      On 30/04/2021 At 15:37:39 I have spend Rs.1004 on a wesite called buytestseries with order ID[protected]. Client Number-91-[protected]. After entering Debit card details and OTP the screen showed a 504-Gateway Timeout Error. After a few Minutes i.e at 15:44 I received a message form Federal bank stating the said amount i.e Rs.1004 had been deducted from my bank account.Then i consulted the client i.e buytestseries and they reponded saying that at their end it shows in FAIL status and In such error cases, the amount will be auto credited with in 5-7 working days. But its been 15daysand my Money hadnt yet Refunded.and Hereby I am providing the screenshots of the Gateway timeout error, the amount deducted and My account on clients website Please do the necessary.

        Hello, i transferred money from federal bank account to state Bank of India account through imps with reference number[protected]. I got an error message telling that the transaction has been timed out. It has not been credited to beneficiary account or not refunded...
        Please help me in this concern..

            My name is Milan and I had canceled 1 irctc train ticket and the irctc issued refund but the amount is not credited to my bank account . After my research now I realize that it's banks problem irctc already issued the refund and they send me the reference number of the ticket refund and told me to fill charge dispute form to the bank. So please kindly respond to this complaint it's very urgent. I'm typing the reference number & attaching the screenshot proof below :

                          Good day,

                          I am deeply concerned and disappointed with the quality of customer care and service provided by Federal Bank Koduvayur.

                          I had visited the bank on several occasions and consulted with Mr. Manish Nair to ensure that I would have access to my funds when I am abroad in South Africa. I have been in South Africa for approximately one month. I attempted to use my credit card recently and found that I was not able to. When I contacted Mr. Nair by telephone on Friday, 26th March 2021, he informed me that the credit card had not actually been activated.

                          This has occurred despite my repeated requests to Mr. Nair to ensure that the card is activated so that I have access to my funds while I am abroad.

                          I have been a loyal customer of Federal Bank for the past four decades and I expected better customer service. My experiences have been deeply disappointing. I am in a foreign country with no access to my funds.
