I transferred some amount even though it was unsuccessful the amount is debited from my account...

I would like inform that the Federal Bank Mobile App, Fedmobile is not working and crashing immediately on launching the app in Iphone-6 (App version 6.3.0).
Please find attached email response from the bank's customer relation officer on 11th October 2021.
The issue is not resolved till date.
I request you to take up the matter with the bank....

I made two transactions on 29 September 2021, one at 1:01 pm, by card transaction and other one at 1:03 pm, by upi. the shop where I made the transaction received only one payment and on calling them for the refund, they were saying only one transaction was made. but the amount debited from my account twice and both the transactions were successful. But bank not help so what to do...

I have transferred Rs 15000 to my federal Account on 1/10/2021 . The transaction of 15000 is showing in my Mini statement but my balance is not updated with the Correct Amount. Please Fix this as soon as possible...

I have a current bank account in federal bank which was particularly opened for my business related works. But on 3 aug 2021 they have frozen my account without any reason and till now it has not been opened. I have visited multiple times in my branch but they are showing rude behaviour to me and not helping at all. Didn't even share the information on why they froze my account....

Sir, I have transferred Rs. 5000 from my Paytm payments bank to Federal bank via Paytm upi at 12.50 AM yesterday. In the payment app, the money is successfully transferred and received in the federal bank. But the amount not showing in the federal bank. Also the money is debited from my Paytm payments bank and I also have the upi reference number.
Now I need the money urgently. That's why I'm in a huge trouble . Please help me as soon...

Wells fargo, citizen bank, pnc bank, chase, captiol one, police fire federal credit union, td bank accusing me sending fraud check in Philadelphia pa. Which is not me why would i send fraud check in their company have my own check from unemployment and also social security...

This was a previous email that they sent that they can't resolve the problem. And after talking again they sent the next mail where my issue has been prioritised.
