Faber — regarding the huge service charge for faber product with the flood affected | |||
I am very much disappointed today with the service of my faber gas stove, which is being sinked in water due to the flood occurred in our place. We registered a complaint regarding the flooded situation of our gas stove & the technician from faber company visited our home and repaired the same. But, we are so much disappointed that they charged an amount of ₹2000/- for repairing the gas stove including the service charge & for spares. When we enquired about the discounts announced due to flooded situation, the technician himself told that the amount of ₹2000/- is billed after discount!! & he further told that his company (Faber) hadn't responded for the free / deduction in service charge for the flood hit appliances. This is absolutely disgusting & disappointing frame that we are all down with the flood calamity and entirely all companies including godrej, panasonic, lg, prestige, samsung, bajaj, bosch, etc... Announced free service for the flood affected appliances and huge discounts for the spares as well. This is an absolute pathetic response from a reputed company like faber that they aren't bothering about their customer satisfaction even in a situation like this. From now on, we've started awareness for boycotting your company products as your attitude towards handling this situation is disappointing. I think you don't know keralites and keep watching that how we're gonna deal with this disgusting attitude!! Aware!!
