I had ordered Tresmode Shoe of Rs. 1384/- and an eye color pencil of Rs 320 from FashionAndYou.com on the 22nd Sept, 2010. These were delivered to me through Aramex courier on 23rd October, 2010 (Shipment number [protected]). The shoe size did not fit unlike expected. Hence, I called up FashionAndYou on the next day to get it picked up. Since then for the next 3 months, I called their customer support several times and also sent them many reminder mails but only a system generated acknowledgment of receipt of mail comes. I did not receive any call from courier to pick up my order even though the customer service people replied once or twice that they are following up with the courier company to get the item picked up.

Finally on 5th January, 2010 they replied back with the address of their warehouse. I promptly couriered the item to their warehouse using BlueDart (Waybill No : [protected]) which was delivered to them on 12th January, 2010. The customer support person even confirmed the receipt of the item.


Since then I have been calling their customer service daily and everytime they say that the amount will be refunded to me by store credit withing 24 hours and sometimes 72 hours. Its more than a week now and no action has been taken.

As you can see, I have been continuously harassed by FashionAndYou for the past 4 months and am still fighting to get my hard earned money back for the product which I have returned to them.

I have copy of all the email communication and the call recordings which I had with the customer service representatives in case you need it as an evidence/reference for this case.

I have been shopping at fashionandyou.com since a long time and haven’t heard of such a ridiculous complaint. This kind of situation is very unlikely to happen. I am sure there was some mistake with the couriers or something. My shopping experience with fashionandyou.com has been wonderful and after I recommended the site to my friends, they have also joined the site and are really happy with the service. I think you should not turn your back on a good shopping opportunity just because of one bad experience. Give them one more try and I am sure they wont let you down. Happy shopping!
@Aliya_M: You can yourself search this website for all the complaints lodged against FashionAndYou. I am sure 100s of customers like me are not posting their complaints just for the sake of fun!

Have you ever thought why this company doesn't even reveal its office address on its website? All genuine online stores in India today reveal all possible contact information and even have online chat facitlity to hear to the customer's grievances.

Thanks FashionandYou Support for replying so so "early" to my complaint. To let rest of the world know, here is what happened after I got the store credit from them:

1. I purchased Medivial Serving Dish (Rs. 825) and Time To Express Love Clock (Rs. 843) using the store credit and also paid Rs 100 for the shipping charges.

2. The product was shipped in time by FashionAndYou and to be utter surprise and shock, I only found the "Time To Express Love Clock" product in the parcel. There was not even a single communication from this company mentioning that they had send only 1 product. They had charged shipping charges for both the products in the order together!

3. Again the same sequence of customer harassment followed. For 1 month I kept calling and writing to them to get the money credit for product not shipped by them. At last, they only credited the product price of Rs 825 only to my account. However, They did not credit me the shipping charges for the unshipped item. :(

4. Next I used the store credit to order two items and again had to pay Rs 100 as shipping charges. It looked as if they had invented the new tactics of not shipping the items and then earning the profit from the shipping charges taken from the customer.

5. After all the tension and hassle, I finally received the two items and then vowed that I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP FROM FASHIONANDYOU.COM AGAIN.

I have kept my promise till date :) I HATE FASHIONANDYOU.COM
All those of you who have been cheated in the past by this crazy website, Please write an email complaint to gurgaon commissioner of police. Please encourage everyone whom you know who have been cheated to do the same. More the complaints, its better for the victims to recoup the money. Also raise an fraud alert with your bank and CCavenues is facilitating this scam and helping loot innocent customers. Write a complaint to them as well. Fashionandyou.com seems to be ripping off thousands of innocent customers. There are numerous complaints all over google and facebook.I m a victim too.

    NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED
    I WOULD LIKE TO OFFICIALLY LODGE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THE DELHI-BASED ONLINE STORE 'FASHIONANDYOU.COM'.

    I have ordered for Garden Saree(order No 69360 from fashionandyou.com on 4th oct 2010. Its almost 4 months now and I have not received my order yet. No one at customer care even reply to your mails or even picks the calls.They give wrong shipment numbers and name of non existing courier services saying that my order has been dispatched but I have not received any shipment yet.
    This is my most disappointing experience in online shopping.

    same has been my experience..I don't understand why the government doesn't take any action agains such fraudsters..they are playing with people's hard-earned money..
    If it says -To Be Dispatched', that usually means that the vendor has to dispatch it to the Fashion and You warehouse.

    When the items status says- In transit' it means that the item is on its way to your house :-)

        I wish to launch a complaint against the online shopping site Fashion And You.

        I had placed an order worth INR 8,669.00 with FashionandYou for Hustler lingerie. My order number was 175450 that got cancelled due to their server problem. However, before the server went down, the money had already been deducted from my husband's Citibank credit card.

        It has been more than a week now but the money has not been reversed. I received an email informing me about the unsuccessful transaction (email Reference number: LTK[protected]X). Despite my repeated mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com, asking further action on reversal of funds deducted by Fashion And You for an unsuccessful transaction, I have not received a single reply.

        I place the complaint here and if I do not receive a reply from them within a day or so, we plan to launch a complaint against FashionAndYou with Citibank for a fraud transaction.

          even i am facing same problem, and they are not answering

          I had ordered a Vishudha Kurta form the website of value 525 (after delivery) which was duplicated four times and I was sent total 5 kurtas same colour same design, for a long time i didn't even know about the duplicate orders as i was not expecting it, when i came to know, i kept calling the customer care wasting my bucks on being hold and there was no response except my time wastage, now they say that i had to complain within 7 days, I am cheated here, i don;t know i it is their technical fault that they can cut cash money from my a/c for an order which i did not place or not, but i really feel cheated on this online shopping in which i had a big faith.

          Secondly, they could not deliver a wrist watch ordered by me on the same address where they deliver almost 4 products in a month. The courier company is same and it always comes to my college to deliver the products, but mine was missed always. When I talked Fashion and you about this. first it was said to be seen, later they said that they can not reset the delivery and yet again I am at great emotional loss for not being able to give the gift to my friend on time.

          I got one Lomani perfume from fashionandyou.com at 40% discount.
          But at first sight it looks different from the original which I bought from UK.
          To my surprise it didnt last more than 2-3 hrs. Later I wasnt able to feel the fragrance at all.

          So please don't buy anything from fashionandyou.com. They are cheating people.

          F&U is selling fake duplicate adidas, w and other brands products... i ordered 3-4 sleepers ... earlier they used to send real ones but now when the are established in the market dey are selling duplicate products. very bad worst quality... you can see the quality difference by checking the showrooms. do not buy anythin from F&U, also there delivery takes more than a month plus shipping charges uffffff... i have started hating F&U...

            I have a concern, Im a member with F&Y since july'10. Since my 1st order im facing problem. I took it easy and ordered again but the last products which i got were a part of the order, I wrote to them twice but no reply. Later on again i ordered and they showed few of my ordered products in transit with the long digit transaction id ([protected]) and ([protected]) which no courier service in India has. Its been more than 2 months now that i have ordered and still i havent got them. I checked with Bluedart with the transaction id. This is what they said. There contact number has changed and when tried calling the new number, it says please check the number u dialed. The new number is +[protected] which is wrong. They never reply to mails. And they don't have the products with them and they just put it up. Let me know what can be done

            I will never recomend F&Y to any of my well wishers and friends and i will let all my friends who have an account with F&Y not to buy anymore products. This is such a useless site i have ever gone through.

            I have been shopping on fashionandyou.com for a long time now and my experience has been very satisfactory. I never faced a problem with delivery or the products. Some of my friends also joined F&Y on my recommendation and I never heard from any of them about such problems. I love shopping on fashionandyou.com and enjoy the fabulous deals they offer. I am sure the communication problem is just a temporary technical glitch and will go away. My advise to you is that you shouldn't miss out on a great shopping experience and great deals on fashionandyou.com just because of some small issues.
            I guess this Aliya_M is from fashionandyou.com itself, whose work is to write good things and try to consolidate the things in complaints...
            You are right... Fashionandyou.com is a fraud company... it never will reply to any of your mail...
            Ofcourse Aliya_M is a Bi**** from that Fraud site. I have also lost more than 2K. My order was cancelled but money not refunded. Govt should take action and ban this kind of Fraud sites and arrest the responsible people. Will pray to God that Aliya_M should write his/her next review from jail

              I'm here not to complain about Fashion and You but to share my good experiences with fashion and you.
              I have been shopping from this site many times. I have never faced any problem as whenever i came up with any problem the support team has always helped me out and resolved my issues.

              Once i had a sizing issue with one of my product, i was worried that what i would be doing with it. I called up customer care many times and finally when i was connected with the team member i was instructed very nicely for the procedure of the return. I felt good after talking to the representative.
              When the pick-up was arranged withing a weeks time i got the exchange and i was really pleased to have the correct size.

              In that FNU should limit there job within delhi (cuz they have thr head office in delhi), they cant afford to do business outside. After referring FNU to my friends I feel really feel bad cuz most of them are facing critical issues.

              Yes thats true Fashinandyou is doing this for all mobile no. They are sending so many sms and mails that I am frustrated and want to stop all these immediately. I have given so many complains and also done unsubscribe in their website but nothing happens. Only everyday that are giving some automated mails that your complain will be resolved within 72 hours. But that 72 hours has never finished.

                Well , To Begin with my order number is 101051 (LTK[protected]X).
                I Ordered 3 Products from fashion and you on 4th Nov 2010, It was to Deliver on 4 Dec2010...but i got no response then a wrote a mail to FnY team i got d response that my ...one of d purchase has not yet came from brand ..i waited then again i wrote a mail ...asking 4 date of delivery of order ......no response ....then i called them .....on this number[protected]...i was kept in Que..for 1 hr ...but no response ......then other day i tried again on same number same thing repeated .......then i wrote a mail .......NO Response on reap-ted follow up .......still no order delivered........Lesson Learned
                1) Never trust a site like Fashion and you .....Fraudulent site
                2) Always check there customer care service is good enough if they dnt reply to ur mails nd p calls tht proves they are fraud........
                3) Never refer to a friend u will loose Ur goodwill ........as my one of my frnd got a dried up mascara.......to whom i sent a invite to f & u
                4) Thanks to law consumer courts are there

                Fashion and You — Incomplete order and no response from them

                I ordered Order No 67422 (which is for Remanika Top and revolving spice containers)

                I ordered 2 things 1 remania top and spice container for INR 901/- and got only remanika TOP. Spice conatiner is missing out of it....

                2nd I need the number of courier person who deliver your goods at Shalimar Bagh As he took 1901/-(1000/- more) Cash from my mother and is non resposive now

                Myself Arunraj Dhariwal, An Internet Enter-pruner I Myself have been suffering from Some Issues with FNY but still at some stage i beleive that they have been trying real hard to prove this Unique Concept of Retailing High Fashion International brands at very low prices, We step in to big showrooms we buy products at Full prices at most of the times, we are satisfied, here i bought Goods with an total value of Over a Lac of Rupees, i am sure i have saved around 30-40 Thousands as i compared my purchases.

                At some point if we calculate these sufferings total to Rs. 3-4 K in commercial value but FNY delivered us Worth over 50K so i somehow feel that servicing over 5 million user base and processing more then a lac of Orders in just past 2-3 months itself is not an easy task, its very well possible and expected to face issues as every person is this organization is a human being.

                Also here on this complaint Website we see a few not over an hundred complaints for FNY try looking at The Social Website Facebook where you can see a whopping 5 Lac+ people who like FNY. I agree at times individual experiences may differ, but we cant state anyone or judge anyone as Fraud or Cheat without studying everything.

                Further this company recently got an Venture Investment from Sequoia Capital, India which is an VC investment company of an value Equal to 8 Million USD (Approx 35 Crore Rupees) Now such big Investments by Giants like Sequoia are not made into Fraudulent and Cheat Companies.

                I am not favoring FNY but trust me they are really working hard with issues, further now as company is enjoying this big capital it will surely invest in Expansion as Well as Customer Servicing and Improving things at their end.

                Mr. Bahl who is the Chairman of this Company is a Big Visionary who earlier Promoted Big Online Ventures and is Very Instrumental in overall Development of the Company. Same is the Profile of Co-Founder Pearl Uppal.

                Myself Raised Over 10-15 Mails for My Order No 57618 Dated 16/09/2010 POKER - Heritage Folding Chess 30X30 Which Trust me Was my Second order Out of Total 20 Orders on This Website. I Received all remaining 19 Orders but not this one, They attempted to Deliver it but it failed, Due to a Software Error at the Company which i believe is there as they have a problem mainly in case if you are keeping Shipping and Billing address diffrent (In case you want to Gift it to someone) there System Swaps the Names of Billing and Shipping Persons and keeps the Address same Eg. Billing is Mr. Arun and Sadar Area as Address in City Nagpur and Shipping is Mr. Rahul in Cantt Area of Varanasi he Will Make MR. Arun, Cantt Area, Varanasi. and Vice Versa, In This case there are problems even to the courier company.

                I think company should work on this though i reported this error a few times but i guess it did not reach the right person.

                All parcels i receive the have this problems, every single parcel hid the name of the Shipper in place of the name of the Receiver.

                Further i have not received the product with respect to above stated order no.yet neither i received my money. May be i get it someday.

                Also my Friend got Order No. 57082 Carlton London Shoes, which were mis sized, they asked her to Return the same she did after some mess with their local courier partner (Blue Dart) it was again not easy process to return them, even though she updated all the details of Courier to FNY she is still waiting for Size changed Boots or Refund.

                Well if we see to these things closely these are orders which are more then 3-4 months old, as seen from their order number, currently order numbers are somewhere near 145000, and i am not facing any new issues, but yes my old problems are not being solved.

                I think they will work on these small issues to overcome this problem, as their company will rise a lot.

                BUT FNY SHOULD REALLY INVEST TIME AND MONEY TO IMPROVE CSD (Customer Service Delivery) For A Brighter Future. & I Am Sure This Year The Best Startup Award is Already Reserved of Mr. Bahl & Team FNY.

                    NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS ORDERED

                    IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 6 WEEKS SINCE I HAD PLACED 2 ORDERS ON THEIR SITE; THE FIRST ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT ONLY PART OF IT WAS DELIVERED WHEN I PAID FOR 2 ITEMS.

                    THEY CALLED ME VIA PHONE: TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT OR REFUND WITHIN A WEEK.

                    BUT THEY DON'T REFUND THE AMOUNT NOR MY SECOND PRODUCT HAS BEEN DELIVERED.

                    THEY OWE ME MERCHANDISE WORTH Rs.1200/-

                      This is the status for last few weeks and i am not getting any response from your team, i am tired of writing emails. I had very clearly notified in advance that i would not be in city from 19th November to 1st December and requested for the products to be delivered early. When i came back i got to know that Blue Dart courier people had come in on 19th and i was not available which is for obvious reasons and later they had sent back the product to you people.                       I have received the bracelet and not the shoes. However, the status on the website shows "In Transit" for both products. You say you will provide with a tracking number, but that is never provided. Why are you not doing what you commit to? At least let the buyer know what is the status of the shipment.

                      No one would ever buy anything as a gift from your website as nothing is delivered as promised.

                      I have written to [protected]@fashionandyou.com but no one replies. Please let me know the status or else I need to file a complaint in the consumer forum against your website.

                      634259-at the name of vinay sardana.
                      634242 at the name of prateek choudhary.

                      I have used invite friend voucher of rs. 1500 each in both the orders. and the order got cancelled because of PNA.

                      and they push back 1 coupon of rs. 1500 and 1 of rs. 1000 for the same.

I want to return them, and they have return policy stating that they would do pick up etc, but I've sent about 5 emails and called countless times, with NO response whatsoever.

                        BEWARE!!! WARNING
                        All potential customers of Fashion & You, be careful while you purchase any product from this site. Their products are shipped without its original packing.
                        Moreover their customer care executives are extremely rude and dont even know their manager's name and never reveal their office address.
                        They ship their products through a shady courier company called Pancity Courier that does not have a contact number, no tracking id and you are left to guess when your order will reach you, if reach you at all.
                        They do not believe in any escalation mechanism for customers. Lets start a movement of weeding out this type of shady e commerce sites and block them permanently by moving legal authorities.

                        The post by Arunraj Dhariwal sounds like by FNU itself. Who has got so much time to post such big post? That too in each and every Issue posted here...
                        Fashion and you has a very indifferent attitude towards loyal customers. it doesn't matter if it's the customer service associates on the phone or their managers. Me and my friends have had very bad experiences with them.

                        I never thought that shopping could cause such irritability and frustration, though fashion and you are very good at pissing off people, being rude to them and eventually going about their business as if nothing has happened.

                        In my case, fashionandyou screwed up my order on 3 different occasions.

                        1) I bought a swatch watch, apparently they do quality checks on these products before despatching them to customers. The watch wasn't working when i received it. It took me close to 2 months to receive a refund cheque, that was drawn incorrectly; inspite of me writing into them and calling them to tell them the exact name in which the cheque should be raised.

                        A cheque that should've reached in 3 working days as per their "policy" took countless telephone calls from my side because they didn't know where the cheque was?


                        2) I bought some tshirts from them, they very nicely sent me the wrong sizes. I called up and spoke to an associate who confirmed that a pickup will be arranged, i never heard from them. I let that go too.

                        3) I placed an order for ice watches worth 16, 000. when i realised that the sizes were smaller than what i usually wear, i called them to cancel the order and re-order the right sizes; the associate told me he can't cancel the order though i can refuse to accept it when it is delivered to me. I agreed. In the meantime, i placed another order for the right size and got that delivered.

                        When I opened the first package, they'd sent me the small size watch with the invoice charging me for the bigger watch.

                        When I called them to inform them instead of being apologetic and retaining my custom; they very cooly advise me that their policies have changed and that I should courier the package to them.

                        Kare koi aur bhare koi!

                        After countless conversations with them, they eventually agreed to pick up the package and one of their managers assured me that he will look into it personally though for a refund of the money I should send an affidavit to them.

                        The nail in the coffin, i receive an email from them; not from the manager who spoke with me but from one of his associates informing me that they've tried their best though they can't process a refund without me sending them an affidavit on stamp paper.

                        People don't know how to talk with people or treat them. We all make mistakes, though how you resolve those mistakes eventually makes the difference.

                        It's not just a matter of money; it's a matter of how people treat you.

                        It's time we stand for our rights as consumers and not let them get away with it as

                        I'm certain there are many others who've had similar experiences.

                        I'm considering a legal course of action against them.

                        I'm also having a bad experience with Fashion and You. Had placed my orders in Nov 2010 (for a perfume) and unfortunately paid by my debit card! They never sent me the perfume for months and after several calls and arguments, THEY cancelled this order because they did not have the perfume!!! Its been 9 months now and I'm still waiting for them to refund the amount to me... and this has happened with TWO of my orders... so its not a one off case!
                        The customer service associate says only one thing to me each time I call - "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused; we have forwarded your request to the refund department" !!! Don't know what to do ... its so upsetting!

                          I Swati Gupta placed an order no is 87225.I paid for 2 watches but recieved one. I was told i would recieve my second watch for which i have to not pay anything as i have paid earlier for the 2 watches. now the courirer company approaches me with the bill for the payment of 2 watches.I was told by fashionandyou that a representative would call me but noone called me up. my problem is still not resolved.the amarex courier company is still not updated about the free shipment of my parcel.
                          I also placed an order no 80065 a month ago.i was given wrong items. i asked for the refund.I was told by Mr parag , manager on 22nd novemeber that i would recieve my cheque within 2-3 days. i called on 29th november to know the status and i was told by amanjeet (customer care representative) that cheque has not been dispatched yet.
                          Its a bad mismangement.customers are fooled over there.

                            I had ordered a perfume TED LAPIDUS POUR HOMME 50ML from fashionandyou.com via order 78697 on[protected]. I got delivery on[protected]. When i opened the parcel, bottle was leaking, the perfume box was unsealed and lastly I have used this perfume before, this fragrance no where smells like the original, either its way past its expiry date or a fake which caused it to leak in the box.

                            Of the 7 mails that i have sent to customer support, i have received a reply only once, stating their regrets and that they will arrange for a replacement / refund. But after sending reminder mails at lest 4-5 times afterward i have received no reply.

                            My complaint No. / ticket ID is LTK[protected]X

                            On their own site the return policy states that after reporting to them, pick-up will be done in 72 hours. But here leave aside pick-up what could be the reason for no replies to my mails ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

                            I have done and do a lot of online shopping from various domestic and foreign sites alike but this has got to be one of my most disappointing experience in online shopping ever.

                            Hi There Everyone,

                            Myself Arunraj Dhariwal, An Internet Enter-pruner I Myself have been suffering from Some Issues with FNY but still at some stage i beleive that they have been trying real hard to prove this Unique Concept of Retailing High Fashion International brands at very low prices, We step in to big showrooms we buy products at Full prices at most of the times, we are satisfied, here i bought Goods with an total value of Over a Lac of Rupees, i am sure i have saved around 30-40 Thousands as i compared my purchases.

                            I also referred this to a few friends of mine just because i liked it and of those 8-10 friends its only Me and one Another friend is suffering with some issues with FNY.

                            At some point if we calculate these sufferings total to Rs. 3-4 K in commercial value but FNY delivered us Worth over 50K so i somehow feel that servicing over 5 million user base and processing more then a lac of Orders in just past 2-3 months itself is not an easy task, its very well possible and expected to face issues as every person is this organization is a human being.

                            Further this company recently got an Venture Investment from Sequoia Capital, India which is an VC investment company of an value Equal to 8 Million USD (Approx 35 Crore Rupees) Now such big Investments by Giants like Sequoia are not made into Fraudulent and Cheat Companies.

                            I am not favoring FNY but trust me they are really working hard with issues, further now as company is enjoying this big capital it will surely invest in Expansion as Well as Customer Servicing and Improving things at their end.

                            Mr. Bahl who is the Chairman of this Company is a Big Visionary who earlier Promoted Big Online Ventures and is Very Instrumental in overall Development of the Company. Same is the Profile of Co-Founder Pearl Uppal.

                            Myself Raised Over 10-15 Mails for My Order No 57618 Dated 16/09/2010 POKER - Heritage Folding Chess 30X30 Which Trust me Was my Second order Out of Total 20 Orders on This Website. I Received all remaining 19 Orders but not this one, They attempted to Deliver it but it failed, Due to a Software Error at the Company which i believe is there as they have a problem mainly in case if you are keeping Shipping and Billing address diffrent (In case you want to Gift it to someone) there System Swaps the Names of Billing and Shipping Persons and keeps the Address same Eg. Billing is Mr. Arun and Sadar Area as Address in City Nagpur and Shipping is Mr. Rahul in Cantt Area of Varanasi he Will Make MR. Arun, Cantt Area, Varanasi. and Vice Versa, In This case there are problems even to the courier company.

                            I think company should work on this though i reported this error a few times but i guess it did not reach the right person.

                            All parcels i receive the have this problems, every single parcel hid the name of the Shipper in place of the name of the Receiver.

                            Further i have not received the product with respect to above stated order no.yet neither i received my money. May be i get it someday.

                            Also my Friend got Order No. 57082 Carlton London Shoes, which were mis sized, they asked her to Return the same she did after some mess with their local courier partner (Blue Dart) it was again not easy process to return them, even though she updated all the details of Courier to FNY she is still waiting for Size changed Boots or Refund.

                            Well if we see to these things closely these are orders which are more then 3-4 months old, as seen from their order number, currently order numbers are somewhere near 145000, and i am not facing any new issues, but yes my old problems are not being solved.

                            I think they will work on these small issues to overcome this problem, as their company will rise a lot.

                            I had ordered a "STYLE AND HOME - 5 PCS COOKWARE SET" (order no. 112804) from fashionandyou.com, they sent me a damaged item. I asked for a return of the full amount which has not been addressed for over a month now. All i get is an automated response with a ticket number LTK[protected]X. Terrible support, terrible service. I'd request all of you to stay away from dealing with this website.

                            There are more chances of the item getting damaged in the awful delivery system of a local courier company than fashionandyou.com sending you a damaged piece. There is some problem going on with their customer care system which is resulting in the communication gap between the customer care executives and the customers. As soon as the systems are fixed and running, I am sure that the guys at fashionandyou.com will entertain your request and get the item replaced. Till then, Happy shopping!
                            Seems like Aliya is highly paid to do such marketing here... Usually people come here for complaints go to any other networking sites for your promotions... It wont work here..

                            I faced the same issue. I ordered two bulgari perfumes from Fashion and you and both of them have absolutely no fragrance. After having used these products before I can say for sure that they dont seem original. My order numbers are 740875 and 771354. When I complained to fashion and you they just refused to acknowledge and refused to do anything about it. After almost an hour on the phone with them they find agreed to test the product and asked me to send it back to them. Now they are saying that if the quality seems fine according to their "test" then they will send it back to me. I am completely disappointed. Lets see what happens

                              My name is Mr. Gaikwad.

                              I have made 3 orders so far from fashionandyou.com

                              First order no: 78016. The order had not been delivered since it was out of stock. So i requested for a refund. Even then, no confirmation e-mail has been received from them as when the refund will happen

                              Second order no: 86158. The perfume delivered was WRONG. I requested a refund. No confirmation regarding that has been received yet. Several calls on their customer care number and also many e-mails has yielded no response yet.

                              Third order no: 101479. The perfumed delivered was damaged, The nozzle was broken and the perfume was leaking. When i demanded a replacement they agreed to do so. Its been 10 days and still no replacement has been arranged.

                              They neither answer any calls nor reply to e-mails. How can a customer get in touch with them if he has a problem. No alternate customer care numbers are given either.

                              This company is a bogus and CHEAT.
                              I have filed a complaint in the Police station against them. I will also drag this company to the consumer court. Somebody needs to teach them a lesson.

                              Lets see how the CHEATERS and ROBBERS respond now.
                              DISGRACED company. Will never buy anything from them again.
                              I recommend others to also refrain buying from these cheats

                                When i start shopping on this site i was very happy that i will get branded items on discount but i have very bad experience with this website. From beginning my first order was of replay sunglasses order no - 13246 i have not get any reply from the website for one month then after many calls they replied we have not received the product from merchandise and your order is canceled and after some days same product was on sale again. Then my second order i placed on 18 / 08 / 2010 order no. 40898 showing in - transit from last one month tracking no - [protected] but i dont know where to track it and customer care number is always busy. I have sent approx 5 - 6 mails to [protected]@fashionandyou.com but no response. But still i placed third order on 24 / 10 / 2010 order no - 86961 of two perfumes and one shoes and after 27 days i received the call from fashion and you and they said sir the blue jeans perfume you ordered is not in stock with us and when i asked about other things i ordered they disconnect the phone. Now same thing happened with me again. Now i want to ask you one thing why you list the product on your website when you cant deliver it. Please reply me about my previous order (40898) have u actually delivered it or not and are you able to deliver my current order (86961) or not?

                                This is with reference to the order (Order No 55103) I placed with you long back. I received a order despatch mail about two months back but have yet to receive the parcel. How can it possibly take this long??
                                I have been checking the website my account section every few days, but that still says "to be despatched" .

                                I agree with your concern, the same thing happened to me, they showed few of my ordered products for me in transit with the same long digit which no courier service in india has such a tracing id. I checked with Bluedart with the transaction id. This is such a useless site and i stopPed ordering from F& Y and i am going to recomend my friends who are in my list not to buy anything from F& Y. There contact num has changed and when tried calling the new num, it says pls check the num u dialed. They never reply to mails.

                                I have the same experience. Its been more than a month since I've placed an order. I have mailed the email id [protected]@fashionandyou.com a lot of times with my Order No., Transit Id and Ticket No. The only reply I get is the Ticket No. should be used for further communication. But where to communicate? And they have a wrong customer support number on the site which when dialed says 'Please check the number you have dialed'

                                I am going to create a support group on Facebook spreading the message never to use FashionandYou site again ever.

                                i purchased one item on 20/07/2011 from fashionand you.com vide order number 627752 for the amount of Rs.1219,but i have not received the same till now.as per the terms and condition they asked for 3-4 weeks to deliver but even after giving complaint they are not responding with the correct revert and nor refunding the amount.complaint no.given by them just for reference is 593131.No body is giving me call in this regard and not contacting personally with proper revert.they are simply sending fake despatch status and standard revert.please do the needful.

                                I ordered four sarees out of which three were banarasi sarees, more than one month ago(which i thought of gifting to my mom). While i received the non banarasi saree within two weeks, i hvnt got the other three sarees till date. Finally, after more than five weeks when i checked out my order history, i was shocked to find that all my orders have been cancelled, the reason for which is still unknown to me, thanks to their no response attitude to customer queries.                                   wrong supply - against order no.69786 dated 05.10.2010.

                                  Against the ordered item of revolving snack tray with 4 bowls, a revolving dry fruit tray swith build in dips had been sent.

                                  The delivery was taken by me on 26th October, 2010 late evening and the complaint was lodged on telephone on 27th morning.

                                  Ever since 27th October, 2010, I had made no. of calls as also sent no. of emails to get the wrong supply picked up and give me replacement / refund / credit against the same but inspite of various commitments by the representatives on telephone the items has not been picked up till date of writing this complaint.

                                  As regards various emails atleast 4 in no. none of them has either been replied or even acknowledged.

                                  I request the concerned officials to look into the matter and instruct the concerned to get the needful done immediately without any further delay.

                                  The F&Y terms and conditions specify that the wrong supply will be picked up in 72 hrs of lodging the complaint whereas in this case more than 150 hrs. have passed and inspite of repeated requests no action is being taken.

                                    i had placed an order with fashionandyou.com.it was loungewear from style&co.( velvet tracksuit both top and bottom as shown by f&y on their website)

                                    i received my order but when i finally opened my package i only found the lower half of the tracksuit.the top part was missing.i mailed them..many a times..i did get a call from their customer care that they will look into the matter and get back..but no one got back..i have written countless mails..and tried asking them about my missing products(order no. 47784)..i even..requested for a refund..but all in vain..till date i havn't received any feedback regarding my order..except for that one phone call which was on the 10th or 11th of september...atleast they should have the courtesy of addressing complaints..if you write something on the facebook wall..they either delete the post or block the user.

                                      I placed the order no. 111404 and made the payment through my credit card no. ending with 1007. Transaction ID [protected] for a sum of Rs. 2745/- only.

                                      On Saturday I received a call from the courier agency asking me for cash on delivery for the same. Once I clarified to them that I had already made the payment for the same, they said they would revert back, which they haven't till now.

                                      Please look into this ASAP and revert to me urgently. I have written repeated to the website as well tried to call your call center as well as your head office but no one takes the calls.

                                        I have ordered for 4 different products from a website called as www.fashionandyou.com. I made the entire payment but initially received only one product(cheapest among those). Then after making not less than 30 calls I was told that the products will be dispatched soon and then i received a package. But I was shocked to see that there was only one product in it. Now after making not less than 50 attempts to reach them I was told that they do not have any stock with them. So when I asked for refund I was told that I will be getting my money only in the form of gift voucher forcing me shop with them again. Even after expressing my severe dis-interest in shopping with them they very arrogantly replied that thats the only option left for me. Even when I warned them of taking this issue to consumer forum the relpy was " No problem at all, please go ahead" and here I am seeking justice.

                                        I should say that this is my most disappointing experience in my online shopping spree of 3 yrs.

                                        To all those who are shopping with please stop doing it right away or some day or the other you are going to face the similar or even bigger problems.                                         FashionAndYou — defective product shipped and not replaced

                                        I had purchased a Giordano bag frrom Fashionandyou.com for 1600 Rupees. The same bag is available for 700-800 rupees elsewhere
                                        I had received a defective bag and asked Fashionandyou to replace it. Even after requesting them several times they had not bothered to respond.

                                        I want a stern legal action against this company as they seem to be a big time fraud by shipping defective and third grade quality products by luring customers with discounts.

                                        I would suggest all the people not to transact on Fashionandyou as my friends also have faced similar problems with this site. He had also got a defective product and Fashioandyou did not replace it, although they have a replacement policy.

Your order number is 61656, the shipping and billing address is in the name of Ramesh Raju. There is only one single item placed under this order. The product was dispatched via Blue Dart and the details on the Blue Dart website show that there is no customer with this name at the given address.
                                        As far as your communication with us via email is concerned, your emails are solely regarding the Invite Friends Program and Invite Voucher issues.
                                        If Fashion and You is responsible for any bad experience, we take ownership and refund the full amount paid by the customer.

                                        Fashion And You — Defective Products and Service

                                        I have made two purchases from the above mentioned website. First, it was a shower gel from a brand called H2O(order number: 52590). While the order for the shower gel was placed on Sept 7, 2010, I did not receive it until third week of October, after which I was forced to cancel the order.

                                        Second, was two lighters from a brand called Swiss Military(order number: 63881). The second order for the lighters was placed on September 26, and I received it in the second week of October. The problem was that the order was defective. Both lighters were defective. After reading the terms and conditions for returning the product, I called them immediately, and have been waiting for the defective products to be picked up from my office, returned, and replaced.

                                        I have been frustrated with the service, calling fashionandyou.com on the number mentioned on their website[protected] every single day since I received it on October 15, and I get the same reply every single time. They keep telling me the courier service (Blue Dart) will contact me, and collect the order, and so on. However, its been 10-12 days since I have complained and there has been no action at all. This has gone on to such an extent, that I have canceled the order for the lighters, refusing a replacement, and requesting a credit back on my credit card, but there has been no sign of that either.

                                        I happened to see this site while looking up some other information. To begin with I’m not stepped up by the company to write this. After reading the complaints, I felt the need to step in and share my Fashion & You Shopping experience with you.
                                        I’ve been shopping with Fashionandyou since its inception and I must say that I understand your concerns because at some point even I’ve faced problems, but I didn’t write-them off. The reason being, every company goes through teething problems in the initial years especially, such new concepts, which is just catching on.

                                        I was fortunate to meet the people behind the company at the Lakme Fashion Week and got answers to all the grievances, which made sense. I must let you know, that they are passionate about their work to deliver the right kind of experience to their customers and are in the process to tying up the loose ends, I understood from them that there are a lot of factors (logistics partners, brands they deal with introducing them to on-line channels, etc) which goes into delivering an experiential & organized buying for their customers and they are relentlessly working on it.

                                        I commend their services today, the product visuals match the actual delivered products and if there is any problem they initiate prompt pick up etc.. I know, you would not agree with me at this point, but I would urge all of you to give them an opportunity instead of writing them off. I’m sure the team would address your concerns and put things right for you.

                                        I have ordered for one watch from fashionandyou.com on 28th Sep. Its almost 2 months now and I have not received my order yet. They don't display any phone number in their site so initially I didn't have any phone number but once after sending lots of mails I received one call from fashion and you. I tried that number 40-50 times but no one picks the calls.They give wrong shipment numbers and name of non existing courier services saying that my order has been dispatched but I have not received any shipment yet.

                                        Fashion And You — Non-response to refund request, in spite of promising customers they can return any good they wish to

                                        I bought two pairs of shoes from Fashion and You. This website offers a no questions asked return policy for all purchases. I want to return one pair of shoes and to enable this the retailer has to arrange a pick-up from my home. I have written to the retailer 3 times informing them that I would like to return the product, but to no avail. If I call during their stated working hours, I always get a voicemail message asking me to call during their office hours (even though I always call during the office hours stated on their website and in the voicemail), This company believes in scamming its customers. Don't even bother.
                                        I had ordered a "STYLE AND HOME - 5 PCS COOKWARE SET" (order no. 112804) from fashionandyou.com, they sent me a damaged item. I asked for a return of the full amount which has not been addressed for over a month now. All i get is an automated response with a ticket number LTK[protected]X. Terrible support, terrible service. I'd request all of you to stay away from dealing with this website.

                                        I had ordered Karigari earrings of Rs. 571/- on 11th Sept.these were delivered to me in a bad state around 20th Oct. The stones had come out of the earring. Fashion and you got it picked by blue dart courier on 15th Nov.since then I have sent them many reminder mails but only a system generated acknowledgement of receipt of mail comes. no action has been taken. their contact number[protected] given on the site does not go thru. i have called thrice and held on for half hr but their customer care executives have been busy.

                                        This is shaik wajeed from hyderabad, Andhra pradesh. I have purchased a Shoe online from the site www.fashionandyou.com, My order No. was 131198. For the product i Paid online Rs. 1150 from my credit card. After nearly a month , the shoe was finally arrived and i again need to pay the courier guy the same amount. For which i have requested the Fashion and you administration to clarify about the money which they have take it two times. I received a mail from them confirming tthat the money will be refunded, once they check the matter, and for which they have generated a token or ticket no. for further clarification.                                         I placed an order in fashionand you for two suits and the mode of payment was COD. I got the courier and in the invoice the price of two suits were mentioned. I paid the amount which was mentioned in the invoice. Alas!!! I saw only one suit piece inside the box. When i checked the invoice thats usually on back of the delivery address there was a cross on one suit. But the courier guy took the money for two suit and went. On 14.12.2010, I placed an order in Fashion And You for Ralph Lauren Brand, I picked up two t-shirt, my endless follow ups had no answers, after a 2 weeks I got a call from Asish, he was talking with a lot of confident and assured me the product would be sent to me in a weeks time, which did not happen post that after 10 days I got a call again from a lady from Fashion and You again promised me would get my orders after a week, then on 12.01.2011 I got a call from one Ms. Aman Sharma, who informed me that the order will be canceled due to non availability of product. It took one month for Fashion And You to inform me that they are canceling my order.... Earlier facts are right Fashion and you are a fraud company. Just make customer swipe their card and cancel order after months.. Fashion and You are cheating customers...they are frauds

                                        Fashion and You — Complaint - non receipt of Refund

                                        I had placed an order on F & Y against a store credit. The store credit was for Rs.3716 and my order was for Rs.2475 ...ideally a balance of Rs.1241 should have reflected in my account but that did not happen . On enquiring I was told that store credits could not be used for multiple transactions , which ofcourse was not mentioned in the website at that point of time.
                                        However I spoke to F& Y and the customer service executive informed that the credit will be done. Since them I have spoken to F & Y 4 times and nothing has been done. I am still awaiting the credit.

                                        I discussed this with some others and they have the same opinion on F & Y .

                                        I ordered a bag from Fashion And You 2 months back and it still has not reached me. Order number 142578 Not received as yet! It was placed on Nov 12, 2010. Its been more than 2 months now. They do not write back to my emails or pick up their phone!!!

                                        This is with regarding the order # 210262. I placed this order on 26th Jan, 2011 and it was having 7 Days delivery guarantee. After 10 days when i ckecked the status of this shipment, was still to be dispatched. When i complained about that in my previous post here. I got the response from fashionandyou.com that it will be soon dispatched.

                                        I talked to Customer Care Executive on 7th Feb, she said it is going to dispatch today and when i didnt find out that. I called again customer service today and came to know this product is not available and they are cancelling my order.

                                        The question is why should i suffer. And how is it possible that the product is not available. Why you people put something for sale, if its not available. You people have wasted my time and money.

                                        I want my order to be completed any how. Otherwise I am going to consumer court with all other people who also suffered just like me.

                                        This is obviously my last order.

                                        Whats the use of supervisor(i tried to talk to him but he refused to take my call) if he cant listem to complaints and cant work on that. Everybody there says its not in my hands or Its not in our company's policy.

                                        I had ordered in December 2010, and till Feb 2011 I did not receive my order. I had mailed them in January, and they had replied that my order would be dispatched soon.
                                        In February I get an emailing saying they don't have the product.
                                        I fail to understand why they put up products for sale which they don't have. It is a complete scam.

There is no justification to this delay and and no committed date has been given when the ordered will be picked up and when the refund will be done. Also Nishant says that as per their guidelines they cant transfer the line to their supervisor when i have already spoken to their supervisors before(who again couldnt help).
                                        I need a written justification for the delay and a committed date for the order pickup and the refund of the money paid towards the faulty product.

                                        Also, note if you are issuing the cheque, please issue it in the name of "Bharati Panikker" (as per the bank documents).

                                        Fashion And You — Faulty Product and No Refund

                                        I had placed an order of Rs. 1613/- on 29th Jan order no 217500 .The product delivered was just a wooden stick . Fashion and you got it picked by blue dart courier on 16th Feb or so ,since then I have sent them many reminder mails but only a system generated acknowledgement of receipt of mail comes. no action has been taken. I tried connecting with them on there mobile no but they give all excuses for not making the payment. Its around more then 20 days but they say that they haven't received the product .They just fooling people as they don't provide any complaint no, so next time you call again you need to waste 15-20 in giving customer rep all information. Now can someone imagine DTDC not delivering the product in 20 days. I suppose its their way of working. Lot of people are facing similar problems.

                                        The other thing is don't redeem the coupons as when you use the coupons then after a month or so they will send the regret that sorry we could not arrange the product. I don't understand if they don't have the product then how the hell they can collect payment.

                                        Any body reading please advice me if any legal action could be possible against fraud practices.

                                        I ordered a lot of products at fashionandyou.com.Out of the five items I had ordered,they did not send me one product but charged me 2000 rs for it.Out of the remaining four one had defect,and another was a wrong product all together.I sent the wrong product back through courier service which was recommended by them.Now they are saying they have not received the product so they cannot give me a refund of 2500 rs.So all in all I have lost 4500 rs. I did the mistake of ordering 4 products in their site bearing the order numbers 249104 and 248976. In the first order I ordered for 1 perfume and a pair of shoes, they sent me the wrong product,in the second order,they made me pay 2500rs and instead of sending 3 pairs of shoes they sent 2 pairs(they canceled one pair because it was out of stock but they made me pay for it),its been 18 days and I have received no refund what so ever. I paid rs 3500 and in return I got a shower gel!! Can u believe it? They took 3500rs and sent me a SHOWER GEL. An then came the bigger worries,I called them up and reported the problem.They sent a courier guy to pick it up who was rude as hell,and who made me drive all over bangalore to reach him.                                         I have an account on the online website www.fashionandyou.com. Fashion and You issues discount voucher if any friend referred by me places an order for the first time. I get a Credit of Rs.1000.00. It has been observed that every time an order is raised using a Discount Voucher issued by Fashion and You the order is not processed. If the order has been raised using a Credit Card payment or Cash on delivery for the full amount the order is processed and dispatched. This is not a single case but it has happened four times. Today I came to know that the order was cancelled because of non availability of product. They also do not inform the customers that the order cannot be dispatched. I only came to know when I call their customer care department. I had raised the last order on 25/023/2011 and was continuously following up for the status of the order. Today when I called after keeping me on hold for about 31minutes I was informed that the order cannot be dispatched and it has been cancelled.
                                        I am confident that Fashion & You is deceiving its customers and do not process the order if a voucher is used. When I ask to speak to a senior staff or the head they also do not transfer the call. I have never received a call back for the complaints rasied with them.

                                        Fashion & You is the most unprofessional online portal I dealt with. It has the most poor after sales-service for the customers
                                        My complain is regarding 2 incorrect orders delivered to me in Jan 2011 - 1 women shoes-catwalk (order no – 173064) & 1 men shoes-blue kites(order no -218038). The day these product were delivered (1 month delay in the delivery) I had called up the customer support number informing them that the incorrect product was delivered to me. They assured me that the order will be picked up with 72 hours and the cash would be re-funded. This has not happened yet despite making at least a dozen calls and explaining the same problem to various executives who answer the call
                                        My main grouse is the attitude of the executives & floor supervisors that I have spoken with all this time. Apparently, the company policy does not allow the executives to give out their full names (Joy, Priyanka, Abhishek, Tarun – naming a few people whom I recollect speaking with) so that you can never get hold of them again. Also the executives are not authorized to allow the customer to speak with people at the managerial level (I’m surprised as normally managers in such firms are employed to help their customers). It is a shame that the customer who is paying you for the goods he/she purchases is not considered worthy of speaking to when there is an issue. This is the most unethical practice a company can ever follow.
                                        Fashion & You claims to keep a record of the conversations their executives have with the customers for any complains – I defy anyone from the management team if they are reading this to go back and check the history of this case – how many times we called, what tall claims your executives made, what reasons they provided for not disclosing their names, not passing the line to the managers – you would probably be ashamed to know how your customers are being harassed. The last person I spoke to was Tarun (supposed floor supervisor) who assured me that he will get back to me with a solution in 2-3 hours and as expected that never happened – and I have lost hopes of hearing back from them anyways
                                        I post this complain to make people aware of the unprofessional ways in which this online portal is operating – since its online you would not be able to catch hold of anybody to redress your complains. Please be extremely careful while making purchases from this site

I had ordered for a Blackberry Storm 9530 at Fashion and you.com.They had told me that it will be a brand new product with a company warranty of 18 Months from Balck Berry.They have send me a refurbished hand send that’s unlocked from Verizon tele communications.                                         It's been a more than a month, where FNU owe me stuff worth 4000. I have been calling them nearly everyday, trying to figure what happened. Every day I'm put to a new CSR, who tells me that the matter will be resolved in 24 hours. Whatever money I might have "saved", I'm now spending on making calls and being put on hold for 15 minutes.

                                        Hi,
                                        I am lodging this complaint as I really tried my best to sort out my issue with this online shopping portal fashionandyou.com, and they have mentally harrassed me and eaten up my money and say that they have delivered all the good which was a 7 peice luggage set, out of which they delievered three and now refusing to do anything about it.

                                        I have been tracking this with them for the last 5 months and they kept pronmising me, and suddenly refused to acknowledge me day before. I have all the record of the emails.

A criminial complaint of cheating must be lodged with the Delhi police as well as proceed against them in the consumer court.

                                        I completely agree that F&U is a Total Fraud Company. Even i a made the grave mistake of ordering a Swatch Watch from F&Y upon hearing good reviews from a Colleague of mine. I got the Watch within 2 Weeks but in a Non-working Condition. I had them pick-up the Courier back hoping that i will get a working watch the next time. But they sent the same Non-working Watch again. Since then, i have sent numerous E-mails and made multiple Calls to them. Every time all they have to say is that we have escalated the Issue and the Pickup will be done within 72 Hours. But that never happens. Thankfully, the Amount was only 700 Odd Rupees. But still, it is a Loss for me. I have always been against Online Shopping. This is the first time i went for it and am repenting big time. Everybody should boycott Fashion & You and file a Case against them for cheating numerous people.
                                        when I started ordering, the first few got to me in a matter of days, not even weeks. then it stopped totally. I have 6 orders that are now older than 4 weeks. 2 orders are as old as 6 weeks. And the worst part is their service at the customer support center. They keep saying that they will send the order in 72 hrs time, but that never happens, and there is never any update. It is indeed frustrating to deal with them. I have now stopped placing any further orders with FNU. My advice to everybody considering to shop with fashionandyou.com is DON'T DO IT!!!

                                        Fashion And You — Sending SMS in spite of unsubscribing

                                        I am receiving SMS daily from this company called fashion & you. I sent a mail to them requesting them to stop the msgs. I got a revert saying, allow us 3 days to process your request. I waited, again the msgs continued. Again i sent an e-mail asking them to stop their msgs. Again i got the same mail seeking 3 more days time.

                                        I had warned them, this is the last time i'll be requesting them and i'll take further action if they don't stop their SMS.. But again day after day i am receiving their msgs every morning..inspite of sending several request mails to stop the same. I even told them that i am registered on DND. Still, there's no action taken from their end, and i am receiving SMSs from them every day. What is the use of registering for DND when companies don't check before sending msgs.???

                                        The company's website is www.fashionandyou.com. I would recommend ppl don't register with them, they keep disturbing you every time.

                                        Its a scam.. they give us the worst quality goods.. It looks duplicate and I was shocked when i got my order delivered.. It is not at all branded.. Everythings duplicate . The display images look good on website but the final product deliverd is as useless as dung. You know what i mean..

                                        Fashion and You — Delivery of Defective Product

                                        I ordered a saree from fashionandyou.com. The product I received is defective as the saree is of shorter length less than 5.0 mts. Being a silk saree it's no way possible to use it. I called at the customer care but all in vain they just tell me they can't do anything as it's the size provided by the brand, Whereas I cross checked for 100 times the avg length of the saree floats between 5.5 - 6.0 mts. I complained about the same but there is no response they further provided us with a number on which one can register the defect in the product but the numbers provided were not in use both the numbers were switched off.

                                        It was the worst experience as far as online shopping is concerned I will neither shop nor recommend for shopping with fashionandyou.com to anyone.
                                        I am sick and tired of calling the FnU guys.
                                        They assure a friend invite voucher of Rs 1000, but for my friend's first purchase (322194), the amount is not creditted yet, even after 2 months now.
                                        My order has not reached me yet... its been more than a month.

                                        I am tired of calling the customer care guys but, nothing happens... Im going to leave it now and make sure that i make NO MORE transactions... and I make it a point that ill tell this to asmany people i can.

                                        Fashion And You — Credit back my money !

                                        FnU promises to credit Rs. 1000 on friend invite. The friend i invited, made her purchase(322174) and the product was delivered. But till date I donot have that 1000 Rs creditted. I have called the Customer Care like 1000 times... each time waiting for 10/15 mins and all they say is that they will do it in the next 72 hrs.

                                        I would really like to know when this 72 hrs would come in REAL.
                                        Im really pissed off with their service.

                                        Not to mention, my order 295561 was ordered more than a month back. and i have NO CLUE where it is!

                                        I made a big mistake making some more purchases in the last month. I will just see as to what would happen to them and then QUIT FnU. I will make sure that no one i know would commit the same mistake !

                                        Fashion And You — getting Emails

                                        they are sending me emails everyday i have unsubscribed from there hundred times i am fed up of these [censored]ing emails just [censored] this ciompany
                                        i totally agree with u i am also the victim of getting sms & emails after unsubscribed. just tell every1 about this company.
                                        i placed an order like ages back, then it was in transit, calls, in- transit, more calls, in- transit.. and one day i got a mail saying that the brand was unavailable. no problem i understood the situation and took it practically, but what the problem is that the payment i made has not been yet pushed back to my account till now, after like months. i tried calling but never got thru. my order number is 254397. if somebody of FNU is here, please see to it. rest if things go well, i'll continue shopping.
                                        I think you are covering some issue up at your end. If the product was a seven piece luggage "set". there is no way fashionandyou.com would have shipped the 7 pieces of the luggage set separately. I think this is a fake complaint.
