dear sir/madam,
i ordered Carlton London Wedge sandals from fashionandyou.com, order number 2081455, case 313871 worth 1449.00Rs. on 29th june. They sent me faulty Sandals, and as per their rules and regulations i registered a complaint and dispatched the faulty product within 10days of their registering the complaint. Firstly they told me that they have not received any package from my side, and created a mess for almost a week. after resolving that issue, they promised to resolve everything within 72hrs on 29th july (after a month of purchase of the product). and after that they sent the cheque at my billing address without informing me by mail or call (when all the products were being delivered and return address was my shipping address) and its not even mentioned on their website that they will send any refunds on the billing address as of now and didnt even mentioned or informed me about that. after logging another complaint that i still haven't received the cheque and its been more than a month that i am spending my money on calls and wasting so much of my precious time, they still refuse to return it to my address, instead they told me to follow a lot of procedures for which i dont have time. i chose Online Shopping only to save time, but this online webstore is just a fraud and they are making a fool of their customer by delivering faulty products and not applying by their terms and conditions themselves.
After spending long minutes of calls and patience my problem is not resolved, and hereby i am asking for your help to teach fashionandyou a lesson and help consumers from not getting cheated like i did.
