I ordered Vintage glasses from Fashion and You website. When I opened the box there were no glasses and it had the case of the glass only. I called Fashion and you customer care team the very next day and after talking to them for about 1 hr they said they will escalate it and will get back to me in sometime. They never called me back so I had to call them back after 10 to 12 days and again I had to spend 1 to 2 hrs on the phone with them , explaining the issue again. One of the rep said the item is now not available so they will issue me the refund for it. I was advised that I will get my check in 10 to 12 b days max.
15 b days passed but I never received any information about my check and I called again and spoke to a manager again and she said she will call me next day. But again no callback made, I sent email to that supervisor and never recived any response from her.
I today filled Customer Contact form on their website about my complaint and I am sure they will not get back to me.
I have my bill and the refrence # given to me by them. Also the email that i sent to the lady supervisor.

Please help...

    Hello All,

    This mail is in regards to take the legal action against the Fashion and You website. I have purchased Seagte Expansion 3.5" 1TB External from this site bearing the Order # 925095. The cost of this product was 3,601/- rupees, I have redeemed my invite friend credit amount of Rupees 700/- and made a payment of 2,951/- Rupees (rupees 50 extra for Cash on Delivery).

    The product picture shown in the website was different from the product that I have received from the Fashion and You team was totally different. In their website they have shown the portable HDD and whereas when received it was very huge not at all portable. I have spoken to the concerned Department and agreed to return the product as I was not at all satisfied with it.

    I have spoken to one of the member relative executive named Pavithra from Fashion and You, and told her the problem and then she has initiated the return the product. I have asked her clearly that who will bear the return courier charges, she has replied back to me saying we will pay you back the amount, I have very clearly asked her “Generally how much would be this courier charges”, then she has replied back will generally pay around 150/- Rupees per Kilo Gram. She told me that once they receive the product they will pay me back by Store Credit.

    I was alright with all the terms and conditions and I have spent Rupees 700/- to Blue Dart courier to return this product. I have also sent the scanned copies of these courier documents to this lady Pavithra and informed her accordingly through email. Later I have received in the store credit only Rupees 3201/- from Fashion and You, instead of receiving Rupees 3,651/- that I have spent (2951+700 courier charges) I have received very less amount. When I have asked this lady Pavithra she replied back to me stating that we only pay back 150 rupees per kilo gram on the returned products, when I have asked her you haven’t specified this line neither in the return document or in any of the return policies, she told me that I have told might be you have missed it.

    If they are paying me only 150 per kilo gram why do they need the scanned copies of the courier that I have sent the product back and this line was neither quoted to me at all nor explained to me. When I have raised the same she told me that I will get back to you in another 30 or 60 minutes, and now it has been 4days and I haven’t received any reply from this on this issue at all.

    Now here I haven’t got the right product, in return I had to spend my time in returning the product and by over paying them 400 rupees more. I am in total loss by buying this product from this site. If this the way they are going to do business with people and saying “CUSTOMERS ARE OUR KINGS” they really don’t care about customer relation at all only bothered about the money.

    This way they have cheated and have done big fraud in this consumer business, I have all the documents and pictures pertaining to this order and all the proofs that proves I am correct on my point. They have given me the mental stress for this totally and completely.

    This is the most disgusting experience I have faced in my online shopping experience. I humbly request all stop shopping with this site, and please someone help me to take the required legal actions against this site.

      Hello Sir,

      I had placed an order on Fashion and you for some clothing and they have still not delivered it upon multiple phone calls to their customer care. The order was placed about 4 weeks back and their delivery team has not taken any action even after me placeing repetitive complaints with them.

      This has been happening for all the orders that i have placed with them recently.

      I feel they are cheating people of their money.
      Request you to please take appropriate action on them.

        Hi,

        I ordered 4 items of clothing from fashion and you site on 16th October 2011 ( 4 Adidas t-shirts under express saledelivery) for a total charge of 3045 INR with order number 949806 . On October 17th I got an update that the order was shipped. My emotions turned from pleasure to ire when I found that only 2 of the items were shipped as opposed to express sale and all of them to be shipped together. On 19th October when I followed up with tracking, the courier was delivered to a different address and a person. I immediately called them to rectify the same. I spoke to some person called Kranti who offered to fix the issue and all i got was FNU numbers 763459 and 763467. I was asked to callback after 48 hours.

        I promptly did on 22nd October 2011. Imagine my consternation when I was told that no request was processed. I asked to speak to a supervisor. She gave me the bad news that the third t-shirt of the 4 ordered was also unavailable and offered to speeden the process. She asked me to be patient and requested for another 48 hours. She went on about how the delivery department is not hers and that she will send a request for the refund of the 3rd tshirt. I had FNU numbers 763459 and 774707

        Again "I" had to follow up after 72 hours on 25th October 2011 . When I did, the customer support representative was terrible. She did not understand english or worse - did not want to. Finally I switched to Hindi and she was able to respond better. She added to the above bad news that the 4th tshirt was also unavailable and would process a refund. She told the refund would take until atleast Tuesday 1st November which is ridiculous as when I paid the bill, the amount was debited from my account immediatly. She additionally processed FNU numbers 787230 and 787471.780791.This time I was totally appalled at the abysmal service and lack of interest in fixing the issues which "I" had to endure not because of my faults. All I got was we have raised a request and sent to this department and that department.Please understand our protocols - blah blah... I am curious if Fashion and You would agree if I offerred to pay in part.

        Now all I have are extra phone calls of putting up with a crappy customer service, no t-shirts, out of my hard earned 3045 INR and an added phone call bill.

        The worse thing is something similar has happened to two of my other colleagues - incorrect part delivery - twice and refusal to accept return) .

        Hoping for a quick refund of my entire bill at the earliest.

        I agree with you about the customer service and delivery. They even give you fake stuff. I just got one and they won't even refund. Imagine my condition I've spent 2000 Rs. for a fake watch.

          I think FNY is holding a campaign these days to bust the complains of innocent customers by posting convincing fake comments. I also observed at theiir site that they keep on displaying the same old stuff that they could not sell in the past. They just renew the face of the link and eveything inside is the same old story which indicates that they are real cheats. So, if a person is careful enough and observes such thieves before investing even a rupee, he/she can save his/her hard earned money. Good luck friends. Don't let these absurds absorb you money just like that. keep up posting the complains!!!

            I placed two orders (No. 899726 placed on 29/9/2011 and 900799 placed on 30/9/2011). These orders never delivered to me so far. After queries (cost me a handful amount) I was being told that Courier returned back with remark that no service area. I lived in Aligarh and all major courier companies operate here. It was a strange sort of thing. Fashion and you people told me that they would resend the parcels. After few days the second parcel was sent through Blue Dart, but to my surprise the product was delivered to somebody in Bangalore. On my query it was mentioned that they would inquire about it. As far as first order was concerned Fashion and you said that it would not be delivered. I am asking the refund but I am not getting the favourable response.
            I spent a sum of money in making calls and nothing is coming out.
            It is my advise do not indulge in business with this kind of company.

              I placed an order on fashionand you on 15th Sept'2011 for Rs. 845 ( Rs. 745 + shipping charges). I was informed that the delivery will be made within 3-4 weeks of the purchase.

              I called up on their helpline no.[protected] to check the status on 5th Oct, when I was informed that the dispatch would take another one week. I called again to check on 11th Oct & I was informed that the dispatch would be made within 72 hours.

              When I checked again today i.e on 14th Oct, I was informed that the product was not available & the order has been cancelled.

              I wasn't informed at any stange about the non-availability of the product. Why was the product put on sale when it wasn't available? Plus the money was paid in advance & it kept resting with the fashionandyou company for almost 1 month with false promises that the product would be delivered.

              Now they said that it would take another 72 hours to credit the money back to the account.

              Although the amount in question is small, but if this is how the company operates, it's causing trouble to the consumers who have faith in this system.

                Hello Sir,

                My Name is Hema Sapasetty and I have purchased a Blackberry 8830 phone from Fashion and you website. I had 1000 credit points in my account and this phone was costing me Rs. 3,999/- and after redeeming the credit amount the mobile costed me 2,999+100 shipping charges total cost was Rs. 3,099/- and I paid this amount through my Citi bank debit card account online.

                The product was promised to ship within 48hrs and delivered to me by another 7 business days. i made the purchase on 25-Sep-2011 and when I paid online it gave me a Order number: 879557, however it was not shown in the order history of Fashion and you website in my account. I raised a complaint and they have solved this issue on 28-Sep-2011.

                And today I am raising this concern to you as expecting some help from your end, from that day till now the product was not delivered to me till now. I have called them several times and they only say one quote that "we are following up with the dispatch team and we are not aware of the updates please give us 3 business days to solve this issue". Today is 14-Oct-2011 and the product is not yet shipped from their place.

                I am sick and tired to call them to listen to the same reason and answer. I seriously hate this but I have seriously lost my hope to get this product and I have already lost my money on to it.

                I have all the documents and all the proof on this product purchase, I can provide this to you at any point.

                Please look into this issue and do the needful.

                  i want to tell about a website named fashion and you which is doing business on large scales from last 2 years,. and do not have any TIN no. yet, which is required for collecting VAT or CST. secondly it is collecting CST at a false rate. CST is 2% and it collects at 5.25%. as it deals with lakhs of people daily, please pay attention if this website is doing fraud to the people and the government.
                  please do inform me even if my intention is wrong., or tell me another place to complaint about it. i will send the copy of invoice it issues to people and which is the proof that it collects CST/VAT wrongly.

                    I have been charged for 3 transactions on 22nd September 2011, by the online shopping website Fashionandyou.com. Although i am a registered member, these transactions are not done by me. I am based in Mumbai and the company in Gurgaon so i cannot go personally to their office. Despite repeated phonecalls they only keep saying that they will revert in 72 hours but its close to a week since the incident and i have got no solution or even a simple revert from them

                      Sequence of Events with Fashion and You and their claims:

                      Clock ordered - Payment made. (24 Sep 11)
                      Clock never received - Till date (9 oct 11)
                      When called and with fashion and you- their response is Clock was shipped by courier company.(30 Sep 11)
                      When asked for courier company name and reference number - They say its their own courier company.(30 Sep 11)
                      Then later they say, courier came back as no-one was available at home. I live in a gated community, where nobody is allowed to go to homes and all courier packages are
                      collected at gate and the security guards are present 24 hours. (1 oct 11)
                      Now when I tell them this, they say, The address I gave doesn't exist in Gurgaon. By this time, I came to know this is a scam running and when googled about them, there were
                      thousands of complaints. (4 oct 11)
                      Now when I called again, they said, they will cancel the order and refund my 445 back to the payment mode by which I made the payment and to wait for 72 hours.(4 Oct 11)
                      After 72 hours, money never showed up. (8 Oct 11)
                      When called again, now they say, they cannot refund my money, until the clock is returned back to them. In the first place, a clock was never delivered.(9 oct 11)
                      Email to fashionandyou and copying Gurgaon Commissioner of Police (9 oct 11)
                      Official complaint with Bank and also CCAvenues for facilitating this transaction (9 oct 11)
                      Now there is a regret email telling sorry for inconvenience from their courier partner.. - hahahahaha... What a bunch of lies...(9 Oct 11)

                      Looking forward to other victims to reach out to Gurgaon commissioner of Police and bring these scamsters to justice. Police force in INDIA is good nowadays and we can be assured of Justice. Joint commissoner of Police Mr. Alok Mittal IPS has worked in cybercrimecell in the past and I m sure he will help bring justice to us.

                        i m imran i purchased a product from fashionandyou.com 1 month ago since then i m not able to access my account to track my order several times i have called them lots of mail have been sent to the support and to the ceo of the company also. but where is she, she is no where in ur support how could these category of animal come into service business, she does not have sense to respond to her customer.
                        Please guys do not go for Fashion and you as there is no body to support you.

                        Big Time Scamsters are this fashionandyou. They dont deliver product, despicable customerservice and they loot your money. I m a victim myself and trying my level best to get my money and also spread the word about these scamsters, so others dont have to go through what I m going through now. All those innocent victims who are reading this, please write an email complaint to gurgaon commissioner of police, also raise an alert with your bank of any fraud by them.                           Finally, the order of my missing napkin rings has come for which i have already paid Rs. 200 against order number 787461. for the same my complaint is still active. the person came to deliver my napkin rings asked for 200 rs again to receive the order as the status on the order invoice was mentioned something "Cash on delivery" term sent along with this order.

                          Thus, I really want to know what is happening at your end Fashion and You team. when some consumer complaints against your poor services then your people kept calling us and telling us that "Please take the complaint back and all" . Why?

                          Really, one fine example of pity full service and moreover, the person came to deliver the order started shouting and demanding for money. there were 3 Officers were standing at my door during that particular interval when all this happened. i was telling him to wait for a moment while i was on the call with one of your with customer care executives and was talking to him regarding the same. you can review the complaint number: 719680 submitted within time.

                          it is your headache to get my order delivered at my door for which i have already paid.

                          If any action not being initiated than i have to raise the level because I am FED up of your poor service! No more shopping with you people, have had enough! hope my pipeline orders will get delivered to me safely within time.

                          Fashion and You- So called online company dealing in trendy & antique level good seems a torture to the people, who like to get indulge in online shopping. I have placed an order for an antique gramophone and for a dinning table set consisting of six items. i was shocked to open the shipped order as there were only 5 items instead of six and the invoice was prepared for six item as i was charged with a payment of Rs. 1300/-. Rs. 200/- was added to the invoice, whereas the product called Napkin Rings was not enclosed in the shipped order. Same happened A DAY AGO when i reviewed the gramophone package as it was consisting of only two parts and rest of the physical parts were missing. I was charged with rs 3000/- for this incomplete order.

                          I have called them several times, every time their HIGHLY TRAINED CUSTOMER CARE justifies " we will dispatch the pending good within 72 hours or the undelivered stuff is still awaited from the manufacturer. I must say, THESE PEOPLE ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL WITH POOR QUALITY CHECK & DELIVERY DEPARTMENT.

                          Finally, I have received the support from Fashion and You Customer Support Department and the return procedure of my order no: 820090 is initiated and my Napkin Rings for order no: 787461 are on the way (As i informed by the concerned team). I have came across a vendor dealing in old Gramphones. So i have purchased the remaining parts of this antique from him and informed the official as well regarding the same. Hoping to receive my remaining itme of Napkin rings as soon as possible.

                          A customer, no matter whether he/ she is potential or not, always seek for such quick support, when some product is being ordered online.

                            Fashion and You is the most unreliable, unethical, unresponsive and fradulent company of the internet age whose staff is useless and unhelpful.

                            This is a part of the chain of 20-30 emails that I have sent them.

                            To the Fashion and you senior team,

                            This is my FINAL email to you guys before I send this set of trail mail to http://www.consumercourt.in/ and the police. What you guys did with me is sheer misleading the customer to buy from you guys. First off, please check that the consumer court website is filled with fashionandyou complaints.

                            I bought a product online your website on the 8th of September 2011. It was a stand mixer with an ice cream maker attachment. I spoke to your representatives Kranti and Rajni and verified about the product. They assured me I would get this product and so I ordered it from you even thought a friend offered to get it for me from the US while she was traveling there. I refused her and ordered it with you guys since I was getting an earlier delivery.

                            Around the 22nd of September you guys delivered a product and it is a wrong product. A Small kenwood Ice cream machine. This I already have and did not order it. I am attaching screen shots of the product that I booked and the product you have sent me.
                            Now, you guys accept that it is your fault and are telling me to return the product and you will refund me the money but this is completely unacceptable because I want to correct product that I ordered shipped to me. What about the loss that I have incurred? I refused my friend to get it for me.

                            Also, I'd like to point out that during this past month I have regularly called up your support helpline because nobody and I mean NOBODY from fashionandyou calls back even though I have provided many alternate phone numbers. Very bad customer service.

                            I have spoken to Shilpi mathur so many times and requested a call back and resolution but she has never called back.

                            Today I spoke to Nitin Sharma and Hamid Singh and I have requested Mr. Hamid Singh to forward this email to Ms. Vandana Chetia who I've been told is the support head and also forward it to the VP.

                            I want this issue resolved asap and I want the product I ordered. Trust me, I will take the extra effort to report this matter.

                            and still there is no resolution, no call backs and just automated emails.


                            HORRIBLE. I will be taking this matter up with the court and consumer protection agencies.

                              I ordered two Bulgari perfumes from fashion and you and there was absolutely no fragrance in them. After having used these products before I can definitely say that they are either expired or fake. When I wrote to them they refused to do anything about it. After multiple calls to customer care and complaining to them, they finally agreed to test the product and they asked me to return it. But now they are saying that if it passes their "quality" test then they will send it back to me. My order numbers are 740875 and 771354. I am completely disappointed. Lets see what happens.

                                    Please do not even bother looking at Fashion and You web site, they are a complete frauds! They delivered a shoe (Carlton) which took them some time and the show was delivered to me on 3rd September 2011. Since, it was raining heavily, I did not use them until yesterday, ie; 13th September 2011. I walked in my office at 09:45AM and noticed that the heels of both the shoes have begun to crack I immediately called the support line and they informed me that they will not be able to do anything about this sicne, their policy is to return any deffective material within 72 hours of recieving the shipment....it's a funny policy, just because they have taken their money now they are shying away from accepting the truth that they are delivering deffective pieces!

                                    These people should be taken to task and I believe our conventional method of shopping is the best way, at least the shop keepers do accept if the product is bad or deffective.

                                    Sincere advice to all, PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM FASHIONANDYOU.COM. You will definately be cheated and robbed.

                                      Order number 743097. Watch is either fake or a damaged piece. As brands like playboy have rarely damaged peices passed thru their Quality check. Watch is defintly a fake one.Number 6 was displaced from its original place. Above all whatever watch i have recieved doesnot look like what i had ordered.

                                      My honest suggestion don't get fooled by fashion and you. They sell fake products,which you can get in metros at dirt cheap price(such as a Rolex watch @ Rs500)

                                      what inconviniece you are taking about? Product seems to be absolutly fake!! Genuienity has been validated by a leading watch retail store in my city ...who has told that these kind of watches are available @ Rs 500 in Metro cities...and if you buy in bulk it costs even more!!!
                                      Its my misfortune that i had already ordered one more watch...it will also be fake...i had thought to gift it to someone...now i am very much sure that i am never going to do any business transaction with fashion and you, and same i would like to suggest other people who do online shopping!

                                        Hi Sir/ Mdam,

                                        I am a victim of Fashion and you online shopping website who are making a fool of people in the world of ecommerce. Only because of such unscruplous people we are loosing trust in eCommerce.

                                        I have ordered few items from there website in the month of may.And i received a confirmation mail for the order and they debited money from my account at the same time.And according to the confirmation mail my order would be delivered in next 3-4 weeks max. but it never happened.So when i called them up and after my repeated mails i get to know that my order has been cancelled and they put an excuse that there was some technical fault but if there was a technical fault while ordering why did they debited money and sent me the Order confirmation mail.
                                        And even if actualy there was a technical fault dont they bear the responisibilty to inform the customer of the same??
                                        And again after my repaeted calls they generated a order refund number and told me that we will refund the money in next 2 days but its now two months my money(INR 796) has not been refunded to me.

                                        Kindly help me out in the same. I am attaching the last mail i received on 10th July from them.

                                        Order Number 1231498..after reading the reviews now m scared whether u r going to refund it or not cuz i have placed so many orders through fashion n u.. trusting this website ..m still awaiting my pending orders n after readings customers reviews m really scared now ..i placed order through 99 labels, yebhi, ngalorignals n flipkart all of these sites have delivered my order well in tym so thats why i trusted fashion n u nd placed prepaid orders :
