I don't know about the other products but never order watches from Fashion and You. I burned a hole in my pocket and paid them the money for a fake LAFUMA watch. I receive the watch and on further inspection I find that the chronograph does not work. Its pasted on the dial and it looks like I've purchased it from china market.
When I mail them with my grievance, I'm being called by some other name. Their customer service just SUCKS. Even after writing my name below the complaint these guys called me by some other name.
The mail replied by F&Y does not answer any of my question and they want me to enjoy shopping with them.
When I call them they tell that watch does not have these features and that female whom I was speaking to was rushing to end the conversation. I feel cheated, don't we have a law wherein we can return products purchased via online within some selected period. If anyone knows anything about it please let me know on jesty.[protected]@itimes.com
I don't want some one else to be cheated like me.

    Hi,

    This is regarding my order number 1417125 for Fila Track Suit which
    was shipped on 18th February. But i have not yet received the product,
    and today when i checked the status it is showing as received. How
    could you change the status to received when i have not received my
    product. Who has delivered and where it has been delivered? Did you
    checked the ID card of the person to whom it was delivered. I'm very
    unhappy with the procedure. I need immediate action on this. I have
    already submitted 2 queries regarding the same but never got any
    response from your end. Is this the way you treat your customers?
    Please reach out to me at the earliest. Your Customer care numbers are
    also not working.

I have made a full payment of 899.00 via online payment through debit card on 10 Jan’2012. However till now neither the product nor the refund payment was done by them. They are not at all willing to pay my money back.

      Several times, I have called them at their customer care # i.e. +[protected], and emailed them at [protected]@fashionandyou.com. But no one is bothered to listen my concern. In fact, in reply they have sent me an invalid POD.

        i purchased one top from fashionandyou.com on 14th/01/12. my order no. 1324680.
        yet its not delivered (26/02/12). I called number times (5-6), they are telling just wait for sumtimes.
        even they did nt know how many days.

        i asked to return my money, they said we can not cancel your order.

        this is the fraud site, don't order any thing from this site. better to shop from other online shopping site, they are giving delivery within a week.

          False information was given about a product::
          Saree worth Rs 8000 was mentioned as fabric georgette on the website. But in actual i was complete Net.

          Support Line never works:
          Support line is never working, It gives options to dial 1 for Order and 2 for return, then disconnects.

          Product delivery delayed:
          Product delivery is delayed for more than 3 weeks and not information is provided on the product tracking/shipment.

            Hi Team,

            It is to bring to your notice that I have placed order for 2 products online on www.fashionandyou.com on 20th Jan 2012.

            Money has been deducted from my bank account for both the products however only one of the products is delivered.

            The Fashionandyou team neither returns my money, nor delivering the product. They are not even able to give a date by which I can expect either of money or product.

            The order number for which I have an issue is: 1349903. I have lost INR 569+VAT on it.

            Request your help in solving this issue.

              Hi,

              Even fashionandyou starting playing crook, I brought a coupon from their sister concern dealsandyou which gives me 2000 voucher in fny. But right when I started using it, cuz of the site's technical issues it never did allowed me to utilize my coupon, as always I reported this to their support with screenshot and stuff and hav ref no. for the same. time passed and passed. Despite numerous communications the response was very poor and -ve(never expected) and now they say since I didn't place a order with them they say they cant give my voucher back...even their CRM guy says the same.

              I request a fair resolution from the company, could you please guide me in achieving the same pls.

                Dear Sir,

                I had purchased Palio Wrist watch from www.fashionandyou.com vide Order Number - 1007354 dated 29/10/2011 amt - 2499.

                The watch was delivered to me and due to defect the same was returned to them which was done after their consent.

                Now the site representatives are saying that the box delivered to them was EMPTY .....

                I have also received a confirmation from the courier company ( Professional Couriers ) in mail stating that the parcel was delivered as it is and the same mail i have already sent to the website representatives.

                Still they are not refunding me the money for the product returned.

                Its been almost 2 months now in this matter and have really been harassed alot.

                  out of which i paid Rs 829 in cash and rest was the gift coupon.

                  The company has deliberately delivered the faulty product as the parcel send by the company contains a letter that was from some other customer stating that the product is faulty. This means that the company has send me the product that has been returned by some other customer which is faulty. I paid for the new product not for the second hand hand or the faulty one. When I asked the company to pick up the product back, they are asking me to initiate the action and have given me time of 10 days to return or otherwise they won't take the product back. And also that as per the company policies,my money that I paid in cash, will be returned only in the form of credit points, which means I'll be bonded to make the purchases even if I don't wish to do after such wrong doing by the company.

                  Please interfere and kindly get it resolved.

                    Hi, My name is Naeem Shaikh, I am staying in Mumbai. I purchased one Cargo Pant from www.fashionandyou.com (online shopping web site) on 05.01.2012 vide their Order No.1285593. I have paid the amount of Rs.1699/- through netbanking while placing my order. I received my order on 21.1.2012 after 17 days. When I opned the parcel, I shocked and surprise to see the Cargo Pant, which was very dirty and poor quality material pant, used pant. It was totally different as shown on their web site. Also I placed order for 34 size, but I received the pant of 44 size, that is 10 inches bigger. On the same day within a hour, I lodged my complaint and send the photographs of Cargo Pant via email. Next day on 22.1.2012 I received their reply, informing me to sen back the pant in same condition within 10 days. I made the parcel and send back the pant on 23.1.2012 through Professional Coureir at their Gurgaon address vide Receipt No.KUR[protected]. On 25.1.2012 the professional courier has delivered the parcel.
                    When I informed them (www.fashionandyou.com) that I have sent back the Cargo Pant, which has delivered on 25.1.2012. First they have refused that we do not received any parcel from you at our end and told me to send Proof of delivery. When I sent the Proof of Delivery and other parcel photographs, they inform me that we have forwarded the complaint to our return team and required 3 days to update the status. On 27.1.2012 I received reply from Ms.Shilpi Mathur informed me that she required 3 days to update the status. Now on 1.2.2012 I received reply from Ms.Geetika Mitra repeating same words that required 3 days to update the status.

                    First of all, how can they sent "used / poor quality / 10 size bigger Cargo Pant.

                    On the same price Rs.1700/- I can easily buy good quality / branded Cargo Pant in Mumbai.

                    As per opinion and bad experience www.fashionandyou.com is very bad and fraud web site, please think 100 times before buying any products from them.

                      I request all the ONLINE SHOPPERS, please do not buy from www.fashionandyou.com. This website is poor on quality of products and poor on service. I have ordered two times and one of my friends has a 3 times bad experience of buying online from www.fashionandyou.com. The product received is never of good quality. I had ordered Fila white leather slippers, which lasted just for 1 month as the leather started pealing off in just 25 days and exactly after 35 days it broke off. A BIG SHAME for FILA TOO. I thought that this can be a one time incident. Then after a month I ordered a shirt, the shirt had loose stitches and had to be restitched, when I complained to their customer care they said that they are helpless.

                      I urge that Fashion and You CEO Pearl Uppal and, Investors led by Norwest Venture Partners and Intel Capital should definitely look at these kind of complaints as the future of online shopping lies in trust created by online shopping portals where touch and feel is not there while buying, if this continues all www.fashionandyou.com will have is one time shoppers on its site and online shopping phobia shoppers as its target audience.

                      I had a bad experience with Fashion and You, which I want to share with her, becoz my issue has not been resolved yet...
                      Here's another instance of pathetic Customer Services from Fashion and You...I had made a purchase on FnU (a watch) and after 2 days I get a callback stating that the order has been cancelled due a 'technical problem' as apparently ' the prices updated for the products on the site were incorrectly updated' !!! As a result of this they credit my account with Rs 250 and inform me by mail that the voucher is valid till 5 April 2012. I had been waiting to buy another product and decided to use the voucher. Since the sale never came back I decided to use the Rs 250 voucher on 5 April evening to buy something else! As i log in I could see the credits reflecting on my a/c however while making the purchase I did not get a option to use the voucher. When I call the customer services I am told that ' the voucher expired on 5 April at 9.03 AM!!!' Some manager by the name of Nidhi Gupta comes over (after half an hour of explanation and repeated explanation) and promises me a callback 'within 24 hours'!!! I am yet to receive a callback...I have been a customer for about 2 years now and FnU have steadily deteriorated in terms of service. Apart from selling products which looks second hand, they have sought to fooling customers like this!!! I am a regular online shopper and although sites like Yebhi and Urban touch may not offer such varied products, they atleast value their customers!!! FashionandYou...Shame on you guys!!!

                      So another frustrating experience with Fashion and You! I've written to their customer service countless times but they just will not take responsibility. It cost me 4.5K and It is lopsided, tiltling to the right side so much that it is unwearable unless you want to look stupid. And no where in the pictures on the website did they show this. It is a semi stitched kurta and now they are saying the fault is my tailor's!! So I should claim the 4.5K and the stiching money from the tailor apparently. I am so tired of such shirking of responsibility. If anyone can, then please give me the CEOs contact details.

                      I want to give them a 0 rating. What can I really do about this?

My order no s 2928808 & since it was not the product i had ordered for fashion and you are supposed to refund my money, on 25th of march, 2013 i had returned that product & today is 17 th of April, still the only response i am getting from the support people of FNY that i have to wait for 48 hours & they are so inefficient & unprofessional after every 48 hours they are again making me wait for another 48 hours.

                      I have decided to write directly to Mr. Harish Bahl if am not getting my cheque dispatched by today itself.

                      this is with reference to my order no.3110861. I had ordered a Bhagalpuri Silk Saree with Blouse from Fashion and You. I was impressed by the general look and feel of the saree when I saw it on their website and that's why I placed an order for it. However, when I received it I could make out even before I opened the saree that it was much much duller than what was shown on the website. The saree picture gave the impression that it is a bright yellow saree with a maroonish border with a look and feel of silk. But it turned out to be a dullish mustard/brownish saree with a purpulish border and a sub-standard fabric. I wanted to return the product but was told by their customer service reps that it can't be returned as they don't have any policy regarding a customer's satisfaction with a product. So you buy a product which you realize is bad when you receive it, but you are stuck with it because they are not bothered whether you like it or not. While I understand a picture my vary from the actual product slightly, they must extend that concession to the customer too during online shopping since the customer can't touch, feel or see a product directly. We buy a product based on how we see it on the website. If I had known the saree would be so dull looking and it doesn't seem worth 500 Rs, leave alone the 1000 rs that i paid for it, I'd have never ordered it. They can't only have return/refunds for sizing issues, but they should also have them for specifications and if a customer is not satisfied with a product they should be allowed to return them. In any case, they offer only store credits, so the customers will anyway have to buy some other product from them. I am a very dissatisfied customer right now because I am now stuck with a product I do not want because I neither like the colour nor the feel of it. I don't think I'll waste my money on Fashion and You ever again!!!

                      I have placed an order for a dress on 20th July 13 and have paid the full amount while placing my order.
                      My order no. is 3183304.
                      I have been following up on my order since last 2 weeks and have called thecustomer care executive countless times. But I failed to receive any concrete reply about the delivery.
                      Every time, I have been told that the response will be provided within 48 hours about the delivery. I don't think these guys are making any note of customer's request or questions because every time I had to explain my request and history of all the calls I have made. In spite of many follow ups, neither a mail nor a phone call from FnU to provide me the status. I have sent a mail as well to the [protected]@fashionandyou.com and got no response.
                      Out of frustration I have written to their media relation mail id as well, but i am tired to repeat that I HAVE NOT GOT ANY RESPONSE FROM THEM.
                      I am totally furious now with their service and customer handling. It's a stress to deal with them.

                      Here's another instance of pathetic Customer Services from Fashion and You...I had made a purchase from FnU of 2 Dinner Sets on 1st of October’14 bearing Order No. 4275463‏, after the Dinner Set reached me after a week, but both the dinner sets were broken. I immediately call the customer care and spoken to their executive to try and help me initiating the exchange/ replacement process of the Plates & Rice tray, than processing the refund..
                      As per them “The Replacement wasn’t possible”, so I initiated refund pick up, the Pick up took 2 weeks - My order was picked from my place on the 24th of Oct'14 (Friday), bearing receipt number is[protected]..
                      Even after calling the customer care 20-25 times, My refund payment hasn’t been initiated yet and it’s been more than 50 Days, I am yet to receive a callback from the Inefficient Customer Care... A Complete Disaster!!
                      I have been a customer for more than 3years now and FnU have steadily deteriorated in their terms of service. Apart from selling products which looks second hand, they have sought to fooling customers like this!!! I am a regular online shopper and although sites like Jabong will never offer such varied products, they atleast value their customers!!! FashionandYou...Shame on you guys!!!

                      I have placed my order for expensive, designer watch on 21st Oct. but it is more than one month and I have still not received my order. Forget about receiving the order the same has not been procured at your end. Every time I call up at your customer care I get different dates... we are expecting it to reach us by 12th, 15th, 18th, 20th and the latest was 23rd Nov!!! On top of that its me who is doing all the follow ups, there was not even single call or mail from Fashion and you apologizing for delay or offering a solution.                       I am very disappointed with your web site and customer support services given to customer, i had two coupons in my account one was for my order number 4264949 where a cheap quality passport organizer was sent which was not worth even for 10 rupees when i called and complaint about the same your customer support dint give me refund instead i was given i coupon but it was not available at all to use and when ever i wrote email complaining the same i use to get reply saying coupons are very much available in your account which was misleading and cheating me and now when i call customer support i am been told that the validity of the coupon has been expired which is cheating, i was not given a chance to use the coupon at all as it was not available in my account to use it and other coupon was for Rs 500 which was given to me by fashion and you whose validity was until Dec 2015 but still i dont have coupon in my account to use it . I would request you to kindly active my both the coupons in my account to use it and not to cheat customer in this manner. I hope you would upgrate the service and quality of the product that you display on your web site.                       I also had a bad experience where my past two orders got canceled on its own and the mail comes that i canceled that order. Then when asked, their executive speaks rudely to me. Their executive confirmed both the orders when they happened. But then when asked about cancellation the executive says i might have had a bad network. I am never shopping from this website again.                       You people have given me the worst online shopping experience ever. I had ordered a product on 30th May 2015, and till date I receive response that it will be dispatched within 3-5 working days. You have commited timelines for delivery which says 12-13 days. ITS BEEN 20 DAYS and same old story that product is in warehouse and will be dispatche after quality check. Earlier you said it was defected so youll got it replaced. Now you say you do not know when it will be delivered.
                      I am definitely going to file a case in consumer court and see to it that you people pay out an compensation for not meeting your policy and pay a penalty for it.

                      After reading all above complaints, I feel that I am not the only one struggling with F&Y orders. They have the worst website and on top of that, the worst payment mechanism. Management must read these issues and see, where they are heading to.

                      Multiple times I have had this experience specially in case returns are required one must forget their money.

                      Recently I purchased a product, order no.[protected] and did not find it of good quality. I spoke to their CC executive and told him specifically that I need refund in my bank account. Firstly after multiple follow ups, I got the money back and again in form of F&Y credits. Again I have written multiple mails to get my money back but these guys could do nothing.

                      I really don't understand what is the problem with their system. They make a person frustrated. It is sure to have issues in case you involve in any payment issues. Really worst site available in current age of digitalization.

                      Do you know that you have the worstest customer service in india and worst products with rates.

                      Your customer care advisors does not know how to speak with customer's. No matter I can understand how worst the customer care would be if C.E.O of the brand name are into scandels for having extra martial affairs with staffs.

                      I have cancelled a product and it has been more than 20 days. My payment is not yet refunded and the customer care advisors treat us like we are asking for a loan or they are placed for recovery. I think you should teach them what customer service means.

                      I want my money to be refunded by monday with interest ex with cash handelling charges. or eles I will go to consumer court. My order no is[protected].

                        Respected Sir,
                        I am Jayanta Loha Chaudhury, became a member of the member based online fashionable article sales company named Fashionandyou (website:: www.fashionandyou.com) from their email invitation method. On 21st Nov 2011, I ordered a pair of golden shoes of price Rs.1099 and paid them with my Maestro debit card and they confirmed they received payment. They were supposed to deliver the article within 30days of payment. Upon inquiry after the specified time, they informed that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of stock of the product. They told they will refund the sum as early as possible. After an week I found they did not, and I asked them over phone and by email.
                        They gave me a traction ID CCA11KDBQ323 that was never made. Upon my intimation they asked my account statement from 21st Nov 2011 to 9th Jan 2012 and claimed that the refund has been made. I send them the copies and confirmed them with the doc they asked, that the refund did not reach my account. their payment gateway partner CCavenue did not take any step upon information from my side. My bank branch manager also confirmed that no payment has been deposited into my account, from their side. Three persons named Geetika Mitra, S. Dheena Mary & Suby Mathew conducted the whole email conversation asking the statement and claiming the refund has been made, and I can submit the email conversation as further evidence. I submitted the doc as they asked & the company stopped responding and stopped providing any evidence on their support. In such a situation I seek legal help to solve the case and to put a stop on the grey business the company Fashionandyou is doing. They seems to make fraudulent business over internet. I am attaching my account stament pages as primary evidence.
                        Please help and take necessary steps,

                              Fashion and you is a fraud company.

                              I order a reebok bag and adidas slippers for rs 598 which wasn't delivered due to non-avaiblity of products.
                              But the same products were aviable the very next day of cancelling my order.
                              And the shipping charges are also high 100 rs.

                                i have ordered one t shirt from fashion and you and my order number is 1061291 and date of order is 13 Nov 2011.it's written on the site that delivering time is maximum 2-7 days. i have not received any order within the prescribed time limit so i have registered complaints.they told me to wait fro 3 days.
                                after 3 days i haven't received any information from their side so i have again registered a complaint so they told me to wait for another 3 days.after waiting for another 3 days i have registered one more complaint.but they are not doing anything and they told me that you have to wait till 7 DEC we r going to deliver your t shirt or we are going to give your money back but nothing could be done from their side. so i want to register a complaint against them

                                  This online based company is a complete fraud.

                                  They sell you products which are one or two years old.

                                  They will change their policy of friend voucher anytime as per their convenience.

                                  You pay them COD charges on Total shopping but they will do part shipment and take complete COD charges and delivery charges.

                                  They will never answer your problems, if they answer - they will have only one thing to say - "it is the companies policy"

                                  The products and the brands which are listed on their website are selling only out dated stock ie old stock.

                                  Do shopping at your own risk.
                                  I placed the following order [protected]- ananda Kurti and [protected]-Omax Intensity on April 14 2011 Under order no 353653. The total cost of the order was 385 + 695 + shipping charges = 1180 INR. Finally on 19 june i got my order 353653 from Blue dart under COD mode of payment. I gave the complete amount and checked on the packet that both the things are mentioned.And i accepted the parcel. However my mental trauma started when i opened the parcel and i found that only one item was inside and Ananda kurti was missing. I immediately called the customer service and spoke to the agent and the supervisor Mr Ashish Sharma, and tried to explain that one order is missining and i need the credit or my money back.. My trauma didnt end here, i was asked to send the invoice and we would credit.. but no apologies w, no support was given to me... it was a very bad experince and no quality check and assurance was given to me that my order would be delivered and Mr Ashsih sharma kept on syaing we understand.. but i didnt feel from the converstaion that yes i will get my credit. I work in American xpress and i feel sorry with the customer service and resolution. I was not even sent a email by the customer support that pleae do the following things.. I am not going to place any order unless i receive the credit andd would alos like to tell my colleagues about my experince with fashion and you. I would request you to refund MY MONEY .. in my account so that i can buy something with no shipping charges on the next item.. I hope you understand the agony i am going through and Value that FASHION and YOU wuld not loose a valauble customer..

WE ALSO VERIFIED THE SAID ORDER AS IT WAS CASH IN DELIVERY ORDER. THEY SAID THE ORDER WILL GET DELIVERED TO US WITHIN THE NEXT 3-4 WEEKS. HOWEVER, IT DID NOT GET DELIVERED FOR ANOTHER MONTH.                                     AT THE TIME OF PLACING THE ORDER IT WAS CLEARLY AVAILABLE AS IT WAS COMING IN THE OPTION FOR PURCHASE AND A "SOLD OUT" TAG WASN'T ATTACHED WITH IT ON THE WEBSITE. ONLY THOSE ITEMS THAT ARE AVAILABLE ARE SOLD AND I HAD ORDERED ONLY SUCH PRODUCTS.                                       Two of my orders cancelled by FNY giving reason that the products were out of stock and they could not get inventory from its suppliers. But I saw same products put on sale in the website couple of days later. When I complained about it with the customer care, they gave ‘We are Sorry’ redeemable coupon of Rs.250 in September.
                                      I tried to use this coupon for one of my order but due to some technical issue in website (seem to be happening with only me), I was not able to place the order. Along with the order these credits also got cancelled.
                                      Then after making about 10-15 calls to FNY customer care, they finally placed these credits back in my account on 1st or 2nd of November with expire day for credits is 24th Nov (they always say coupon valid for 1month, but here it’s only 24 days).
                                      I was trying to ordering one item on 21st Nov and when proceed towards payment, there was no option coming up to use my coupon. I tried ordering bigger item even then I didn’t get option to use this Rs.250 credits. I didn’t try until 24th Nov, as i was very busy at work.
                                      On 24th Nov as I knew it’s the last day to use credits, I tried couple of times to use it, same thing again there was no option coming in website to use credits when I proceed to make payment. I thought I try it in the evening, it didn’t work then also.
                                      Next day morning I called the FNY customer care, they told that I should have called them before only and now as coupon has expired they can’t do anything. Customer care people are very rude, one lady she just disconnected my call and other guy he kept telling that he can’t do anything as coupon is expired now……

                                        I bought a coupon of Rs. 500 from Deal and You which allowed me to do a shopping of Rs 2000 on http://www.fashionandyou.com/ with validity date of 31st October. We did the shopping on 23rd October whose order no.was 984525. Bu when the Order was not delivered we called http://www.fashionandyou.com/ on 1st November on number[protected] and registered a complaint whose no. was 168609. Next day we got a mail which stated
                                        " Dear Pooja,
                                        Thank you for contacting us.
                                        We apologize for the fact that we were unable to ship the product (Embroidered Saree) regarding your order no.984525 (Cash on Delivery Order) in time as we did not received merchandise from the brand. We regret to inform you that we are forced to cancel your product.
                                        Therefore, we have credited back the Fashion and You Voucher which was used against the order and a We Are Sorry Voucher for cancellation of the order in your Fashion and You account.
                                        Also, would like to inform you that we were unable to process your order no.984489 (CC Order) as it was an unsuccessful transaction. Please be informed that if in case the amount has been deducted from your account, we request you to send us the screen-shot of bank statement so that we can check and do the needful.

                                        We got our money back on 5th November. When we tried to shop another thing on 10th November we came to know that the vouchure has already expired and we have lost our Rs.2000. First of all they were not able to deliver the product which we chose and now vouchure has expired without any otificaton sent by http://www.fashionandyou.com/. This is highly ridiculous. They should have informed us via email that the vouchure will expire on 7th November. We have been cheated by the site. I want to log a complaint regarding this.
