I Purchased a Calvin Klein Watch from fashion and you.

ORDER NO - 617553


The Specifications mentioned in the website were -
FOR: Women
CATEGORY - Watch
COLOUR - White
MATERIAL - Metal
DIAL SZE - 3.5 Cms.

I also have the screenshot of the description page.PFA the same.

This was in the rakhi special offer.

As it was a rakhi gift, I opened the watch packet a day before rakhi and found the diameter size is only 2 cms and not 3.5 cms.

The fashion and You customer care executives were arrogant and refused an exchange as it was more than 3 days the watch was delivered to me.
The Customer Care Executive Names were

In the website it is clearly mentioned:

No returns, refunds or exchanges will be accepted on the following items:

And Later it is mentioned - Should you wish to return all or a part of your order, you need to let us know within 3 working days from the date of receiving your parcel.

As the Return is not accepted for watches, the above stated sentence will also not be applicable.

The customer care is repeatedly saying that as per there policy only within three days they can process a return which is contradicting to what is mentioned in the website.

This watch is totally a waste for me now.

Please look into this matter.

Please write an email complaint to gurgaon commissioner of police. These guys seems to be ripping off thousands of innocent customers. There are numerous complaints all over google and facebook.

    The products shown online are not necesarily available, and the most common excuse is "out of stock" or "failed the quality test". and then a part of the store credits will be returned. Instead of returning a few ruppes like Rs 66 and Rs 77, why cant it be adjusted with the current order? After this experience, I dont wish to shop here anymore, so what good will the return of store credits do me? All that the support team ramble on the phone is, "i am exteremely sorry maam" or "i apologize". No solution is provided. If asked to transfer the call to a superior or manager, the call is transfered to a fellow collegue who in turn says the same thing. Moreover, when the reason for cancellation of an order is from their side, i get a mail saying "As per your request, we have cancelled the following products of your Order No.620880". Why isnt there any transparency in the process?
    Moreover, today they sent the remaining two products. But very conviniently forgot to change the bill. The bill includes the cancelled product as well. Basically i end up with nothing. Why hasnt the bill been adjusted to atleast include the products that are available?
    This is not the first instance of FnY being unprofessional. This has happened with me also.
    The people at FnY are big cheats! I had ordered for 3 kurtis last month... I received no communication from them whatsoever... Repeated calls to the helpline were to no avail... I always got a standard reply that it has been dispatched and will be reaching me in a few days... Yesterday i get a mail saying that the items are out of stock and hence they are cancelling my order! Very disappointing experience... I would recommend people to stay away from this site.
    I agree completely... I had a similar experience last month... After waiting for more than a month, i received my order. On opening the package, to my horror, the colour of the T-shirt was red instead of pink! I have been frantically trying to get a refund ever since. However, i have been going around in circles talking to customer executive after another... No one has a clue as to what should be done!
    My friend had similar experience. They should be taught a lesson.
    Yes, they have be be taught a lesson. Firstly, we have to create awareness among Fashion and You Shoppers to stay away from this site as it cannot be trusted. And secondly, is there a way wherein we can complaint about this so that action be taken against them? Either they stop duping people or they should shut shop!!!

      i placed an order 497067 in this order i orderd sun glass n two kurtias , i got the sunglass but didnt recive the kurtias so i contect to coustmer care they said i would give u store cradit of these products ,,,, at 1july they didnt give me back my store cradit then i placed a comlain against this company in consumar complates, consumar form take an action against this compay . finaly i got a callfrom fashin and you at20 july n a person said we got a call from consumar form for ur complete so we are giving u a store caradit or rs860 n u will get in 24 to 48 hours, but they didnt give me any vocher like they said so its totaly froud or its shame on this company working . they r not good for comittment pls help me consumer complates for this matter n ask to company why they didnt give me my vocher

        My mother purchased 2 Manali trip voucher's from her account (order# 545811) and I purchased 1 voucher from my account (order# 54583). Company promised to deliver voucher's within a week but didn't delivered it. I called them after two weeks but they said that they have emailed me vouchers already which was a lie as I didn't received any email from them on any of my email address. I called them and emailed them thousand of times to resend me that email if they sent any, but it was of no help. My trip was planned so I went to Manali without those voucher and after coming back I called them to refund my money. After a week of struggle with customer care they agreed that its their fault and they sent an refund email for both accounts (screenshot attached). I waited for 48 hours as mentioned but no amount was refunded even after 1 week. So contacted them again and they went back to point zero stating they will not refund. I have had enough now. It is my hard earned money that they have looted. Please don't buy anything from this site especially any vouchers. They have the most pathetic Customer Care I have ever came across. They don't do what they say and harass their customer's too much thinking they will quit after sometime. I will not, I will get my refund. They have to refund it.

          I have made a purchase with order no.-499632 through fashionandyou.com on june 10,2011 and it having three products.
          I have received 2 of them and the 3rd product is dispatched by fashion and you with the tracking id-D06325267 through DTDC.
          But the problem is that one of the other customer from our area having the same tracking id with his order and he receives his product.
          i have made a complaint to fashion and you 3 to 4 times regarding this issue but they dont give any response regarding this.Till now i dont get my product.

            Hello Sir /Ma'am,
            I had placed an order DIVINE THOR (Order No - 245161) watch ON THE 28TH OF FEBRUARY 2011 worth INR 1217 from www.fashionandyou.com online shopping site. And I had received the product on the 5TH OF MARCH 2011. The invoice address was "AWARI TECHNOLOGIES Pvt Ltd" instead of FASHION & U , Warehouse : 585/2, Ansal Palam Vihar Rd, Bijwasan,New Delhi - 110 061. The watch suddenly went dead on the 5th of July, so on the 7th of July I called FASHION & U at[protected]Not even Toll Free) & told them the same. Then they confirmed me that since it has been around 4 months so the product can be taken back, I told them that it is fine but I must be given the NUMBER or the ADDRESS of the SERVICE CENTER, where I could take it & get it looked as to why it stopped working suddenly as the product had come with 1 YEAR WARRENTY. They told me that they could not help me as they did not have any information whatsoever of the watch's service center. I was shocked to hear it, I asked them that U people sell electronics goods with 1 year warrenty but do not have information about the service center, than what is the use providing warrenty. And then when i wanted to speak to a supervisior they immediately puts me in hold & never returns back.so I seek your assistance to unearth such unscrupulous so called online shopping platforms cheating/Be fooling people who gets prompted to by produce through these channels. Please help me.

              I had used the referral voucher of Rs.1000 for my order no 448627 which order they have cancel as usual with the same old reason ( quality was not OK ) whatever , first of all they keep on delaying to return the voucher and when they return the voucher i was stunt the voucher will they return to me was of Rs1000 but it can only be redeem against the purchase of Rs2000, previously it can be redeem against the purchase of Rs1500, when i contact them they said that the company policy have been changed ( i think it's only for me ) first off all they took the order after that they cancel the order and now the vale of redemption is been changed ,this is pure case of FRAUD when you have given the voucher at that time you should have been told that the redemption value can been change by the company will , first you request to refer Friends and make promise to give voucher and then you give voucher form which you cant buy anything because what ever Innocent customer order by using this voucher that order is been cancel ( in my case you have cancel 9 order out of 10) and then if you post comment in FB then you Ban that person and now this is the height of fraud you change the redemption value against which the voucher can be used without any information for this i remember one nice Hindi quote for you people ''JISKI LATHI USKI BHAINS'' in my previous complain you have not given any reply for my answer given to you they are still prnding and i know u won't reply this one also

              I think fashion and you have only one reply which they reply for all of there quarry they don't even read the matter this reply which they have given the same reply they give me on the other letter this show how much they think about the customer to hell with your so called " we are sorry " voucher for 9 order you have given ONLY ONE VOUCHER till now and that also was expired one so don't ever say this with a big mouth you stop people from commenting on face book because you want to keep your image clean so that you can fool more and more people but one thing i must say and this suit you the most that "BY BREAKING THE MIRROR YOU CAN'T CHANGE YOUR DIRTY FACE" for your reply ( which you give without reading the matter ) and for your service i must say CHEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE on Fashion and you . just read the above mention comment i have asked about the Rs 1000 voucher and in your reply you have not mention any single line about the matter this show you concern about the innocent consumer

Four out of your 10 orders 581777, 541844, 522084 and 448627 were cancelled due to transaction failure. For all your cancelled orders, refund was processed on time.

              The change in the voucher policy was extensively communicated to all our customers. We apologize if you were missed out from the same. Some of the accounts on Fashionandyou were detected as fraudulent. These accounts were made to avail the referral scheme. This development forced fashionandyou to make a few changes in our voucher policy.

              I have complaint regarding Fashion and You website i had placed an order on their website that was 10 drawer cabinet on there website it shows that my order is been given to aramex Courier service even that Courier service is also Big Fraud i recieved an email regarding this i checked on Aramex website till 3/10/2011 they showed its on Beyond Delivery area i call aramex 50 times they said we have given it to some agent he will deliver you i said ok as an routine process i againg checked it on 7/10/2011 then the status was the product has been delivered . i was surprised i asked in my family wheter they have recieved any courier in my name the said no then i called the Big Frauders Fashion and You customer care those liers told me according to them this product is been delivered i said i want to see the acknowledgment they said there expert team is looking in this matter .these fraud people gave me 72 hours time to solve my problem after that i would have made 100 calls to Fashion and you CC and Aramex CC bothe the time they said 72 hrs 24 hrs form 7/10/2011 till 14/10/2011 they still want 72 hrs and 24 hrs .

              i do lots of online purchase but Fashion and You is really an Worst company in terms of service product i dont know because they dont know where it is these people really eat lots of money on customer

              my question to the Forum is what should i do now i know these cheaters will never deliver my product i have sent them 20 emails to [protected]@fashionandyou.co but the reply i get is all the time is they need 3 working days or 72 hours or 24 hours or Concerbed team is looking in this matter . i want to drag them to the court because this has become mental harasment for me this company should change there name to from Fashion and you to Fraud to you

                I had placed an online order through Fashion & You. I had to follow up almost 7-9 times for the order. The order was sent in different installements. The 1st cancelation happened when I called them and queried about my product & it was then they told me that the goods failed QC hence the order was cancelled. All along I was getting the info that the request was in progress

                For the second delivery. I received the product in a damaged condition and the return policy was absolutely unclear. Only when I called the agency that they reverted to me. When I enquired about the policy, it said that the customer has to return the product & it has to be within Rs. 150/-. Now, how does one trust a broken customer relationship? I wouldnt trust the timely reimbursement.

                For all the above, I'd made the payment online through netbanking.

                Please don't entertain Fashion & You. They fail customer service.

                I have spoken to your executive a number of times. I get the same question as you've written. I have waited for 2 months (as against the said time of 3-4 weeks) for the delivery & I've been told that I have to ship the product & then avail the reimbursement. Do you expect the customer to go through a trouble worth 3 times the product value? this is not acceptable. I am totally disappointed since this is not the 1st time I've faced this. It's the 3rd time I'm facing this issue.
                The order no. is 468164: I would like to know the transaction number of the amount transfer and details of the amount transfered.

                Order No: 459630: This order has taken over 4 weeks, almost 7-8 weeks as of now to reach me and has reached me in a totally damaged condition.

                I need a compensation for my time spent and for both the orders I had paid the money through net banking.

                This is the 3rd time I'm facing this. The constraints Fashion & You has for return is that your shippment shouldnt cost more than Rs. 150/- and that it should reach you within 10 days of our receipt. What if the customer has time only on weekends? Also, an order which takes 2 months to reach the customer, the expectation from the customer is that he/ she should send it within 10 days back to you?

                There's no question of a 2nd chance. Also, the 1st time when Fashion & You told me that my order was canceled, it was on my umpteen phone calls that they told me. Not on their own. They sent me a mere voucher worth Rs. 250/- in my email & it wasnt even reflected in my Fashion & You account.

                Another order, as mentioned, took over 2 month to reach after so many calls. This was a top.

                How do you expect the customer to give you a 2nd chance when already he/ she has gone through 3 bad experiences?

                When we call your support service, the way the customer is treated is absolutely demeaning. This will need a full compensation or the order should be taken to court.

                  My order no is 448627 you have cancel my order and this very product is on sale right now on you web site, this is not the first time it is happening to me as u can see from my order history you will find that how many order have been cancel it's a long list let's starts with my order no 353573, i purchase 5 items on 14/04/2011but at that time it was not displaying in my order history nor i got any confirmation mail from your side regarding this order after many mails and phone call you send the confirmation mail and display the order on my order history but there was also a mistake i had purchase 5 product but you were displaying on 3 of them then again i have to call you and mail you to correct the order history i mailed to Megha jhor and many other (all the mail are with me i can send you ) after a long time it was corrected but after some days again they started to display 3 items out of 5 items and that also with different value then i mail again to F&U and Megha Jhor along with the screen short (this is still with me ) then it was corrected, on 22/05/11 i purchased a MULTI UTILITY LAPTOP TROLLEY BAG of Swiss military by using the referral voucher of Rs.1000 and mail fashion and you that my order no 353573 have not been delivered and started commenting on Facebook on 26th may 3.06 pm Megha called me from fashion and you( i have the recording) and said that the order no353573 is been cancel due to quality problem that i out of 5 item that i have purchased one of them the Key Chain by Swiss military was on sale at that time i told megha about this she told me that she cant do any thing and then i told her that day that u write it down that my order no 448627 will be cancel and this very order was cancel after a month in between this one more order was cancel order no 522084 i call F&U and talk with KUNAL of fashion and you 25/06/11 11.45 A.M ( i have the recording ) he told me that F&U is very sorry for cancelling the order and assure me that in feature he will look that non of my order is been cancel and if i had any problem then call F&U and ask for him he will be online but when my order no 448627 was cancel (a call came to me ) i try to contact Mr.Kunal & Megha many time but both of them did not came on phone and not only this you people have block my many id so that i cant comment on Facebook to keep you image clean but i wont leave this matter here i will go to consumer court for justice i have all the document all mail all the recording of phone, this is not my problem if the supplier do not supply the goods to you or the quality is not ok you should confirm all this before you put on the product on sale

                  FashionAndYou.com — Order Cancelled

                  I had ordered few t-shirts from this site called fashionandyou.com and selected the cash on delivery option which the provide, under which they send a mail within 24 hours to avoid bad orders for cash on delivery services.

                  I never received their mail and so I filled up their support form and mailed them regarding the same, Also I tried to call their support num: +[protected] which doesn't work.

                  Second day I get a mail that my order has been canceled because I did not respond to confirmation mail which I never received and they could not reach me on my contact number. I did receive a call but no one spoke on the other side.

                  Anyways have heard from others too, the site seems kind of fraud, they don't a secure credit card payment system too that's why I choose cash on delivery.

                  Just want to warn others that's it.

                  It should be FraudandYou.com rather.

                  I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com since a long time and I am sure that they are not a fraud. This kind of miscommunication is possible but you should not make up your mind against the store from just one experience. I find the cash on delivery system superb and comfortable. If you start making up your mind against a good company just because of one bad experience (that to due to miscommunication), you are really missing out on some fabulous deals, dear. I suggest you try their services one more time. I am sure they won’t let you down. Happy shopping!

                  First of all you should know that you have cancel 9 order in a period of 6 months and all the order have been cancel on the same ground that the quality of the goods was not good is it possible, but all that product were on sell at that period of time if the supplier do not provide you the good quality of product then why you put on sell that very product, yes you have right to cancel the order, but when ever i have use the referral voucher you have cancel the order then what is the use of providing the referral voucher is it just to FOOL the innocent customer, if you cancel the order when a person is using the referral voucher then you should not provide the referral voucher or do not allow to use it or don't give voucher of such a big amount that you can't give the discount, for this i remember a famous quote in hindi " jitni chadar ho utna hi pair (legs) failana chahiye"

                    I had ordered a blackberry phone which appeared to be at a discount on this website. I had made the payment immediately online, and I received the product within a week's time. However, it was far from my expectations.

                    I dropped an e-mail to [protected]@fashionandyou.Com mentioning the reasons for dissatisfaction:

                    1. There is a “t-mobile” sign printed on the phone which I don’t like – it was not there on the photograph shown
                    2. The keys ‘z’ and ‘y’ are switched, and it is highly inconvenient for me to use it in this state
                    3. The seal on the blackberry box is not the original one, but one of “aakanksha distributors p L”
                    4. It shows “t-mobile” on every start and stop – on the screen
                    5. This product is manufactured for european union market – the box clearly mentions that.

                    The product was clearly one tampered with earlier. And this information was not present on the website at the time of purchase.

                    However, after repeated calls, I managed to reach a customer care executive and they agreed that I can return the cell. And they assured me that I will get refund of whatever courier charges I expend. At the time of returning, this charge came out to be rs. 1500, since the product had to be treated very carefully in transit. I was reassured by the customer care executive at that point, that I will get a refund of whatever courier expense I make, on sending a copy of the reciept.

                    After repeated calls, till one month, though I could push them to process my product payment refunded, nothing happened on the courier charges refund front.

                    After all this, one fine day on a follow up call, post more than 1.5 months of the product being returned, the executive suddenly informs me that the refund is only possible to a maximum amount of rs. 150. Since then, I've spoken to 10 different executives, and floor managers, last one was a guy called nitin sharma, team leader, voice support, who told me the same tale of policies and that nothing can be done. They are not prepared to give direct numbers of their seniors, although they accept their fault, the response I am getting is completely inappropriate.

                    I am surprised why they repeatedly assured me that I'LL get back the 1500 bucks I spent to send the product back safely... while they had this policy of refund all the while. Why do I have to pay for their executive's fault of not reading the policies correctly and passing on faulty information to the customers??

                      I am facing a lot of problems with the services of Fashion and You. I placed an order 458088 on 25th May and as per the company policy the delivery needs to be done in 3 to 4 weeks from the time of placing order. It is 30th of June today and I haven't recieved any intimation from their side on the delivery schedule. this has happened with me earlier too where my ordered products have been delayed for more than 2 months without any notification from the company.
                      When I call up to lodge a complaint, the customer service people are very unhelpful and become rude to me as if they are not at all answerable for the delay.

                      Also, regarding my order no. 531954, these people have gone ahead and confirmed my order without getting any confirmation from my side. Hope to get serious help from you against these fradulent behaviour from teh company's side where they are taking the consumer for granted.

                      I had ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Fashion and You on 20th February,2011. My order number was 249968. I made the payment through credit card. The website promises delivery within 3-4 weeks of placing the order. It is clearly not the case here. They claim that they had some issues with the brand and thus could not deliver on time. However, this problem was not communicated to me. I made innumerable phone calls to the helpline number but the only response i got was that i would receive a call from them with updates in 24 hours. They still haven't called. It has been the worst experience of online shopping. They're frauds.

                          i once ordered a Alcott t-shirt...
                          they delivered it in 6 weeks...i paid Rs.395 as cash on delivery..
                          i had ordered for blue color...but they sent me black color..
                          when i complained about it..they told me the huge procedure to get the t-shirt returned and get money back..that would have taken more than a months..

                          i wore it only 2 times..and then today when i washed it...it was tore..
                          i washed it in washing machine..and it tore...
                          the quality of that t-shirt was extreme lowest..
                          when i called them regarding this.. they said they cannot help me...

                          please ban such fraud sites...they are of no use..
                          if we buy something from market at least we can go to them and talk to shopkeeper about it..

                              The company sells various products online and put some products for INR 0 sometimes for promotion. On 12th May 2011, I got 3 bottles of Ferrari perfume 125ml in the same offer. order no. 419071. on 13th May 2011, I received a confirmation call from the company for 3 bottles. I have the message over cell phone stating that the order has been confirmed. On 26th May I received the courier having just 1 bottle with invoice mentioning 3 bottles. I took delivery as returning stands order cancelled. On contacting, they agreed that they have delivered only 1 bottle and can't deliver the other 2 as there was some technical error with the site while ordering. I have never been communicated about this between the date of order and the communication I started. Neither there was any such information displayed on site.
                              And now not properly replying to mails. I have the screen shot of the order which is mentioned by the company as delivered. Complaint no. 76359

                                    I had placed an order for a guess watch on 10th of april 2011 from fashion and you website worth Rs 9100 at a price of Rs 5388 . My order number is 346952. I had made the payment through credit card. According to their policy, they dispatch the product within 3 to 4 weeks. My product was not dispatched as per their policy.
                                    I had called them up every 2nd day, and even mailed them my concern. Everytime I am told that the product would be dispatched in next three days with the assurance. Post three days when I call up for the product, they again buy time. Its been more than 15 days of my 1st complain. Still I have not received my product.
                                    When I ask their associate to connect me to their manager so that I can get some sure answer for my product. Their seniors dont even bother to answer their genuine customers.
                                    Post 50 days of making a purchase, they are saying that they cannot arrange the product for me.

                                    I had wasted my time and money for following up for the product.

                                    I am not interested in my getting my money back, i wan tthe product.

                                    Same goes with their suppliers, when they cannot arrange the product why do they put it on sale.
                                    I also would like to put a complain for their Guess watch supplier.

                                      Whenever I sent an e-mail, I get reply to wait for some more time. it's been more than 2 months already.

                                      On 15th of April 2001, I bought 8 products from FASHIONANDYOU.com by paying for the same using my credit card.
                                      The company policy mentioned on the website states 'We deliver your merchandise in 3-4 weeks from the date you place an order on our site. ' which means, I must have received all the products by 12th of May 2011.

                                      But I have received just 3 of the 8 products and I am calling the customer contact team (+[protected] every alternate day and every time they give me another timeline, asking me to wait for another couple of days. last time they told me to wait till Friday 20th of May to receive the products. But when I did't received my order, and I called up again today (23rd o May 2011) they told me that they have't received the products from there vendor and wait for another week for dispatch of the products and another week for delivery of the product (to deliver from Gurgaon to Delhi which is 45 km away they need a whole week).

                                      When I asked them about the company policy of delivering the products in maximum 4 weeks and what extra they can provide me in this case as I have't received the products even after 5 weeks, they just said sorry and when I insisted to talk to there supervisor on this matter they disconnected the line. Now I don't believe that they will deliver the products even after 2 weeks.

                                      Again a lie here... the refund was not a CC refund. you gave it as points and after all this you gave me a Rs 250 voucher(I have to pay shipping charges Rs 100 again). I have made calls to your support center worth more than this amount.

                                      order delay

                                      I've ordered 1 anarkali suit for Rs.1199.20 on Jan 7 2015.Yet i have'nt receive it.l have'nt receive any email regarding this issue.when i used to track it, it has been marked confirmed, now it turns that it has been cancelled.

                                        I had placed an order with fashion and you order no 302015, and its now two months and still I have not received the product, a playboy watch! These seasoned thugs have pocketed the money a month back and now have no mechanism to hear to or respond to queries, emails or even customer calls! My friend even went to their office in Gurgaon, but the people there were least helpful. On top of that I received a mail saying that my case is closed!!! Which case are they talking of? They have taken money and are not delivering the product or even refunding it???? And now have sent me a mail saying case is closed...is it so simple to take consumers for a ride? The incident does not end here...I located the CEO on linkedin and face book, thinking that he is a businessman with some ethics I sent him mails which he completely avoided and blocked me! I realized that the company is a fraud from head to toe!!!
                                        The profiles of the guys managing the show state IIMs and IITs and what they fail to mention is that they are liars and cheats!

                                        Harish Bahl/ Pearl Uppal and Mr Narveakar...its a real shame!! If you still have any ounce of morality left, kindly refund the money back! Its not about the money( not a huge amount I agree) but I am not here for charity, and if I were, surely not to cheaters!!!
