i ordered htc magic mobile worth Rs.7120 from fashion and you(my order number 1511999),the mobile i received t mobile.apart from different model that i have received from fashion and you,i am also facing different problem in using this mobile.first of all, the applications in this android mobile are not working properly.secondly, the mobile is not supporting service of any mobile service company neither vodafone nor any other company.thirdly,the color of the body of the mobile is fading from the areas where lamination paper is not attached when we put the mobile in our pocket and mobile pouch the color from the unlaminatied surface start coming out.i have complained about these problems to the customer care service of fashion and you but now they are refusing to replace the mobile by giving an excuse that if the color has come out they cant take it back.although i am completely helpless as far as the matter of color is concerned.it is coming out of its own when it comes in touch with any thing.fashion and you is refusing to help me in any way. kindly take an action against fashion and you so that i could either receive replacement of mobile as compensation or refund of my money for this product.i shall be very thank full to you.

    I immediately shipped the product back through first flight courier services at cost of 560 Rupees . The team informed me that I can get refunded only 150 Rupees as per their policy since the package was less than a kilo.

    Now Please let me know which courier service ships a cup and saucer set from Pune to delhi at 150 rupees? When I asked the team this question they informed me that they dont have a list however if I could not find anyone taking the package at less than 150 I should have emailed them and they would have arranged a pickup.

    In the above email there is NO mention anywhere that we can arrange for a pick up incase you cant find anyone taking the package at 150 rupees. Now I am told by their representative that "its too late" and nothing can be done.

    I requested them for a refund of the courier charges and informed how ridiculous the policy ofn"Rupees 150 per Kg" is considering the distance but zilch!

    Zero customer service Zero explanation of the return policy and damaged product to the boot!

    I places an order on August 31st with order no 799666 which was not properly places and amount has been deducted from my account. I called fashionandyou.com and they tell me to submit Bank Statement. I sent them the transaction id and the scan copy of the transaction details on 2nd October 2011. Then I called them again and again and they kept saying that refund will be generated within 24 hours, or 36 days or 72 hours. Now today on 18 Oct 2011, I called them again and they are saying that refund has been send to your account but no refund is submitted in my account. After a long talk they promise me to send the transaction within an hour and till now they didn't send me any information. Only send me 2 mails of any transaction reference.

    Now I would like to file a claim for the harassment, time and for the money that i have invested.

    So Please take some action and revert me on a urgent priority basis because I am waiting from last 1 and half months.

    Today finally is on This is in regards to my order for Killer Slippers with order number:84548. Please be informed that I have made the order on the 12th March 2011 and have still not received my product.

    I have been calling the Customer Support since the day I have purchased it. I have received no response from them about the shipment status. Every time I call up, my calls get transferred from one person to another. I have been passed from pillar to post, for my order, from the past 7 months. There were different statements every time I called up. Once I was informed that the product was out of stock and then every time I use to be informed that the product will get delivered on the Tuesday in the following week. I am Still waiting for the that WEEK and that TUESDAY to come.

    If delivery wasn't possible why I was not informed about the refund. I would have taken the refund and would have been happy about the honesty. I feel that Fashnvia.com has hired irresponsible people and are not compatible/trained enough to do business via E-Commerce.

    I would like to file a claim for the harassment, time and for the money that i have invested.

    So Please take some action and revert me on a urgent priority basis because I am waiting from last 7 months.

      from your company. Unfortunately, it has fallen far short of my expectations. When I attempted to use it, I found the quality is poor. Above is the attached picture of the product.

      I am appalled at the substandard quality of this product, and will be returning it to you. I expect a refund within two weeks. . If you have any questions,

        when will i get my product order no 2084685 when it was assured within 7 days???? and still awaiting also been making my long telephone bills just calling you without any response or call back.

        and what about penalty as i am not getting my product in time. as when customer any fault happens customer end he is easily penalized without listening, when same they do it what a company policy. We should learn from them.

        all the time i call just another deadline is given to me and deadline is just for fooling customer is this fashion and you code of conduct company operates upon they just take money and cheat customers???

            I browsed this website few weeks back, the website looked attractive, so I became a member as soon as I went through the products. I purchased a few stuffs and chose net banking as my mode of payment, the website mentioned that delivery will be done within 3-4 weeks, whereas orders I placed after few more days, the status is changed as dispatched & the previous order has not been dispatched yet.

            Other major issue with this website is that they’ve mentioned the option of payment through net banking but that doesn’t function efficiently. I had to choose this option since my pin code doesn’t have cash on delivery option. I’d placed three orders which comes around more than Rs.1000. As soon as the whole payment process finished, a page appeared saying payment error no other explanation, I checked my account the amount was transferred, I checked the order history of my F&Y A/c the order’s status was CANCELLED.

            I communicated through the mentioned contact details. I was told by one of their employees that this is not the only issue that they have come accrossed, and still the website is operational without rectifying the problem with its functioning. And the reply I received was "that you should check with your bank for this in case we have received any payment from your side it’ll be refunded within 48 hrs.", which has exceeded to more than 70 hrs. now and the result is, that my amount has not be refunded yet.

            My advise to this website is if you cannot provide certain services then do not mention it in your website and put your website as under construction until you rectify the problems faced by the consumers through your website.

            My advise to consumers..... STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!

              Hello Everyone,

              I was a regular and faithful customer of Fashion and You. But now after my harassment with then I have realized that they are cheats. I have several cases against different order numbers with them.

              1. I tried to place an order with then on 07/06/2012 with my SBI Net Banking. The generated order number is 1991253. An amount of Rs1675 was debited from my account but they showed the transaction to be a failure. After that I have been trying all I could to get them refund my money. I have written to them regularly and several times sent them my updated bank statement clearly showing the debited money. Every time I am getting a different reply. Sometimes they said, after repeated reminders that they did not receive the money. Sometimes they can tell only after 72 hours which went on to become 7 days. Sometimes no reply what soever. Sometimes misleading lies that Rs 756 have been refunded to my account on 26th June etc etc. Today I wrote then my last mail and have now realized that they will not return me back my money. So I will be dragging them to the court. Not it is not about money alone. It is about business ethics and justice.
              2. In my order number 1984013 I paid Rs 499. It has been a long time and they have not delivered the product. Once I got a call from that they are unable to deliver and will refund me the money. Since then neither did they refund nor did they deliver the product. My mails go unanswered.
              3. Under order number 2054335 they sent a mismatched W kurta. I wanted a refund. They initiated the process when I sent them the snapshot. a Currier was supposed to be sent by them to pick it up from my place ON 3RD JULY. Hence I had to take leave to wait for the Currier. But nobody turned up.
              They have caused me so much of mental and financial harassment that they will have to compensate for it.

                Hello,

                Order No 1991253

                I have been a customer of fashion and you for over a year now. Till today I have spent a considerable amount in purchasing products from their site. My experience was mixed. Not fully satisfied but not very bad as well. But my recent experience with them has taught me a lesson not to trust them any more. On June 7th I tried to place an order in their site in with my net banking. After the required steps when i was redirected to F&U site the message came that the transaction failed. But the stipulated amount was debited from my bank account. I in fact got a regular message from ccavenue that if the amount is debited it will be again credited to my account in two days. But till today I have not received any refund. I have tried to contact F&Y support several times but I never got any prompt or satisfactory reply from then. First they asked me to send my bank statement which I did and which clearly showed the debited amount with account number and date. After that I did not hear from them for three days. When again I mailed them I was informed that they are looking at the matter. Still I waited and got nothing. With repeated mails they told me that they checked and and found that they did not receive the money. I contacted SBI, my bank and was told that they amount was debited and has gone to the mentioned account,i,e. F&Y account. I have been repeatedly mailing F& Y to provide me with more information regarding where my money is or to provide me with a formal letter that they have not received the money so that I can take up the matter with the concerned authorities. Now they are absolutely silent and wont answer to my mails.

                Now my questions are:
                1. Is this the professional attitude with which they are running their business?
                2. Don't they have any responsibility towards their customers?
                3. When the bank statement is clearly showing that the money has been credited to their account then how can they just write one line reply that they did not receive it.That means State Bank of India is misleading?
                4. Why cant they come up with replies on their own? Why do I have to keep on sending mails after mails in order to get a reply?
                5.After this experience why will I shop with them any more?
                6. Do they really want to refund the money or not

                Fashion and You — Money not refunded

                Dear Sir

                Its almost two months since my complaint on your website, I am fighting with Fashion and You people to get back refund of my courier charges. I had called them many times, written more than 50 mails but to no avail. After lots and lots of follow ups, which is ridiculous, they have provided me a store credit instead of refunding cash in my bank account. I have told them, store credit is waste for me since I dont want to purchase anything from them, but they have not listened to me and eaten up my money

                Is there any source that I can lodge complaint and claim damages from this company for forgery and misrepresentations to customers and for the harassment I have faced in these two months

                Fashion and You — REFUND MONEY NOT YET RECEIVED

                this is regarding my Order no-304307 which i ordered on 21st march '11. i bought it during a blowout sale, supposed to be delivered within 10days but after repeatedly contacting them for 1month they finally told me my ordered was cancelled due to unavailability of the products and that the money would be credited to my account after 3days. this was just the beginning of my ordeal because first they told me that the money was credited to my account, which they didn't and later when i contacted them they told me that since i bought the stuffs using my debit card it was not possible to credit it to my account (which by the way is complete farce because i buy stuffs from other online shops with my debit card and i always get back the refund plus my two friends have used my debit card for buying stuffs from FnY which were no doubt cancelled by them for no reason with the refund money being credited to my account). SO, they told me that a cheque (Ch#002363 through BlueDart) had been issued on 12th May but till today it has not reached me. I have contacted many times and each time they tell me that they would contact the concerned deptt. n to contact them after 48hrs. I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHEN THIS 48hrs WILL COME. ITS BEEN 3 MONTHS ALREADY.
                Its just not about the money anymore because I am shocked and disgusted by the way they lie to the customers when they say they highly value their customers, if they had been so concerned then they would not let their customers go through all this for what is rightfully their's..... God willing their business would not last very long..... Please RETURN me my money and yeah please credit it to my account. I didn't want to write my complain here but you left me with no choice...

                I'm also having a bad experience with Fashion and You. Had placed my orders in Nov 2010 (for a perfume) and unfortunately paid by my debit card! They never sent me the perfume for months and after several calls and arguments, THEY cancelled this order because they did not have the perfume!!! Its been 9 months now and I'm still waiting for them to refund the amount to me... and this has happened with TWO of my orders... so its not a one off case!
                The customer service associate says only one thing to me each time I call - "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused; we have forwarded your request to the refund department" !!! Don't know what to do ... its so upsetting!
                I totally agree with u, it pisses me off each time i get their automated reply... Thank God we r not the only ones agreeing on it, saw a complaint page on facebook 4 FnY and it made me so happy bcos people r taking the initiative to let the others know about how big a scam FnY actually is...

                hi, with regards to the tracking no [protected] given to me for my order 304307 dispatched on 5th July as stated by your customer representative, i have enquired from the local BlueDart agent but they have not received any shipment as such and even the results on the BlueDart website shows as "Invalid tracking number". Thanks for personally calling me but there is still something wrong with the delivery here so please help me... I am again asking you to please credit it to my account directly, it will save us all our precious time...
                I have exactly faced the same. This website and company should be banned forever.

                They simply lack common sense and customer service etiquette.

                  I had placed my order for two items on 29th March 2012 on ‘fashion and you’ my Order No was 168607, what I did know was one product was on swift delivery and another was on regular which takes 3 to 4 weeks. I received first product within 6 days but the second one was not delivered to me till 26th April so the customer care executive nicely told me to wait till 2nd May as they was of national holidays in between, so when I called back on 02nd May and they gave me complain No which was 1608785 and told me they will get back to me after 72 hrs but I did not receive any calls or mail so I called back on 4th May but the CCE was not convincing so I asked to talk to some superior and my call was handled by Mr Ashish who asked me to wait for 5 days as he will call me back with some kind of solution but I never received any calls or mail so I called back on 10th May. I asked to speak to Mr Ashish, Team Manager but I was asked to wait for more than 30 mins but they told me that he is in the meeting so Ms Sheema Suneja Team Supervisor who claimed that I have already received the product when I asked for the receipt she told me to call me back of 16th May then again I called on that date as I was not communicated from there end so she conformed that I had not received my second shipment so for them to look more into it need 3 more working days then I called back on 21th May and when I asked to talk to Ms Suneja they told me that she was not in the office after making me wait on line for about 30 mins and then I asked to talk to Mr Ashish who was still in the meeting. Then my call was forwarded to Mr Amit Kumar ( T.M ) who promised me that he would surely call me back and even took my office no by 24th May but I did not receive any calls so I called me back on 25th and after talking to lot of advisers he finally agreed to talk to me and told me my money will be refunded to my card after 3 days. I finally received my money on 30th May only after spending thousand of rupees on calls and endless waits on line and talking to number of arrogant advisors who refuse to hand over the call to the concern person.
                  SO PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM FASHION AND YOU

                    I had placed an order on 2 april 2012 on online shopping website www.fashionandyou.com and now more than 75 days have passed and i haven't received either the product or refund for the same.

                    I had got a call from quantium solutions (the courier company) that the item is damaged due to fire and they would talk to www.fashionandyou.com so that i'll get my refund. After 3-5 days i got a call from www.fashionandyou.com that they will arrange my refund ASAP, the www.fashionandyou.com employee admitted that the product is undelivered due to damage caused in the courier office.


                    They assured me that i'll get my refund ASAP. The courier company is saying that the product was damaged, it is not that i refused to take it.


                    The status of the product is shown in the attachment here. The product's status was not even updated in the destination city (BHOPAL) because their office had caught fire and they don't have any details of the shipment.

                    The order page and the shipment status is attached here. The order was made on 2 april 2012 and now the merchant are saying that i refused to take the shipment which is incorrect.

                      I would like to inform everyone in the world that I had purchased Adidas shoes under the order # 1855090, first of all I noticed that the shoes were quite old, the shoebox is very old and little bit torn and the year of manufacture is 2009. I really didn’t expect this from such a brand e-commerce website. I haven’t been able to use these shoes even once as I had to go to Bangalore for my office assignment. I came back from my Bangalore office on 4th June 2012 and 5th June morning when I opened the box to put on my new shoes, I observed closely and found that probably these shoes have been used already by someone before being shipped to me. This made me highly dissatisfied with your product and Fashionandyou Brand who are so irresponsible that they don't even check what they are sending to their customer.

                      I am highly dissatisfied with this product now and I want complete money back. I would request the concerned ones to recall this product and refund my complete amount or else I’ll be bound to post my bad experience on social networking websites, media and also take this matter further to the Consumer Court.

                        I had ordered a perfume through fashion and you.
                        They delivered a fake perfume which stinks
                        I have lodged a complaint on 14th May 2012 about stale product being delivered to me
                        My complaint number is 279101 and my order number is 1862019
                        So far I have followed up nearly about 10 times and each time I have been promised that my complaint would be taken care and some body from fashion and you will arrange for reverse pick-up.
                        Nobody has tried to address my concern so far and fashion&you team has been very unprofessional in their behavior
                        This is really unprofessional behavior I have seen so far
                        I want my money back and I will never buy anything from this website

                          I ordered to kurtis from FashionandYou on 25th April. Order No: 1812768. However, one of the kurtis sent was not the product I ordered. When I mailed FashionandYou, they did accept their error and promised to pick up the product and refund my money. It has been more than a month now and even after more than 20 mails requesting them to take the kurti back, they have not done so. They keep saying they will speak to their "Returns Team" and get back to me however they have not called me even once despite me giving my number to them. I would like them to take their kurti and I would like my money back(Rs 379). Thanks in advance, your help is much appreciated.

                            I have purchased Blackberry mobile from Fashion and You site in the month of April when I got the delivery I found out that mobile battery flap was loose and it is coming off again and again, so I made complaint with Fashion and you by mail so they told me to sedn the product back to them. Then I send the product back to them by courier by paying Rs. 145/- when I check with them wether they have received the product or not then they said they are waiting for the information. The I waited around 7 days then there was no reply from this site, I called up many times and miled to check the acknowledge the product but I got no reply and same repetative answer then I have checked with courier company then I found that they have refused to collect the parcel and it came back to me. Then again I have followed up with fashion and you for the same by mail and many calls they asked me wait as they will send their courier company to pick up the parcel but I can't get my Rs. 145/- as courier charges I paid earlier for the returning of the product. Then also I agreed and waited for pick up of product. Its bing 1 Month till date I have mailed many times for asking the pick up of the prodcut and called them 100 times but everytime they just asked me to wait for more time.But no pick up of product is done till date. and again they till 1 month more after receiving the product to refund the money.
                            So I want to lodge the complaint againt them , and teach them lession that its because o[censored]s there online shopping site works. I know there are many customers getting harrased by this type of online shopping sites.
                            But I want to make sure that fashion and you site should get closed.

                            From last 10 days they are arranging the pick up of the defective product fror order no. 1740806 I call every day and talk to their team leaders despite that I only get the answer stating that pick will be done in 24 hours of time and there is no pick up done till date and this is going on for last one month. This is very rediculas and I will take this to consumer court now and put up a legal case for this for mental harasment. See to it they will charge bood amount of penalty for the same. At the same time will see that they have to close down the busines for cheating people.

                                Order no 1752777 from Fashion and you was ordered in April.
                                I got an incorrect product, the size mentioned in the site was not the same as the one delivered. I made a complaint and was told to return the product, as well as not to accept any new shipments against the same order.
                                The CC officer informed that in such case the product will be refunded once they receive the courier back.
                                Post this i received two mails stating that out of the 5 Kurta's that i had ordered two had to be cancelled due to lack of product availability.
                                I am following up since past two months, and i get answers like our finance team has been written too and they will revert in 3 days.
                                I have asked for transaction ID's for the money refunded. In one mail they give the transaction ID for one refund and say that the other they have written to finance. In the next mail they give the same transaction ID albeit of another date and say that they have refunded against this id, Hence claiming to refund twice on the same Transaction ID.

                                For the third refund they are asking for me to give details of the courier that i refused to accept, now how am I to know the courier details which they had sent. I have sent multiple mails asking for transaction ID's for the two refunds and they are not giving it to me. For the third refund they refuse to even acknowledge the need for refund.
                                On top of that, all i get is to move between departments, when i call.

                                  Fashion and You is a terrible cheat company, and I would strongly urge everyone not to buy anything from them.They don't adhere to the shipping timelines specified by them while purchasing product, and also cheat the customers.

                                  Fashionandyou is a company that does not have any business ethics.I had ordered a bag via order number 1927797 on 21-May-2012 that was suppose to be dispatched within 1 day of payment (I paid upfront by credit card), and today is 27th May and the product has still not been dispatched. I had called on 24th and raised a complaint regarding this, and clearly mentioned to them that I was leaving the country on 29th May, and needed the bag before then. They said that they will surely dispatch the bag at the earliest so I receive it in time. But today, 27th May when I called them again, the executive put me on hold several times to check the status and after being on call for 15 mins, he comes back and says dispatch team is not working, and when I was still talking, he rudely disconnected the call.

                                  Such a company will surely go out of business if they have such malpractices of not adhering to their words/promises, and not even informing the customer if at all any delay has occurred from their side.

                                        I dont know where to begin with the ridiculous customer service and a joke of company that is being run. Not only do you mess up my order once but a second order placed within two days is messed up at your end.

                                        Sent me a pair of wrong sunglasses again and i have to do the running around getting them sent. Not only is it mentioned in the mail that return orders are accepted only Mon-Fri between 10-7 but while talking to your customer service it isnt mentioned to me on the phone. The parcel is couriered and not accepted as it reaches on a Saturday. Courier Tracking Number - DTDCM73695520

                                        The courier was returned to me on Friday in Bombay and as per discuusion again with the customer service i had requested a pick up and was told the details would be sent to my account by Fri. As per discussions on Fri the details were to be sent on Wed As per discussions on thursday details will be sent by tuesday. I have no faith Left with this company and Pleae beware buying products
                                        Same here. I am also a victim of FashionandYou.com. The delivered a wrong color product to me. And, now they say they follow their policies. The customer service staff sucks.
