Hi,
I have buy a product from online shoping site fashion and you.order #2386737. I placed this order in the month of 09/14/2012 and this site give us assurane of getting the product in 4-5 weeks from the date of order. Today is 25th of october and still i have not got my product inspite of 4-5 complain to their team.can you please help me to get my product as earliest as possible.

    i did a online purchase from fashionandyou.com and paid with credit card RS 7500. The details of purchase for order no 2355556 as follows

    2355556 07/09/2012 Carlton London Ballet Shoes 1 499.00
    2355556 07/09/2012 Resham Work Lehenga 1 6,999.00

    The lehanga they sent was completely damaged ans the shoe was bigger in size.
    After complaining they agreed to refund me for lehanga and a credit money for shoes. I agreed and courier them back the items with their company courier service pickup on 9th october

    Now i am calling customer care repeatedly but they say they have not received my goods still so can refund my money. I am worried as its a lot of money and with fashionandyou's bad reputation on refunds will i ever get the refund. Attaching some photos of damage lehanga sent to me.

    I recommend no one should ever buy from this site.products are not what the look in the pictures. all cheap quality damage products are sold here.thats why they give it in discount as in retail shops such things will not be sold in discounts also...

    if needed i can put the communication mails with fashionand you also.

      I had ordered a perfume from fashion and you on 21st sep 2012 and today is 16th oct and I haven't received it yet. They promised to deliver with in3 to 4 weeks and we are in 4th week after purchase date and the status still shows to be dispatched.

      When I called the customer service like a parrot he kept repeating his well rehearsed script that a complain has been raised and I will have to wait for 72 hours. This is a total fraud and I would not have bothered about the product if I had not made the advance purchase. I mostly do COD but paid in advance here god knows why. I am really regretting buying from them and feel they are just cheating customers by taking their money and not delivering in return.

      Please take actions against them.

      Fashion and You — Product not delivered and Refund not received

      I orderd a Bvlgari perfume from Fashion and you on 12th May 2011, I didnt recevie any information regarding the product, I called at their Customer Care Service on 06th june to know the Status, However I was told that the order is no longer available with us, I was forced to cancel the order, Which I did.
      After that I was Promised that I will receive my money back into my Credit card with in 72 hours, But i am still waiting for my refund.
      It was an awful expereince with fashion and you.& pathetic Customer Service
      Case a file aginst these .

      I had ordered an denim on fashion and you on express shipping and the order no is 1217472 on 20/12/11
      When enquirer about them twice they said that they are in touch with the supplier and soon it will be delivered and after a weeks time they are informing that the product is not available .
      When they are not having the product why do they put the online sale and also promise to ship it in 24hrs
      Why do they make false promise
      This is been an second time disappointment with fashion and you for me

      My order no[protected] has not been delivered on time . I want you to credit the amount back to my account . I have used a voucher against this order hence reimburse the voucher amount also. The voucher was not promotional voucher it was hard earned.

          Fashion and you, please try and not atleast CHEAT your customers. You show jazzy sunglasses with big brands attached, but in reality that all is a SHAM.

          My order number 2407306, what was shown on the website was Harley Davidson glasses, very clean and good looking. What I get in hand, cheap plastic material based glasses, with even the plastic coating is eroded at places. When you call them and tell that you are not satisfied, they'll say we can replace only when there is a defect. Customer is crying out loud there is a total defect in the expectations you set by showing fake pictures, but all goes on deaf ears.

              it has been more than 40 days that i ordered one 3/4th tights red coloured from fahionandyou with order number 2377639,,initially i had to struggle alot to get my order delivered and now when i received it, to my shock its white in colour instead of red with a small size than i ordered and when i asked them about the replacement procedure they are not giving satisfactory answers and instead just giving me reference number of my query each time i ask them for...really guys dont go for purchase from fashionandyou,,, it has converted as a nightmare to me!!!

                I ordered a kurti from Fashion and you site. for around 3 weeks the status of the order was to be dispatched and suddenly wen i checked one day the status was changed to cancelled without any notification. i then myself inquired by calling there customer support number which is not a toll free that what happened with the order. their reply was mam we are sorry as the kurti is out of stock. i was shocked on hearing this to which they added that we are crediting 270 points against the order into my account with which you can shop again.the total cost of kurti was 499 INR for which they refunded only 270 rs telling i have used a gift voucher so we cant refund the rest money . they are fooling their customers by first cancelling their orders then not even refunding the full amount for the same.on top of that the kind of response you get from customer support associates is vulnerable. I want a serious action to be taken against this site i:e FASHION AND YOU.I want full justice .Please let me know the procedure that needs to be done to take action against this site.

                  I purchased a pair of shoes from Fashion and You, and when i received thee products it stated size 38 but was bigger than size 41 also. So i called and asked for a replacement for thee same for which i was told there is no replacement policy and I can at max return thee product. I was OK withe that also as i had no option. I had called on 15the September 2012 regarding return of thee product and till date no return pick has been done and again n again I have to call them for thee same. Finally they have told me they can pick thee product on[protected] only not before that and post that after they receive thee product and post 48 hrs they will give their store credits and not a REFUND for thee same, in short you have to forcefully buy something from their useless and fraud website as you don't have any options left.............. USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE & FRAUD SIZES AS WELL.

                    My first experience with Fashionandyou has turned out to be nightmare, I ordered for 2 things one kilkari dress for my baby- frankly speaking the way it looks on net and they it is is far more different, its made out of some cheap tissue material which I would only care to give to beggers on roadside.

                    Another mistake I bought Classapart Diva Dress worth RS 899 and trust me it was completely waste, the size mentioned with the specs for XL and actual Size of XL delivered to me was far more different.
                    It was some junkie from roadside, the print was faded, size miss-match and what not.

                    I asked for a pick-up they said they can’t have a pick-up done from Mumbai as they are based out of Gurgaon, I returned it on my own courier cost I got those 899 back credited to my account.

                    TRICK STARTS HERE- To redeem those 899 I tried shopping for some stuffs worth 798 which still leave me with balance of 101 but they were asking for extra shipping charges of Rs100, I asked customer care guys to adjust shipping cost with the balance I have of 101.

                    Being adamant on policies they have not adjusted the amount to shipping- I am not asking for any favor from you guys its just to adjust my money which is there with you for shipping the stuff to me.

                    After 2 hours of conversation with all those customer care guys I wish to have complete refund back to my account I don’t want to buy anything from you guys, I want my money back that’s it!!!!

                      My Complaint is I bought one Printed Kurti on Online Shopping and found defect and returned back , From Customer Care I was informed that I would be getting maximum of Rs 150 Courier Charges. My Courier Charge is Rs 120, but I was credited with amount Rs. 30 Only, When I called they are saying return policy is Rs 150/Kg, but there is no slab rates stated anywhere in the link. I lost my 90 Rupees in this transaction.

                      I am not surprised of so many complaints about this portal which is really causing the ecom based on trust failing, we really dont want these burglars to mix up with the high quality online shopping portal with their second hand, poor quality products, worlds most pathetic customer service and false promises on the website around easy refunds etc..
                      I plan to take some action and go to newspaper publishing an article about such online portals and make buyers aware. I URGE YOU to join me with writing to me with your specific 'bad experiences'.

                      I have used there services quite a few times and always been dissatisfied but its time now that I do something about it as they are not refunding my money of the product that returned nor they are replying emails, looks no one is bothered, no management, no ceo or whatsoever looking in the quality of services.

                        I placed an order for 2 kurtis and a saree online on Fashionandyou.com and paid the full amount through credit card. Order ID on Fashionandyou.com is 2279264The 2 kurtis were delivered first to me. And, after a week saree was delivered. I ordered for rust color saree but, a black color one was delivered. When complained to the support, they say I need to take the photograph of the saree and email them so that they can confirm that I am speaking truth and I am not color-blind. When argued on this point stating that it is the mistake on their part of delivering the wrong color product they need to do the investigation at their end in the warehouse or their store as to which color saree was delivered. Later, they agreed and now they say that they have arranged for the pick-up on Aug 31 and I need to return the saree. After a week, my amount will be credited back to the card.

                        Again, when the mistake is theirs and when I have paid in advance, I would like to have my money back first and I will arrange for the return of the product. Every time, I have called the support and contacted them. Support staff is not at all bothered to contact the customer. I am not sure if Fashionandyou.com will make the refund immediately as soon as they receive the saree back.

                          on 16/08/2012 i made a payment for lehnga which i was trying to purchase from fashionandyou.com while doing payment i recived a message that 6999 rupees has been deducted from my account but fashionandyou.com showed me unsuccessful transaction and cancelled my order they told me to contact bank .....i contact the bank also but they didnt help me they are telling me that they have transferred the money to the merchant so consult the merchant but merchant is refussing to accept that they got the money so i request you to help me......order detail are as below

                            I PLACED AN ORDER ON 14TH JULY AND IT WAS DISPATCHED ON 31ST JULY WHICH WAS INTIMATED TO ME THROUGH AN EMAIL. I WAITED FOR NEXT 7 WORKING DAYS IN WHICH I WAS SUPPOSED TO RECEIVE MY ORDER BUT IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO ME. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT THEY LODGED A COMPLAINT AND A COMPLAINT NUMBER WAS ISSUED TO ME WHICH IS 2151872 AND WAS ASKED TO ME TO WAIT FOR NEXT 72 HOURS. I WAITED FOR THIS PERIOD TOO AND THEN AGAIN CONTACTED THEY SAID TO ME THAT ONLY ONE OF MY ARTICLE WAS DISPATCHED AND THE OTHER WAS NOT ALTHOUGH BY MISTAKE INVOICE WAS CREATED FOR BOTH. THEY AGAIN MADE ME THE ASSURANCE THAT THE ARTICLE WOULD REACH TO ME NEXT DAY. BUT IT WAS NOT DELIVERED TO ME THEN I AGAIN CONTACTED THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT AFTER KEEPING ME ON LONG HOLD THEY AGAIN LODGED A COMPLAINT WHOSE NUMBER IS 2159860. THEY ARE JUST WORKING IN ORDER TO HARASS PEOPLE, THE MOST DISASTEROUS EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. IN THE MEANWHILE THE STATUS OF MY ORDER IN LOGIN PAGE AT THEIR WEBSITE HAS TURNED TO RECIEVED ALTHOUGH IT NEVER REACHED TO ME. THE SITE IS SURELY A FRAUD AND APPROPRIATE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN AGAINST THEM TO PREVENT ANY FURTHER FRAUDS..

                              I placed an order in fashionandyou website one week before. But the transaction went out to be unsuccessful. The order status came as cancelled. However my account get debited with amount 1998/-. When I followed up with the support team they ask me to provide screenshot of my bank statement to serve as proof of my account got debited against fashionandyou. I sent mail with the screenshot and got a reply that there is no attachment in my mail. I checked my sent mail. It was showing the mail with attachment. Still I resent another mail with attachment. To my wonder this time I again got the same reply that they are not able to see any attachment. When I called to their support number and explained the same the support person suggested me to resend the mail again. I did the same and got the same reply that no attachment. This is now happening from last one week, me sending and resending mail and getting the same reply as if its an auto generated reply set for me. Please help in this regard. these people are keeping their ads everywhere and making common man getting into their trap and loosing their hard earned money.

                              My name is Deepika sridhar . I am a member at fashionandyou.com .Today , i.e.[protected] , there was a flat 80% off sale today for select items. But the website was too slow. and the customer care executive there acknowledged the same. I wasted 3 hours of my time sitting and shopping there , in-spite of very slow response , the order got cancelled two times. And there was no mistake from my side or my bank side(debit card transaction) . I WASTED my time sitting and trying to shop and in the end the sale itself closed . If they were closing the sale, then I want justice for the time i have spent . I am attaching the snapshots of the failed transactions. If the transactions got cancelled , then its their problem , not mine. I want the products that i have ordered. And also , the customer care executives never transferred the call to their supervisor , they just put me on hold indefinitely. I want you to take action on them , they think they can do as their whim wishes.

                                dear sir/madam,

                                i ordered Carlton London Wedge sandals from fashionandyou.com, order number 2081455, case 313871 worth 1449.00Rs. on 29th june. They sent me faulty Sandals, and as per their rules and regulations i registered a complaint and dispatched the faulty product within 10days of their registering the complaint. Firstly they told me that they have not received any package from my side, and created a mess for almost a week. after resolving that issue, they promised to resolve everything within 72hrs on 29th july (after a month of purchase of the product). and after that they sent the cheque at my billing address without informing me by mail or call (when all the products were being delivered and return address was my shipping address) and its not even mentioned on their website that they will send any refunds on the billing address as of now and didnt even mentioned or informed me about that. after logging another complaint that i still haven't received the cheque and its been more than a month that i am spending my money on calls and wasting so much of my precious time, they still refuse to return it to my address, instead they told me to follow a lot of procedures for which i dont have time. i chose Online Shopping only to save time, but this online webstore is just a fraud and they are making a fool of their customer by delivering faulty products and not applying by their terms and conditions themselves.
                                After spending long minutes of calls and patience my problem is not resolved, and hereby i am asking for your help to teach fashionandyou a lesson and help consumers from not getting cheated like i did.

                                i had ordered some products from this site on 21st march but there were sizing issues so i returned the products and asked for a cash refund but they gave me store credits inspite of assuring me that my money would be credited to my bank account.So to use the store credits I ordered another product on 18th of april but this too turned out to be of extremely poor quality so i returned the product and since then I have been trying to get a refund from them but they are just telling me that my refund will be processed within the next few days.this has been going on for the last one and a half months at least.the amount which has to be refunded is Rs4499.I hope you can help to resolve this issue.

                                    I had made a purchase using debit card payment with order no: 2045664 on 21/06/2012. The product was not delivered. I had to cll in 8 times to register complaints. I didnt receive any response about the complaints. Thet kept on giving me 72hrs ETA after which i didnt even receive any response even via mail. I was suppposed to get a proof of delivery which was also not received. Now when i called, they put me on hold for 10 min and disconnected the call. The service is really bad and there is no credibility to the site.this is the second time im facing difficulty with the product delivery. I request the concerned person to take stringent action on the site owners or managers.

                                      I have been shopping online from Fashion and you over 1 year.My experience was good till now.I returned 2 products order no.1860203 and order no. 1853425 at 24 of May(1.199,00R and 999,00R)
                                      Before I send this products I call customer service and send email to notify them.After one month I call to see why they didnt give me refund.First they clame they didnt recived any notification from my side that I am returning this products.I send old email in witch I inform them about return.Then they claime they recived only one product.But I send this products in same parcel!?!After my response they claime they didnt received anything.Then I call my courier company and they provide me with delivery form which was sign 26 Of May when they admit my parcel.Again I email everything to them and I call them.Still nothing!2 months past since they recived my parcel.I call,send lots of emails and have promises but nothing.I want my money back.This site is a big fraud!!!

                                        I have purchased a banarsi silk sari in pink color from fashionandyou.com vide order no. 2064434 [Case:307263], they sent me a sari which is not banarsi and color is also not pink. Also the stuff is not silk. Then on 11.07.2012 i requested for reverse pick up but there is no reverse pick from their side. i had sent several emails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com, but there is no reverse pick up call from their side.
