Sir, my name is Musthafa, i try to book train ticket by using irctc app more than 7 times. More than 2 times the ticket is not confirmed and and the amount deducted from my account .Also more than 5 times i cancelled my tickets due to some personal issues. Everytime irctc is refunded the amount next day of my booking/ Cancellation, but federel bank delayed my refund amound and not credited to my account, in my enquiry many complained like this is registered against federal bank please help to refund my amount.

    Hi I am Piu Mondal De. My account is from Fi. The account number is [protected]. My account is frozen from 28/01/2022. Now I am unable to do any transitions. I called FI customer care to complain. Complaint id is 538407. I received an email to visit the nearest branch as an urgent basis to submit my KYC and funds income proof from Federal. I go to reach the nearest Federal branch, Arambagh. But the Federal branch manager refuses to help...

        On 24th nov 2021 around 9 pm I received a call from a fraudulent who introduce himself as my relative he knows my sister's name after a normal conversation he asked me to become a member of his online company I refused and end the call after few min he send me a QR code as soon as I opened that code without submitted OTP I lost rs 5000 after 2 months I came to know that his name is Kapil Jain and he is a customer of federal Bank. My axis Bank did not support me in this matter RBi Ombusement already close the case and blocked my I'd so that I can't complaint again please help me out and refund my money to my account.

        They not resolved the complaint yet i received a mail from support @federal bank in that reply they just written me to corporate in the investigation which is continuing by Sushant golf City police station and cyber cell hazratganj.

        I am feeling helpless and disturbed after four months even now you are asking me to update my complaint.if any necessary step taken by any one then after 120 days the issue has been resolved and I get back my money in my account.

          I wonder such a high reputed bank is handling Fastag service in very poor level. Please have a good customer care service. All numbers are either not reachable or inactive.

          Worst recharge experience with Federal Bank FastTag. Both netbanking and UPI (PayTM) transaction failed after money was deducted. Every time the control is returned to the Fedbank page after successful payment (gateway) it would freeze leaving orphaned transactions. Poor tech support leaves customers at loss.

          Transaction 1: Date 12Apr22 for Rs.607. Amount debited 616.44 including taxes and charges. Netbanking payment gateway chosen on Fedbank FastTag portal. ICICI bank Transaction reference: [protected]

                    I have applied for OneCard Credit Card issuing bank is Federal Bank, they claim to give within 3 minutes. I have filled in the application and got the partial approval just kyc was pending I completed the Video KYC same day, the Officer informed me within 15 mins the KYC will be updated and I’ll receive card within few days. It’s been 3 month my application is still stuck at KYC page. I have emailed the FPL Tech Team (OneCard Team) more than a few times and they reply the same drafted format the application will update automatically. They have not looked into the matter with serious note and not willing to solve the issue.

                    They are not indicating what’s the problem.

                      Sir i have withdraw rs 2000 on 3 jan, 1500 on 4th jan from my 12 % club account and 2811 from my upstox account (45aker) to my jupiter account powered by federal bank intially they said that i need to complete video kyc then i will get my amount within 24 hours but its been a week since i have completed my vkyc still not getting my amount whenever i call they say it will take24-48 hours its been more than a week i have borrowed from my friend who have got amount from some lending companies if i can get it before the date i will have to pay penalty . i request you to please help me with this issue

                        Freezing account without any notice

                        Dear Sir,
                        This is to notifying you regarding the error happened from the Moonupeedika branch manager and till this time not yet rectified after several follow up. Court have been issued an order for holding the particular amount credited in my account for 2 weeks time. Instead of doing that Bank have been freezed my whole account and not able to do any transaction since 2 months and more. No idea how the bank can freeze my account...

                          I have contacted Federal Bank Branch (Banneragatta) but proper response not given and telling that they required 21days of time to give outstnding confirmation as on day which extra burden and my transaction is hold due to this since i have sold out my car to Cars24 and they want to close loan amount for that they are asking me forecloser letter but branch is not given, it is very difficult to me to sale the car and i am unable to fulfil my necessary things because i need money urgently for hospitla because one of my relative in hospital.
