Here is a story of the worse e consumer service provider 'Fashion and you'. Inspite of making so making calls, they dont give a to consumer issues. I have posted a request to return non working electronic product on 26/02 and i have got no response from them. All the time FNU calls me assure me something will happen and next instance I get call from courier company Stating "Sir is the package ready? .. whats the weight? and whats the shipping (how do i know the shipping as if I doing it for my friend)?"

They dont confirm what happened next...Just keep calling them and they will take you so casual as if another victim added to thr list part of plan.

Everyone in the planet do ever buy from Fashion and you...

    I have had the most disgusting experience with Fashion & You. I placed 2 orders for shoes 1 for women (catwalk) and 1 for men (blue kites). Both products delivered in Jan 2011 were different from the original order place - 1 incorrect shoe size & 1 incorrect pattern. I called them atleast a dozen times for getting the product replaced or the cash refunded but the only answer i ever got was it will be done in 72 hours. Its been over 2 monthsn ow but there has been no response from them. The most unprofessional company I have ever come across as every time we have called their customer support in Delhi the people attending the call (read - Joy, Priyanka, Abhishek, Tarun) have been extremely rude and un co-operative. None of our calls were ever passed to the managers as apparently the managers are not authorized to address the consumers complains. No body has taken responsibility of the situation. the e-mail id provided by them to send pictures of the incorrect product does not work. Every time we called we got an answer saying that our company will get in touch with you in the next 2-3 hours which obviously never happened. the last effort i made was around 10 days back where an apparent floor manager Tarun (he did not reveal his full name despite repeated requests) assured that the problem will be sorted and that he will personally call us back (again this did not happen)

    I have given up any hopes of hearing back from them but I wanted to make people aware of this absolutely unprofessional company. People should be aware of what they are getting into since it's an online portal and you cannot catch hold of anybody there

    If anyone from the company is reading this complain then please take the pains of getting to know the background of this order (173064 & 218038) and find out how your people dealth with this.

    Women clothing — Wrong products delivered

    Had detailed online chat with the company official and then placed the order for women's clothing. The amount was paid upfront using PAYPAL and the dresses were expected to be delivered within 20 days max using Fedex. Around 2 weeks later, when I was requesting the tracking number, this organization does not respond to my phones or e mails. I get an e mail several days later that my courier was wrongly shipped to an UK address instead of my address in Canada.

    Ignoring the delay, I was thrilled to receive the Fedex tracking number a few days later. But the courier brought in wrong products. While one dress was the correct colour, it was smaller in size. The other dress was correct in size but wrong in the colour chosen.

    Sitting several thousand miles away from Bangalore, am I helpless to get cheated by such unprofessional people.
    I do agree with you, they did the same with me as well. Not executive the return process.

      You sould not provide for you number on such public portals. You may stop getting SMS's from fashionandyou but a lot others will start. I would suggest you to activate DND (Do Not Disturb) service on your mobile. That will take care of such unsolicited messages from any company. I think that will resolve your problem.
      Almost all the organisations today use marketing SMS's as an effective marketing tool. In my opinion you should not get all worked up just because of these SMS's. You can avoid these and other such SMS's by activating DND services on your mobile phone. I am sure that will solve your problem.

      Dear Shaswat, I'm planning to do something serious about this, and teach them a lesson. I have sent them more than 10 mails requesting them to do so, but no action from their end. I will need your help. We can file a case against them.

      Fashion and You — getting sms

      I have subscribed to a online shopping website fashion and you,soon after that i have started getiing messages every day,now its is 2-3 sms every day ,i have requested to stop the sms , they tols me to write to customer support , i did that so ,nothing happened, after that they ask me to give my mobile number on facebook,and assured me that sms will stop in 72 hours ,its been 10 days since than, nothing has happened ,than i get to know about other people who are also complaining for the same for past 2 months.

      I want to know if anything can be done for the same.

        ORDER # 229239
        FNU Products and Team, are now defining one of the worst items and service orientation techniques so that customers let go return and refunds. I strongly convey this message to the one who is planning to buy from FNU - please dont put valuable money in lake. I have informed by friends using facebook and other social networking sites and will you believe? I have 42 comments, 19 likes where 8 of friends have already bought something and agree that that they have committed suicide ... ALL are unhappy somehow. I am in urge of legal action discussing further with my lawyer. Guyz let me know if you need any help, we can go together to find solution for our issues.

          I am really confused here by your complaint. How can you have paid Rs. 14780/- if you did not order the product? If you say you have made a payment, then you must have ordered the product. No one will be able to help you unless you provide specific details like your consumer ID or the order number of the product that you have received.

          Fashion And You.com — non delivery of the order

          I have stuff through online portal , and they promised to deliver it within 3-4 weeks . Months have passed by and havent heard from them . They dont reply to emails and there call centre guys just keep on telling stories . . everytime I call them they say stuffs gonna be delivered in 72 hrs. They neither cancel it nor dispatch it . .

          Fashion And You.com — Non delivery of products ordered and paid for

          My name is Aruna. I have shopped on the website fashionandyou.com. The maximum timescale for the delivery of products as specified on their website is 3-4 weeks.

          I have placed 18 orders (61 items) till date, and only 4 of these orders (10 items) have been dispatched/delivered. I have 14 orders (51 items) that are pending. 6 of these orders are now way past the 4 week delivery promise. I have called the “customer service” centre atleast 10 to 12 times since 11th April, only to be told that my orders will be dispatched in 24 to 72 hours time. Many such 24 hours have come and gone since. I was promised a call back on 18th April, that I never received. I was told the a supervisor from there will call me on 20th April, but that call never came as well. I was put on hold for 29 mins because I asked to speak with the supervisor/manager. I disconnected the call because this is an STD call and the rep that put me on hold never returned even after 29 mins. I really don’t know what to do or who to seek help from. They promise to investigate and call back, but never do. And these several STD calls that I am having to make are not helping me either. I have had an absolute ‘nightmare’ of a service (or the lack of that) from the customer service dept to say the least. I am in desperate need of some help from some one that knows what is going on with my orders. I am writing to you not knowing where else to look for help. My orders are worth over 50k.

            I had ordered a D&G WATCH Dark Knight on 13/11/2010.
            My ORDER NO. is 107764.
            Delivered in end of November.

            The product delivered is defected. The time goes back within a span of few days of wearing it.
            I had called up their helpline to convey the above but one of the assistants told me to go to Emporio Mall, Vasant Kunj.
            He said that there is a D&G store there and they have the invoice of the watch.
            They will repair or replace it. I went there and it came as a surprise to me that there is no D&G store in Delhi at all.
            I called up the help line there and then and spoke to 3 different assistants. They told me to go home and look on the net for a D&G service center in Delhi.
            Well, there is none! THERE IS NO D&G SERVICE CENTER IN INDIA!!

            I've been calling up the support line since the past 4 months regarding the same issue but still in vain.
            Three days back, one of the assistants named Rajni told me that there was NO RECORD of the complaints made by me.
            I am very angry about all this now. She told me to write a mail. I did write one. I wrote the whole story one more time. The next day i got a reply that please visit the D&G service center with the invoice. I replied back saying that there is NONE!!!!!!!!

            Again, i tried once more and dialed their helpline. Told the story again. I was kept on hold for 20 mins. I asked the assistant to forward the call to his manager. He din't. They said that the watch was delivered a long time back and now nothing can be done by their side. Well, my question is that if you do not listen to the complaints made since so long then the watch is bound to get older. Yet again I've been asked to call up tomorrow and they will give me the details of the D&G service centre. I'M SURE NOTHING WILL HAPPEN! BECAUSE THERE IS NO SERVICE CENTER!!!

            I have been shopping with fashionandyou.com for quiet a while now, and I must say I have never faced any situation like this before. The products have to pass a very strict quality inspection before being shipped by fashionandyou.com. So there are no chances that the product was damaged at the time of shipping. I would advice you to contact D&G helpline to seek help in servicing of our watch.

              I ordered on fashionandyou.com an ice chopper (my luck - should have read all feedback here), ORDER # 229239. It was delivered in a very bad condition; the product was in a huge box almost 3 times of actual product size hence the packing was almost ruined completely. The delivery address was my office address and I was in a meeting else 'd never accepted the product in a worse manner.

              Next, thank god nothing happened to the base product packet/box. Otherwise they would have claimed I did it.

              Even worse when I unpacked the product at home, IT WAS NOT WORKING. So I first opted to read whole User Manual to understand whats wrong with the product but of no use. I opted for FNU online Contact US form to post what I'd faced but as part of their awesome service oriented part they NEVER RESPONDED TO ME.

              So I used live Return option on 26/02/2011 and system stated that FNU will step up collection facility from delivery address WITHIN 72 HOURS (3-4 days) but its been 17 DAYS and I have called FNU for Numerous times. NOTHING HAPPENED.

              FNU - You have the worse service I have faced so far in my life. Inspite of offering so many products you should concentrate on your management and ability to deliver and provide services to your customer.

              TO EVERYONE: NO MATTER AFTER SOME FEW AGES FNU COLLECT'S THIS PRODUCT FROM ME BUT WHAT AFTER THAT? - WILL THEY RETURN MY MONEY OR NOT OR somehow yes, then FINALLY WHEN?.

              **** I just called them and allowed 3 more working days to resolve this.

              FashionAndYou.com — order not processed

              Placed an order on fashionandyou.com and was promised by the automated email that it will be delivered within 4 weeks after the order is placed. its been 6 weeks now since the order is placed but till date no response emailed the customer care serveral time but in vain as no reply is provided. tried there online live chat but all in vain. tried there phone line but no one answer the phone even after holding it for 30 mins.

              the order number is 22114 and 22098. order was placed on 07/07/2010.

              kindly get in touch with them and rectify the complain.
              I had ordered a "STYLE AND HOME - 5 PCS COOKWARE SET" (order no. 112804) from fashionandyou.com, they sent me a damaged item. I asked for a return of the full amount which has not been addressed for over a month now. All i get is an automated response with a ticket number LTK[protected]X. Terrible support, terrible service. I'd request all of you to stay away from dealing with this website.
              I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com for a long time now but never had such a problem with the ordering system? Sometimes the systems can be down so you can not communicate with the customer care personnel, but the emails always get answered. Are you sure you are sending your queries to a correct e-mail id? I have always had a wonderful experience while shopping at fashionforyou.com and some of my friends also joined the site.

              @ Team Fashion and You: Yes finally, he was trying to make a point that no one was available on the address at the time when courier person came earlier twice so just to clarify it's my office address and no matter its Dipawali, X-MAS, Pongal. Eid etc someone will be thr for sure and without fail.

              I got the call from Customer Care on 15/03 and your executive assured me that courier person will come early 16/03 positively (now yesterday, expected on 16th) but no one turned up till now...

              You have anything to say now?
              Guyz, I should tell you that on 15/03 I have been asked that someone will finally come to collect the product and all what I need to do is take tracking number and send to [protected]@fashionandyou so that they can process refund.

              On 18/03 @ 2 PM got a call from blue dart asking is the package ready or not.. And I said - since LONG YES IT IS READY MAM. So cuz of last clain from FashionandYou that courier person is unable to identify my address I confirmed the lady from blue dart - Are you aware of my address? She replied Yes sir thats quite famous, no problem.
              Again I got a call from FNU in evening that courier person is unable to find pickup point (oh come on guyz you dont have lie, its not a veg market).
              Most interesting part - Someone called me @ 7 PM (what a timing to collect something) I still managed to provide the product to the pickup person, but he is not ready to give me any receipt or tracking number. ha ha ha ha ha ha ha. (expecting the same on 1 April - april fool). Tell me audience is thr any process established in FNU or not? as they where asking me send the tracking number or moreover what proof I have to show that I have sent the product?
              I have got the calls thrice form courier company. Now they are asking me where to ship the package :). Courier person so confuse stating I cant pick the package until unles I am not sure about the ship address. How funny? bless her...
              FNU:you should have strong association with ONE courier team, it seems like you are changing a lot of courier companies just to save money based on the price of deliver.

              Worst Service till date. Now follow ups. No confirmations. No Orientation. When I can call for 20 od times why dont you call me once asking is it proceed further or not... All what you know is to sell and promote using you sucking SMS's and emails. In between a heart/key winner thing is missing in your process that is SERVICE.
              Another day ... No calls. This space is like my daily diary now...
              So nearly about to month, nothing has happened till date.

              FNU: Slept well as always? huh

                Hi,

                I want to file a complaint against 'Fashion and You' online shopping website. I placed an online order for 11 different items on Jan-26-2011. It was cash on delivery of Rs. 5038.00. On 11th Feb-2011 I got several calls from Bluedart courier company that they have my order of COD Rs. 5038.00 and they will deliver it in the afternoon and they asked me to keep Rs. 5038.00 ready. When Bluedart delivered the package it was the very big box wrapped up with huge packing. I gave them Rs. 5038.00 on 11-Feb-2011 and the delivery boys left after taking the money from me. When I opened the box there was only 4 small items worth Rs. 44 in the box. 'Fashion and You' company didn't dispatch other 7 big items and took the whole amount from me. Now its more a month chasing with Fashion and you and Bluedart but nobody is refunding my money.
                Bluedart is saying that they were asked to collect Rs. 5038.00 from me and have given the money to 'Fashion and You' and 'Fashion and You' is keep telling me that they will issue the refund cheque within 72 hours and its more than a month I haven't received the cheque. I just called 'Fashion and You' and this is my atleast 10-12 times I have called them and still they haven't issued the cheque. They keep passing phone from one customer exe.                 This has grown into a deep frustration about 'Fashion and You' company and I am really pissed off with their attitude. They are only interested in taking your money. They have no database, no record no processes and still they are doing business and ripping off people like me.
                If they didn't have the rest of 7 items they could have called me and I might have cancelled the whole order. However they never called and never informed me that they have only dispatched only 4 items worth of Rs. 44 and taken money for the full items.

                Please do something about this company 'Fashion and You' and my order.

                  There was no mention that the product would be refurbished or Used. When I called the customer care of the deelaer mentioned on the bill, they give no response. I want my money back. I require a brand new handset not a Refurbished one. I verified with so many mobile dealers in mumbai and they say that the handset is Used.

                  Never heard a worst ranting than this. I am a regular shopper at fashionandyou.com and I refuse to believe you in this case. My brother received the same phone, Blackberry Storm 9530, from fashionandyou.com two days back. The phone is in mint condition and is not refurbished. Fashionandyou.com conducts a thorough quality check on all their products before shipping. These are some really serious and allegations.
                  The phone's steel finish has become black. Do i consider this as a BB fault?

                  i ordered a phone from fashion and you website and i received it in some weeks
                  the phone's IMEI number is not same as it is on the box
                  trackball light is not working and had some 3rd party softwares already installed

                    Fashion and you's flawed service has ensured on two separate occasions that:
                    a) I did not get the products I ordered for, and
                    b) The corresponding refund requests for both these orders are not processed.

                    On 1st December 2010, they delivered to me a perfume that I did not order for. Towards this, they said that they'd process a refund cheque 'at the earliest'. Almost 100 days later, I still have not received it. On 2 previous phone calls(2 weeks back), I had been assured that on both occasions, that the cheque had been shipped out and was with Blue Dart couriers(the courier service which delivered the stuff to me). Today, on a call with them for this order(130419), when I asked them to check the status, they actually said that the AWB no (or the Blue Dart tracking number for the cheque) that they themselves have for the cheque is incorrect and so can not provide it to me. Basically, they themselves do not have any shipping number for my so called 'shipped out cheque'. Also, to note is that on 24 Feb, they had assured a call back from Blue Dart within 2 working days which never happened.

                    Later, for order 200402, they did not deliver a T-Shirt to me which they were supposed to, though I paid them. A similar story here too, where I was supposed to have received a refund for this about 10 days back. But today, on my 3rd phone call with them for the same, they again said that they are putting in a 'priority basis refund clearing' request (or something to have it processed in 2 days). IOne cannot begin to imagine how bad their internal systems should be, if TWO "PRIORITY" requests has already been sent for the same refund already, and nothing has still been done about it.

                    The pathetic service is actually funny at times, when they expect that people will blindly believe them always, that the same request will be handled time and again on a 'priority basis'.

                    The concern is not about how big/small the amounts are. It is just over the lackluster service that they provide, how they wrongly refuse to hand back an amount that is not theirs and how they blatantly disregard all advertised/proclaimed guidelines mentioned on their websites for return/delivery timelines.

                    Further, I'd also like to point out that:
                    a) I have kept logs of the time the calls were made, the people I spoke to, etc.
                    b) While fashionandyou might claim to have millions of satisfied customers, all 4 out 4 of my friends who have also used fashionandyou have faced many issues(resolved and unresolved) too.

                    I would like everyone to know that within a few hours of posting on this forum (this seems my last resort), I got an effective(unlike previous other calls) phone call from fashionandyou. Ever since, my issues were speedily resolved. My 4-5 previous phone calls and emails/online posts at their site had prompted no action from their side- just hollow promises. Now, it has been resolved and I have received both my cheques. My complaints stand addressed and closed.
                    Even im facing a similar issue with order no280662.. they have refund me the amt since the items weren't available, but have not refunded my 1000/- gift voucher.. 2 different customer reps told me diff things..
                    1 fellow tells me tat the shipment has been done..n later wen i asked him to check again he apologized n said tat they will refund the coupon in 72 hours..so i waited..its been over 10 days since then and i guess their 72hours is also not yet over..right now i was on the phone ( 19th april 2011 11:25am) and the call rep tells me they have refunded the amount..so i checked my account n then i see that hes givin me the detail of the coupon that i received from my frnds 1st purchase..
                    so i told him wat the hell is goin on..then he suddenly says tat the systems r not workin n to call after 20 min..im kinda fed up..

                    I've never had any issue before..they have delivered my products on time and without any hassles but this order for somehow is totally screwed up..n since then my other purchases have also gone haywire..i really want a contact no. of some manager for fashion and you..and not their stupid contact no.[protected]

                      I placed an Order for Blackberry Storm 9530 on 12th Feb on Fashionandyou.com.Order # 237369. They promised to deliver the product within 3-4 weeks, but they didnt deliver. After 4 weeks, on 7th March, they called me and said that we dont have the product. They kept misguiding me for a month and now they are saying that they dont have the product. I have emails from their support team saying that product is undergoing Quality check and will be delivered soon. Please help me in this case.                         I think you should control your emotions and be a little discreet on consumer complaint sites like these. Such ranting may result into admin removing your complaint, which is obviously not your aim. Speaking of fashionandyou.com, I am a fellow shopper from this site, and I will have to disagree with you on the customer service issue. According to me their customer support system is improving, given my few recent encounters with them. There are many issues involved in refunding of money, and it surely takes up some time. Are you sure you were not refunded in the form of store credit? Because in that case you will not received a cheque or something. Whatever your complaint, I am sure it will be settled by fashionandyou.com.

                          I had purchased a whole lot of products on fashion and you on the 26th of January 2011. The order went through with loads of issues, I only came to know that my order was successful when I got this credit card alert that they had swiped my card. Initially none of my purchases were listed in the order history at Fashion & You. This was resolved by Ms. Deepika, only after my multiple calls & emails to Fashion & You.

                          Now My Order is over due & we have crossed over a months time with fashion and you, but I haven't yet heard from anyone at fashion and you on my products delivery. I have been trying to call them & get the status but no one seems to be helping, but instead want me to call up & follow-up. They promised me to have a manager call me & update on the status but still now not heard from their manager too.

                          What kind of service does Fashion & You give?

That way, you will be able to avoid other telecom spam messages. Just go to google and type your "mobile operator's name" and "DND" and you will receive all the information. That means they have scrupulously fooled us (by sending wrong code) to subscribe with their stuff, which I dont want.

                            Almost all the organizations today use marketing SMS's as an effective marketing tool. In my opinion you should not get all worked up just because of these SMS's. You can avoid these and other such SMS's by activating DND services on your mobile phone. I am sure that will solve your problem.

                            FashionAndYou — daily receiving offers sms

                            Daily I am receiving unwanted offers sms from www.fashionandyou.com site. I communicated with their customer care but they are just making wrong promises; just saying issue will get resolve in 48 hours or sometime says will resolve in 72 hours. It requested them to solve this issue on 25 Feb 2011 but it has not been resolved. I have complete mails chain which I have sent and with their reply. Please resolve this as soon as possible as this irritates me during my office hours. I have received the request number(Case:33647) which you will need for further communication.
                            FASHION AND YOU HAS NO WAY WHERE IN ONE CAN OPT FOR STOPPING THEIR IRRITATING MSGS. EVEN AFTER WRITING SEVERAL MAILS TO THEM, THEY ARE SO DAMN STUBBORN THAT THEY ARE NOT READY TO STOP THE MSGS. I HAVE ACTIVATED DND ON MY NUMBER, STILL I RECEIVE SMSs. THEY NEED TO LEARN A LESSON.

                              i had purchased a voucher from deals and you for doing online shopping at fashion and you. on 14th feb.2011 i went to the site and choose the products worth rs3,600(approx.) and then checkout by paying inr 2,500 by voucher and rest of the amount by credit card. so i was doing payment by credit card but then i thought to pay by cash on delivery. so i came back by back button. but the order was automatically cancelled, but my voucher was redeemed. so i was not able to place next order by that voucher. then i called their customer care and told them about the thing. so, one of the executive told me that it was due to a technical fault and your voucher will be credited to your account by 72 hrs. but i told her that my voucher expiry date is 15th feb 2011. but she told me that its was due to technical fault so, it will be extended. so on 14th night when i checked my mail , there i saw a mail of the company saying that your voucher will be credited within an hours time.but i waited for a long time. but it was not credited. then i tried on 15th evening .the amount was reflecting in my account but i was unable to redeem it. then at the same time i mailed them about the issue. and next day morning i called them up and asked then about the issue, then they told me that your voucher has been expired and we cant help it out.and they told that it was due to some fault but now we cannot reissue the voucher. i called them several times and asked the executives to transfer the call to their managers but they didnt respond properly.and told that we are not allowed to transfer the call to the seniors/managers. and badly responded to me.

                              FashionAndYou.com — Voucher cannot be redeemed

                              I have purchased coupons from dealsandyou.com which I can reedem on fashionandyou.com worth of 2500 rs.

                              Now on fashionandyou.com I am not able to find any place where I can reedem this coupons.Customer support is horrible , not picking phone till 20 mins.Mails no reply.Once I got chance to connect through call and that guy told me its a technical fault and call back but still no call.Today again I call and same answer , will call back.

                              Please help me to get my money back.

                              This is day robbery.I never thought this kind of worst service in my dreams.

                              I don't know why this kind of people are in business.

                              Are you the same ? or a different similar ? or just a fake guy from other company posti ng false complaints against fashionandyou.com?
                              I am sending an e-mail to the administrator of this forum indicating the similarities between these two complaints. I hope he removes this "fake" complaint.
                              Online ordering process is not as simple as the normal face to face transactions, dude. You cant go n say "ye pahta note badal ke do". The softwares are built on specific company policies. You cant just undo things at will, reinstate e-vouchers and stuff like that as there are many factors that can cause data inconsistency. So I would advice you to calm down and talk to the fashionandyou.com officials again and see if they can help you out in any other manner, maybe by store credit.

                                Respected Sir / madam,
                                Fashion And You is an online shopping site.I shopped on this site on d.t.d 19/10/2010 with order number 81768 amount paid Rs 1837 for two shoes of size 7 as its my Bata shoes size and before confirming the order after confirming my doubts that is that Indian size because I have doubt that executive lady said yes its a Indian shoes size don't worry u can confirm the order i asked this thing 4 to 5 times after satisfied i confirm my order.When i got my parcel the size is bigger from my foot size then I caaled to the concern department and they told me returned it back after that or can say on that day onwards i am waiting for my check they are not accepting there mistake and putting all on customer(me).And also forcing me to take the store credits.They are not cooperating me properly every time when ever i am calling i am getting different answer and wasted my money on phone 500ruppes(std) and at he end they say take store credit.I am calling them from past 4 months and still not get any positive response accept store credit I have spent money on calls to know the status because they don't have any responsibility and i am mentally sick torture a alot
                                I asked them to call your senior person online they say sorry we are not allowed to transfer or call them they harassed me mentally a lot nobody taking seriously my complain.
                                I sent 1 mail to him here is is ---
                                I am very upset with FASHION AND YOU, your company is not reliable at all not trustable, liar and cheater. After placing the order i got my order after 2 month from the date of order dated 19/10/2010 and rec my order after and half month after complaining and call no response i received that mam we will call you for the same or someone call you and tell you the status but as usual no response lie every time.When i placed my order or confirm my order on phone i asked b4 confirm the order that this 7 size is according to Indian size because my foot size is 40 and given the order and after confirm from your executive but when i got the parcel after a month its a very bigger in size so i called to your call center and a have word to Mr.Ashish Kaushal he guided me that courier person will come in 7 working days and give you a call before collecting the parcel and if we have the stock in the we will revert you back your give your money back, courier person came on Saturday and took the parcel.But after that being a responsibility of your side i have not receive and call or mail.Today i call to your customer Miss Aman Sharma she is not understanding my problem at all and not rectify my problem i told her that please transfer the call to your Sr. person or team leader i want to talk to your senior person but she said not possible there is no tr answerable so i can't and she said we will give you check of rupees 1500/- 200 shipping charge which is already included on delivery but instead of 100 rupees shipping charge you are charging 200 for what i mean you cheated your customer instead of putting the status of you FASHION AND YOU your company don't brother to the customer and spoiling reputation i don't feel to recommend your site for shopping because if you don't taking care of customer and make part of family its very disappointing.
                                Miss Aman sharma told me the senior will give a call to evening so i am waiting positive response.

                                @Simran: We tried contacting you for your issue, but there was no response from your side. We would like to inform you that the shoe size differs from brand to brand. The size which was ordered by you, we delivered the same. As per our return policy, we do accept the return for footwears and provide the store credit for the product minus Rs100 (shipping charge).As we do not keep the invetory of the products, we cannot replace the same. We cannot refund your money by cheque.

                                We have forwarded the request to the concern department to process your store credit. Your store credit will be reflected in your shopping account in next 24 hours. The store credit will be valid for 3 months.

                                  FashionandYou are one of the many mushrooming internet shopping fraud dot com Companies in India. I received just my first order in time. After that from the second purchase I had to wait for more than 2 months for the orders to be delievered meanwhile had to go on calling these people. The cusomer service is worst, they dont reply to mails and you have to wait for almost 45 mins to get through them if you call up. And then they give some brainless excuse on why it got delayed.

                                  When for two orders they were taking more than two months time to deliver I asked them to cancel it incase they cant deliver. They cancelled it but did not refund me the money yet. I have called them number of times and mailed them more than 100 times but did not receive any reply. The order number is 82075 and I have lost around 2K on this.

                                  Government should introduce more consumer friendly rules so that this type of Cheat companies do not flourish on people's hard earned money. This type of companies should be closed immediately and the owners shud be jailed for chating people on such large scale.

                                  Please write an email complaint to gurgaon commissioner of police. Also raise an fraud alert with your bank and CCavenues is facilitating this scam and helping loot innocent customers. Write a complaint to them as well. Fashionandyou.com seems to be ripping off thousands of innocent customers. There are numerous complaints all over google and facebook.

I had ordered a Parsi work Phulkari Cotton Suit from Fashion And You ( online ) for Rs. 2050/-. Payment was done online through Credit card. My order was confirmed on mail dtd. 26th Nov' 2010. I recd a mail from Fashion And You stating that my order was despatched on 10th dec' 10 wide Blue dart courier AWB no. [protected]. I tried to track the courier but found that this AWB no. does not exist. It was fake no. I later called up several times on the customer care landline no.[protected]. But no one responded to my complaint. I later sent many mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com but all the time i receive a standard format mail. I requested for refund too. But none of them are bothered to neither answer nor deliver the order. Request your help as i am ok if either with the order or with refund.

                                      I am registered with fashionandyou.com with girish.st.[protected]@gmail.com. I ordered one bracelet from the SHANTANU AND NIKHIL luxury sale having order # 191487 on 15th Jan, 2011. When I called your Customer Care on 30th Jan, I came to know that this product has already been dispatched from your end on 25th Jan. I should have got the product by 28th Jan max. I haven’t got the product as yet and othere order(having order no 210262) hasn't been dispatched from your site. It was supposed to be delivered in 7 days.

                                      I talked to Vanshika(Customer Executive in Fashionandyou.com) on 30th Jan regarding that and asked her the luxury Lounge No which was given on the product page on that time. She said that she doesn’t have that number right now but promised to call me(she took my number) back after sometime to give me the luxury Lounge Number. But even that didn’t happen.

                                      Secondly your courier partner PANCITY is of no use. What’s the point of courier when you cant track it. You people take 100 bucks for shipping, in that amount you people could have easily tied up with reputed courier companies like blue dart, dtdc or atleast firstflight. If that you do with luxury lounge than I cant even imagine what will be the condition of regular sales.
                                      The details that I am getting from your site are(or the only details that you would get, I should rather say)

                                      If it was supposed to be delivered in this fashion then why wasn’t the details of the same was mentioned on your site.
                                      This is a clear cut case of cheating and fraud and wastage of valuable time and energy of the consumer.

                                      Kindly respond soon or I will have to escalate the issue to the consumer forum.
                                      I want my products to be delivered within 24 hours and that too not by Pancity(use bluedart, dtdc or firstflight atleast) so that i can track the order.

                                      I guess you dont need any reason. You guys are literally fraud. The shipment number of blue dart that you people have given me is showing wrong on the blue dart site. Regarding that i tried to contact with your customer care(I had a talk with Vanshika again) this time worst thing happened, she disconnected my phone. Again when i called you people, this time some Representative told me that you have dispatched my courier on 2nd, and it will take 7 more days to reach me. I dont know whether you people know this thing or not that blue dart gives 3 days guarantee for all india delivery.


                                      regarding order # 210262 she said that it will take 5 days to dispatch this product, as the product is not upto the mark. My suggestion to you guys is stop giving excuses. You could do that quality check before put that thing on sale. It will be better for you guys and customers also.

                                      I am gonna wait for one more day i.e till 5th Feb, after that i will take the help of akosha(http://www.akosha.com/consumer-complaints-start) to legally file against you FRAUDS.

                                      trust me you should take care of the shortcomings before the epidemic breaks out. I havent received any phone call regarding this from your site, and that's really frustating.

                                        I recieved the order number 185297 Item:CARLTON LONDON FOOTWEAR - Nasturtium in damaged condition.It is a shoe and the leather was worn off and torn alont the soe soles. I dropped them a mail withing 48 hours of delivery but since then i have not heard from them and neither have i been able to get intouch with the support exective. I have shopped before and so far the experience has been nothing but pleasurable but this issue is throwing me off the track.
                                        I have not been contacted by the Courier company-DTDC or any one so i could return the material.
