I purchased a product(wrist watch-LAFUMA) which was not at all appealing and justified as per price.It was defective as well as cheap imitation of luxury watch brands,due to which I requested company to take back the faulty product and refund money.The company(fashionandyou.com) credited my account with that amount in the form of promotional voucher which also had expiry date.
Now that the voucher has expired and company is reluctant I have repeatedly requested them to refund the due amount with cheque or credit my account with them with unconditional time based voucher.But the company is very unfriendly and I have now a feeling that my money(INR 1549) has gone,due to so called company policy.

    I have had a positive experience of online shopping before i purchased items on www.fashionandyou.com.
    order no.1869928.

    I ordered 2 items to check if this new online portal is reliable one and to my shock i found despite the big advertising promises its "do shopping here at your own risk".

    firstly i receive only one item and secondly the jeans that i receive is size 24 when i ordered for a 30 size.
    when the customer care person called to confirm the order i have CATEGORICALLY told him the size should be 30.

    simply giving back a store credit is going to be of no help.
    i mean who would like to shop again if you are not going to get again what u have ordered in case u r delivered a wrong item. its not a gambling..

      This is about an extremely poor experience with the online shopping company "Fashion and you.com" I ordered two products form their website and both of them were far from how they were described on their website. The colour and fabric are not even close to how they have shown online.

      Morever, when I called them to get a resolution and request for the goods to be taken back, they harassed me by asking unnecessary questions like describe the quality of fabric, describe the difference of color etc. They literally hasraased me mentaaly and said there is no way they can refund the money unless I e-mail the pictures to them I kept requesting for an alternative as I do not have the means and resources for e-mailing the pictures but they remained indiffrent to my concern. It's a mental torture to have to deal with a company like them.

      Kindly help me get my money back.

      Fashion and You — No Refund - Poor customer service

      I had ordered a product on the 3rd March (Order#270373). The product was not delivered and after waiting for a month from the purchase date I called the customer service. There the agent told me that they will look into it and get back to me in 2-3 days. After waiting for about a week I called again as there was no callback made by the company. Then the same promise of callback was done which was again not fulfilled. After few days I called again and had a word with a supervisor named Dipika who said they cannot deliver the products and can refund me the money. I had made a part payment by shopping voucher and my credit card. I was told refund of money would be done to the same card and the refer a frd voucher of Rs 1000 would also be given back to my account. I was not happy with the way this was being dealt with so Dipika offered me a Rs 250 we're sorry voucher. I asked her that as compensation I would want both the vouchers shouldn't have any minimum purchase value attached to it. She agreed and said Rs 1250 worth shopping credits would be given into my account with no purchase limit within 3-4 days. I agreed and the order was cancelled. After waiting for another week I didn't receive the shopping credits in my account. I called again and had a word with another supervisor Sheeba who promised that Dipika would give me a callback. As usual no callback was done so I had to callback again and had a long conversation with supervisor Dev. He said that as per the company policy they cannot issue a no minimum limit shopping credits can be given to customers and promise made by Dipika was wrong. I was very angry listening to this. He said that refund of credit as promised was not possible. He told me he will talk to his seniors and get this sorted. Next day Dipika called and said it would not be possible. I again showed my disappointment and she said she would get back to me after consulting her supervisor. Till date I haven't heard from her and it's been 10 days now since I last had a word with her.

      It's been about 50 days since I ordered a product and it hasn't been sorted yet. I have spent so much of my time trying to get this sorted. I am now sick and tired of making calls to there useless call centre. I even wrote to the CEO Pearl Uppal and there hasn't been any response from her as well.

      I would want you to please get this sorted for me as soon as possible.
      I'm also having a bad experience with Fashion and You. Had placed my orders in Nov 2010 (for a perfume) and unfortunately paid by my debit card! They never sent me the perfume for months and after several calls and arguments, THEY cancelled this order because they did not have the perfume!!! Its been 9 months now and I'm still waiting for them to refund the amount to me... and this has happened with TWO of my orders... so its not a one off case!
      The customer service associate says only one thing to me each time I call - "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused; we have forwarded your request to the refund department" !!! Don't know what to do ... its so upsetting!
      I spoke to rep called Ritu who has no sense of customer service and literally tortured me before passing on the phone to her supervisor Nitin Sharma who was no less and kept harassing me by rudely continuing to tell me that I have to have to send the pictures to get a refund. Ashish Sharma who claimed to be the manager was of no help either. My order number is 1797782 . Please help me

        On 14/03/12 mid-night around 11.30 PM i order/purchased online (www.fashioandyou.com) a mobile handset of HTC CDMA DIAMOND but when i read reviews about this phone from other websites that it phone is SIM less & work only with Reliance CDMA services, i found it was useless for me thats why i cancel the Order within 2 hours of purchase. As per there terms & condition i can cancel the order within 24 hours or before Delevery. I follow the same one & then i registered the complaint with them they assure me that my money will be released/refunded within 48 hours. But till date they did not return my money even i am calling weekly to their customer-care.

        But today 02/may/12 after more than 1 month, i got the SMS that your product has been delivered to Sharvan, that is totally FALSE statement. Now i find online status of my order has been changed to Delieved. Please help me out what i can do...............now. This was cheating & this website is totally froud. please be aware to this website.

          I have been trying to follow up with your team for an issue for over a month

          MY friend was referred by me and has bought some stuff from fnu

          Ideally I should have got credit of 1000 points- till date I have not got it and eveyrtime I follow up they claim that name and phone no is not updated- I have sent them not one or twice but thrice the screen shot of the same where everything is updated clearly

          Yet I have not got any revert

          This is pathetic and everytime I write to them they say they will come back to me.

          I am forced to take this to consumer forum for cheating customers- my reference no at fashion and you-Order no- 1527166 [Case:253851]

            I had ordered a tunic(women's clothing) on 25.2.2012 order number -1514120. I cancelled the order before 24 hours only to be told by their representative that the item was dispatched. This item was worth Rs 999 which i paid with my store credit.I have given innumerable calls to these guys with no action being taken. My money is lying with them since the last 2 months and i haven't got a refund. I'm wondering what is happening.Its the 27th April today and 2 months n 2 days later,i still haven't got a reply or my money.

            The worst customer service and an online fraud.

            I am facing similar issues and I'm tired of the endless correspondence with the customer support team. I've asked for my refund and if they refuse to give it, I'll be approaching the consumer court to claim not only my refund but compensation against mental harrassment too and I have enough of screenshot images to prove my case!

              Dear sir i had placed an order on Fashion and You on 27-02-12 Order Number :1529456, till date the order has not been delivered. i had made several complaints regarding this via mail but the product is still undelivered. They had responded the mails and given a token no ticket code: 266539. i also called their customer care and got the complaint no : 1580406. I request you to please look into the matter as already 2 months have passed and i have neither not got the product nor the refund.

                Hi all,

                I have ordered dress worth Rs 2950 from Fashion and you (FNY) site, order no. 1491701, dated 21 Feb 2012.
                As on today 25 Apr 2012, I have not received the ordered goods as well as the refund.

                I have further drill down the matter, the Aramex parcel no. [protected] given against this order is actually a RTO shipment, which means this shipment is going back to FNY, parcel is dispatched on 2 Mar 2012 and from 06 Mar onwards I am calling FNY team and every time they are responding that they are in process of tracking the shipment. and till 21 Mar I just waited for this shipment since FYN usually take 3-4 weeks to deliver the goods.

                But now on 25 Apr 2012, after having a call with the Aramex(Courier), I came to know that this shipment never had my address on this parcel for delivery, this parcel is sent back by some other FNY customer (some Sabeer as told to me by Aramex) and is going back to FNY. and for this parcel also 3 attempts were made at FNY end to deliver but FNY refused to accept this parcel.

                So you can see now, I have been waited for a parcel for 8-10 weeks which was never destined to reach me. Till now I have been fooled by FNY team saying that once they received the goods in their warehouse they will refund the amount. that means If they will not accept the shipment they will never have to refund my amount.

                This company is big fraud, they will simply pass the time, regardless of the mental tension customer will experienced due to shopping at their site. Beware and don't get fooled by the offers they give on their sites, it all waste.

                Please help me getting my refund or let me know if there any legal process to handle this kind of frauds.

                Thanks for the refund, but I still dnt agree with you people, I dnt think this is a mistake it is a fruad, which is well planned and executed. Well Done!! from my side, you have successfully made me and many others like me fooled with this technique of giving any wrong (fake) courier number against their order, giving an indication that the goods are dispatched and keep making them an until they raise their voice in forums like this.

                The discomfort and the time which I have spent on tracking this fake courier number, has made me understand that it is better to get value for your money & time from nearby local market rather than getting fooled by online shopping frauds.

                  My name is Anupama.I have placed a order of one Saree over "FASHION AND YOU" through online.And i have paid the amount also through net banking.It has been a more than a month,i didn't get my order.

                  I have logged so many cases under fashion and you customer care.But i did not got any response.I didn't even got my money back.
                  With out sending me any order they have updated the status as "received" in their database.

                      I ordered an Adidas belt priced 799R.s. from Fashionandyou.com on 24th December 2011, it's been 5 months and I haven't yet received the product.

                      My Order no :-1233533

                      I have called the company a multiple times and every time they raise a complain and tell me to wait for a few days more and I never get a call back from them. I did ask for a credit , but the executive there told he won't do the same since the company hasn't receive the product from the Courier Company.

                        I ordered a Davidoff Cool water on Fashion and you , 125ml EDT . I got it for a deal of 1750 Rs . Product dispatched on 14th of Mar , and dispatched via
                        Aramex Blr ( most unreliable courier company) which I received on 21st or 22nd March . I was excited to have this perfume again , but to my disappointment and shock this was fake . The bottle itself looks fake and what do i tell about the fragrance?

                        I tried contacting the support department and had couple of email exchanges with one Mr Sandeep Negi , and it was absolutely waste of time and energy . They want me to prove its a fake product and I provided the same arguments that I have mentioned here . I would recommend anyone and everyone not to endorse the products of Fashion And YOu ,as they are cheating their own regular customers . There is no standard of service as evident by numerous online complaints . I wish I had made the decision of buying this from a shopping mall and would have been dearer by a couple of 100's more , at least would have got a genuine product . Here Fashion and You has washed it hands off giving absolutely no reason whatsoever .

                        I am not sure what difference this order number will make . FASHION and YOU, in my opinion is a cheat, which wants to cheat its repeat customers . I am surprised by the callous attitude of the support team, which many have stated as clueless . For this order number 1599494 I have sent 14 or more emails, and all it lead to was a senseless mail trail . No one picked the phone and tried to figure out what was going on .

                        Its not about money at the end of the day . Fashion and You is running a business, and unfortunately the act of all involved there, shows their dubious
                        intentions . If I was one off complaining, its a different story, I can see on the web hoards of people, complaining against either the service or the product . My sincere advise to anyone coming across my experience, STAY AWAY . I learnt it the hard way . I might as well make my wallet lighter by a couple of hundred bucks and enjoy a original perfume, than a fake one .
                        no response from Fashion and you, after writing to [protected]@fashionandyou.com . They are typically useless .Use discretion, when buying from Fashion and You .
                        WORST WEBSITE. THEY ARE KEEPING ME WAITING FOR ORDER NO.2620786 INSPITE OF CHARGING NEARLY 4000/- RUPEES AND KEEP ON GIVING ONE EXCUSE AFTER OTHER. SOMETIMES THEIR CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER IS ALSO NOT IN EXISTENCE. I SUSPECT ITS A FAKE SITE.

                        Order not delivered, Coupon not refunded

                        Order no.[protected], was ordered on 14.01.2015 This order was never delivered and even after repeated mails to the customer care of the site, no action has been taken.

                          Dear sir,

                          I had ordered a garment on thursday 15th march from their website. It said it is an express delivery to be shipped in next 24 hrs. I received the dispatch details with tracking id which is still invalid. The delivery has not happened. I have sent complaint mails but every time they ask for 72 hours. Its almost 18 days. I requested for cancellation but they refused saying it is being dispatched through blue dart hence cannot be dispatched. When i asked for proof of dispatch, they do not have any. this is harrassment as i have already paid the amount and more harassment as it was a gift for my niece whose birthday is also long gone. The website seems to be playing with the consumers mindset and ate totally NOT customer friendly. please look into the matter for cancellation and refund of my order. Aslo, i use blue dart professionaly and i am sure they do not take such s long time to deliver to any state capital.

                            I order 3 tshirts from fashion and you. Since the site mentioned that it will take around 21 days to recieve the items, i order almost 45 days in advance of my travel.
                            When i got an sms with the courier tracking number i was shocked to see that the courier details showed the address of delhi.

                            I called at fashion and you customer care several times and everytime they told me to wait for 48 hours.

                            They were just not able to help by cancelling the order and resending the items again. There systems were down most of the times and customer care executives were told just to say that we can't help at the moment, the logisitic team is looking and wait for 48 hours.

                            After getting frustrated i asked them to cancel my order. Even that process took quite a while and my money was refunded almost 3 months after the ordered date.

                            I have purchased one clutch from fashion and you(Order No.:1220926). I booked it on 20th Dec,2011 it is showing deliver on 4th Jan on fashion and you site but clutch is still awaited (Ref no showing on F&U is:FP006828)till 7th feb, 2012.

                              I ordered a Tricaon dinner Set on 2nd Feb,2012. I got the delivery in 6 days. I started using the new dinner set from 20th Feb. Not even a month completed one of the small bowl made of steel cracked. I was amazed to see how can a steel utensil crack since I have other utensils absolutely fine from last 15 years.
                              When I called the customer service they said the items can only be returned in 3 days of the delivery. I told them if the item has broken after 1 month of delivery it is not my fault. Had it been Glass or plastic I would have never complained. But it is suppose to be steel which I believe it is not and that is why it broke.

                              They should atleast give guarantee if I am spending 4000 bucks.

                              Please help.

                                Fashion and You....NEITHER FASHION NOR YOU..I think this is the right name I must suggest them to use for their web site. I am so frustrated with their pathetic service and victim of the same for past one month.
                                I booked a shipment (Order # 1507249)as a surprise gift for my friend’s daughter. Even after mentioning his name clearly on the shipment address, they send the product with my name which was returned by the my friend’s mother as she was not aware of my name and thought it is for someone else. When I got to know about it I called up FNY to arrange the re-dispatch it by the courier company, in reply they ask me to call Blue dart customer service to arrange it by my own. Blue Dart advised that they receive no notification from FNY and as they are the shipper and no notification is available from their side they refuse to resend the consignment to the address again but resend it back to FNY on 28 Feb 2012.
                                Since then I am following up with FNY and exchanged almost 35 mails to either cancel the request and refund my amount or send the shipment on priority but every time when I drop them mail, in reply (auto reply) is just receive 48 hrs to reply my query. Whenever they reply it was just that they are following up with their so called return team to dispatch the order again. I don’t understand how far their return team is situated that they are unable to arrange proper feedback from them. May be they are situated at Antarctica that’s why they are taking that much time to get their reply but I must appreciate Blue dart, they manage to deliver the shipment back from Noida to Antarctica in just 1 day.
                                Last mail I receive from them on 21 Mar 2012 and now they are saying that the shipment was resent on 16 Feb but they are waiting for the shipment reference from their return teams. So far product is not delivered and AWB reference is not updated on their site. I have started using other online websites like Jabong, Yebhi or Flipkart but for the COD only at least my money is safe. I suggest all online shopping users to switch to the websites providing COD facilities. At least you need not to bother about your money in such cases.

                                    I am regular buyer from this site and always appreciated good products and services and have shared the same with my friends and colleagues, but this time I was shocked to see my order which was delivered on 3.7.12. I have ordered a saree on 27/Feb/2012 , and received the confirmatory mail for the same. BUT what I have received was totally different from the saree what I have ordered. This is totally unacceptable and intolerable. I have to made several calls to their customer service dept to tell them what exactly has happened and I am not satisfied from their revert. They have asked me send pictures I have done the same. Then they asked me to return the product to them and they will refund me after receiving the product. I have returned the parcel, and intimated them after getting confirmation of the delivery from the courier services. I asked them to confirm whether they have received the returned parcel or not but on that, beside acknowledging the fact , they wants me give again the details of the complainant. They are mentally harassing a consumer. It such a pain to buy from them. i also had some issues like that earlier also but this time they have crossed the limits. I have seen the convenience of online shopping that is why I have ordered the product but they have made it worse for me. It is not a matter of Rs 100 - 200, I have paid Rs 4499/-. Now neither I am having the product nor the money.

                                    Fashion & You — Fraud

                                    I have been a regular customer from this site, infact even told friends to join it, however i really feel stupid as to why i ever did so cause in the end all companies which are small start ups in India in recent times make promises which they can never deliver over the long run. I ordered a wall clock from them in the first week of August for which i got delivery after 15 days. When i got back to town i opened the case and saw that the clock is not working at all since the hands of the clock are overlapping and hence cannot show the correct time. I sent a mail to their team on 18th August to [protected]@fashionandyou.com.... till date all i hear from this woman - Ms Neha Chawla, are excuses and stuff like "you courier us the parcel, we will pay for the courier charges", i did that, and the courier company comes back to me saying that they refused to accept it. (it was not a holiday, not a weekend, they just didnt feel like accepting it). Then i wrote again and she said we will have it picked up within 72 hours. Its been days that the same old story is continuing where she just keeps extending the deadline, when i ask her to forward me her senior's email id there is no response to that.

                                    I shall now post against them wherever i can...it seems Uppal just founded the company and then decided to let go and let idiotic fools to handle the operations. Third rate Site, pathetic services and incompetent staff! That woman should definitely be sacked since there was NOT ONE courtesy call made in order to apologise for the inconvenience and harassment i have to go through for money which i gave them trustingly.

                                      I THINK FNU DOESN’T TAKE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS SERIOUSLY AT ALL, even from their loyal customers. If you try and solve one, there’s yet another one around the corner. Really I’ve never seen such UN-PROFESSIONAL SERVICE from any shopping website.
                                      Last time it was a wrong order n this time it’s a glitch in their system for which I had to pay extra cash on COD. I however want FNU to reimburse the extra amount to me. And I do not want a Voucher Credited to my FNU account; I just want it in CASH, So that I do not place any more orders from FNU again and end the relationship with them.
                                      This is about the order no. 694122, I had availed a Discount Voucher called “WE ARE SORRY voucher” which was credited in my account for some fault in my previous order. Shockingly somehow the Voucher wasn’t deducted from their end and when the product arrived today just about an hour ago I had to pay Rs. 415 instead of Rs. 165. When I did call FNU the customer service representative MR. SHIV asked me not to pay, which is not a solution I cannot create a scene in front of my house for a mistake from FNU’s end.
                                      The invoice on the product clearly said COD Rs.165.00 whereas the BLUEDART Airway bill/Instruction with the Delivery personnel clearly showed a different amount being Rs.415.
                                      When I did say this to the CUSTOMER SERVICE REP MR. SHIV he told me that there was a glitch in the system and the voucher amount wasn’t updated and so the invoice sent to BLUEDART showed Rs. 415 instead of Rs. 165. The only solution that he could come with was to push the unredeemed voucher back into my account, FOR WHICH I HAVE TO PAY EXTRA ON SHIPPING TO REDEEM IT, HOW IS IT A BENEFIT TO ME AT ALL??
                                      NOW WHY THE HELL DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR ALL THE MISTAKES FNU DOES? Isn’t it your responsibility to take care of such silly errors in the first hand? Second of all I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER VOUCHER AS IT WOULD MAKE ME SPEND AGAIN ON FNU AND THERE WILL BE ROOM FOR MORE ERRORS FROM FNU WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY MADDENING TO HANDLE. So let’s just solve this issue by PAYING ME THE EXTRA AMOUNT THAT I PAID TOWARDS THE COD! I SUPPOSE WHATEVER IS SHOWN ON SITE IS NOT DIRECTLY SOLD BY THIS SITE, I HAVE ORDERED EARLIER WITH ebaY AND wITH YEBHI.COM I HAVE ALWAYS RECIEVED CONFIRMATION OF THE ORDER AND DELIVERY WITHIN 3 DAYS....BUT THIS SITE IS A FAKE..DONT BUY ANYTHING...YOUR MONEY MAY GET STUCK AS MINE....

                                        i buy something from fashion and you from around 2 months before and i get my parcel after 25 days. so i guess you have to wait till the time, and after ten days they will mail u about your parcel status.

                                        i had ordered Ferrari red 125ml-EDT men's perfume of rs 1690 on[protected] order no.1555175 and paid by debit card. they gave me a tracking id [protected] for courier services, which shows invalid every time i checked it on DAT courier site. i placed online complaint on their site and talked to their customer service executives so many times, every time they talk about some technical mistake n ask to wait for next 3 working days...but haven't received my order yet even after more then 2 months ...i wasted my hard earned money n time...
