I've paid my kseb bill of 727 rupees on 20/02/2021and the amount was deducted but the bill paymentstatus was unsuccessful.and today(22/02/2021) I tried the payment again and paid successfully.But the amount deducted on first attempt was not yet credited

    Today(21/02/2021) I tried to transfer money to below mentioned account but Money got debited from my account, status shown as Unsuccessful.Kindly help to resolve this issue, as this is an urgent one.

      I have used FedMobile app to pay my electricity bill of Rs. 5365 to KSEB. Upon confirmation of the payment, it showed a 'cbs error' and upon checking, I found out that outstanding amount of the bill stood unchanged at Rs. 5365.
      The transaction status shows 'not successful', but the same amount was debited from my account.
      Due to urgency and thinking it was because of transaction being on a Sunday, i tried the same next day, but faced same issue.
      This is an error and I kindly request you to credit the amount as soon as possible.
      Transaction id and account number are mentioned above. Screenshot is provided.

      I have used FedMobile app to pay my electricity bill of Rs. 4887 to KSEB. Upon confirmation of the payment, it showed a 'error' and upon checking, I found out that outstanding amount of the bill stood unchanged at Rs. 4887.
      The transaction showed to be successful in the FedMobile app but in the kseb app it is under failed transaction. Will I be refunded this money? What should be done further.

        I transfer fund the sum of 2000 to my own account from another bank.but the money debited from my account and not credited in the receiving account also shows that it is queued transaction as of now.so kindly requesting you to Refund the money in to my account or credit it im to receiving account.

          I had taken two forex super cards from the federal bank, one for me and one for my husband. Both have money on account and I need a refund. I have tried contacting federal bank in every way but there is no response. It’s a prepaid travel card issued in august 2019. Please help in getting a refund.

              Hi, I have made my EMI payment through Federal bank online link https://epay.federalbank.co.in/quick-emi/
              I have initiated the payment of approx 50000 rupees. Amount debited from my Bank account, but its been 2 days i haven't received any success message from federal bank and its very difficult to contact the bank. as the money is big, i look for ways to reach federal bank officials who could return my money back to my loan account or bank.

                        I applied for Federal fastag online with payment of rs.500, also uploaded the necessary supporting documents and vehicle registration certificate.
                        After that i received customer id on 30/12/2020 through sms. Even my wallet was recharged for inr.500. But still i haven't received fast tag sticker.
                        The tollfree does not work and i'm struggling with fastag as it is mandatory now!!!

                                  I anit george one of the customers of federal Bank. I have recently sent 15000 inr to the recipient through fedmobile, But still the recipient has not received the money. Its showing queued transaction. Its has been 3 days now. So kindly make the arrangement to refund in my account or credit to recipient as soon as possible. Thank you

                                      I have been trying to transfer fund, but
                                      may be due to network error the recipient did n't received the fund but the money got debited from my account

                                      The transaction status is AWAITING TRANSACTION Since 1 day

                                      Kindly refund the money back to my account only and not to recipients bank as soon as possible
