisfied with the services of Ezone. I ordered some items and they took almost a week to deliver and another two days to send a person to install the appliances.

                    Once the sale was done there was absolutely no corresspondance from them, I had to call them about 20 times to get the delivery. This is for the ezone store at OMR Chennai.
                    If you want to know what bad customer service is...then you must visit e zone @ OMR.

                    You can see many things on display...but don't ever make the mistake of buying it...because they take 2 weeks to deliver anything and that too if you are good at follow up.

                    For all electronics it is beeter to go to a nearby small shop who will be ready to do aal that a customer looks for.
                    Dont go by big names!!!

                      I purchased one GX 10 MIXER GRINDER (KCJ 09 C) from the ezone outlet on 2nd Nov 2008. At the time of purchase they assured me that i will receive a gift item . at that moment i have choosen Electrical Juceser. And as the product was not available with them at the time they asked for revisit on 5th November 2008. After visit they again said sorry and i have to visit again on 3rd week of Nov 2008. I have visited again, but failed. They again asked for 1st december 2008. But till date I have not received the same. Now they are asking to change the Gift item from juscer to hair drier but i couldnot able to take the same as i have hair drier already with me. I will be obliged if you/any one can short out the matter as early as possiable. Regards

                        I and one of my friend purchase Kodak camera from e-Zone A B Road Indore. we have very bad experience related to this. In the Diwali scheme they supposed to give us a gift with cam (a Juicer).
                        and they commited us that after Diwali we will give u that gift. but after one month still we didn't get our gift. eZone sales person and staff always say that we give ur gift in just 2-3 days but still no response.

                        Ezone malhar mall indore is doing fraud while offering cashback offer
                        and cashback not receiving to the many customers.
                        They offer verbal cashback offer and there employees take this cashback to there self account
                        They swipe your card for future group offer in which there employees get this cashback amount in there account and when customer visit for cashback they have refused to give you cashback and then you can't do for that

                        Please aware of this fraud and do not purchase any thing from Ezone indore

                          Please dont buy anything from Ezone specially in Kolkata. I had a horrible experience with the Mani Square centre. They are so fraud. I had booked one refrigerator a week back and has not delivered it properly as of yet. They are so sure and was not ready for the warranty. They never answer the phone and the sales person are also fraud. Never ever buy anything from there.

                          Yes. eZone Kolkata is pathetic, they will be friendly with you till the time you pay them te amount for the product bought, once you've bought it, they will just forget about the delivery & installation of the equipment. Continuous follow-ups, delay in delivery & installation, physical & mental harassment are all the gifts you'll receive from this place.
                          I bought a Samsung AC with complete down payment coz they convinced me that buying on EMI will take time & the verification & other things could be delayed, unable to bear the horrible heat of Kolkata, I agreed to buy on down payment & they agreed to make the delivery & installation within 2 days. I am still waiting for the delivery, forget the installation, no confirmation calls have been received by me, although I kept following up with them, but nothing happened.
                          Its a pathetic experience...
                          i agree with you guys. i was sold an used HP Pavilion Computer loaded with all sorts of songs and videos.the showroom guys had loaded all sorts of crap in it. Also, no one came for the installation inspite of repeated assurances. These guys are disgusting!

                          I fully agree with the comments against E-zone, Kolkata, especially Mani Square outlet. I had recently bought a Sony video camera, on reaching home I found the pictures getting blurred when attached to TV. I complained to the store next day. To my utter surprise they asked me to go to Sony repair Service centre with the complaint. Can you imagine, a defective product is sold and then the customer is asked to visit service centre? This can happen in Kolkata only!!!
                          I am 100% sure that the above complaints are genuine. I had a bitter experience with E-Zone, Bhowanipur an year back [April'08]. I bought an LG window AC from them with free installation and after making the payment through my credit card, they said the AC machine can be delivered only after two days as the installation people, with whom they have tie up for free installation, are not available for 2 days. If I want the AC tomorrow itself, I have to pay the installation charges so that they can arrange someone else for installation. Then I agreed for delivering and installing the machine after two days. After two days when I contacted them to equire about delivery and installation, they said that the model I selected is not available and it will take another 3-4 days to deliver the same. By frustration I asked them to pay back my money and to my surprise they said that it will take minimum one month to credit the amount back to my credit card account since I have made the payment through credit card. Then I thought of waiting for another 3-4 days as I had no option. And after more than a week they delivered the AC at my home and I was compelled to pay the installation charges otherwise I had to wait another 3-4 days to get delivery of the same. MY SUGGESTION IS, DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM E-ZONE, OTHERWISE BE READY FOR THE HARRASSMENT !!

                          I fully agree with him as I have booked a LCD 32inch on 16th Aug, 09 on discounted price and made full payment to them. They have assured that LCD will be delivered within a week but till 30th Aug, 09 it has not been delivered to me. On asking they give many excuses and always ask for more time and now saying will deliver by 5th Sept.09. It means they are just fraud and do business with the public money by taking full booking amount during various discount offers sessions and after a month or so when they are hard press they give delivery or refund. If such happens with me i will go to consumer court and its my advise to write me your complaint about it to me through email so that we all togather can take action against Ezone bluff tactics.                           Ezone Electronics, Koramangala — Free Gifts

                          I purchased an LG GL-548YTX4 Refrigerator paying Rs. 43990 from Ezone Koramangala on 27th September 2009. When I asked for a lower price, they said the price is already discounted but this price includes a container set worth around Rs. 2500 that will be delivered along with the refrigerator. The container set did not come along with the refrigerator. The company said it has to be delivered by the dealer. When I checked with the store, they said it is Out-of-Stock but they will call me when stocks arrive. It is 20 days already. I am still waiting. It is also so difficult to get through to their store telephone lines. If I get through to their store, getting through to the Refrigerator department is next to impossible..
                          The store then calls me to say that it is still not available. Whenever it comes, I have to again go to their store and collect it...they won't deliver the item...What a slipshod customer service...
                          i bought a HTC mobile from them on 24/10/09 ... and they told me that their is a gift of Dinner set, one return ticket, 5days vacation in a 5* hotel ... when i purchased they told me that dinner set is out of stock.
                          Still now i didnt got any of the gift ... they didnt even answer the phone calls ...
                          I have visited Bhawanipore - Kolkata E-Zone quite a few times. My comments are as follows ;

                          1] Sales persons are not at all customer friendly. They always busy in chit chatting
                          among themselves. Less time for you.

                          2] They are not interested to the stock, if item is not available in the rack. They will
                          note down your phone no to revert back when your desired item is available but
                          in reality they will never call back.

                          3] Mostly price of every item is more than what is available in market.

                          4] Less interested to attend post-sales complains.

                          I fully endrose all those above mentioned views of various customers. E-zone makes

After i week after getting to reply from Mani Sqaure EZnoe department, i went there to know fact. They replied, it is not possible to provide you EMI facilities as your are not an employee of Wipro! Is was astonished, got angry with them and asked whom did he asked about it for the varification. They replied, their representative asked one of the guard standing infront of the Wipro gate... They are all smiles when you go to buy and will remain attentive till the time you pay post which they become too busy to hear your problems . I bought a Sony Bravia LCD tv and a 422 litres LG fridge on 9th Jan 2010 which they promised to deliver and install after 2 days . But to my horror neither was the material delivered on time or was the installation carried out . I had to visit their store twice physically to get the delivery as they were not answering on phone . To install my products i had to callup innumerous times, they are a very callous and immature professionals who are only interested to fool their clients and rob them of their money
                          I bought a laptop in September 2009 from eZone (E Mall).They promised to give a digital photo frame s a gift.But still today(20 Jan 2010) I haven't received that.

                          1) Whatever i feel that the Sales orientation/policy of the management is to "FORCED SALES" i.e by hook or crook sale to customer.
                          2) The product value is much higher than normal available market price and the final packaging, which comes to customer, is not in good condition-very worst.
                          3) Sales personnel are trying to motivate, give bluff about their very special offer.
                          4) Chinese product indirectly are sold by the Store which are very cheap quality.

                          I went to south city mall to buy a laptop on EMI they told me to fill up the form as there was some complications with the rules of EMI and were suppose to get back to me. But they never did. But when i contact bhawanipur branch they told that there was no such rules and regulations for EMI system. I dont know how the future group people are providing such customers service. Its not about ezone but its about future group.

                          Very horrible and vogus service I am receiving from ezone kolkata at Mani Square.I have purchased a 5 star rated refrigerator from that shop and they had delivered me the product 5 days later and at that time I noticed I received a 4-star rated refrigerator whose price is less than that what I paid. I did not accept the refrigerator and still now I have not received the refrigerator which I actually opted for.

                          I had bought a Samsung 46" LCD and they gave me damaged item, not to mention that the price which they charged was much higher when I compared it to other stores in kolkata. It's been more than 3 months and I am yet to receive a resolution.
                          Even, I suggest please don't go for any Samsung products from now on as there customer Service is even more pathetic.

                          Like many of you, I had a terrible experience with eZone Mani Square recently. My husband & I had bought an LCD & a double sitter sofa 2 weeks back. Here are the long list of difficulties & harassment we had to face for each of the items:
                          SOFA:
                          - In spite of specifically mentioning that we want the item to be delivered on a Saturday, they called twice during the week saying that they have left their warehouse with the sofa!
                          - After it was finally delivered, the delivery guys said that someone would come to “set up” the sofa. Honestly, we should have been more sceptical at that time, and then we would have seen that they had delivered a damaged item (one of the handles was broken).
                          - On informing eZone about the damaged product, they said that they would replace it on the following Tuesday. Since both my husband & I are unavailable during the week & we didn’t want to wait till the weekend, I requested my father to stay at our apartment for that day to receive the delivery. I’m sure you can guess, the delivery never came that day! J
                          - When I called up the furniture department, they seemed completely shocked (am sure they get acting lessons as part of their training program!) and conferenced me with the delivery department. It seems they didn’t leave with the sofa at all! Amazing inter-departmental communications, I must say!!!
                          - After that, eZone said they would deliver the replacement sofa on Thursday & we asked them to send it on Saturday since we couldn’t ask my 70+ father to stay an entire day again! Saturday it didn’t come. It finally came this morning on which I’m sitting right now & writing this post.
                          - Due to such utter harassment, I’m not even enjoying the sofa that much, which was supposed to be my birthday gift from my husband L.
                          LCD:
                          - You should have seen the sheer glee in the faces of the salesman when we went to check out the LCD TVs. Two of them were actually fighting over who will give us a brief of their products! Needless to say, they went on & on about the “special features”, “special discounts” and “special offers”.
                          - Similar to the sofa delivery, in spite of specifically mentioning that we want the item to be delivered on a Saturday, they called twice during the week saying that they have left their warehouse with the LCD!
                          - After the TV was delivered, they said that someone from Sony would come to set up the TV etc. However, we had to chase them up several times until finally the Sony guy came yesterday.
                          - The TV that we bought is supposed to have FM Radio facilities, which while selling the product, the salesman mentioned several times. However, it seems it is a known issue that the FM doesn’t work if you have Tata Sky or Airtel connection. It only works with cable TV! The salesman so conveniently “forgot” to mention this detail while selling the LCD to us!
                          I am so tremendously annoyed with eZone’s service that I decided to write to whoever the head of Future Group is! Please let me know if any of you know how to reach them officially.
                          I so wish I had come across this website before we bought the items from that place! They just know how to convince their customers to buy their products and they can resort to any means to do that! Once their items are sold, neither do they answer your calls, nor do they show much interest in providing service to you. Pathetic!

                          Ezone / Microsoft Wireless Mouse 3000 — Submitted a Microsoft Wireless Mouse For Repair around 2.5 months ago from ezone indore , still no response !!

                          Hi,

                          I submitted a Microsoft wireless mouse ( purchased from your retail store ezone ) on 9th june 2010 .
                          I was told that it'll take around 15 days to get it repaired and e zone would call back me when it is ready for delivery .
                          Then , after 15 days there was no reply and i forcefully had to visit ezone again where i was told that the guy who handles these issues isn't available now and they made me talk to him on phone , where he told that the mouse was sent out of town for repairs and it would take somewhere around 15-20 days for it to be ready .
                          He said that he'll call me when it gets repaired .
                          After 1.5 months ( i.e on 23rd july ) , i revisited ezone where i was told that it still is under repairs and they'll call me back .
                          Then after 2 months i revisited ezone where i was told that the guy who handled these issues has left that ezone branch ( Name : Nikhil ) and they gave me a number of a new guy (Name : Nitish ) and told me to talk to him first .
                          I called him and told him about this issue and he said that he didn't know anything about the mouse and he'll have to check for that first .
                          It's been around 3 months now and still I'm suffering b'coz my mouse which was supposed to be delivered to me back in 15 days , hasn't been there even in 3 months .
                          What do i have to do with a guy leaving your branch , and stuff ?
                          I've suffered a lot and visited your A.B Road branch here in INDORE a lot of times .
                          It's been frustrating now nd i've suffered a lot ...
                          I'm attaching a copy of the scanned rapair report with this mail and strongly suggest that you look into this matter seriously now as it has made your goodwill go down at least in my eyes , and i don't intend to purchase anything from ezone from now on ....

                          Also , i received a reply from your earlier this month stating that u've informed the local ezone team here and i'll get a response withn 2 days . But the people at this branch of your's aren't ready to even listen to my problem and there hasn't been a proper response from them ever since i purchased the mouse ....

                          So i require you to seriously look into the matter and reply me at earliest or else I'll be forced to take this matter to the Consumer Court.....

                          i bought a lg 26"lcd and also a sony ps2 from e-zone (south city) and both of teh time my expirience was good... they were helpful.. i am with hp customer service and i know that satisfying 100% of customers are not possible..but as some of you said that u havenot got teh delivery as expected, you could have asked for a confirmation waybill before placing teh order to secure your delivery on time... we cannot just blame others like that, we have to know our responsibilities as well

                          i had bought a lg lcd tv from ezone...v visited the store and also called them up innumerable times to install the tv..however they made false promises always..it has been approx 2 years nw..now they are charging for the installation..

                          The attitude of persons who are dealing with customers in Kolkata be it Stores, Offices/banks or Hospitals is no better. People of WB do not believe in professionalism, it is more of a cultural issue. Because of this psyche even the controlling officers are not able see any issue. As long as you are in Bengal LIVE WITH THIS.
                          E-zone is a shopping mall where i face a worst experience of my life. On 08.05.12 i purchase a DVD at 8.45 pm, on 09.05.12 i check that dvd at home and its found that DVD is not working, on 10.05.12 i went to E-Zone at chitaranjan avenue (from where i had purchase that DVD) for exchange, they check DVD and told that yes DVD is not working, I told them to exchange, Marketing person search another DVD but they wont have another pes, then he ask his DM, his DM told that u call to other zone if they have other pes then give the fresh pes.Such salesman pick a phone and ask other salesmen a code of Avani e-zone, such other salesman whose name is SURJIT SENGUPTA is rudely denied that it is not our responsibility once we sales our work is over you go to philips service center and make it repair, our work is to sale not to provide service, Then another MD Mr. Sudip Dhar also come and start argued that we cant able to do anything for you, once we sales our work is over, see our bill there is written that if there is any problem then go to service center and even you read warranty card its clearly written that you have to go to service center. we cant help you, if your product is not working it is your bad luck. After wasting my 2 hours they told that as you are requsting so much then we only help u and try to make this DVD repair you come after 7 days we will see whether any thing is to be done or not. and forget about exchange or money refund, it is not our responsibility once goods sold and you went out of door our responsibility is over.

                          E zone is really bad.. Its really true.. Its been a week i got an Whirlpool AC from them and its not working at all.. Calling them up to complaint and they are misbehaving but not solving the problem.. I am suffering a lot after buying the AC from E zone.

                            Had Paid for a 29" CTV ON 03/09/2008. I have received my Television till date (18/10/2008).
                            Inumerable calls and visits have been done so far but in vain.
                            Our phone calls are attended as if we are a pain on the company.

                            All 'bull ' reasons have been given so far (including that the TV is imported and would take time!. Ivery well know that they are made locally and if it is imported how could the store give us a confirmed delivery date ?)
                            The swanky store has the most mediocre services and absolute no courtesy to the customers.
                            The store claims to have SAP systems and hence the payment reversal takes 15 days.
                            The however do not know that inventory management is the USP why SAP is so popularly known for.
                            I see no other option but to lodge a court case.

                              Hi,

                              I had purchased Samsung Ultra Slim Television (Model #: CS21A730), From eZone, Surat (Gujarat), which is a Future Group company, on 5th October, 2008.

                              TI had paid instantly by my ICICI credit card. They charged me Rs.10000 for the same. On purchase of the TV they promised me to deliver the product by tomorrow morning at 12 O'clock.

                              They also gave me a Pop Toaster of Koryo brand on this purchase. I was happy as I thought that I bought the product of my choice from a reputed company like eZone, a Future Group company.

                              When I went to home and I checked the toaster, It was damaged from a side and I immediately called me that you have to come and we will check if is damaged by you or not.

                              Second day, I waited for the delivery of the television and I had gone to office two hours late as they promised me to deliver the product in 12 PM.

                              They did not. I waited for more half an hour. I even tried to call their customer care number but no one was there to pick up the phone.

                              I tired constantly for 10-15 times then someone picked up the phone and replied that the product will be delivered in one hour. Again after one hour, no solution.

                              The product was delivered to my home at 8.00 PM in night.

                              I did not switched on the TV as I had not taken the cable. After two days, I switched on the television and just after half an hour it stopped working.

                              I tried to call eZone but they did not replied me in proper way. They asked me to lodge a complain with Samsung directly as they can't do anything in this regard.

                              I was really frustrated by their response and behavior and I decided not to make any purchase today onwards from eZone, Surat as well as any branch of eZone across India.

                              I had booked a Samsung 340 liters double door refrigerator from eZone Surat and was told that it would take around 10 days as there was no stock. We decided that we could wait, and gave the cheque. Now, more than 20 days have passed with no intimation from eZone. When we called them they were absolutely rude to us and gave a very rude answer that it would take 10 more days. The next day when we went to their showroom to collect the cheque back, they refused to call the manager and give his contact number - in todays times when even the Company's directors phone number is easily available! And there was no sign of any regret on anyones part. Finally the manager appeared and has agreed to deliver the cheque to my residence (God only knows when that will happen!)

                              If this is the kind of service they are giving, I am willing to spend more and buy the prodducts from a different place rather than break my head with such nuts.

                                I purchased an IFB washing machine from EZONE. The price mentioned was 11000/-
                                But in another showroom they offered me the same model at 10500/-
                                according to the EZONE claim, they offer the best price and if we get the same stuff anywhere else they will give double the difference.
                                I told the samething to the store manager. He told me to buy the washing machine and the price will be 10800/- and asked me to get the quotation from the other store.
                                So as per their commitment I was supposed to get Rs. 600 (i.e., double the difference. I gave them the quotation and everything was validated. But they offered me to give a gift worth Rs. 600 instead of cash. I agreed to it, but till date its been 3 months and not received any gift from them after several follow ups.
                                These are flase claims made by these companies who cannot keep up to their commitments.
                                I have the recording of the hoardings and the price mentioned for that washing machine. Also I have the bills and the original quotation from the other store.
                                Also I was the first person ever to make a valid claim.
                                But I think I just wasted my time because now I understand it was just a false claim made by these companies and can fall for just 600 rupees.

                                Yes, I agree with you. These companies can say anything at the time of selling their product, but at the time of fulfilling their commitments no body will entertain you. There should be some regulatory board who should work promptly and genuinely on this not like Consumer Forum.
                                Thanks for bringing it up to our attention the malpractices followed by Ezone. I was just surfing through and I was also planing to buy a LG Washing machine for around 32K. I was prepared to go to Hometown for the same but after this eye opening experience I'm not going there anymore.
                                Hey thanks for your great work. Its not the question of Rs 600 or something like that...its all about moral and their false promises and cheap marketing. I have also faced the same condition at various places [protected]@ Capital Electronics. They delivered me a faulty aircond and wanted me to wait for 3days to get the same repaired, whereas I have paid for new a/c machine. After lot of fighting I could get another new machine. Kind request to all..never keep quiet and let these people go away laughing on our faces. One face may make story but we as many faces can at least bring this into light. Make noise and bring the truth out.
                                Cheap is not best .One should be aware of low price offered, Purchase should be made from authorized dealers only. Nowadays cheating is common . Trouble starts after selling a product. In fact one must understand the difference between warranty and guarantee. Guarantee ensures replacement while warranty ensures repair only.Cheating in any form is a cognizable offence. Criminal charge leading to arrest and court trial coupled with complaints in a consumer court can be simultaneously initiated and the offenders can be brought to book. In my case, I initiated action as stated above because the seller cum service provider refused to grant after sales service as per terms and conditions for a defective computer sold but he did not have a trade licence for selling computer. The police court issued arrest warrant and the consumer court awarded compensation and the offender had to cough up the money.The trade license was also cancelled.This way the matter was settled within six months. The buyer should be aware of their rights and they should not feel helpless.
                                Here is another grotesque failure of commitment. Homeland kolkata Bhawanipore on 7-May-2011 agreed to pay a visit to my "under construction" flat for an inspection of the Kitchen at 1pm and charged me Rs 500/-for the same.
                                On 12-May they confirmed that instead of 1 pm their site inspector would visit at 3 pm.
                                To my great shock At 3-15 pm on 13-May -2011, they called me up and said they would not make it that day and would set up another date.
                                This way I was made to wait till 3 pm without any information.The departmental manager was very rude and it is utter breach of faith and totally unfair trade practice.

                                  i have purchased a new model N70 M-1 with HS-16 on Feb,1-2008 from eZONE, Home Solutions (I) Ltd, TREASURE ISLAND, 11, TUKOGANJ, M.G Road, INDORE (M.P)-452001. But from Feb,7-2008, i am facing the instrument hanging problems, then i walked at Nokia care, Sapna Sangita road, Mr. Vishesh(manager Nokia care) formeted the mobile and memory card, and install the antivirus charging Rs:100, and said to me that memory card has been corrupted. And said that i have to purchase a new memory card from him by giving Rs:1000, and also said the he can buy the curruped memory card in Rs:100.

                                  Then i walked at Nokia Priorty Sapna Sangita road, and they suggest me to conform the mobile at another Nokia care, Yashwant Plaza, Railway Station road. Then i walked at Nokia care, Yashwant Plaza, Railway Station road, they said that memory card is ok but mobile is infected by virus (after formatting also). Phone processing is very slow, pls tell me what i'll do ?

                                  I am facing this problem since last 6 days. and also i visited eZONE for replacing the phone, but he said that he can not replace the phone.
                                  i want to replace the mobile.]

                                  This is the kind of attitude by the people to problems in india. If it would have been in US, the customer would never have had so much of hassle and time waste for a filthy thing like this. He would directly have gone to consumer forum, n sewed. This is what should be done. We don't have time to run from place to place spending our money for a company fault.

                                  I had very poor experience with e zone in Indore. I went there to purchase sony digital camera.
                                  All sales persons and managers are and they do not know how to talk with customers.

                                  Matter was that My friend and I saw sony camera but we could not select any piece. My friend told me lets go to Sony Showroom AB Vijay Nagar Road. As soon as they listened it they started to abuse us and forced to purchase mobile. we left shop two sales person came out and started to abuse on the road.

                                  I strongly suggest that no one should purchase any thing from that shop.

                                  The type of customer address is no at all up to the mark at your shop in siliguri.On 5th of this month I purchased a Nokia N72 from them and there was a offer of a free Korio iron .Now since on that day after purchaseing the mobile I am suppose board a train for calcutta my native place I was in bit hurry so I forgot to take the Iron but the staff placed in the shop also dint bother to check that whether the Iron has been delivered or not but they stamped on the bill as Gift delivered.
                                  Later on I found my mistake when I was in calcutta, hence after I back I went to siliguri Ezone and informed the same to them but according to them may be i have taken the gift and now saying not received.Now please tell me a person working with tata teleservices ltd and worked for West side, reliance communication and Standard Chartered bank and also a green card member of pantalons definetly not a fraud.they are very rude and not at all co operative.Please keep the iron for the manager of the Siliguri outlet its a gift from me and tell him there are something called exception.I took my C TV, 2pcs of Apple ipod in a same month and fan from that outlet, , , , now its better I dont visit them also inform all profiled customer like me not go there.My office is in Bidhan road, Apollo clinic, please ask all of your staff to visit for a good tea and see what is called customer service because i am looking after Customer complaints of tata indicom.The name which very familier with the tata indicom customers of north bengal .Sorry to bother you also_Rahul /[protected]/[protected]

                                  This is in reference to the purchase I made at Ezone in TI MALL, Indore. I made a purchase for more than Rs. 50000 including couple of electronic goods, out of which the Philips Spkrs which i have bought is found to be not delivering the sound quality as expected and giving a crackling voice while playing music. I have gifted the speakers to one of my friends, i got the speakers back saying that the there is a problem with them. I found the fault as said above, while requesting for the change of speakers after 20 days, they denied the request.

                                  Though I was willing to pay the difference for the different set of speakers, the Manager at the E-zone simply denied the request. This is simply not acceptable as speakers were returned in the condition as purchased and they should have accepted them.

                                  Please take some action on to it. I feel this is not a customer service as even after spending thousands of rupees we don't get the services we require. Please do the needful.

                                  I am user from Chennai. I ordered a Sony 32 inches LED TV on Sunday in Ezone Perungudi (18th July 2010).
                                  Problem No.1 I was promised delivery on 19th July 2010 between 4-5pm. However I did not get it till 9 PM. Later when I called them they said they will delivery between 11 & 11:30 on 20th July 2010 (Today). I did not get it till 14:30. I called up by 14:35 then a third promise was made to deliver at 15:30. Finally I got the delivery at 16:00.
                                  Problem 2: I required delivery at a different place and address than the billing address. Despite written instructions, the package was delivered to my billing address. Explanation given was that there was a theft of Home Theatre at the said location and hence the head office has instructed to stop delivery till further instruction. As a customer, I am very very upset with the goo[censored]p.
                                  I wanted this to be delivered as a gift to my beloved Guru on the ocassion of his daughter's bday. But EZONE totally mess up with my bday gift.
                                  How is the management going to compensate for the face off?. Buyer's Order No.[protected]
