      I have applied for OneCard Credit Card issuing bank is Federal Bank, they claim to give within 3 minutes. I have filled in the application and got the partial approval just kyc was pending I completed the Video KYC same day, the Officer informed me within 15 mins the KYC will be updated and I’ll receive card within few days. It’s been 3 month my application is still stuck at KYC page. I have emailed the FPL Tech Team (OneCard Team) more than a few times and they reply the same drafted format the application will update automatically. They have not looked into the matter with serious note and not willing to solve the issue.

      They are not indicating what’s the problem.

        Sir i have withdraw rs 2000 on 3 jan, 1500 on 4th jan from my 12 % club account and 2811 from my upstox account (45aker) to my jupiter account powered by federal bank intially they said that i need to complete video kyc then i will get my amount within 24 hours but its been a week since i have completed my vkyc still not getting my amount whenever i call they say it will take24-48 hours its been more than a week i have borrowed from my friend who have got amount from some lending companies if i can get it before the date i will have to pay penalty . i request you to please help me with this issue

          Iam hajira, i booked train ticket through confirm tocket.. unfortunately due to waiting list i cancelled it and the confirm ticket initiated the refund...but even after near to one month money not refunded to me.. when i contact them.. they replied to me to contact your.. so do needfull.. immediately

            I have contacted Federal Bank Branch (Banneragatta) but proper response not given and telling that they required 21days of time to give outstnding confirmation as on day which extra burden and my transaction is hold due to this since i have sold out my car to Cars24 and they want to close loan amount for that they are asking me forecloser letter but branch is not given, it is very difficult to me to sale the car and i am unable to fulfil my necessary things because i need money urgently for hospitla because one of my relative in hospital.

                      On 27/nov another 60rs has been debited for the same travel and received a message that it was a debit adjustment. There mare many more unknown transaction happened before in the name of debit adjustment.

                        I have placed an order in on October 2nd opposed A31 for rs/- 11490 but immediately I have cancelled the order. I did this payment from the phoney through UPI option traction id# T2110020120170750163867. later I called for amazon and filed a complaint for my refund they stated they initiated the on October 2 nd at 3.33am only but the refund was not reflected. then they gave me a reference number #[protected]. with this reference number I called Federal bank but they didn't respond to me properly and stated that amazon has not initiated a refund. I have raised a charge dispute from federal bank also but they have rejected the complaint. and I have raised a charge dispute more than 10 times. I don't know who is responsible for this please send my refund. thank you

                              Hello everyone-

                              One of the most horrendous experience banking with Federal Bank, where in as oer their official website, hey claim to open and instantly start using personal savings account with virtual KYC. However, once you opened the bank account only then you will come to know you can't use their Internet banking services unless you have ATM card. As per their SLA you shall receive the ATM card in 7 to 14 working days. But they never send you your welcome kit and ATM card in time and every time you call up their customer center they always give you excuses without really care about resolving customers problem.
                              I had opened my bank account on 2nd of Oct, and I'm yet to receive my card details and despite multiple follow ups more than 10 times they always come up with irrelevant responses.

                              This account was opened due to the fact that I can instantly start using based on their claims on their websites but it's not true, and they are lairs. Please don't get trapped by this scammer bank.

                                  I would like inform that the Federal Bank Mobile App, Fedmobile is not working and crashing immediately on launching the app in Iphone-6 (App version 6.3.0).
                                  Please find attached email response from the bank's customer relation officer on 11th October 2021.
                                  The issue is not resolved till date.
                                  I request you to take up the matter with the bank.

And it's not small amount I lost 2, 289.I lost 2, 289 I have value for money. It's not easy for me to make that much money. Please take any action to return my money

                                      I made two transactions on 29 September 2021, one at 1:01 pm, by card transaction and other one at 1:03 pm, by upi. the shop where I made the transaction received only one payment and on calling them for the refund, they were saying only one transaction was made. but the amount debited from my account twice and both the transactions were successful. I want the refund amount.

I had made a online debit card emi purchase from Amazon india on 05th SEPTEMBER for the amount 18849 INR and the order got cancelled on 09/09/21th .
